No me gustó que la habitación no estaba lista para cuando llegamos y tuvimos que esperar y cuando entramos no tenía jabón de baño y cuando lo solicitamos lo dejaron en un envase de acondicionador o sea que lo renbasado y nos dijeron que no había uno nuevo para darnos.

Personal del couter en especial a la Srta Elizabeth por atención y apoyo cuando lo solicitamos. El Desayuno variado y bueno y personal que atiende muy atentos

The room was very nice and the view was spectacular. Unfortunately, the experience after checkout completely overshadowed these positive aspects. Unexpected and unexplained charges appeared on the card after the stay, including charges for minibar items we did not use. What should have been a wonderful birthday trip ended with frustration and a complete loss of trust in the hotel.

Unauthorized charges after checkout — be extremely careful I booked and paid for this stay at The Grayson Hotel Miami Downtown as a birthday present for a friend. He said the room was very nice and the view was spectacular. Unfortunately, what happened after checkout completely erased those positive impressions. At check-in, my friend was required to provide his card as a deposit or guarantee. After checking out early and returning home, he discovered several unexplained charges on that card. So far, we have not received an itemized bill, receipts, or any evidence showing that he consumed or removed these any products or extra services. If this hotel asks you to provide a card as a guarantee or deposit, be extremely cautious. Photograph or record the entire minibar before leaving. Personally, after what happened to my friend, I would advise travelers not to stay here. Making unexplained charges after checkout represents a serious breach of trust.

Cleaning staff wasn’t good. Front desk staff did not accommodate well with cleaning staff and refrigerator not working at all. Pool hours too short closes way too early. Water flooded elevator space outside was a safety hazard.. and did not allow late check out

This is a very nice boutique hotel. It is in a good location although not right on the bay.

We paid for a balcony room with a bay view. We could see the bay, but our view was the science museum. We were on the sixth floor. The view might have been better if we had been higher. The food was excellent!

Location was great and so close to the cruise port. They had a nice area to store your luggage since we arrived early. Very clean, staff friendly.

The pool closed at 7:30 pm. The refrigerator was small and had items for purchase only in it, nowhere to put anything brought back to the room (leftovers, outside drinks, etc)

The staff it was very friendly since the moment we arrived , it is in a really good location.

There are a few things we didn’t like about the place. Once we get there since we got there around 8 pm , we went to the hotel restaurant right before 9 pm, we ordered what we wanted to eat, our order got on our table literally in a hour just for a pasta with grilled chicken and something else my wife order because the first item she order they were out, I said ok it could happen, I order a coke I never got it. We took a shower and the shower flooded, we try to use the tub , it didn’t worked, no water in the tub.

Everything about the property, the rooms are beautiful and spacious. Honestly l have never being in a comfortable hotel room like this.

Very poor experience. Hotel seems woefully understaffed. Room air conditioning the loudest ive ever heard. Went to make tea using the in room service but no black teabag. Called front desk and it took 45mins to arrive at a charge of $5. They even asked me for the existing teabags in the room as a ‘swap’ for the black teabag! Restaurants has one member of staff for bar, restaurant and serving. Valet parking $46 per day with lowest tip option of 25%. Would not recommend. Lots of small issues with socket positions, light switches etc. Left feeling it was designed by people who didn’t know about hotels!

Não havia microondas no quarto e nem no hotel, eu estava com meu bebê de 10 meses e foi impossível preparar qualquer refeição pra ele. Definitivamente não é um hotel baby friendly, não possui nenhuma comodidade para bebês além do berço disponível no quarto. Se você tiver dificuldade de dormir com barulho, também não recomendo o quarto com vista, pois entra muito ruído das rodovias que passam bem em frente ao hotel. A limpeza deixou a desejar, além de que precisava ser solicitada. Havia muito pó no chão e nos cantos, a área do box também suja. Apenas a limpeza superficial e organização do quarto era boa Estacionamento bastante caro (cerca de 46 dólares por noite), e algumas vezes demoravam para trazer o carro. Apesar disso os funcionários no estacionamento eram muito gentis.

The staff were so kind and helpful. The location was lovely. The room was one of the nicest we’ve stayed in ever. The access to the beach was excellent.

