Miami Marriott Biscayne Bay

Room had a great view of the bay. The room was quiet and comfortable. Overall, the amenities associated with the room were good. We also enjoyed the breakfast that was included in the rate.

The restaurant hours for dinner don't leave late arrivals much of an option for dinner on the property. Other hotels in the area offered alternatives, but it was unfortunate we had to leave the property. Additionally, the price what we were able to order in the bar didn't offer much value.

El servicio de estacionamiento es MUY CARO, es un hotel con mucho movimiento de gente por lo que la atención en recepción es lenta al igual que la espera de elevadores.

Quarto limpo, atendentes educados, academia excelente, piscina também, localização boa de fácil acesso para todos os lugares. Apesar do valor alto, compensa muito ficar neste hotel.

Valor do café da manhã é muito caro e não é self service e sim a la carte. Não compensar. Melhor sair para tomar café fora.

Business trip to attend Miss USA pageant. Stayed at Miami Marriott Biscayne Bay! Great experience! Even when my flight was cancelled, as a Marriott Bonvoy member and United Mileage member , I came back to stay an extra day. Even the desk attendant Adam was so helpful! I love the gummy bears you give out! And I also ate lunch at Gold Coast and was treated so warmly by Everyone, especially Fanny and Fabiola! They were perfection! Nice hotel. We were there the day before a chartered cruise. This was one of the host hotels for the pre-cruise stay. Staff was informed and available to answer any of our questions (professionally and with a positive attitude). Food was good. Great atmosphere. Nice and clean accommodations. Quiet. Great view of the harbor.

Lovely hotel situated near the Metro Mover. Beautiful views, excellent breakfast! Gabriela the hostess and Aurea both went above and beyond with excellent service. Aurea was professional and warm; she’s a treasure! The bed is comfortable and the room was quiet and clean. We always stay here when in Miami. Excellent value! ( I wish the A/C was more powerful or the room had a fan -the room felt a little stuffy during the afternoon. We were here during some of the hottest summer days/during a heat wave, so I know that complicated things)

Kommunikation mit dem Empfangspersonal/ Geschäftsleitung ist sehr schlecht, sobald man ein Problem hat. Wir hatten über booking.com unsere beiden Zimmer gebuch und bezahlt - am Abreisetag wurde mir dann nochmals beide Zimmer auf Kreidtkarte abgerechnet. Auch mein Nachweis der Bezahlung an booking.com (per Handy) hat nichts genutzt. Im Nachgang bin ich seit nunmehr fast 8 Wochen im Kontakt und habe immernoch nur für 1 Zimmer die Erstattung erhalten! Dieses Hotel werde ich nicht wieder buchen geschweige denn empfehlen!

We were welcomed with champagne and smiles on check in. I'm a Marriot rewards member but they never heard of this so they upgraded our room to a water view. One day for some reason they forgot to clean our room. We had to call the front desk for new towels which after 45 minutes never came. So we went down to complain and they offered us free breakfast the next morning for the inconvenience. The buffet breakfast was delicious and our waitress Aurea was wonderful and attentive.

Hello, we (6 people and a 2-year-old child) stayed at the Marriott Biscayne Bay Hotel from July 24th to 27th, 2026. I just received some bad news upon my return to France: the hotel forced us to make a reservation through Booking.com. Booking.com charged me the requested amount, and you also charged me twice for the same amount, so I paid twice. How can I resolve this issue and get a refund for the overcharged amount? I had a wonderful dining experience at Gold Coast restaurant! I ordered the linguini pasta, which was recommended by the host, and it was absolutely delicious and full of flavor. The server Frank, was outstanding, friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect. Manager Carlos was equally exceptional, personally ensuring I had a great dining experience and making me feel genuinely welcome. I highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely be back!

We ate at the Gold Coadt Kitchen and Cocktails. Our waiter was Frank. We ate outside with the most beautiful view. The food was amazing. What made the evening for us was our waiter Frank. He was so attentive and personable. He was truly the BEST waiter I have ever had. If you have a chance to visit this incredible property, you will be in for a special treat!!! My vacation was extravagant. The customer service was very well they assisted me with any issues I had. My only complaint would be to fix the microwave on the fourth floor.

The experience was great! Me and my family went for breakfast and Aurea made sure our juice glasses were full and was very kind and friendly! It was my mom’s birthday and she arranged for the kitchen to sing and gave her birthday waffles! 🥺

I had an amazing experience! Carlos and Frank were my servers and they were phenomenal. I felt so hosted and welcomed. Constantly being checked on, I went to celebrate my friend’s birthday and we had an exceptional time. This was an amazing experience, I recommend you should go!

What an incredible dining experience from start to finish! The churrasco was absolutely phenomenal, perfectly cooked, flavorful, and easily one of the best I’ve ever had. Aurea was a warm welcoming server and bent over backwards to help us feel at home. She was very understanding with my children when they ordered and made great recommendations.

Bad service and terrible management. Final bill was not correct, was assured it would be corrected when we left but it was not. Tried to get them to correct it by contacting Marriott but was ignored after sending several emails. My final folio was less than what they charged my CC. Instead of correcting it they sent me a new folio 2 weeks later with what they charged my CC. They only did that when I dispute the charge with CC company.

