Love the central city location, The staff were friendly, Bed was soft and the breakfast was delicious.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Super clean. Beds very comfy and a huge choice of pillows. Excellent tv. Perfect position in town. All you could need. Totally recommend

Aircon was a bit tricky to get the right temp. Room service menu very limited.

Minor gripe is that it’s the first time i have stayed in a high end hotel where the European breakfast doesn’t offer cheese and cold meats. It’s a bit disappointing when NZ has some of the best cheeses in the world.

The staff were absolutely lovely and very helpful, I loved how the room had its own hair straightener which was a lovely little touch and where it was situated was so close to the cbd everything in walking distance

The hotel has very minimal parking so you kind of have to pay for valet otherwise you may have to walk a way, and the room was slightly smaller than I expected.

Comfy bed plenty of room , oh and a small kitchen complete with hob, microwave, fridge and dishwasher .... Options for buffet breakfast were fresh and plentiful

The hotel was really nice. Great location and easy walking distance to the city centre, Botanic Garden, Stadium and restaurants. The main room was large and comfortable; the mini kitchen facilities swere great. Everything was clean and tidy, The bathroom was a great size and shower good. The bed was wonderful and large and super comfortable and warm.

Couldn't fault anything. Would definitely return on another visit to Christchurch.

The website needs to be updated as in my search for a motel on booking .com I put spa which lead me to the sudima .so thinking there would be a pool spa etc at the facility to which there is not there is a spa beauty treatment place downstairs during normal work hours which wasn't wat I was wanting the rooms have no spa baths the closest thing is a bath in a room that was 400.but with a balcony which was cool .so very misleading .the gym was also not on property it was a short walk away but open 24 hrs so that was a plus .I found that most of the qr codes did not work and there wasnt really food after 10pm oh and the dryer did not work or we couldn't figure out how to use it in my room

The only issue we faced was the air conditioner unit was very warm, it took quite a few attemps to get the temperture to cool the room down. Our other friends we were traveling with said the same.

Excellent location, staff were amazing, helpful and friendly. Room was very modern, clean and comfortable. Buffet breakfast was fresh and delicious. Could not fault our 2 night stay.

There was nothing we didn't like but the room we chose was probably a bit tight for 2 adults and 2 young kids and luggage. But we didn't spend much time sitting in the room so it wasn't an issue

This hotel has a lot of added extras, like the in-room speaker, yoga mat, kitchenette and shower steamer bomb. It as very comfortable and the location was excellent.

Not many criticisms. Only comment is that the breakfast selection could have been a bit better and they seemed quite short-staffed.

The staff were brilliant! Warm and welcoming. Was like coming home to Ma and Pa at the end of our outings.

Excellent staff. Cleanliness and convenient location to major sites.

The staff are consistently amazing, friendly, helpful and well organised with had a genuine interest in my New Zealand travels, particularly my motorbike trip. I stayed at the hotel between various trips, the hotel stored my spare luggage and it was in my room on on my return. Rooms are clean, well equipped and the free laundry facilities are really useful. The location is good fir exploring Christchurch with the Riverside Market, Botanical Gardens and Centre within walking distance.

The breakfast isn't that brilliant tbh.

The room was extremely comfortable and the staff was accommodating. We were able to walk to several sites we wanted to see in the area. There were also several nice eating options outside of the hotel.

The bed was very uncomfortable and lumpy mattress The rooms had adjoining doors to the next room which I couldn’t lock from my side. Noise from the next room through the door

The property was new and amenities were good. The toilets were clean but the carpet was not properly vacuumed. There were some hair and some dirt that were not vacuumed properly. Staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast had limited choices and was average. Valet service was great and check in and out was fast.

The rooms were beautifully appointed—everything one would need for a successful stay. The staff was extremely helpful, drawing maps for sightseeing, making suggestions about sites to see.

A modern hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Clean and well equipped room with a kitchen area for self catering. This included 2 hot plates for cooking, a refrigerator and a dishwasher. Well located and just a ten minute walk to the city centre.

No negatives - we have stayed in many hotels with cooking facilities as we like to self cater. This is one of the best we have seen and we recommend it to others.
