Homewood Suites By Hilton Los Angeles International Airport

Big room, easy transfers to airport, value for money

Nothing

Due to a departure from the hotel before 4:30 am, we did not get breakfast! For early travelers a grab and go bag would have been great with breakfast items.

We left too early for breakfast.

Two things I didn’t care for. The showerhead needs replaced. It was not functioning to its potential. The second thing was there was not enough lighting and there was no nightlight. If I was to be a little picky, I also thought it would’ve been nice to have a skywalk to the hotel.

The agent was very friendly and welcoming. It was quiet.

Location

Room - not clean, no coffee/tea making, curtains wouldn't close.

The bedroom headboard had a stain, there wasn't enough towels for two, pillow case had a stain, and as of yet I still haven't received my receipt for the hotel but they have already posted on my card

I was unsure in the during check in there was only 1 person and a long line of people to checkin. the day staff were very helpful with getting a car for the day.

the shuttle services had long wait from airport over 30 minutes when we arrived. the long wait to checked in once we arrived at the hotel. Also it wopould have been nice to get information regarding the street construction in front of the hotel. Before hand it made it difficult to enter for someone with limited mobility.

Comfortable bed and good shuttle services Staff members Alex, Allan and Jose were very helpful and attentive

I think it was quite pricey for what you got

Great hotel massive clean room with kitchen , good bar and nice food and pool .Great viewing area on top of building ifya like watching the planes . Alan on reception was very helpful.

The only thing is the outdoor area on the top off the building they should put a bar in there would make a good return.

The property was well maintained, and the staff were very friendly and helpful especially Alex

No available coffee during late hours

Habitaciones amplias y comodas, shutle bus

Very clean & comfy!

Construction kept me awake, the shower head was bad as hardly any water came out. The mattress on the sofa bed needs replacing. I have stayed at your hotel several times in the last 5 months and this wasn’t great. You also need a nice restaurant

Nothing. Everything was a headache to deal with.

The bed was lumpy. The pool area was dirty. The parking made no sense so I was not aware how much I would be charged until it was time to leave. When I called for room service to order food to my room, the receptionist told me I had to come downstairs to place an order, which defeats the purpose of ordering to my room.

the room

For 2 days, it is THE SAME MENU

The room was spacious with a full kitchen. It was immaculate. I could walk there from the airport. It was less than a half mile.

One small thing, is the QR code so that you can tip housekeeping. Great idea, I thought, but when I went to use it you had to have the name of the housekeeper. Since I was there for one night I wasn't able to use that feature.

Proche de l’aéroport

Breakfast

The coffee was bitter and there wasn't any milk or regular sugar for it. There was half and half and creamer.

The man who checked us in was absolutely wonderful! He felt bad that we had to wait 6-7 min for him to come to the front desk to check us in, so he upgraded our family to a MASSIVE suite with a gorgeous wall of windows. The beds were good and the location was perfect for our visit.

Unfortunately, in the gorgeous suite we were upgraded to, the sofa bed (where my son needed to sleep) was broken (like BROKEN; the side legs were bent and it couldn't be deployed to be used). This meant we had to switch rooms, which took some time and a little hassle, but it got eorked out.

It was close to a medical facility that I needed to go

Carpets had stains. Staff I dealt with was not very attentive

Everything

Everything was fine.

I did like the property

Bed was comfy. Lady on reception was helpful. Breakfast was good and well stocked. Shuttle staff were very pleasant.

Not all of the reception staff were helpful. No vegetarian options at breakfast - meat free.

AC was motion sensor activated and turned off while sleeping. Really crazy stuff

Airport Hotel so expensive but needed

High cost

Good sleep and good shower

I had to keep asking for towels and cleaning

Beds, shower and location

We had to ask multiple times for cleaning and towels

Staff was friendly

High deposit

Location for airport fare being cancelled

The staff at night - overcharging credit card deposit - no invoice provided and cancelled reservation on app After check in

Rooms were spacious enough for 4 adults & large suitcases! Loved they had a shuttle service 24/7 to & from the airport (such a wonderful service)

Swimming pool very open - no privacy. (Staff in breakfast area didn’t understand us)

Shani at the front desk was very helpful. There was an issue with the AC in the first room and she swapped my rooms with no issue.

The AC wasn’t working in the first room they gave me.

Le petit déjeuner est au top 👌

Close to the airport

Allen at the front desk was awesome

Lots of minor things like a light out, no glasses in the room, and small inconveniences

* Bequeme Betten. * Freundliches Personal beim Check-in.

Loved everything

Stopover stay, 4 hours. Incredible way to spend the time. Showered and rested before a long flight.

Nice Bar and large rooms.

Needs updating.

Great large room

The customer service was extremely excellent and a very positive experience. Alex did a wonderful job of meeting our needs. Genesis, and Mariq were also helpful.

sofa bed was so old the mattress is like sleeping on the spring box carpet little dirty

location was nice but you have to pay for parking $50

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Shuttle driver was outstanding! Hotel showing age.