We stayed at this location in advance of a cruise and throughly enjoyed the location and amenities. Unfortunately I didn’t realize I left something in the room until I returned from my cruise. I immediately contacted the hotel and spoke with Loss Prevention supervisor Yazdi Patel. A special THANK YOU to Yazdi and housekeeper Yeney Mendez for finding my item. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay here. The staff at the restaurant were exceptionally kind, specially Aurea. We are traveling with two little kids and the staff made it easier for us.

Aurea was a wonderful host and server for our family at breakfast. She was so attentive to us and especially our kids, she was kind and helpful. We would love to come back. Food was great as well.

My experience was excellent. Everyone was nice and professional. My waitress, Aurea, was the kindest most attentive person I’ve met in a long time. I joked with my friend that I wanted to have her as my abuela. The food was fresh and delicious. Healthy options were available too. And the hotel was clean, modern, and well decorated. 10 out of 10!

Check-in was very friendly and warm, which is honestly very rare in the U.S.! I used a Suite Upgrade Award to upgrade to an ocean view suite, and the view was absolutely stunning. I arranged this trip for my parents, and they were sooo impressed by the room!

I am extremely disappointed with how this situation was handled. My original request was very simple: I asked to move my reservation from May 8–9 to May 7–8. The hotel had availability for May 7, so I did not understand why this change could not be accommodated. Instead, I was forced to book and pay for an additional night on May 7, while the night of May 9 ultimately went unused. What made the experience even more frustrating was the lack of ownership and communication between the hotel and Booking.com. The hotel repeatedly told me that the change had to be processed through Booking.com, while Booking.com informed me that the hotel needed to approve the modification. As a customer, I was caught in the middle, with neither party taking responsibility for resolving a straightforward request. Booking.com attempted to contact the hotel regarding the change, but the hotel never responded. Instead, they continued to state that the matter was Booking.com's responsibility. However, when it came to charging my reservation and issuing invoices, the hotel had no difficulty responding promptly. I contacted customer service by phone and was told they could not make the change. The reception team also said they were unable to assist. Booking.com confirmed that the hotel needed to approve the modification, yet the hotel never provided a response. As a result, I incurred unnecessary costs and spent a significant amount of time trying to resolve an issue that should have been simple. To make matters worse, my follow-up emails have gone unanswered. I expected a much higher level of customer service, communication, and flexibility. Unfortunately, this experience has been very disappointing and has left me with a negative impression of the hotel's commitment to guest satisfaction.

We when to the M Club and we have a wonderful time. The host Carolina Pose was very helpful and always taking care of our needs with charm, kindness and respect. The supervisor Michael Nocie was there too looking for everything to be available and organize. They are a great team.

Its a Marriott brand but nowhere close to Marriott standards Right from the elevators to the room - very tacky I was first put up in a room on the top floor only to experience the entire wall behind the bed shaking / vibrating I was changed to another room which was awful not cleaned - a bad housekeeping job The bath curtains stained Mini bar -Empty No bath robes or bath slippers ( had to ask for one) A small coffee machine - with paper cups for coffee All this at the cost of 325 usd a night and a Marriott brand

My husband and son had a breakfast buffet and I had an à la cart item. We all enjoyed our food. Great food and service! Aurea was the best! So friendly and attentive. We thoroughly enjoy her! We will definitely be back. Hopefully tomorrow morning for breakfast again.

The checkin process was a mess. The manager was not helpful at all. We went through all the steps prior to have credit card authorization and when we got there they would not accept it. We are bonvoy members and this location did not treat as though. The best part of the stay was the waitress at breakfast, Aurea. She was so kind and sweet.

A shout out to Officer Yazdi Patel and Housekeeper Yusimi Cruz. I left some valuables behind which can be so frustrating as much as I travel. I spoke with the facility (in person), and was quickly connected to Yazdi who said "I'm on it". That usually means I will never hear back again OR might have to chase 10 more people to get a response. Yazdi called me back, found what I was looking for, and was able to get them back to me the next morning. I love good customer service (talking to humans), and cannot thank Yazdi enough for even trying to find something that was valuable to me. This does not happen often - so I wanted to take a quick moment to say thank you to Yazdi and Yusimi! A great hotel, but the customer service was beyond stellar. Thank You!

Cuando me estaba retirando controlé la factura y me estaban cobrando nuevamente en mi tarjeta el valor de la estadía que ya estaban cobrando pagada en booking. Manager un desastre completo!!! Confortable rooms, neat and quiet. As to the restaurant Gold Coast, we received excellent and promt atentions, specially from Fanny and Aurea. They are both, nice and efficient persons always assisting us with a wonderful smile. I particularly, would like to enfasis this.

We had a very nice stay before a cruise. A convenient location with beautiful views of the cruise port, and walking distance to restaurants and a grocery store to stock up on last minute items. We really appreciated having access to our room when we arrive (approximately 11:30) instead of needing to wait until around 3:00 like so many hotels make you do. That courtesy is enough to make us book there again!! At the reception desk Flo was very helpful.
