Shower didn't spray strong..the view was terrible, pool was drained and there was water damage in the bathroom. The carpet was outdated and we had to pay for wifi.

Nunca recibieron mi reservación por parte de Booking. Tuve que pagar doble el costo de mi habitación, no me dejaron cancelar por el poco tiempo. No pude hablar con nadie para que me ayudaran.

Unbeatable location. Concierge was friendly and helpful. Facilities were very clean. Complementary toiletries were cute and very useful.

Not a fan of carpet floors. It was expensive for what is offered.

乗継ぎ目的だったので、空港から至近のホテルを探していました。到着ターミナルからミニ地下鉄で数分とアクセスは期待以上。部屋も広く、ベッド、シャワー共に快適でした。食事はルームサービス(ステーキ、サンドイッチ)を取りましたが、迅速に部屋にデリバリー頂き、お味もとても美味しかったです。

他の方も書いているように部屋代が高い。ただ、空港へのアクセスも含めると止む無し。

Location at the airport. Easy to access. Cleanish once in the room

Old, gloomy, the empty pool and unkept grounds does not feel like a major airport hotel. Its appearance made me feel a bit unsafe, especially being on the same floor as the empty pool. Very expensive for what it was. Perhaps it should offer short stay, day rate or hourly options rather than be so expensive for so little.

Inattentive staff, room and public areas lacking attention to cleanliness detail. Loud, busy and uncomfortable hotel. I prefer the Hilton over this property.

We ate at the restaurant and the food was very good, which for a airport hotel is not often the case. The beds were comfortable too.

The pool had no water which was very disappointing as we were looking forward to a swim after our 14hr flight from Auckland. The hotel is very dated on the 1st floor where we stayed and needs some love.

The hotel was near the airport and it was easy to take the subway to the hotel. The staff were also very friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable.

I want to give a shout-out to Elliot at the front desk for exceptional customer service and unreasonable hospitality. When I arrived, there wasn't a room immediately available for me despite a reservation and having checked -in online. He was determined to get me into a room and worked with his manager. I had to wait longer than normal, and to make up for the inconvenience, he gave me food vouchers for the restaurant and a couple bottles of water, and told me to let him know if I was unsatisfied with my room. I travel a lot and stay at a lot of hotels and haven't had this kind of service.

Been staying here 25 years plus with FedEx and United. Had a small issue at the hotel restaurant, Flights tonight. The night manager, Gilberto, took care of everything. Comfy room, cold à/c, nice gym, complimentary shuttle ànd quick check in. The M Lounge is very small. The property is large and has a wide layout. I am a fan.

The Houston Airport Marriott at George Bush Intercontinental is a convenient option when you need to stay overnight at IAH, thanks to its underground connection to the terminals via either a train or a short walk. It saves you the time of waiting for shuttle buses and allows you to come and go on your own schedule. Rooms are clean and functional for an airport stay. There are multiple towers at the hotel, but I stayed in the large round building with an external view (note that some rooms face an internal courtyard area). As a Bonvoy Ambassador elite member, I had access to the M Club, which provides snacks and beverages. Unlike most M Clubs that offer canned sodas and drinks that you can take back to your room, this location features a soda fountain with small plastic cups. Staff were welcoming, greeting guests with a warm Texas smile. The restaurant staff were also highly accommodating, helping me get a late-night order placed just before the kitchen closed.

Location, location, location. Also, Patrick was a wonderful employee. I arrived after midnight, exhausted from traveling for over 20 hours. I discovered the door to my room was stuck, but came down personally to open it for me then suggested I might prefer a room in a quieter location. He moved my room and gave me access to the lounge which I really appreciated given the inconvenience. He really gave me a much better impression of the hotel than I otherwise would have had. Water pressure was great and the bedding was very soft.

