Lovely hotel with friendly staff. We loved the gym and indoor/ outdoor pools. Easy access to the mall and to Salem/ Danvers. Very comfortable beds. Great view from the window. We loved the omelettes at breakfast.

Our daughter lost her phone in the hotel room so we had to look everywhere for it...we found lots of dust/ hair/ old tissues. Could have done with a deep clean around the beds and furniture.

The location was good. It was in a quiet area but also a short drive to the Burlington Mall. Even though I didn’t get a chance to use it, the outdoor pool looked beautiful. The bed was very comfortable & the room was newly designed. The K-Cup machine was nice to use in the morning & with a variety of beverages.

Despite the room was newly designed, it wasn’t very clean. Coming from someone who used to clean hotels for a living I know what to look for and the room looked rushed. There was something sticky left on the counters and rings from beverages on both the nightstands. I didn’t need to use the dressers but there was dirt inside the drawers. Good thing I always carry my own cleaning wipes.

Trying to charge $14/night for WiFi is just ridiculous in 2026! Then they force you to sign up to their membership club to get free WiFi and even it doesn’t work so reception washes there hands of the issue and just connect you to an IT call centre that don’t even know where you are :(

They had music on Friday night with a singles act. They restaurant manager Sam went above and beyond to improve our stay.

We are on the lower level below the lobby. The room was a very quiet room and spacious.

The building is in a great location, the overall hotel is nice. Service was ok, nice people. The cards didn't work for the room so we had to go back and wait in line again. People were nice about it but it was a bummer. Then in our room the TV would not turn off with the remote, which they fixed and were great about. The side chair had dirt and stains on the pillow and fabric. The bed itself was comfortable and I appreciate the comforter being so nice. The clear sliding bathroom door is a bummer as it doesn't mask any sound or block light if someone uses the bathroom at night but not a deal-breaker. Overall, I expect more from a Marriott hotel but I know it's tough these days. It wasn't the worst, it was acceptable. I just expected more for the price and the brand.

Improved cleanliness of room fabrics, working technology would be helpful. Less long lines on check-in and wipes in the gym. These are details, again, nice hotel, not a bad place. Just not what I'd expect for their flagship hotel line.

I loved the Burlington Marriott! If it wasn’t so far away I’d book another stay! Chopps restaurant, yum! Thank Mr William for retrieving my cell phone that I dropped behind the dresser. Staff was pleasant throughout!

Restraunt staff was wonderful! Front desk was great in the morning.

The room smelled like stale smoke. Contacted front desk nothing was done. Had a random stranger knock on the door to see if I just checked in. Called front desk again/they said they never do that!! Very scary! I couldn’t sleep all night. It was weird!!

Staff are always friendly and go over and above their desire to service you.

This may seem trivial but I am from Bermuda and the hotwl acconodates a lot of Bermudians who are in the area for medical reasons. But there is no way to make a telephone call to Bermuda. The Front Desk staff were very helpful and went above biard to try amd assist and was calling other staff to tryand get assistance but it just wasn't working. On my return to Bermuda, I was surprised to find virtually everyone I spoke to said they had the same experience. I have been using this hotel for many years and hace made calls before so I knoe it is possible. I am sure it's an easy fix but it needs to be done. Fortunately one of the staff allowed me to use their phone for a 3 minute emergency call and I gave them a $100 tip. Will be returning next month, so hopefully, this issue is addressed

Tv guide is nice to have…apparently hard to come by at hotels nowadays. Elevators are fast. Free parking.

Windows are gross and haven’t been cleaned in awhile (insides), the bathroom door is frosted glass and slides. It doesn’t seal (has gaps at edges) for privacy and is hard to open from the closed position. I had to use 2 hands. Which probably explains why the handle was loose. We found crumpled paper under the bathroom door.

Bolt lock broken or disabled, very disturbing. Very poor lighting in bathroom. Soft lighting is great for bedroom but terrible for the bathroom. Most staff were lovely but a one late evening staff was quite abrupt.

The hotel wouldn't let me cancel the reservation because I booked through a 3rd party, "booking.com". I tried to get in contact both by phone and email to booking.com with no timely response. Booking.com sux, and not a company I would recommend or use again.

Asked for a room close to an elevator and got Room 248 way away from the Elevator Wife uses a walker.Also no discount for Vet. ,Senior or AARP…

Should let us know we have to pay for breakfast 3 people $70.00 ists a ripoff ..and it wasn’t good everything was cold ..u seat down start eating then a bill WTF..if I would have known I wouldn’t have gotten food there $70 I could have gone somewhere else and paid a lot less
