Clean, renovated, good breakfast, nice staff. 2 bedroom suite great for family of 6. Pretty well equipped kitchen for a hotel. Comfortable Sleeper sofa!

Kitchen is tight, better for reheating food than trying to cook. But lots of glassware and dishes.

It is easy to go to Boston. Just have a 20 minutes drive until Alewife train station and from there it is a 10 minutes by train to Haward Sq. Parking costs 9 euros plus 3 dollars the train ticket per person. The swimming pool and the basketball court was also a good surprise. Laundry is also available for free and easy to use. I look forward to seeing when all renovations are complete

Free Laundry!! When traveling with a family that’s huge!! They really thought of everything so many great amenities.

The air in our room was super loud but that was minimal we truly loved our stay.

The place was nice, room was comfortable. Excellent shower.

Our room was very cold and even when we turned off the AC it kept blowing. Staff was completely clueless and couldn't help.

I arrived for a late checkin and the staff was helpful.

Bathroom sink clogged, transition from bath to shower didn't work, bed sheets were dirty.

1) A $200 deposit is ridiculous. 2) There was limited ice. 3) A double room that sleeps 8 and could only get one blanket and no pillows for the people on the sofa bed. This room doesn’t sleep 8 if you don’t have the bedding 4) Breakfast was sub par. There isn’t enough room to get in and out of the breakfast area with the amount of people that stay at this hotel. Soda machine was out of flavors she whole weekend. There was no ice. Limited cereal and looked old 5) The pool gates are almost impossible to open unless you are almost 6ft tall and can reach over to pull the pin. Great that kids can’t get in but neither can some adults without help 6) the halls and especially the stairwells had a funny very unpleasant smell 7) Limited food but only on Mon-Wed. Who does that. Usually they have food/bar open on weekends 8) one set of elevators in the middle and the place is rather large. We were in a wheelchair accessible room and it’s the furthest away from the elevators possible in the building. 9) prices were jacked up and over $425/night for a regular room. We choose a 2 bedroom rather than two separate rooms due to the cost but it will still almost $600/njght. You can stay at a luxury hotel with a large room for that. This was not luxury. Overall not a great stay. Have stayed at other places for far less money and better value.

Ice costs extra, problem with booking, instead of trying to work the issue basically made us feel like we had to take the more expensive room or be on the street.

Easy access to highways, cleaning staff is friendly and unobtrusive. Suite had full kitchen, nicely redone, with basic needs for 4 guests (such as plates, cutlery, etc) and cookware.

Undisclosed construction during stay, resulting in loss of amenities without adjustment in room price or resort fee, or advance notice at time of booking. Pictures do not accurately portray size of rooms or property. Rooms much smaller, pool and outdoor patios small and unavailable. Our toilet overflowed (however, this was handled by staff quickly and efficiently, including a cleaning crew). Requests for any extra needs such as blankets or towels were met with varying responses ranging from “no” to “you can only request in the morning.” Neither is true, as explained by a third employee working at the front desk (thankfully). Air conditioning does not flow out of bedroom to sofa bed in suite.

The overall hotel is relatively nice, there is a free laundry facility and location is very close to both shopping attractions and parks

The hotel is in renovations. Nobody in the hotel informed us beforehand that there will be renovation, nor that the breakfast will be so poor because of that. While I specifically asked for an early check in (after a 12 hours flight), when I got there the stuff would insist that no early checking is available at all.

Unfortunately the hotel lobby was under construction, but it was disclosed neither prior to booking nor by hotel email. Breakfast is very low quality.

It was nice and spacious. In good proximity to the mall, grocery stores, etc. The price was good for still being close to everything. But I would recommend to rent a car to get around.

It was under construction having renovation done. Do it wasn’t convenient having to take the stairs.

The location was great. Everything was close by.

I didnt like that they are under construction and the front door is closed. They have almost everything boarded up when you walk in on the side door. During the early morning you hear the hammering and the workers working on renovations.

Poor WiFi, pillows were too uncomfortable, kitchen was dusty, soaps weren’t refilled.. noisy as hell and lift and facilities were so dirty.