The only thing was that after the thunderstorm there was still dirt and a few puddles around the hallway up to our rooms which was not very pleasant to the eye but also quite dangerous as someone could’ve slipped

Honestamente este hotel supero nuestras expectativas y lo recomendamos para cualquier familia, persona o pareja que quiera disfrutar del dowtown de miami y quiera relajarse. Su ubicación, instalaciones, limpieza y orden en todo. nosotros no esperabamos que nos dieran desayuno y estuvieron a la orden todos los dias y muy deliciosos y con variedad. Todo el personal de cocina y mesa super atentos, amables y eficientes. Mencion especial para Dayma, super persona con calidad 10 de atención al cliente.

Realmente no es relevante. Que solo el primer dia nos pusieron botellitas con agua, pero todo lo demas excelente.

I had a terrible experience. At 4am a drunk man tried to enter our room, a room shared with my family of 4; wife, daughter and son. We called the front desk several times asking for security, however, they never answerd on time. They answerd 10 minuts later while the drunk was trying to enter our room, and finally sended someone 15 minutes after the phone call, when the drunk man was alredy gone. When we reported the problem in the moring they just brushed it off. We understand in the morning it was too late to try to solve soemthing, but its important that we report this publicly so that the hotel pays more attention to their guests in the night.

I had one night. I got a free upgrade to a Junior Suite which was very big. Location was great for me as I deliberately choose this hotel as it was close to a club. I did not try the pool and I had no breakfast. Personnel were good and friendly. Good shower.

The room had single glass, I was on 11th floor and with all windows closed I could hear clearly the cars from the highway that is directly next to this hotel. I slept with ear plugs and that went good though. Be aware, there is a new highway being build next to this hotel. However I visited on Saturday/Sunday so no construction going on. Imagine if they start to work... And the airco made a lot of noise. I turned it off which worked for me. When I went out, I let the airco run. Final point, the room is clearly outdated, the floor of the big bathroom needs to be renewed, the cracks on the wall junctures need to be fixed, you see wear & tear in many places. The bath tub was functional but just a plastic tub (and ugly). For a 4* hotel it is not good enough.

We didn’t spend too much time at the property. Pool looked nice. Located downtown Miami. Close to the airport. Would stay there again.

The Grayson Hotel was the perfect base for our stay in Miami. The location is excellent, very close to downtown, midtown and south beach and with easy access to public transport. The room was clean and spacious. What really made the difference, though, was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with recommendations or any request we had. Special thanks to Tyrhimba who helped us with restaurant reservations and other activities even beyond his working hours! Overall, a fantastic experience, and we would happily stay here again.

The breakfast was tasty and offered good-quality ingredients, although we found it a little on the heavy side for our preferences. We also would have appreciated a bit more flexibility when it came to making small changes to the breakfast options.

I didn't like that I requested an oceanview with a balcony and I received a city view with all the noise.

We were deceived by what is advertised on the hotel website to the room that we actually got. Front desk was great loby decent. Room that we got was nice but nothing like was advertised. Very Noisey look out towards the busy expressway way too loud,bathroom basic room basic. We got moved to another room after we requested. That room was worse facing the pools, no closet just a built in rack, bathroom was basic with a tube and shower together. Very disapointed and will not stay here again they advertise the best room but you do not get that when you get there so please becareful when booking here. Door people were excellent and so was the front desk. In the sitting area where the resturant is located Mens restroom no water working or the sink had no water.

As a frequent traveller, I stay at 4- & 5-star hotels. This property is, at best, a 3-star & does NOT belong under Marriott's Luxury Collection. Arrival: approx 9 p.m. to no bellman or concierge & was told these services are only available during the day. As an Expedia VIP, I normally arrive to a bottle of wine with a welcome note already in the room. Instead, I was told to ask for it if it wasn't there. It wasn't. It finally appeared in my 3rd room on the 3rd day—after repeated complaints. First night - Room 1011 - nightmare. Mattress practically on the floor with no support (I have photos). Bed sheets old & rough, fan coil unbearably loud, & the room had no balcony or view. Bathroom had what looked like an old shower curtain instead of a door, vinyl flooring & visible black mould. Despite requesting 2 queen beds several times before arrival, both by phone & in writing, we were given a king in Room 1011, then 2 double beds—not queens—in Room 808, & finally another king. We were moved 3 times in 3 days. Staff openly admitted the hotel overbooks & simply moves guests around. After packing/unpacking 3 times, I asked for the manager. There was no apology, no accountability & no empathy. I explained the unsupported mattress, poor bedding, loud fan coil, mould, incorrect bed arrangements & repeated moves. She was dismissive & offered no solution beyond moving us yet again. Do not waist your money on this hotel.

