Parking was extra on top of reservation

Friendly staff great atmosphere very comfortable rooms.

Didn't expect to pay for parking.

Room was comfortable and the staff were exceptionally welcoming and helpful.

Common areas in hotel could use a refresh.

Comfy beds and very clean! Staff was nice.

No restaurants near by. Noice level of traffic.

I loved every staff member there and their personalities.

Nice room, liked the beds in separate area

Indoor pool

Location and easy access to I-25

My room was cleaned and the dirty towels were taken but not replaced. I was charged for a night that had free cancellation and there is no response yet about refunded.

Very clean and enormous on the inside. Very family oriented for sure.

Breakfast was AMAZING!!!! Location was great, and my kids loved the pool.

I loved everything!

Couldve been a little more clean. I had ton wipe down most of the areas and remotes were greasy.

Convenient location

Needs a good cleaning

The breakfast buffet.

When we first arrived in our room the bed was not made and the trash was not taken out and we had to be transferred to a different room.

Great location so beautiful inside

No complains

Big lobby and eatery

The pool area needs work.

Excelente hotel, muy buena ubicación, muy cómodo, la limpieza está estupenda!!

No tiene extractor de aire en el WC la habitación 807

The whole Hotel, was amazing,elegant!!!

There’s nothing I didn’t like

The breakfast was awesome! Room was clean and the one i booked! Loved having the extra space and balcony.

I wish the gift shop would have more Albuquerque NewMexico items for sale. Magnets, little dolls etc.

This place is great! It follows most of the Embassy Suites aesthetics you will come to love from this portfolio. All ES I've been to so far have elevators which you can see the lobby, eating area, front desk etc...with a water feature and open floor plan when it comes to the entrance of the rooms. The rooms are super clean and they have a great view of ABQ in the morning! Highly recommend a stay if you're in town or even if you want to break up a long roadtrip.

I stayed from July 28th to August 2nd. For the first two days, no one came to clean the room, take out the trash, or change the towels. We had to ask multiple times for them to do it. To make matters worse, the door lock battery stopped working on the third day. I had brought my son home asleep in my arms, in 40°C (104°F) heat, expecting to arrive in a clean and cool room to rest. When the door wouldn't open, I went down from the 7th floor to the lobby three times before someone finally came to the room to see what the problem was. They replaced the door lock battery, but the experience was awful. In addition, the air conditioning battery was low, and every time we left the room, it was hot because the air conditioning stopped working.

The beds.

The food in the restaurant downstairs was not to expectations. There is no spa. And website still shows a spa. No jacuzzi. Disappointing .

Better than expected! A little hiccup when we first arrived. Our room had a machine hooked up trying to get what smelled like smoke/weed smell out. Not the staffs fault. It is a non-smoking hotel. People don't follow the rules. They immediately gave us a new room. Suites are roomy and comfortable. Food at the restaurant was excellent as well as the complimentary breakfast buffet with personal omelet/pancake options. Staff were all friendly and helpful.

Carpet on the floor of the king suite was soaking wet due to an apparent leak coming from the bathroom. The service desk seemed to have already known about the leak when I called, yet still booked us in that room anyways. There was no fan in the bathroom, no trash can in the bathroom, and the wall mounted soap dispenser was hanging off of the wall

Breakfast

You did well

Really enjoyed this hotel. Having a sweet is so wonderful and free breakfast every day plus the manager reception is a great bonus. Kind of wish the swimming pool was outdoors but if you don’t like the really hot, it is inside so you might enjoy that.

Staff was fantastic, notably Tim at the front desk and Maria with housekeeping

Not enough towels, request took too long or didn’t get done. Not enough tables and chairs for the breakfast area.

Location, breakfast, manager’s reception, front desk staff, and the restaurant staff.

Our room wasn’t replenished everyday and we ran out of toilet paper, coffee cups and water glasses weren’t replaced, etc.

I liked that the staff was on the ball. They gave me everything I needed in a timely manner.

I didnt like how expensive the room was for the quality we got it was over priced

Excelente atención, muy recomendable

I liked the location, the whole atmosphere , our room was so cozy !

Breakfast was amazing.Breakfast staff was awesome.

I arrived at 1pm and staff said that room wasn't ready.I understood. I told her that I would sit on the chairs in front of the checkin desk and would wait until she told me room was ready.I waited 2 hours and she didn't even glance in my direction. At about 3 10 or so I went up to check in desk and asked her if room was ready.I swear she had dementia. She acted like she had never seen me before. She seemed lifeless and just not responsive to life around her.I also had to ask for water. No mention regarding amenities. No mention of wifi status or pool or breakfast.Sure explained to other kind of folks all this information though which was interesting.

