This is a great location within walking distance of Broadway & the alley. A nice but expensive bakery is on the 1st floor, and a speakeasy-style bar is in the basement. This location is great because it's within walking distance of Broadway and the alley. There is an expensive but nice bakery on the first floor and a speakeasy-style bar in the basement.
The thermostat in my room read 62, but it was always hot and difficult to sleep. Maintenance was asked to look at it, but that did not improve the conditions.

Room didn’t look like pictures at all. Had searched for hotels when making this booking that included breakfast, this hotel came up but did not include breakfast! Then was told by booking.com that I could get breakfast for 15$, lunch for $25 and dinner for $50. No one at the hotel knew anything about this and needless to say we didn’t get breakfast! Disappointed
Gorgeous art deco hotel in a great location - close enough to stuff downtown but not right in the middle of the noisy action. I really liked the details like the hydration and coffee station on each floor (including bottles so you could fill up some sparkling water and take back to your room), and everything you need in the room (e.g., slippers, safe, bathrobe).
I got confused by the lights/blinds situation.
The suite was huge. The staff were kind and helpful. Everything came with the stay, including towels and other beCh needs
Alexis Liddell , Front Desk Manager for the Noelle Hotel is GOAT ! Greatest of all time managers!! Smile , personality and a genuine willingness to please. Alexis made our stay memorable and the hotel is awesome . In a City with a lot of choices we highly recommend the Noelle and say hi to Alexis . Gary and Linda. Delray Beach Fl
Dennis Butler was our server at the bar and helped it be a great experience. We were not staying there, just looking for cool places to drink. This was suggested and Dennis did not disappoint. Went to the speak easy and actually decided to go back up, preferring his drink and vibe he offered. Will go back!
Noelle is a beautiful boutique hotel, filled with amazing decor! The staff was so friendly and helpful. Alexis greeted us and sent us off and was kind, personable and professional! The rooms have great amenities auto shades were super useful! The bathrooms are spacious and their signature scent soaps are AMAZING! Great restaurants and food nearby, directly next to Printers Alley. Great hotel for the price and location!
Our stay at Noelle was enhanced by it’s lobby coffee shop Drug Store and its staff member Emily ! Emily has a pile of personality and enthusiasm aimed at delivering the best customer experience! The coffee products and food choices were delicious! Emily made us smile every day we were there. L & G Delray Beach Fl
The Hidden Bar is phenomenal! I absolutely LOVE this place and visit every time I’m in town. Rose & Chandler are the sweetest!
When treating yourself feels like everyday and not someday. Robert delivered my room service with extra care after a night out. When I forgot to order coffee he brought it right back.
We celebrated my 40th Birthday here and the staff made me feel so special. The rooms were beautiful, clean and had everything we needed to feel comfortable. Dennis the bartender was so kind and accommodating. The coffee shop is also amazing! I highly recommend this hotel.
It was amazing and Dennis the bartender was excellent!
I had a really great stay at this hotel. The front desk staff were all super helpful, especially Charlene, who made sure I had everything I needed. The hotel itself is really nice, clean and comfortable.
Went to Nashville for a concert in June. Beautiful hotel and very helpful staff, especially Seth in the valet! He was caring and recommended the rooftop bar at the hotel. So beautiful and had a great experience thanks to Seth’s recommendation!
So awesome!! Staff super friendly and welcoming!! Rose, Chandler, and Drew are top notch!!!
Best view in Nashville! Mitch is also a very talented and knowledgeable bartender!
Chandler Williams was our bartender. He was efficient, funny, quick and made the best drinks!!
Beautiful boutique hotel with special touches, like our extra large guest room, electronic controls for lights and window blinds, delicious self serve coffee stations on every floor. Great meeting rooms, food and beverage, restaurant and rooftop bar with gorgeous city views. Service was friendly and exceptional all around. Thanks Mike, the front desk manager, Jack, and Dakota.
The vibe is incredible thanks to Chandler, Jodi, and Drew. From the moment we walked in and they handed us our first drink the energy was high and super positive. I'm Puerto Rican and they nailed the vibe. I highly recommend the Coconut Sands drink.
Mitch the bartender was exceptional- made our group feel right at home with his excellent drinks and stellar conversation. We all felt very welcome.
The Hidden Bar was so fun and fresh! Chandler, Jodi, and Drew so energetic! Though I wish they played Bad Bunny
Chandler Jody and Drew took care of us, delivered excellent service and kept the energy up. Great sense of humor!!
