The location to LAX airport was ideal for an early morning flat. The room was so comfy and had a lovely large bathroom and great shower.

I loved this hotels proximity to LAX. The rooftop view is incredible and a great place to get away and relax from the city below. I loved the high ceilings in the room, the huge bathrooms, and the nice showers. The market downstairs is convenient and provides decent snack and food options.

Definitiv kein 4 Sterne Hotel ! Sie hatten ein Systemproblem und somit konnte über eine Stunde niemand einchecken. Zuerst wurde der Herr am Empfang lange alleine gelassen. Dann kamen iihm dann doch einmal noch 2 Perdonen zum helfen. Viele Leute warteten drinnen und draussen mit Gepäck. Es gab weder Gepäckwagen noch sonstige Hilfe. Alles war sehr chaotisch. In einen Hotel dieser Preisklasse wäre eine anständige Info, und zum Beispiel einen Drink anbieten während dieser Zeit das Mindeste. Aber es gab gar nichts. Auf den Zimmern nicht einmal.ein Wasser . Später ging dann die Zimmerkarte nicht mehr. Es hiess das Depot für ein Zimmer fehle. Leider ging es auch nach Depotbezahlung nicht. Auch da keine Entschuldigung. Erstes und letztes Mal Hilton.

I had a very disappointing experience at Curio Collection by Hilton and would not stay here again. From the moment I checked in, the service was unprofessional. The reception staff swiped my card twice and charged my card twice for the refundable security deposit. When I raised the issue and asked for an explanation, the receptionist responded rudely, raised his voice, and spoke to me in a disrespectful manner instead of helping to resolve the problem. As an Asian Muslim guest, I left feeling that I was treated differently because of my background. While I cannot know the staff member's intentions, the interaction made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable, which is not how any guest should feel. Good customer service is about treating every guest with respect, listening to concerns, and resolving issues professionally. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this hotel, particularly to fellow Asian or Muslim travellers who expect to be treated with courtesy and respect.

I didn’t like the parking , the guy was extremely rude , he went at me and other person trying to get out of from the parking structure he took pictures of the car and us. We went to go address to the hotel staff , they share the parking through a 3rd party , in order to get out from the parking structure you need your room key but if you check out they keys don’t work I think it’s ridiculous

Staff very attentive and accommodating, great amenities in the hotel, including a coffee shop, bar, and restaurant. Parking is expensive through hotel, $60 per day but get in and out, can pay $25 at parking structure but no in and out.

Hotel is always nice. Not happy I can’t use the $18 food and beverage credit at the market. I was told it’s owned by a separate company now which charges outrageous prices for water and chips.

This hotel is very convenient to the airport and there is 24 hour shuttle service to LAX. Excellent service from their professional staff who welcomed me as I checked in for the evening.

What a delight. I have been thinking about changing my loyalty from Marriott to Hilton. H Hotel pushed that needle to a solid 10. Alex, Allen and Diana made my stay with my daughters and Granddaughter delightful. From check in to check out I was recognized by the staff. Surprise! I think Marriott forgot how to do that. Get a drink and take it to the rooftop garden. Watch the planes land at LAX. So much fun. Especially thanks to Alex for the special exceptions he made for my daughter. Will absolutely stay here again. Going to start stacking those points on Hilton!

Staff at front was not knowledgeable and did not provide any information about the hotel (dinner hours, elevators, parking garage, etc.). Area has lots of traffic from LAX making it difficult location. The airport shuttle is shared with a third party airport parking lot and is always full, good luck getting a ride as you'll have to fight for a spot with parking lot patrons. Hotel guests are lucky to ride their own hotel shuttle. The air conditioning in room does not work. Their is a "green" initiative that limits the air. Apparently it is normal for room to hold 82 degrees after you've checked in and turned the air on. Room was dusty and could have been cleaned better. Dont let the brand and photos fool you.

My son enjoyed the pool as it was quite a hot day. Easy shuttle service however traffic can slow things down so make sure you leave plenty of time to get to Airline check in. Beds weee very comfortable and bathroom was really big with double sinks. Food was great in the restaurant.

The only thing was the shuttle did nit always stop or cone around frequently to pick up point took over 40 mins to get picked up and we had a 6 year old with us so it was a long wait.

Beautiful Atmosphere soon as you walk in smalls and looks like luxury… I was grateful to go to hotel after a late flight got in at 1 am and they had mini food available. Rooms we class and regal .. definitely will come back

The bathroom was really big and spacious. My grandkids loved the view. The room service was great and customer service at the front desk.

The service here was phenomenal! Alex and Allan were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely hospitable from the moment I walked in. They both went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, and their positive attitudes set the tone for an exceptional experience. Alex was attentive, patient, and consistently made sure every detail was handled with care. Allan matched that same level of excellence with his professionalism, warm personality, and willingness to assist with anything I needed. Highly recommend, they made my experience memorable!

This hotel provided a great experience. I did not have high expectations since the hotel is on LAX grounds but the staff and the hotel were amazing. Love the rooms, gym and access to multiple restaurants. We didn’t use the pool but it looked great too. I do have to give a special shout out to Daniel. He has phenomenal customer service skills. My daughter just had knee surgery and he was compassionate and accommodating. Thank you Daniel. We will be back.

LAX location, the room itself was nice big and roomy. The parking was okay but 55.00 plus tax a day is pricey. These were my room complaints. First no microwave and the coffee machine was not clean nor sanitary. Late there were nets in the bathroom area.

I enjoyed my stay at this conveniently located boutique hotel. The staff was friendly, courteous and very professional. Parking was extremely easy and check in was a breeze. I was given a very nice high floor clean room with a view and the noise level was low. There are amazing amenities and the drinks and food in the bar area was delicious! I will definitely return as the value was affordable.