Breakfast variety. Happy hour we missed, trying g to swim.

Alot of unsupervised kids in pool area, I was there for 30min. top. Very disruptive while I was trying to swim

Absolutely perfect. They were sold out yet treated us like we were VIPs. Could not have felt more welcome. The views were amazing. We had a top floor with a balcony and watched amazing sunsets. The only down side is the parking fee. No one asked if we had a car - the fee was just tagged on. We did so it wasn’t a problem but if you don’t make sure you tell them that.

The room was spacious and clean. We were very pleased! Breakfast was also great.

The breakfast was great. The quality and variety of food great. The hospitality was exceptional. Saturday afternoon the staff served ice cream for the guests.

We were able to hear the kids in the room next door to us, as well as the doors slamming throughout the night. It would have been nice if there was a hot tub. The charge for “self-parking” was unusual and unexpected.

Very clean and welcoming

Paying extra for parking.

Super limpios

Room, breakfast was excdeptional

I felt that the pool was a bit muggy, with a strong smell of clorox.

Everything was nice and clean service was awesome

Both tvs in my room didn't work couldn't set the air conditioner below 72 so I was hot all night.. stray hairs in the bathroom yuck

Centrally located, clean, nice rooms

Nothing really, somewhat limited parking

Never going back sucky service

The staff suck never get back to me for what I asked for the respond to me once I have to check out would not go here they suck

Good price good breakfast

Gym could be better

Very clean good breakfast. Very nice Pool

We loved Zoe at the front desk! She went above and beyond to help get the stuff we forgot returned very important items!!! She is very welcoming when you enter and makes you feel like your at home and ready to relax. We also love the breakfast always hot and fresh.

The pool is very small and dingy looking it becomes overcrowded very easily and we could see people turning away from the pool because it was full also there isn't a hot tub.

Colazione imperiale, c'era di tutto

Such a beautiful place and my family had a great time

The pool was pretty small especially for the amount of people that were in there

The format of how the layout is layered and how the lounge is centralized .

The maid woke us up at like 9am, we had got in at 1am , the door didn’t have a standard “do not disturb”. Only one entrance there wasn’t any other way to enter besides the main entrance that I had noticed.

Le personnel de l'hôtel est très efficace , chaleureux et très poli. Le petit déjeuner est vraiment excellent et varié. la localisation de l'hôtel est très pratique. les chambres sont spacieuses et confortable. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir!

Location to I-25 and I-40. Easy access.

This property was nice and comfortable. It was the end of our vacation and a great place to stay.

Plumbing problems we had to call twice to have the toilet plunged. The first time was when we had not even used the bathroom. Apparently this a problem at this hotel we were told.

awesome

It was great

Friendly and respectful at front desk. Good cafe/restaurant. Amazing breakfast. Room was clean and hotel was close to airport.

Don’t know

The rooms are spacious and well appointed, breakfast buffet, friendly staff

There was a blob of hair left on the bathtub nozzle, and the coffee bar had dirty glasses and nit stocked well, and there was trash left behind the bed

Every thing

It was nice and clean. The lobby was really fun the kids loved it. Everyone was exceptionally nice. They offered us waters during check in which was great because we forgot ours. Check in was quick and easy.

They lost my property

Room was clean and spacious enough for two people. As expected, there was a refrigerator in the wet bar. Comfortable sofa. I really liked the table for 4 as it provides enough space to eat and plan our itinerary comfortably. The staff was friendly and helpful. Good attitude from all the staff we encountered. The breakfast / omelet bar was great! My omelet was cooked to perfection. The wine / beer reception at 5:00pm was a pleasant welcoming after a day of travel.

The only this that was missing was a folding luggage stand. I really dislike setting my suitcase on the floor and having to bend down to retrieve my belongings. Two folding stands would be ideal.

Breakfast was nice but could have been better organized. The staff members were sweethearts tho!

There's a point where you've asked too many questions for politeness sake, and that where we are at now. Good day !

Loved rm ,food, and staff, but dirty underwater hanging from door in bedroom, and t I let ran all nite ,unless you shake handle,

Bed to soft, water took long time heat up,dirty underwear still in room from last ppl,

It is always clean, located in a place for easy access to both I25 and I40. Check-in staff Scottie and Tim were very helpful! Breakfast is very good!!