There was no blankets for the sofa bed, We asked for it; they brought one and that was no soft at all. My kids didn't like it. Otherwise our staying was comfortable.

Breakfast was good. Location is good. Room size is good. Room facilities are very good.

The heating did not work in the room. The reception could not provide any stand-alone electrical heater. Temp set at 80F did not make the room warmer. I would guess around 62-64F at most in the room. We arrived late in the evening after late dinner, so did not notice until quite late. There was an extra blanket and an extra mattress cover in the room. Being outdoor people we managed and survived the night. However, I would be surprised if no other guests had complained before us. I would not return to this hotel during the cold season. No price reduction was offerd. I asked at check-out.

The kitchenette and the living room area made it feel like home away from home plus the staff was very friendly!

Everything met our expectations! Spacious and clean rooms, comfortable beds including the sofa bed, cozy and warm inside, convenient onsite free parking, nice breakfast and friendly staff. Great value too.

Upgraded room in a quiet location!

Heating/cooling fan was obnoxiously loud to the point of having to turn the unit off. It was a cold night! In one of the bathrooms the drain was too slow causing water to pool up during a shower. Our upgraded room had 2 bathrooms and luckily the other drained properly.

We stayed in a two-bedroom suite that comfortably fit all seven of us, which was a big plus because it's hard to find a hotel room that fits our large family comfortably. Each bedroom had its own bathroom, and the bedrooms were nicely made with extra bedding provided. The living room included a large sofa bed (almost the size of a king), though unfortunately, it wasn’t comfortable. The suite also had a kitchen stocked with silverware, plates, glasses, mugs, and appliances, which made it convenient for a family stay. We appreciated that a crib was available for our toddler — although it was closer to a bassinet in size, it’s still a thoughtful option for families with babies. Each bedroom and the living room had a TV, and the overall space was clean and decent for the price point of $220/night. The included breakfast was very good, and while the staff couldn’t solve the issues we raised, they were friendly and courteous.

At first glance, the property looked nice, but once we settled in, several issues made the stay uncomfortable and disappointing. Room Condition: The ceilings had visible holes, and fire sprinklers were missing caps, leaving areas looking unfinished and unsettling. Around the air vents, there were also gaps that gave the room a “botched repair” feel rather than the quality you’d expect from a hotel. One of the dresser drawers in the king bedroom was broken, which concerned us enough to take photos so we wouldn’t be blamed for damage. Beds and Furniture: Unfortunately, none of us slept well. The beds were extremely uncomfortable—everyone in my family, kids included, woke up with back pain. The sofa bed was very firm, and while some might prefer that, it was not suitable for relaxing after long days. Amenities and Service: After full days out, we were looking forward to relaxing in bed and watching movies, but the TVs in both bedrooms were not connected to the internet. Despite calling the front desk, we were told there was only one staff member available, and no maintenance or room service at night. We even had to go downstairs ourselves just to get extra towels. We were promised the TVs would be fixed the next morning, but no one ever came, leaving us without working TVs for our entire stay. Bathrooms: The toilets were shockingly small—more like toddler-sized daycare toilets. They also had open-front commercial-style seats, which made them feel more like public restroom fixtures than hotel bathrooms. Definitely not comfortable for adults. Overall, while the hotel looks nice at first, the poor attention to detail, lack of comfort, and absence of basic service gave it more of a motel vibe than a proper hotel experience. We we wanted to cancel and find a better hotel - but it was Labor Day weekend, and everywhere was booked.

Location was ok

The room was TIGHT. The room was extremely small with the sofa bed hitting 3 walls of the living room. For this place to have the word “suites” in their name, hotels I have stayed at have been roomier. The cleanliness was below expectations as the elevator needed a thorough cleaning along with the hallway carpets, it just had an awful rundown odor and the appearance was pretty much the same. There were stacks of old mattresses and construction debris outside; so maybe some updates were going to be made. We picked this place because breakfast was included…after the first morning we ate out every other morning. Yogurt was served in an open bowl with scooper, fruit was in an open bowl with scooper as were the hard boiled eggs - buffet style with no coverings but in ice. Honestly, just thought there have been many improvements made in the hotel industry over the years and this place felt like it was back in the 90s.