Jodi, drew, and chandler were amazing and give us the best drinks!
Tyler B. is amazing. He always pays close attention and makes sure your experience is top notch. We will back.
Tyler went above and beyond to take care of his guest one of the best rooftop bar experiences I’ve had
We have a great time and your valet employee Dakota was amazing. He gave us great suggestions for food and entertainment.
I would like to give a shout out to Dakota Judd. He made our check-in experience super easy by streamlining our valet service and escorting us to the check-in counter. After a long day of travel, Dakota Judd made us feel right at home. He also gave us some great ideas to check out in Nashville. It was a perfect way to start our vacation. Being approached with such kindness and a local who wants tourism to continue in his town. Thank you Dakota Judd!
Shout out to Dakota Judd for great service. Would recommend him at any time.
Masey, I just wanted to say thank you! You were incredibly friendly and had such amazing energy. I truly appreciated your outstanding customer service and the genuine hospitality you showed. It made a real difference in my experience. Keep being awesome!
We stayed over the 4th of July and had a blast! We will be back next year.
Great Service from Tyler with an amazing atmosphere and view of downtown Nashville. Great DJ!!
We were extremely disappointed with the 4th of July Rooftop Experience at the Noelle in Nashville, especially given the premium admission price ($1499.25 for 3 tickets). The event was advertised as a special holiday experience, but unfortunately, it fell far short of what was promised. Many of the advertised amenities were either unavailable, poorly managed, or significantly less than expected. We paid a substantial amount, expecting a well-executed event, and left feeling that we did not receive the value that was advertised. For a luxury hotel with Noelle's reputation, I expected much better planning, communication, and execution. Instead, the overall experience felt disorganized and disappointing. The lack of attention to delivering what guests had paid for made the evening feel like a poor value. The rooftop itself is a nice venue with incredible views, which makes the experience even more disappointing, given how much potential it had. With better organization and a commitment to delivering on the advertised offerings, this could have been an outstanding event. I hope management takes guest feedback seriously and ensures that future special events accurately reflect what is being advertised. Guests who pay premium prices deserve to receive the experience they were promised. However, given my interaction so far with the Event Manager I don't think they will.
perfect place
AC didn’t work and the staff was incredibly rude
I’ve never written a negative review before but buyer beware. This hotel uses a 3rd party to make reservations. The representative on the phone talled us into an upgraded room by promising access to see fireworks from the roof but upon checking we found that wasn’t true. In addition the communication at the hotel was poor. The “package” we bought wasn’t explained until day 2. It took several days to hear back from the manager. He said the transcript from our conversation on the phone didn’t match our story (although he stopped short of using saying we were lying). It’s a shame because it’s a nice hotel but I’d never stay here again.
We had a lovely experience at the Noelle. Everything was clean and well kept. Great location Avery helped with a smooth checkout process
Beautiful hotel with nice restaurants and bars. It was a shame that our overall experience was soured by a shower that had a trickle of water the night we checked in. It was late at night, so we didn't want to have maintenance in our room at that hour when we wanted to go to bed. In the morning I alerted staff that we'd need our shower fixed but that we currently were in the room getting ready for the day and asked that they come in after we had gone out. A few minutes later when we were all in the room changing, etc. they were knocking on the door. I had specifically asked that they come in a bit later when we were out, since we were women changing and getting ready, etc. That night the shower seemed to be a bit better. Each day thereafter though it got worse and went down to to a trickle again. There's nothing worse than being on vacation needing to shower and looking forward to a good shower, etc. to freshen up and knowing your shower barely puts out water. Again, I requested maintenance come in while we were out in a little while. It just made sense to do it that way. Just like before, they came up to fix it while we were in there. Whoever was relaying the requests, was not letting maintenance know we wanted them fixing it while we were out touring instead of when we were in the room in our PJ's, etc. That night our shower was not putting water out again and when maintenance came, they said it was a universal problem in the hotel because they chose the wrong shower heads making pressure worse and not putting much water out. It wasn't even enough to wash soap off the body, let alone wash your hair thoroughly and getting the shampoo out. So, while the hotel was aesthetically pleasing, it was not comfortable knowing I felt dirty the whole time. On a side note, we had to ask the front desk person a general question about whether the hotel had a specific amenity one night and that person gave a very blunt "No" answer and walked away without offering an alternative nearby to go get what we needed. I wish we had a better experience because it is a great location and nice property. They just need to fix the showers. Housekeeping was very good and it was very clean, so that's an important positive.
