Great location. Comfortable bed.

The room was noisy at times due to traffic. No pictures or decor on the walls. Too plain.

Our plane arrived early, so we went to the hotel to drop our bags. The front desk checked to see if our room was already ready, and it was! They let us check into the room very early, which made our afternoon more comfortable.

The hotel is located downtown and close-ish to Broadway, so there was a good bit of traffic noise and rowdiness outside. This is not the fault of the hotel but something to consider if you're looking for quiet.

This place was awesome. The layout , the staff were happy , the rooms/facility were amazing . I was in for a day but I hope to stay longer and give the town a good visit next time and ill be using this hotel for my place to stay.

The location is amazing, walking distance to almost everything worth seeing in Nashville. The hotel has a cool vibe with curated art and a fantastic bar and restaurant, they have music, dancing and rotating DJs throughout the week, there's also a live music bar and club next door. The rooms are clean, spacious and well designed with big bathrooms. They have all necessary amenities and housekeeping restock daily. The rooms must be soundproofed because I couldn't hear anything from outside or from other guests. The staff were all so friendly and helpful and the stay was very well priced for the level you receive. Could not be happier with this choice.

The Dream is a very nice hotel and the location is perfect. It's located a couple of blocks from the party scene and tons of food options. It's clean which is always my concern when staying at hotels. It's secure as well. You cannot go to any floor other than the floor you are staying on. My ONLY complaint is the excessive parking rate. When I booked my stay, my reservation said valet parking would be $50 per night. However, when I arrived, I noticed they placed a velcro sign over the price and it was $72. That is absolutely ridiculous and honestly I probably wouldn't stay here again because of that. Be advised that valet parking is questionable.

I was walking by DREAM hotel and Dani the valet was a gentleman and I liked how performative he was.

Loved the location and atmosphere. Food was wonderful. Clean and friendly staff. Room was great. Loved the whole vibe.

My stay at Dream Hotel did not live up to my expectations. I paid extra to upgrade to a room with a city view, but when I arrived, I was told that a city view was not guaranteed. If I had known that, I would have saved my money and booked the standard room instead of paying for the upgrade. Even after I contacted corporate headquarters, the hotel still did not honor the upgrade I paid for. My advice is not to spend the extra money on an upgraded room because there is no guarantee you’ll receive what you paid for. To make matters worse, the bathtub and shower drain were clogged. I called the front desk, and someone came to look at it, but the only suggestion was to let the water slowly drain while I showered. The water simply pooled around my feet, making for a very unpleasant experience. Overall, nothing about my stay impressed me. I would not stay at this hotel again, and I definitely would not recommend it to friends or family.

Wonderful location backing onto Printers Alley and just two long blocks to Broadway. Clean and comfortable with lovely decor. My only complaint was parking was $90 per night, which is crazy on top of the already expensive price for the room. I expected $50-60 as it is right in the heart of things, but come on guys!

This hotel was a spur of the moment booking, so glad we did. The check in and check out process was a breeze, with amazingly kind and sweet staff with wonderful brunch at the stateside kitchen. We also had a coffee at the coffee shop that was wonderful as well. my husband has an oversized truck that always makes me nervous when travelling downtown but valet took excellent care of it. The room was clean and the decor was luxury- accessories in the bathroom were above and beyond, so often we have very low budget options in other hotels. This was nice accomodations, quite rooms, bed was comfy that we requested a late checkout and the accomodated no problem. We had bottles of water and refreshments at check in available to us. The stay was wonderful, we will be back especially to try sushi by bou!

Very good service Dani was great made my first valet experience great!

Dani in valet was quick to bring my car, even at 4am for my early morning coffee run. The car valet staff yesterday, as well as all of the staff I encountered inside, were super nice and accommodating. MY room was beautiful and cozy, with a vaulted ceiling and possibly the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in at a hotel. Hyatt’s Dream Nashville was a great find and I’ll be staying here again whenever I’m in town to photograph shows.

Dude Ethan and Ayden are the best Valets I’ve ever experienced in my years of experience in the hospitality industry. Whatever PMC and the dream hotel is doing, they’re doing it right.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel. The property was clean and charming. One of the best features was it's convenient location to Printer's alley and the short walking distance to Broadway street. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone staying in the area.

Dream Nashville truly is a dream! The aesthetics are top notch, very cool vibe, DJ brunch was great and the steak and eggs were divine! Rooms are cozy but really comfortable for two people. High ceilings and vibe were so great we were really happy.

Wonderful experience. Stayed to celebrate my birthday. Conveniently located near Printer’s Alley and the strip, but far away enough for quiet when you need it. Rooms were spotless and well-appointed. Loved the modern, trendy vibe - restaurant, cocktail bar, nightclub, coffee shop/cafe. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Tyler is the absolute best!! Would definitely stay again!

I highly recommend getting a room away from the street, as the party buses and music goes all night/morning. Other than that, Dream was a dream…great employees and service and super comfy beds.

Honestly, the coolest hotel I’ve stayed at in Nashville. If you’re looking for a quiet, tucked-away spot, this isn't it—but if you want to be right in the middle of everything, stay here. The entrance in Printer’s Alley is iconic and the whole place has this moody, Art Deco vibe that feels high-end without being stuffy. Stateside Kitchen was a blast for brunch, and the beds were actually comfortable enough that I didn't wake up with a backache. 10/10 would stay here again just for the convenience.
