Friendly staff, comfortable room with everything we needed. Bathroom was nice with an awesome shower. Motel was very clean overall. Our room was serviced each day which we really appreciated as we've had to ask for this elsewhere. It was quiet despite being full for 2 of the 3 nights we stayed.

The corridor to the rooms is tiled so made comings and goings a little noisy but not really a problem during our stay despite the motel being full for 2 of the 3 nights we were there.

Lovely comfy bed, modern. Clean as far as essentials go (bed, toilet etc, but felt that some overall spring cleaning could happen. Eg floors, curtains)

Tiles very slippery outdoors in rain, and the water wasn't easy to see. Placing a sign out to caution people would have been a great help. Even tho the building is fairly new, the rooms could do with a spruce up. I would be prepared to pay a higher price for this attention to detail, that would have made me feel more comfortable

Love the location, the fact it has parking, the rooms are always clean and the staff are great stay here everytime I come to chch

Convenient location for our trip to Christchurch

Noise from the street and other guests coming in at late night/early morning with not much respect for others, loud and yappy. Obviously not aware that noise travels!

Stayed in the Deluxe King Studio and had a great stay. The room was very clean, modern and spacious, with a really comfortable king bed. The kitchenette was well equipped with everything needed for preparing simple meals, and the bathroom was modern with a great shower and good water pressure. The room also had a balcony which was a nice place to sit and relax. Parking was easy and the motel is in a convenient location, close to the city and plenty of places to eat. Overall a very comfortable stay and I would definitely stay here again when visiting Christchurch.

The owner of this hotel was very welcoming. She helped us accommodate our kid. She was very good to talk with to learn their stories. I highly recommend this place.