Stayed one night for the Alan Jackson concert. Of course, every hotel in Nashville was price gouging. I don’t mind paying for value but this wasn’t it. The hotel was clean. One elevator was broken so it took a while to get up and down the building. The room was small with no refrigerator. Street noise was loud until wee hours in the morning. Would give it 3.5 stars if I could. I would not book again.
Avery is the best. Great check in experience.
Quick and easy check in — thanks Avery!
Loved my stay at the Noelle. Clean and very chic! Brady and Seth were super helpful at the valet stand! Would recommend and definitely come again.
Genuinely best hotel stay I’ve had, the level of attention to detail within the stay was nothing like I’ve ever seen before. Right when I stepped into the being Avery ( at the front desk) was super attentive to my needs and truly made me feel at home. The restaurant/bars on property were amazing too and just the overall atmosphere. Looking forward to my next trip to Nash :)
Avery helped me with changing my reservation and made my stay easy and relaxing! I will be staying here again!
Brady was the most professional valet I’ve ever come across!!!
From I entered the hotel I knew I was in for an amazing experience. After 3 flight delays, I was greeted with a warm and welcoming smile from Charlene. Check in was swift and I was able to get the extra items needed for my stay. Thank you! I will definitely be back.
Amazing experience and the staff were perfect. Avery was very polite 10/10 recommend. Cheers
Awesome time it was beautiful and clean
Seth and Dakota at valet were attentive, friendly and quick. They knew what event I was in town for, made a space available for parking, and had me in and out in no time both on entry and whenever I was ready for my car. They were friendly with conversations about the city, and accommodations at the hotel. I highly recommend Noel hotel and using the valet services.
Had a great first experience at the Noelle. Brady was an excellent valet, will be returning.
What a beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of Nashville. We stayed for 4 nights for the CMA Fest and really enjoyed our stay. We did upgrade our room and lost what would have been a great view but we weren’t in the room a lot anyway. The beds were comfy, bathroom was nice and spacious and loved the robs that were provided. The whole hotel smells wonderful, I even took a candle home with me. Loved the coffee bar in the hallway and easy access to both elevators. Thanks for a great stay.
This was the nicest hotel. The person at the front desk was so sweet and the entire hotel was beautiful and updated and very classy. The bed was comfortable. We had plenty of towels. There is special lighting in the rooms and the blinds opened on their own when you entered. There was an adorable little radio next to the bed. It even came with a steamer. Very happy here. Also a really nice rooftop bar that looks over to Nissan Stadium. There’s a hidden bar speakeasy style, but we didn’t get to check it out.
Excellent.
Nothing I can think of.
We recently stayed at Noelle Hotel in Nashville and wanted to give special recognition to Odival, the concierge, for making our trip truly memorable. From the moment we started planning our visit, Odival was incredibly helpful, providing excellent advice, recommendations, and assistance before we had even arrived. His communication was prompt, thoughtful, and always focused on helping us get the most out of our stay. Throughout our trip, nothing was ever too much trouble. Odival went above and beyond with thoughtful extra touches that made our experience feel special and personalised. His local knowledge, attention to detail, and genuine desire to ensure we had a fantastic time were exceptional. Outstanding service like this is rare, and Odival played a huge part in making our Nashville trip such a success. Thank you for all your help, advice, and hospitality—we can't wait to return!
Great service! Especially Avery!
Wonderful time at the hotel. Andre at front desk was so helpful and friendly. Jackson, the valet, was super friendly as well.
Avery was a delight!! Had a blast at the hotel, and the rooftop bar, Rare Bird. Truly hospitable staff and a calming stay.
Had a great stay at the Noelle. Brady from Valet was excellent. Will be returning.
Enjoyed our stay! Shanitra at the front desk made sure we were taken care of and kept us laughing coming and going!
Noelle absolutely nails it — stylish, comfortable and brilliantly located, but the rooftop bar is what really sets it apart. Huge shoutout to Dylan who was effortlessly funny, attentive and one of the best hospitality people we met in Nashville. We’ll be back!
Nice rooms, the staff is friendly and helpful. Great way to visit Nashville
Great location near Broadway big rooms and best service from Avery!