The rooms were very spacious and the front desk staff was very helpful.

Room/bedding is fine but hotel has some very frustrating/missing pieces that should be a red flag to anyone: 1) No mini fridge in room -- couldn't even request one despite many other reviews claiming they had mine had a spot for it that was empty and staff saying they don't provide them. Unacceptable in today's day and age.. 2) They charge extra for faster internet (the non charged internet is non functional/too slow) -- they should not be charging for that, also ridiculous 3) it's a bit noisy from the airport though to be fair if it was just this I'd be a 3 or 4 star rating.

I arrived LAX around 2:30 am. My next flight was 7 pm. Too late to get a room overnight..plus it would have been $200 + to check in at 3 am and checkout at noon. Nope. And, staying in an uncomfortable airport chair (or worse the floor!) for 16 hours made my back cringe. But, then I discovered Hotels by Day and H Hotel was a participant. I chose the 8 am - 2 pm time slot. The free shuttle was beyond pleasant. Wish I got the name of the driver (he was from New Orleans) as he was the most kind, polite, and gracious human that I gleaned from my short time watching him interact with his customers. Next was an easy check in with Alex, another high quality employee. I watched him greet hello and goodbye to every customer walking by. Very professional and very friendly. Much appreciated this as I was so tired from my long flight and a sleepless night. The room was clean and spacious and the price was about half of what the nightly cost would have been. It was relaxing, and I got in a 3 hour nap and a hot shower before I checked out. If you have a long layover and want a respite, I highly recommend checking out a day use booking site and seeing if H Hotel has availability. As a bonus, there is a great Italian deli just steps away from this hotel. Alex even stored my luggage so I could go there to eat. When I return to LAX, I will come back to this hotel.

This is always our airport hotel when we fly into LAX. It’s a short trip from the airport. The shuttle runs 24 hours, every 20-25 minutes and you don’t have to call to request. They always have a ready room and the room is always clean. We have been upgraded to a suite a few times. There is a Coffee Bean shop attached to the lobby and a Subway next to it There is a deli across the street that’s open for breakfast and lunch. They have their own restaurant which is good but pricey. They have digital keys which are great for when you’ve crawled off an overnight flight and want to head straight to your room. We will continue to stay there whenever we use LAX

A internet estava péssima no dia. Não conseguimos ligar mais de um aparelho de jeito nenhum. Como estavamos cansados da viagem, não procurei ajuda pra resolver. Mas foi um ponto que para nós era importante e não achei que teríamos esse problema.

Hotel is great if you love airplanes and want a great spot to view all the aircraft arriving and departing. Really cool viewing deck on the top floor. Hotel is showing some age. Restaurant was not great. Food was blah, out of several items on a very limited menu and very pricy. The room was nice and spacious and bed was very comfortable. We would stay here again.

Luxury hotel conveniently located close to LAX. Friendly and functional lobby. Restaurant with good food, and a small store for forgotten toiletries or food. Rooms are right sized, decorated nicely, great bathrooms with a modern shower and conveniences. Bed I had was large and comfortable, which made for a good nights sleep. Airport shuttle services run every 30 minutes. Definitely recommend this hotel.

I flew out from Boston to rendezvous with my cousin from Oregon to attend a concert at the Kia Forum in Los Angeles. This Hilton was my best choice for convenience and location. Being soo close to the airport, we rarely had air traffic noise disturb our resting times.

Excellent hotel! Rooms are well appointed and clean and the staff is very friendly. They have a great 24 hour self checkout pantry that is well stocked with food, beverage and toiletries.

Die Lage - direkt am Flughafen. Für uns das perfekte Hotel um entspannt unseren Roadtrip zu starten Wir waren bereits zum dritten Mal hier und würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Die Aussicht von der Dachterrasse ist Mega. Wir hatten ein Eckzimmer mit Blick aufs Theme Building. Wir haben gezielt danach gefragt. Uns deshalb gab's auch ein bisschen Flughäfen. Aber für uns vollkommen OK.

Leider - wie auch die letzten Male hätten die Fenster sauberer sein können. Wir buchen immer die Superior Zimmer (Eck Zimmer) - wegen dem Ausblick. Dann ist es schon ein bisschen ärgerlich wenn die Scheiben vollgedatscht sind.

I love staying here! The rooms are excellent, spacious and clean. The bathrooms are great and they decluttered it and got rid of all the fluff a guy travelling alone just does not need! They left the ironing facilities which I like so that's a plus for me and the TV was modern and I was able to connect my own device to it and they even provided ample USB charging ability. The roof terrace provides all round views of the airport and down town LA and you can sit in comfort with something from the lobby cafe (Starbucks) or the bar. There's an on site restaurant and a shop with a good range of items to take to your room if you're watching TV.

This a good hotel but the location means the price can be challenging for those paying for their own travel. I didn't collect any loyalty points because I booked through another site (because they offered a lower price than the hotel itself) which is frustrating.

My stay would have been awesome based off the hotel alone, but it was MAGNIFICENT due to the friendly and accommodating staff. I dealt with Alex and Joe, both whom went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and that I had everything I needed. I felt seen and tended to. The location of the hotel was perfect for an aviator like myself. My room had a beautiful view of the airport, and the rooftop view all the grander. Everything was clean, bustling atmosphere but still peaceful. I will definitely be making another reservation here when back in LA.

Easy checkin. Great location for an overnight at LAX after a long flight. Pickup and drop-off shuttle was friendly, helpful and on-time! Rooms were really good, spacious, well maintained and clean. Visit the rooftop for great view over LA and LAX. Service was brief but friendly. Ate in the restaurant at the bar and food was good. One of the elevators was wet and stank of garbage on the evening of arrival but other than that all good.