Lower level city view room was obstructed by construction going on on the highway right next to the hotel. Book a bay view instead until it’s done

Experiência extremamente decepcionante. Tivemos um grave problema com a chave do quarto, que simplesmente travou, deixando-nos do lado de fora por mais de 1h30. Durante todo esse período, solicitamos diversas vezes que o recepcionista do turno da noite acionasse alguém para resolver a situação. No entanto, ele demonstrou total falta de proatividade e só tomou providências depois que precisei elevar o tom de voz devido à minha indignação. Outro ponto desagradável foi a dificuldade na comunicação. Apesar de falar espanhol, o recepcionista insistia em se comunicar apenas em inglês, o que dificultou ainda mais o entendimento e atrasou a solução do problema. Quando o técnico finalmente conseguiu abrir a porta, tivemos mais uma surpresa negativa: o quarto não havia sido limpo nem arrumado. O próprio técnico comentou mais de uma vez com a recepção para realizar a troca do quarto. Ainda assim, fomos informados de que a limpeza seria feita apenas na manhã seguinte. Como se não bastasse, aguardamos mais de 30min enquanto o técnico tentava resolver definitivamente o problema da fechadura, sem sucesso. Diante da evidente incapacidade de solucionar a situação, tive que descer novamente à recepção e insistir, já bastante estressada, para que o quarto fosse finalmente trocado. O banheiro apresentava um problema de vazamento no banho, causando alagamento do piso e deixando o ambiente molhado e inseguro após o uso. O café da manhã foi decepcionante, com poucas opções no serviço à la carte e limitação de apenas uma bebida e um item de alimentação, ficando abaixo das expectativas devido à falta de variedade e flexibilidade. A experiência foi extremamente frustrante devido ao atendimento inadequado, falhas de comunicação, demora na resolução de problemas, deficiências de manutenção e café da manhã insatisfatório, esta foi uma das piores experiências de hospedagem que já tivemos e está muito distante do padrão de qualidade esperado para um hotel dessa categoria.

This hotel was so amazing! Great walking distance (less than a 6 min walk to Kaseya event center.) The hotel room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and everything we asked for they were very accommodating. The view from the room was magnificent. The staff were very friendly as well, valet staff were nice and fast, definitely would stay at this hotel again in the near future.

La camera era molto grande, tuttavia l' ambiente bagno sembrava, a partire dalle mattonelle in parte macchiate,un ambiente distinto dal living. L' arredamento, inoltre,si presentava poco curato.

I didn't like the landlord special... The room was painted over dirt it seems like it. The chair was dirty. The balcony door did not lock. We were on the 12th floor but I still didn't feel comfortable. I told the staff and showed pictures but they were like meh.. Housekeeping took my daughter's personal towels.

Very smooth check in. Valet assisted with explaining how to order our cars and helped us bring in our bags. Devin at check in was very helpful and explained everything thoroughly. He also assisted with sending our pup a dog bed to our room. Will definitely be returning!

First off the positives, the pool and the 14th floor was just to be done and has pool connected to it and that area is beautiful. The location is wonderful and very accessible to public transportation, including the Metro mover lines and all the museums. The staff was wonderful and attended. The negatives definitely not luxury in my room. My table was stopped up. They arrested immediately, but unstop the tub they left water all over the floor and not cleaned up till I reported it to the front desk. The tiles on the floor were worn, as well as the furniture in the room shipped and worn and not top class. The tiles on the floor in the hallway or separating, and the wall was peeling off the wall. The bit screws on my bed and stains all over it. The mini bar in the room was very adequate with good coffee. I ordered from the bar at the rooftop and a chicken wrap is very good.

We had a great 1 night stay prior to a cruise, central location easy to get around. Delvis was very friendly and accommodating and even gave us a bottle of champagne as we are celebrating our honeymoon!

I stayed here with family members before a cruise. We chose the hotel because it was close ot the port and had a rooftop bar/restaurant and a rooftop pool. We were disappointed to find that these were both under renovation and not available to us. That should have been made clear on the website--we would not have chosen this hotel had we known that. The rooms were fine, but overall we were very disappointed and will not stay there agian.

The facilities were clean and the location is great. We had an awesome stay. The pool is beautiful and our room had a great view.

The restaurant staff's service wasn't the best. We didn't understand if we had to sit ourselves or if someone would give us a table. We had to wait a long while for them to serve us... Other than that, the food was very good.