Terrific location, very walkable. Friendly and attentive staff. Historic, charming. Rooftop bar is chill and set up well for groups and conversations. Hotel is getting worn and small details not cared for, e.g., some outlets in room didn’t work, buttons for lights etc had labels worn off so took experimenting to figure out which was which, steamer didn’t work. Gym similarly worn, though there was a Peloton. Our room was on the third floor, which was quite loud at night. Recommend asking for higher floor. We had a “studio king” room, which was fine but didn’t seem larger than a regular hotel room. Would stay somewhere else on return trip as value/expectations for cost were misaligned with experience.
Great vibe, bed, location and bar.
This is a beautiful place to stay in Nashville. I enjoyed really all the art deco details in the lobby and the staff gave us the feeling that we're welcomed from the moment we checked in. We only stayed one night so we missed the restaurant and speakeasy but I'd stay here again if in Nashville.
Rooms were clean and modern. Common areas were the same and very stylish. Free coffee station at every floor was a nice touch. A range of bars / cafes to choose from.
Nothing. No complaints.
Great location. Staff polite & friendly. Loved hidden bar.
Breakfast choice poor. Breakfast in main restaurant was dreadful. Coffee shop being renovated so options even less. Ate our food elsewhere in the end.
I tend to rate my hotel by room size and amenities. Unfortunately, this hotel fell short in both of these areas. For a hotel of this price, the fitness center was very-SUB par, plus the fitness room was the size of one of the small studio rooms (it appeared to have been converted from one of these tiny rooms). There was only (1) VERY OLD Peloton bike, not (2), as portrayed in the hotel photo gallery, only (1) elliptical, and (2) treadmills. My room itself was super tiny, the bed was too firm, and sheets very noisy and stiff. As long as a room has a fridge, I'm usually happy because I grocery shop instead of eating out or expensive room service. The fridge was okay for me, but if you have a large group and also alcohol bottles needing cooling, this fridge is VERY tiny. Think the size of a small drawer. The room a/c, though, worked great! Nice cooling and heating. Our room was serviced daily and housekeeping even let me stay in the room during the 10 minute service. The hallway coffee/water bar was a nice change and good use of space since there is no room for a coffee maker in the room. I loved the water dispensing options (still, cold, hot, sparkling and partially sparkling) along with the industrial sized Nespresso machine with (2) serving stations. So, although not terrible, I do not think I would stay here again as it did not meet my personal expectations for a hotel of this price. Other people might like it, though, as it was very clean and the WIFI and a/c work fantastic.

Great location a few blocks off Broadway. Easy to get to walk to everything.
Our room didn't have a closet so we had to ask for a coat rack which crowded the room. Housekeeping came after 4pm one day when we had just returned after being out the entire day. We needed to shower and get ready for an event so had to tell her she couldn't do the room. I think the room should have been able to be cleaned before 4pm. On another day we returned back at 5:45pm and it hadn't been cleaned. Front desk said they would send someone right up but we asked for them to come at 7 because we would be leaving the room then for dinner. They came up 10 min later when I was in the shower so asked them again to come back at 7pm. We were out of our room by 6:50 and when we came back at 9:30 it had not been cleaned, At 10 pm when we were asleep they knocked on the door. I told the people at the front desk and they just said they were sorry that happened. Offered nothing for the inconvenience. They could have at least offered to pay one night of parking.
We just returned from a wonderful trip to Nashville. I selected your hotel from my Amex app. I have to say, I was NOT disappointed and just loved our stay. The location was perfect for day/night walks to everything . From the moment we arrived at your hotel everything was perfect. Check in was easy, staff very attentive, room service delicious and timely and rooms very comfortable. This was my husbands first time in Nashville and he loves music!! We had drinks at the rooftop our first night and even though there was a big group, we were greeted and served right away. I am not sure if you have staff meetings or can blast this out to your staff. Please thank them all for making this couples trip from California amazing. We will be back soon. It’s not easy running a big operation like a hotel, keep up the great job you are doing as a management team!
Location mostly, art deco interior, rooftop bar
For what was actually offered, the price, amenities and service do not support it. Rooms very small too.
Maddie and Emily had exceptional service and great drinks. Thank you guys for the experience
LOCATION WAS GREAT STAFF WERE TREMENDOUS!
VALUE FOR MONEY , AUSSIE DOLLAR IN USA IS HORRIBLE!
We stayed at Noelle for my husband's 30th birthday. Our stay was perfect. The hotel is beautiful and the location is fantastic. The staff was just as great. The manager, Odival, helped curate some surprises for my husband for his birthday which was awesome. Our only very modest negative was you can hear live music from the venues below the hotel. It wasn't a big deal for us, but if you're a light, sensitive sleeper, request a room on a higher floor.