Restaurant was clean but menu very limited. Lighting in rooms is very inadequate. Furniture and decor feels very old.

We had a great experience! Alex was so helpful and friendly at the front desk! He made life so easy for us! We then went and had a yummy cocktail at the bar! Headed to bed to rest up for our early flight! Thank you! Highly recommend! So close to the airport! ❤️

There was plenty of room for the whole family! Spacious and clean with a great sized kitchen.

The pool is a bit small.

Large rooms, quiet and friendly front desk

Very close to the airport Very efficient check in Very cosy room Nice dinner outside till 6 pm Good restaurant inside as of 5 pl Also a self serve snack booth

2 things were A GREAT disappointment 1) previously reviews mentioned late check our at no cost -I got just an hour’s extension 2) breakfast closes at 9‼️ I came from Fiji and did not here my phone alarm clock which was set to 8! As I am diabetic and risk having low blood pressure, breakfast at site is my primary criteria for reservation‼️ should be open till 11 am ( with minimal items at least )

They offer late check out for free on members

None so far.

Breakfast was satisfactory. However, we encountered an unpleasant experience with one of the employees at the bar on the right side, where there is a small shop. The employee was extremely rude and disrespectful, which resulted in us considering not returning to Homewood Suites By Hilton. The manager on duty was informed of the situation and is aware of the employee’s use of profanity, as well as the front desk staff. The front desk staff expressed regret for her actions, but our evening was nonetheless ruined. While we are uncertain if anyone will take this matter seriously, we felt compelled to share it to prevent her from causing further distress and damaging the reputation of Hotel and ruin others time. I am going to send an email out to the management with more details. Thank you,

Training for customer service.

This property id very convenient to LAX for early AM flights. Restaurant was pretty good with attentive service. Shuttle to airport was convenient.

Here for 4 months on business. Thanks to David and Itsel for ensuring I have a great stay with my upgraded room.

★☆☆☆☆ I have stayed at this hotel more than ten times over the past eighteen months and always considered it a safe and reliable place to stay. Unfortunately, my most recent experience has completely changed that view. During our stay, personal property went missing from our room. More concerningly, we discovered a needle in the bathroom that neither my wife nor I had brought into the room. We immediately contacted reception and were instructed to bring the needle to the front desk. We were so concerned by the situation that we changed rooms immediately. An additional room key was also found in the room, yet no one has been able to provide a satisfactory explanation as to where it came from or how it got there. What has been most disappointing is not just the incident itself, but the way it was handled afterwards. Rather than taking ownership of the issue, the matter was largely referred to the hotel’s insurance company, leaving us to navigate a lengthy and frustrating claims process. Despite the missing property, the unexplained needle, and the unexplained room key, the conclusion reached was that there was no evidence of unauthorized access. I fully appreciate that hotels cannot control every circumstance, but I do expect transparency, accountability, and genuine concern when a guest reports a serious security issue. Instead, I was left feeling that my concerns were dismissed and that the burden was placed on me to prove what had occurred. As a long-term repeat guest, this was extremely disappointing. What should have been a straightforward investigation became a frustrating experience with more questions than answers. Sadly, based on this experience, I would not feel comfortable staying here again.

The room was ok

Breakfast

This is a great Hotel and the personnel is amazing specially front desk Hector is a person that give you always over super great service if the hotel deserve 5 star Alex deserves 100 star

Clean

Closed gate

Very amibiant lighting. Full blockout curtains for a good night sleep. Coffee machine, fully equipped kitchen. Loads of space. Comfortable king size bed with great pillows. Night light for the bathroom. Great amount of space in the lounge, bedroom, kitchen and batbroom. Clean and tidy. Practical fitout. Icemaker in the feeezer. Large screen TV everytbing you need for tume away. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Location was great! Service was friendly and helpful.

An Asian face waitress (nsme forgot) whose service made us a very memorable experience at the hotel kitchen & bar on Jun 6 evening.

Complimentary breakfast on Jun 8. Several items, for instance, fruits, coffee, half and half milk were out of supply at around 8AM when there were still many in coming guests. When asked, the serving waitress declined to refill the food items.

Value for money, friendly staff, great location, nice clean room. Staff get the early check in need and for a reasonable price. Outstanding aircraft spotting and photography vantage points.. highly recommended. Thanks Alex and Diana.. I’ll be back for sure!

La navette

La saleté. Le petit déjeuner pitoyable et sale. Moquette chambre sale. Moquette et les parties communes sales. Vraiment je suis très déçue.

The construction around the hotel

Breakfast is standard continental, but strangely in 2nd level and secluded (must use key). A bit confusing to find.

Espaço no quarto e localização a 10 minutos do aeroporto de LAX

Just location to the airport.

Difficult to get to.

Hermoso monoambiente
