It is a very clean and neat place! And really helpful stuff!

It was ok for the price

They do not offer free breakfast which even the cheapest hotel's offer. You failed archer. Will not be returning. There are better options in the area.

Refrigerator wasn’t working and phone handset was dead

I love the Nespresso coffee maker so delicious and that they cleaned my room when we left the next day and came back to a nice clean room. My only comment would be I wish the towels the bath towels didn't leave so much lint on my skin. Other than that it was perfect!

Staff were very friendly, and the bed was really comfortable

The swimming pool was really small, and breakfast was rather simple for the price offered.

The property was beautiful. Friendly staff, great location.

i love this boutique hotel and the small amenities (treats left at night, wonderful foam pillows (if requested), allowing of dogs, cozy, etc. make it very special. i ate at the restaurant a couple of times and wish they had a few more vegetarian options but that is my only complaint. the hotel is lovely, clean, with a great little bar. the staff were terrific. i would say after all these years of traveling it is without a doubt my favorite hotel to stay in while in boston...even tho it is about 30 min from downtown. You will not be disappointed!

This was our fourth stay and each time we thoroughly enjoyed it. Very impressed with the cleanliness and extra special care given us. We have friends who live in the area and The Archer is always our “go-to” hotel.

I stay at The Archer Hotel whenever I am in Boston. (Burlington). It has just the right vibe. From check in to check out it is seamless. I love the size of the hotel. Not too big but big on amenities. The bar in the Lobby is a perfect place to meet some other guests, have a night cap or a great meal. Even play a game of pool. It is very welcoming. The rooms are really nice, and the beds are so comfortable. The bathrooms are big and have great light. I love the slippers and the rubber duck! So cute. The Customer Service is exceptional! I had a scheduling issue at the last minute. The staff worked with me without question to accommodate me. I even said out loud when I left, “Goodbye, Archer”! I cannot wait to stay at The Archer in New York later this year. Home away from home!

Nice new hotel! Convenient for highway travel.

Hotel was clean, friendly, comfortable and in a great location. Room was large and had everything needed for a lengthy stay. Shower was great but needed some fixture maintenance. This didn't take away from the overall experience. I would definitely stay at The Archer again!

The location was the best

The shower room was terrible. We didn’t like the design of shower room. There is no tub . The lobby was 90 degrees. The telephone didn’t work. The breakfast was delivered with no cream for coffee and no butter for the toast . The over easy eggs was cooked solid .

The suite is beautifully decorated and the thoughtful notes and amenities make this stay feel luxurious at an affordable rate. The location is near restaurants, entertainment, and shopping making it an ideal spot for a staycation. I am looking forward to the next Archer hotel stay. Great work Archer Burlington staff. The room keepers are amazing 😻!

Beautiful hotel. Easy access and parking. Room heating/cooling was excellent. Very comfortable bed. Breakfast is available but not included. In room coffee maker is Nespresso--a bit nicer than usual.

Low water pressure at the shower

This was my first stay at an Archer and I was super impressed. It had a great feel to it and was friendly, comfortable and clean. We will look to use Archer in the future.

The Archer in Burlington, MA is a great location, easy access to Boston. The area has great shopping and dining. The Archer rooms are modern, clean, and well designed. The bedding is 5 Star!

Loud mechanical hum each 15 minutes lasting about 30 seconds. Not AC. Not fridge. Something on roof that vibrates Room 440 (and others?) . Not sure if staying off the top floor (4) will solve the problem though. Light sleepers beware.

Loved my room, bed was sooo comfortable, loved my little heart slippers. The man that checked me in was so sweet and made me feel comfortable right away. Great experience especially as a girl traveling alone.

I wish the room service was plated and not take out, but I know that’s a boujee complaint lol

Lovely hotel - very homey feeling. Bed was very comfortable. Beautiful, big bathroom. Nice touches with the rubber ducky on the tub, to the chocolates left every day, plus the caramels. I only ate breakfast there every day, but it was always served quickly, hot and delicious. I will definitely back.

Amazing friendly staff that you can tell as soon as you walk in love there job.The Archer has a great atmosphere that makes you feel welcomed .The rooms are impeccable large and modern.Amazing Value for a 5 star experience.

Stayed here for a business trip and had a fantastic experience! Great hotel, amazing staff, beautiful room! Highly recommend! Wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Good location too for getting to and from Boston, approx. 30 minutes by car, and a few minutes drive to Burlington Mall, which took around 20 minutes to walk. Thank you for a wonderful stay, and for the thoughtful ‘sweet treats’ left in my room each day. I hope to be back again!

I love this everything about place. I’ve been many times and will go back as often as possible.