Daniel and Dakota were amazing valets and we had a wonderful conversation.
Daniel and Dakota were incredible valets and we had a wonderful conversation. Overall service speed and quality was incredible
Jackson was amazing!!! He helped us so much with our luggage when our uber driver refused to help us! 5 stars!!
The hotel is beautiful, and in a great location. And the room was better than expected: clean, great view, well-decorated, and nice finishings with the right amount of tech. But what motivated the review was the standout service upon welcome: everyone from vallet to check-in to bellmen. Daniel (bellman) was especially welcoming and went above and beyond at helping us get settled with the many items we brought with us. Great staff makes for a great experience. Thank you Daniel and all. -Beau
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Braeden and the level of service he provided during our stay. From the moment we connected, he was warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making sure every detail was taken care of. He was, without a doubt, the nicest person I spoke with at the hotel. Braeden truly embodies what hospitality is all about. His professionalism, kindness, and willingness to go above and beyond made our experience not just smooth, but memorable. It’s rare to come across someone who takes such pride in their work and treats guests with such authentic care. Every hotel should have a Braeden on their team—he sets the standard for exceptional customer service. Thank you for making our stay so special!
I needed to stay in Nashville for work and, as usual, I used my work’s reservation system and when I do, I search by Marriott properties and this place came up, so I booked it. Upon arrival and checking in I learned that they aren’t a Marriott, they haven’t been for several years. Not sure why this came up in Concur as one, but be aware that it’s not. Moving on… Upon pulling up, the valet was great! In fact, they were great the entire time. Always friendly and helpful. Checking in went well (aside from learning this wasn’t a Marriott property). The gentleman working the desk was very informative and helpful. The room was great, it was a nice size at the end of a hall. It was very clean and well-maintained too. It was completely automated with switches setting the room’s mood or mode, such as morning, night, etc. Which opened and closed the blinds too. Bed was great. TV was perfect, with internet TV available. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would stay here again, if it were a Marriott property… sorry, I gotta get my points!
Great hotel, very clean and comfortable. Would recommend.
Location, classic architecture but music didn’t match the architecture!
Too many kids running it, accomplishing their objectives didn’t seem to matter
Amazing time in Nashville and the Noelle did not dissapoint. Brady at the valet service was amazing.
Location
I stayed Monday through Thursday and had a very disappointing experience. When I initially booked, I was charged $915 for the entire stay. However, when we checked out, the hotel suddenly added another $415 claiming it was a “destination fee.” This was never clearly disclosed upfront and felt extremely misleading. Beyond the billing issue, the room itself had several problems. The bathroom sink didn’t drain properly the entire stay, which was frustrating and inconvenient. The blow dryer in the room was also broken. The electrical outlets were installed upside down and would shock you when plugging anything in, which felt unsafe and concerning. The pillows were terrible—so uncomfortable that my neck was literally hurting the entire trip from trying to sleep on them. One of the amenities we were most excited about was the coffee bar, but when we arrived it was under construction. There was constant drilling and banging, which completely ruined the experience and made relaxing in the hotel difficult. Between the surprise fees, broken items in the room, uncomfortable bedding, safety concerns with the outlets, and loud construction, the stay was not worth the cost. Unfortunately, I would never stay here again.
In Nashville there’s no shortage of options; but Noelle is a great choice, Historic building with an amazing staff; location and vibe. You can start your night at their rooftop bar and have a night cap in the Hidden Bar. After you can walk to broadway.
Amazing rooms, comfortable pillows, and blankets. Good location, in the middle of many great restaurants and hangout spots. Would recommend the valet instead of self-parking, as it was excellent. Brady was a great help and made the interaction seamless! Would stay again!
Beautiful and super comfy hotel in great location in downtown Nashville. Walking distance to lots of attractions. Valet service was excellent and welcoming, esp. Jackson.
Lovely stay at one of the oldest hotels in Nashville! Do take some time to learn about the history, and you’ll appreciate even more the amazingly restored gilded art deco lobby. My room was quiet and clean, with nice bathroom amenities. You’re a brief walk away from rancorous broadway and printers alley but can return to a peaceful vibe upon entering the Noelle. Great view from the rooftop lounge, and the Mexican restaurant Lona is solid. There’s also a speakeasy and coffee shop. The gym is small but has weights and a few cardio machines. Overall I’m very glad I chose Noelle instead of staying closer to the convention center, which is also about a 15 minute walk away.
