The staff didn't seem friendly or welcoming. No continental breakfast was disappointing especially at a rate of $251.00 a night. The pool area was very dirty. I've stayed at Marriott before and this was not terrible but not good.

Det kom plutselig vann ut av dusjen på natten som traff slukristen i dusjen. Dette ble en lyd som hørtes ut som brannalarmen gikk av så jeg våknet. Plutselig på natten så slo tv-en seg på og vekket meg.

Very easy process to Check in was able get in my room early. Staff were really nice and helpful.

The bed was uncomfortable and pillow to soft.

The sink clogged, the toilet bowl was dirty. We called and politely requested to clean the restroom but no one came. We expected better since it’s marriot.

First of all we were given a handicap room which we did not request. We went down to the check in counter and told the gentleman there and he couldn’t have cared less that we were unhappy.

The front desk clerk should have changed our room. We should not have ever been booked into this room.

Near the highway and uptown. And it’s clean.

Be careful not leaving anything in your car. At our stay there was a guest who got their car broken into and had their suitcases stolen and they were in the lobby the whole time when it happened.

Staff was amazing! Room was good

I guess only thing I have to say about the property is that the restroom water pressure was solo when you would use the restroom it wouldn’t flush properly. And sink water was always extremely hot.

What breakfast ? Oh ,the expensive breakfast items we had to pay for. Good location. Comfy bed , we had a mini frig in room, my daughter didn't have a mini frig in her room .

A microwave in room. More channels on tv . We asked for wake up call and didn't get it . Linen- only one hand towel ,two washcloth and next day they removed one used washcloth but left the other used washcloth no clean ones.

Terrible staff and management help for guests. Dirty beds and the wrong room not the one that was advertised and they refused to give us clean sheets and after my boyfriend woke up with a really bad swollen face.

None the staff front desk lady was rude and very dismissive. Got no help when our reservation wasn’t correct on the hotels end and not clean sheets when I asked them twice for some and the room we didn’t want. Was told to speak to a manager in the morning to sort it out only to never have been able to speak to one.

Great staff. They couldn't find my reservation but searched a good while they found it. Rooms and hotel were exceptionally good.

The front desk person could have been nice. He was irked that I booked the room through booking.com and he didn't give me the King bed room I had requested. He gave me a small 2 bed room. He didn't tell me any information about breakfast or where the elevators were.

The staff was wonderful. I was greeted at the front desk by a precious lady named Terese, who had a bright smile and a kind voice. She was so helpful and patient with me, and then Gabe helped. Then Matthew took all my luggage up for me. Matthew was just so kind and polite. The stay was very nice. When I checked out, Marc at the front desk and Alyssa helped me; they were friendly and polite. They answered all my questions. I so appreciated all of your staff. Very professional and helpful. I give each of them a double thumbs-up! :)

My stay was great. I don't have any complaints. The room was clean and pretty close to the elevator. Saw some of the cleaning staff while I was headed to my room and they were very polite and kind. The coffee was good too :)

The night staff who checked me in was not nice or sincere. He just said, "ID," with no greetings or small talk. He just took my ID, asked for the credit card, and gave me my room card thay was it. I was like geeze, ok.

The location. The property had problems.

They pump in perfume in the rooms. Our coverlet was stained and so were the sheets. They didn’t try to clean our room for 2 days when we finally asked for them to come please clean the room, they half cleaned it and left drinking glasses out and unclean and didn’t clean the bathroom. I’m t was weird because we were told they are understaffed but had conferences going. So management choices to have 1 conferences while knowing they are understaffed. We ordered drinks and were going to sit in the lobby area where they serve drinks. Despite spending $150 Between us for drinks, they told us we could not eat our food there with our drinks even though their bar menu was very limited.

The checkin. The hotel was not ready at 4pm. It was a line of 30-40 guests waiting to check in. After a 7hr drive from Denver, waiting/standing for about 50 min past the time of check in was the least what I wanted. I stayed at Marriott on 5 continents - never happened to me. The lobby was so crowded that the temp inside probably was equal with the one outside: 97F!

The rooms were extremely small I did not pay attention to the numbers that describe how big the rooms are so that's my fault for the price that we pay was a bit high and the description titled for the room was misleading. They describe the room as (double bed double room) I thought I was getting two rooms I was wrong.

There is no excuse for that level of negligence, especially from a brand like Marriott that claims to uphold high standards. What made the situation even worse was how management handled it. Instead of taking responsibility, the managers were unprofessional, avoided us, and clearly tried to keep us quiet about what happened. There was no urgency, no accountability, and no real effort to properly resolve the issue. It felt like they were more concerned about protecting their image than taking care of their guests. This experience was beyond disappointing and honestly alarming. I would not recommend staying here, and I strongly urge Marriott to take a hard look at how this property is being managed. Guests deserve clean rooms and honest, professional treatment—neither of which we received.