We enjoyed our stay at the Archer Hotel. We stayed here for one night after our flight to Boston, and in route to our Maine destination. It’s conveniently located, off 95 and about a 30 min drive from Logan airport). The hotel is modern, clean, and on the higher end for a hotel in the suburbs. It’s walkable to shops, restaurants, and the mall. The gym is ok. It works for a hotel gym. It’s clean and modern. We didn’t interact much with the staff or eat at the restaurant, but everyone seemed pleasant and nice, and the restaurant looked fairly busy (a good sign since the hotel is surrounded by restaurants in walking distance). We’ll stay here again.

This hotel had the most important thing you can have. A comfortable bed. They had a variety to pillows including some quite squishy ones which was very important and I rarely see it in a lot of hotels. Also very clean and comfortable, all the facilities were perfectly maintained.

I wasn't expecting this hotel to be as nice as it is. Really clean, comfortable bed with a duvet, spotless modern shower/bathroom, glasses made of glass (!) ... even a robe in my room. Great feng-shui. I chose to eat at the hotel restaurant and had a great ravioli meal. Really nice staff who incorrectly thought they'd made a mistake and brought me the wrong meal and tried to undercharge me. (I made it up in tip.) I hope the hotel won't read that, nor this: This hotel is under-priced.

Centrally located in a new hotel spot in Burlington. Tony C's restaurant walking distance. Lobby is actually fun and filled with people. Handicap entrance in the back is very convenient near Handicap parking. Good size rooms. The staff is wonderfully polite and knowledgeable. Extremely comfy bed. Free parking. Love it!!

We had never stayed at Archer's and it was a great experience. Everyone was warm and friendly and the food was amazing!!! Definitely recommend 100 percent!! Breakfast was apple French toast and it was soooo good!!

This was beautiful, had every amenity needed. Relaxing, calming energy in the rooms, the ambiance full of sweet serenity. Perfect location. Would have liked netflix to be available on the tv but I enjoyed my stay very much, will be coming back.

Archer is a great hotel. Always clean rooms. Staff is attentive and very friendly. Premises is beautiful. Breakfast is delicious. Pool is great. They keep everything simple. No hidden fees or sneaky tactics. Great value for the price. I will continue to go back there. Thanks again!!!

The water pressure was terrible, the heating/cooling system too noisy and there is no breakfast included to a rate of aprox 500 $ / night.

What a great hotel, we loved the unique boutique welcoming atmosphere. Unlike most chain hotels that always feel like there is so much hustle and bustle and your just one of many checking in . This hotel has such a serene vibe that you notice right at check in, you're made to feel special right from the beginning of your stay until the moment you check out. The staff are very professional and really friendly. We didn't encounter anyone that didn't smile and say hello or ask if we needed anything. The room was great, so clean with the feel that they anticipated our needs before we even get there. The suite had everything you would need for any length of stay The bed was very comfortable, which certainly made our stay more enjoyable. We ate at the hotel bar, great cool vibe. The food was delicious and plentiful. Unfortunately, we had a commitment and we weren't able to enjoy all the other amenities but looking forward to going back for just a relaxing stay. So much to explore at the hotel and in the area.

Rooms were comfortable, clean and beds were cozy. Love the robes and slippers, complimentary water bottle was a nice needed add. The pool was nice.

Breakfast was not included. We didn’t know so when we sat down to eat we noticed it may not have been included and decided to leave to eat else where in the area

The service was great by all personnel. The restaurant servers, bartenders, receptionists were all great with smiles and very polite. The people who vacuumed the halls too. This one gentleman saw me with a dirty diaper that I wanted to dispose after my grandson did his business as I didn’t want to leave it in the room. He actually took it from my hands to dispose of it himself. Who does that? Beds were comfortable, pillows were plenty to choose from, and the rooms and bathrooms were nicely decorated and very clean.

This was our third stay at Archer Hotel Burlington, and it was amazing once again. The hotel is CLEAN, the staff is super friendly and accommodating, the coffee is fantastic. They went out of their way to make my husband’s birthday special. The area is great too; there’s a lot to do and plenty of restaurants to choose from. I’m already thinking ahead to our next stay.

We have stayed at this hotel a few times. Staffs are friendly; rooms and facility are very clean; restaurant has good food. Our favorite is the hotel lobby! it's very charming and cozy. We absolutely will stay there again when we are in town.

Wonderful hotel with great amenities and service. The space was clean and the staff always greeted us warmly. The gym was a boon to me during my stay. The hotel is also well situated for trips in the surrounding areas like Boston and the mall nearby is a great after work retreat as well.

I absolutely loved everything about the hotel itself. The staff is amazing. The facility and amenities are fantastic. The Archer hotels are my favorite.

The only issue we had was the people staying in the room above us. They were running and jumping all night and morning, maybe kids? It made for a very restless night.

it was so clean and modern and it felt very safe. I slept comfortably and was very grateful after a horrible night at the Sheraton.

I would create a softer lighting in the bedrooms, but other than that, the bedroom was really nice, including the bed and pillows
