Courtyard by Marriott Los Angeles LAX / Century Boulevard

It was very clean and quiet inside the hotel despite the fact that it is near the airport.

The breakfast was not included although the price was pretty high.

I had a fantastic stay at Courtyard by Marriott Los Angeles LAX/Century Boulevard, and it was the perfect choice for my trip to LA for the BTS concerts at SoFi Stadium. The location was incredibly convenient for the airport and SoFi Stadium, which made getting around so much easier during a very busy concert weekend. After travelling such a long way, having a comfortable and convenient place to stay was really important to me. The room was comfortable and had everything I needed, and the hotel was a great place to relax at with all the excitement of the concerts. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would definitely consider staying here again the next time I’m in LA — especially if I’m heading back to SoFi Stadium! 💜 Thank you to the Courtyard LAX team for helping make my BTS trip such a memorable one! 💜💜💜

Close to the airport with transport.

Room was spacious and on first floor which was helpful as we had lots of luggage. Breakfast was excellent and quick.

- No fridge in the room; we had to ask an engineer to bring one. Then he found few outlets so it was tricky to connect it. - We had to ask for amenities like body lotion to be brought to the room. - The shuttle was a wipe-out; didn't come at the posted time, then the time kept getting delayed. Finally, we gave up and took an Uber but we waste about 50 minutes waiting. - There was only one receptionist in the morning so it was difficult to get help. - All luggage carts were in use at once so we struggled to get all our luggage to the front door.

Nothing.

The room they provided was so bad, not like Marriott that I used before in other cities. Washroom sink was in the middle of the room. Their airport bus is not very efficient and timing. Nothing is around. Also their hotel is facing the rent-a-car companies garages. So car alarms go off all of a sudden in the middle of the night

Location to airport, shuttle service, comfortable rooms, friendly staff

Did not offer continental breakfast

Proximity

Can’t remember

Since trump forcing ICE… this led to few staff to clean the room…. My stay was for 5 days I believe the room was only cleaned once or twice

Good location. Very close to SoFi Stadium where I needed to be.

Very basic for the rate. Small fridge was not usable. The 2 hr on and 8 hr off was ridiculous if you really needed to save something in there. My drinks and food were all warm and not able to enjoy in fear of them being warm and gone bad. No point in having it in the room at all. The bathroom light turns off automatically super fast. If you stay in there for just a bit longer, you’d be in the dark. The AC with fan blows right in your face when you are in bed. No way to adjust the vent direction. Had to turn it off. Maybe that was designed so guests would turn it off at night while in bed.

good location after a long flight

Ambivalent staff

Close to the shops, half way in the valley, great stuff very helpful and friendly. Love the fact I could do my laundry and dry it, helps a lot when you travelling with kids.

Nice big room. 3 blocks from the airport which is why we chose it, plus a free shuttle.

Overnight parking was $60 a night! Outrageous.

Location and value

Would have liked better dining

Nothing

No issues with check in despite arriving very late. The market was a life saver because of our arrival time

There was an incident that morning where the front desk woman was attacked. She was still working after the attack :(

Not much

The room was super noisy and the ac old and unbelievably noisy

I don’t like soft beds but thankfully the room we got came with pull out couch which was nice and firm!

So easy at airport

Easy access. Comfortable. Pet friendly.

Parking could have been cheaper. We used a rental and returned it a day early. Shuttle from rental center? We were up early (4am) and surprised everything in the cafe area was closed.

Practical to sleep there before an early flight the next morning

Not worth the cost. Very expensive

Proximity to the airport. The complimentary shuttle service. Complimentary water bottle per guest at time of check in. Friendly staff.

The unexpected fire evacuation in the middle of the night. Thankful it was not serious and cleared was within an hour’s time.

Bien

It was professionally presented, staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was very welcoming.

Couldn’t locate a light in the bathroom. There was no tea bags available for a hot drink and instructions how to set up the kettle for a hot drink.

Beautiful room, clean.

Paid parking

It was nice, and clean.

Near the airport

Charged $58 for parking

The nice fancy style. Very comfy beds.

Wish I could stay more than one night. A bit to expensive for an airport hotel

Food was excellent and tasty

Nothing comes to mind

Inside was clean and Denise was great!

Location

Hiçbirşeyini. Gece bizi 1,5 saat lobide bekleten ve booking.com u arama zahmetinde bulunmayan bir gece müdürüyle tartışmaktan başka hiçbirşey hatırlamıyorum. Aaa bir de Sorry sir there’s nothing we can do about it cümlesini papağan gibi tekrarlayıp durdu

Excellent location. So convenient for an early morning flight especially with the hotel shuttle. Subway food store around the corner.

There is a lot of construction going on around the hotel. The airport is noisy.

Close to the airport

Overpriced. “Restaurant” menu is limited

Only that in the reservation they offered us breakfast included which was not provided to us, I also booked a room for 3 people, which in the reservation said a double bed and a sofa bed and there was only a double bed, one person had to sleep on the floor. The other room I rented everything went well. In general, everything is fine, only this was what caused us discomfort. We didn’t claim anything anymore since we were just passing through for one night and we arrived super late to the accommodation all we wanted was to rest to continue the trip the next day. I always stay in these hotels by Marriott and all always excellent this only time we had a little bad experience.

Very large room with decent furnitures. Double glass windows to block airfield noises

I did not receive a receipt when I left. Promised to get it by mail, but din't come. Had to call both Booking.com and Marriott customer service to have them sent the receipt, several days after staying there. The surcharge of 100$ over cost for covering damages to the room is certainly not common. The reception clerk could be more welcoming. The lobby is gloomy. The "Bistro" is ridiculous . The cost is mid-tier hotel but what you get is low-tier hotel

Huge room! Great price and very very comfortable. Or at least it seemed like it after a long haul flight

Took us a while to get there as the shuttle took a while to pass. Hardly any signs in LAX pointing to shuttle pickups

NADA, ESTABA MUY SUCIO

LA HIGIENE DEL LUGAR

Helpfulness of front desk personnel-with airport shuttle service; ordering food

There could have been another trash receptacle in the room. There seemed to only be one in the bathroom.

The room needs to be remodeled!

Ok

None

Navette pratique

Staff were amazing, friendly and hospitable. Has everything you need for an overnight stay/connection. Many kiosk options for food wine beer snacks.

Shuttle bus unreliable

Shuttle service and drivers were very helpful. Checkin staff helpful with access to wifi

Bar/Restaurant hours very limited - near a 24 hour airport I expected greater spread of hours

It was horrible!!!! We left and front desk said they would refund me and they kept my money! Ac was not working in the halls had water in the carpet spelled like mildew

Everything!!!
