Arlo Wynwood Miami

The staff were nice. The location was great. Close to bakeries and restaurants.

The pool would close early if it started to rain and would remain closed even if the sky was clear. The rooms were cute but too small and no dresser or a place to store our clothes. Steamer available but no iron availabl. Parking was $61 for CRV. No ice machines available for guests; however the bakery would give you a cup when asked.

Very clean, nice rooftop pool

Great clean place!

Shower door leaked like crazy, basically flooded the bathroom every shower

Very clean

Nothing

It’s nice , colorful and clean. Rooms were comfortable.

Great place and nice staff

Staff was very professional and went above and beyond to help. Especially valet guy

Food stain on wood hotel floors. Sliding glass doors not cleaned. Bird poop on balcony rail. Just better cleaning. You asked about coffee ☕️. Not very good. Offer different creamers

Location, price, pool, cleanliness!

No microwave in room. Rooftop & lobby food offered is mediocre.

Great customer service awesome staff lit pool parties. Food was exceptional. truly relaxing it’s not in the resort but the closest thing to a resort. You really did not have to leave the property to enjoy yourself.

Only thing that I didn’t like was that we booked through Booking.com . Booking didn’t disclose any extra fees. So we did have to come out of pocket extra money, but it really wasn’t that bad of an issue. It was all squared away.

Ambiente moderno ed accogliente,l’odore all’ingresso ne caratterizza lo Stile

Good location and clean and comfortable room

No control to the ac unit

Beautiful hotel

The rooms are quite small for two people

Fast and friendly check in process. The staff - they are there to help!

I liked all aspects! No dislikes!

Everything was A1!

The prices of food and beverage

Clean, good location, good staff

Nothing I didn’t like.

Loved the property, it was amazing and relaxing. I loved the 3rd floor and especially the vibes of the roof top pool.

I wasn’t too fond of the food and the price of the drinks.

We enjoyed the location of the hotel and the staff were very friendly and helpful

Quite nice

The air conditioning was too strong and there was no way to turn it off

The rooftop pool and bar was really nice

The rooms are on the smaller side

Hôtel magnifique et personnel au petits soins ! Chambre spacieuse. Le rooftop incroyable! Je recommande.

Limpio y buen concepto

Good location, good facilities and walking distance to restaurants and other entertaining places.

The wrong location was perfect and the hotel was beautiful. Staff were friendly and helpful

The noise was a bit loud but they did provide complimentary earplugs !

Very modern hotel, always sparkly clean, the bathroom was great and the vibes were always immaculate. Rooms are somewhat small, but very comfortable. Pool unfortunately was closed during the week for renovations, but on the other hand they were handing over free Aperol spritz for happy hour.

The front desk staff was great1 The food was great!

NA

Impeccable service and employees

The area/neighborhood can be noisy

very nice clean modern vibe, very accommodating

Nada a declarar

Decent facilities

Pool bar staff completely useless and away for long periods of time with not even a sorry when they came back. The room was quite cramped.

The hotel has a great overall vibe. Its young, modern, fresh and has everything in place needed. A billard pool table next to the reception, great staff, nice rooms with a steamer even (top notch!). The swimming pool is also really nice to chill in the city when it gets hot. The price is a fair imo. The area is very hipster, artsy and up and coming - in parts also (still) run down. But this was to be expected. Restaurants and clubs in walking distance and even a walk to luxe desing district is possible in less than half an hour. I didnt even get to join the free yoga class offering nor did we check out the lounge area - but I am sure its as nice as the rest of the hotel :)

I liked the hotel overall, nothing bothered me or was not working e.g. - so all good actually :)

Clean and modern hotel, with lovely display of art pieces.

Not applicable

The location in Wynwood. The staff.

Parties with people vomiting in elevators and police around the hotel

Everything!

Nothing!

Good location

Unwillingness to bring in cot, limited food options, no late checkout. Room was very small.shower had weird chair which couldn’t be removed.

Location, modern hotel, super friendly staff

First night the AC was not working properly . But they gave us another room for the second night, AC was working fine

This hotel has stolen money from my card. They took a deposit, and on checkout they have not refunded it. When I try contacting them, it goes to a mailbox saying that the mailbox is full, and I'm unable to leave a message.

Security deposits should be refunded without having to follow up and chase for it to be repaid. We did not use anything from the minibar or facilities, and the room was left in perfect condition.

Centrale ligging in Wynwood, gezellig nachtleven

Pool, yoga classes, big comfortable bed, great food.

The breakfast was great. Food was good and waitstaff very friendly.

Location, staff, everything was clean

Saturday pool deck was too noisy, think was a private event,

Las instalaciones el servicio y la comida

Las fiestas y los alrededores

The location

The customer service, lack of cleanliness.

Great hotel in the centre of Wynwood with lovely restaurants and bars nearby Small rooms but very comfortable Lovely pool area and really great gym

Rooms are very small. No space to unpack any clothes but we only stayed two nights so wasn’t too bad but would have been difficult if we stayed longer

Quarto é bem amplo, cama é grande e confortável. Banheiro com boa ducha e ótimo espaço. E o staff muito simpático.

Location, super clean and trendy. Loved the amenities, very comfy bed…look forward to coming again!

During check in, had issues with the debit card reader.

Beautiful hotel and the friendliest most accommodating staff. After check out you can still use the rooftop pool for the day which was a real bonus. Will definitely stay at Arlo again!

Arlo Wynwood was the perfect location for our Miami visit—new, upscale design and amenities; beautiful room and bath with a fantastic shower in the heart in the heart of the arts district. Staff was available throughout the stay and seemed eager to assist as needed. We highly recommend this hotel.

Everything the staff and especially the security you feel staying there

the hotel was gorgeous and so was the pool. everything was amazing

Gym, lobby, pool, helpful staff. The hotel is super trendy and hype, very stylish.

Too noisy neighborhood, was on the 8th and could hear the nightclub's music up until 3am. Included breakfast makes no sense money-wise: I paid $24 on Booking when you could eat for less from the menu.

Everything was amazing

A bit noisy