The property itself feels old. The automatic lock on my door made lock/unlock sounds every 20 minutes all night long which kept me awake. When a neighboring guest turned a sink on, flushed a toilet, or ran the shower next door it was extremely loud in my room. My toilet seat wasn't secured to the toilet; it moved around when I tried to sit on it. Basically the place needs a lot of maintenance. Upon checkout, I was asked if I experienced any issues with my stay, and I let them know about all maintenance needs. At that point, the lady checking me out just said "okay, thanks". I got the impression she wanted me to leave before I asked for reimbursement, which I had no intention of doing. I was just answering her question.

The fact that there was construction going on well into the evening outside my room until 1:30 am. Absolutely no excuse to put patrons in a wing with construction, heavy construction, 100’ from the room.

Perfect location if have early flight as is on IAH property, including access to airport underground train directly to all terminals. Bar and restaurant on main level with decent options. 30 minutes from downtown Houston.

We were checked in at around 8:15 pm by Rosario. She was excellent, she could tell we were tired arriving from London, gave us a voucher to partly pay for our breakfast and after the fact found my Marriott number. She is an excellent employee and a great person to greet people. In the morning the women at the front desk were also exceptional, as we wanted to send a package to my wife’s daughter. Again the staff most excellent. Then at breakfast the chef and wait staff were tremendous, fast efficient, fun to chat with. You have done great training on the staff currently working there.

First off, huge shout out to Mia at front desk—she is an absolute delight! The location is perfect for an early next day flight, and the value is unbeatable. The property and room was very clean and the atmosphere is consistent with the quality one expects from a Marriott property.

Swimming pool out of service No free wifi (staff helped us connect after we complained). No free Netflix - very unusual in this standard of hotel compared to overseas hotels.

I chose this hotel for its convenient location on airport grounds. The room was clean and comfortable, and we thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast buffet. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The complimentary airport shuttle provided by the hotel was a lifesaver, especially with our large family and the amount of luggage we had.

Superior location!

The spoke and wheel design was horrible. Finding our room was a confusing mess. And pool had no water!

Si buscas un hotel de facil acceso desde el aeropuerto, esta es la opción. Yo tenia un lay over de 10 horas por la noche y no queria invertir tiempo de traslado en uber o taxi a un hotel. Por lo que reservamos aquí y tuvimos una noche muy agradable.

Breakfast was good - and they allowed us to get in earlier as we had an early flight

Due to conflict with my transportation at the airport the information desk suggested I wait at the Marriott. When I arrived the service at the restaurant Flight was beyond accommodating! Patrick the host and I believe Julio continuously checked on my needs. Patrick went above and beyond. I may not have stayed there but based on this moment customer I would when needed.

Easy access by airport subway. Reception Staff friendly and informative.

No bottled water included in an already overpriced hotel room and charging $6 for a bottle of water ,it was left untouched and having to pay an extortionate amount for Wi-Fi so never used it . This left a sour taste of profiteering and this pricing cannot be justified.

I lied that the property was located but in the airport so I can catch my flight in the morning unfortunately in person in front of the desk clerk, they booked me for a date two weeks later and did not refund me!

I didn’t like the front desk clerk I didn’t like the manager. I didn’t like their customer service. I didn’t like the fact that I paid $340 for a room requested for that night so I could catch my 6:48 AM flight the next day. The manager in person said he could not refund me nor could he change his front desk clerks mistake and get me a room.

There was a wait for the dining room and the gentleman put our name down and then forgot to call us. We were sitting in a seat right opposite him. He then lied and said he had called our name but we were 10 feet from him and he did not. We finally did get a seat and the food was mediocre.

Front desk and valet staff weee top notch. Bellman efficient. We used hotel to overnight before a morning intl flight. Easy connection to airport check in. It was only 25 minutes from our room to club.

It suited us as a from arriving as a family of 4 from London, on a late flight. The location was great, short walk or shuttle directly from airport to hotel entrance. Rooms were fine. Toiletries provided.

Unbelievably convenient for a late arrival and then an early flight the next morning.

Beds on the small side - they were standard doubles and I would have liked the option to book 2x large doubles in one room as my family is very tall. Fine given our stay was only one night though!
