It was perfectly located, right on the sea shore, amazing atmosphere, great food and friendly staff.

We had a small issue related to the bag which got broken by the concierge while checking in, however the managers were helpful and helped to find a good solution to this problem.

Wenn die Klimaanlage ausgeschaltet war, was ich jeweils zum Schlafen gemacht habe, war das Zimmer sehr hellhörig. Man konnte praktisch alles hören, was in den Nachbarzimmern passierte. Dazu gehörten Fernseher, Gespräche und auch leute die Sex hatten. Auch Personen die im Gang geredet haben, waren gut zu hören. Bei diesem Preis finde ich die mangelnde Schalldämmung wirklich enttäuschend.

L hotel è davvero molto bello, pieno di comfort , pulito e il personale è molto disponibile. Piscina perfetta , spiaggia super attrezzata , possibilità di reperire acqua fresca gratuita ovunque. Un posto in cui tornare!

Unica cosa che non mi è piaciuta è stata il condizionatore in camera troppo rumoroso , da spegnere x poter riposare bene

Ame todo de este lugar, tanto la ubicación frente al mar con cómodas sillas y sombrillas para disfrutar, como las habitaciones impecables, la piscina muy cómoda, la atención del personal 10/10, muchos hablan español, ame tener café ilimitado en la habitación. Volvería a ir y lo recomendaría 1000 veces. Cada rincón del hotel estaba muy limpio.

We could hear our next door neighbor which would not allow us to sleep until they slept! They were talking up until 1-2 AM. Not very loudly, but they kept up awake every night. I believe the reason is that our room was joined to their room via double doors without sound insulation. Also the first night we were in a room with a poor (nearly unacceptable) bathroom setup. There was almost no counter space which was very inconvenient. However, the amazing staff helped us find a room with acceptable bathroom countertops. Very much appreciated the amazing staff.

As soon as we arrived at the hotel and reported to the reception, the behavior of one of the reception staff was inappropriate and it was very desperate behavior, without culture, very bad and arrogant behavior, and the worst thing was that you had no place to complain something like this has never happened to me in any other hotel in the world

Everything was exceptional. From the moment of arrival and the valet, porter service to a smooth professional checkin experience, the beautiful scenic hotel was just exceeded expectations. The rooms were beautiful and clean and every amenity was pristine and addes touches for sustainability were so awesome. The staff were the cherry on top, from the bar staff - Pedro, Ernesto and Grinalda (May have gotten her name slightly wrong) to the pool tiki bar service with Floriano - and every single team member who I could not recall their names, was just phenomenal, attentive and nothing was too much. They went over and beyond for my family and I couldn't have been more impressed and thankful for the choice of hotel. We will most certainly recommend this hotel to any and everyone!! Keep it up team Palm Hotel and Spa. You have a truly special place and team

Absolutely nothing. I cannot fault the establishment on anything.

We enjoyed our stay at The Palms Hotel & Spa. Our room was spacious, welcoming and comfortable, with a super comfortable bed and excellent air conditioning. The hotel itself was clean and attractive, with lots of greenery throughout the property, giving it a lovely relaxed feel. The bar and restaurant staff were generally friendly and helpful, and the food at both was excellent. The location on Collins Avenue was fantastic, with easy access to the beach and lots of great restaurants nearby. Motek Miami and Casa Faena were our favourites and both are well worth a visit.

The pool and surrounding areas could have been cleaner. There was leftover fruit on the floor from the night before and the pool tiles were noticeably dirty and in need of cleaning. There was also a noticeable sulphur-like smell around the pool area at times. We weren’t sure where this was coming from, whether it was from the seaweed on the beach or something within the hotel, but it was quite unpleasant. One particular member of the Tiki Bar staff was also quite unhelpful when we asked questions about the drinks and seemed more interested in his phone than assisting us. Unfortunately, communication from the hotel was also disappointing. I left my AirPods in the room and only realised once we reached the airport. I emailed the hotel but received no response. This was particularly disappointing as I had previously contacted the hotel about another matter and had also received no reply. Even if they were unable to help, I would have expected at least an acknowledgement. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but there are definitely areas where the hotel could improve, particularly cleanliness around the pool and communication with guests.

La piscine est vraiment très mal entretenue : l’eau semble peu ou pas filtrée et une forte odeur d’égout règne autour de la piscine, mais également dans plusieurs endroits de l’hôtel. La situation est très désagréable. La plage était également impraticable lors de notre séjour en raison d’une importante quantité de sargasses qui n’avaient pas été ramassées. Concernant les chambres, aucune fenêtre ne peut être ouverte, ce qui donne rapidement une sensation d’enfermement malgré la climatisation. Celle-ci est par ailleurs extrêmement bruyante et difficile à régler correctement : soit il fait trop froid, soit l’air devient vite étouffant. Le petit-déjeuner est également très décevant, avec très peu de choix et quasiment aucune variété. Dans l’ensemble, nous avons été très déçus par cet hôtel, qui est malheureusement très loin de l’expérience que nous espérions.

I went with my daughter for a spa day. We had a wonderful time with the facilities, but the person who stood out the most was our pool waiter, Floriano, who really went above and beyond to make my daughter feel special because of her birthday. Thank you Floriano, I will be back soon for my birthday. 🙂

Visiting The Palm is always an absolute pleasure and makes us feel like part of a big family. The service from the entire staff is impeccable, but we want to give a very special shout-out to a few people who make our stays truly unforgettable: Gessica Pinna at the main bar, for being so attentive and letting me practice my Italian with her; Leo during breakfast, for being so special and always spoiling me with a delicious cappuccino; and the whole pool team—Andrea, Katy, Florido, and the rest of the staff—for their warmth and excellent service. The hotel was wonderful. Every part of the experience was great. The front desk was so nice and we really appreciate Martin, the concierge. The pool was lovely and also very private from the boardwalk (unlike other hotels where the pool is visible). Everyone working at the pool and beach were great. The room was so nice with separate shower and toilet rooms. even the lobby smelled good. We had a great breakfast at Essensia as well.

Mike Lopez was great. He set up a lovely cabana for us overlooking the water… Unfortunately, we came during extreme seaweed season so we did not get that blue green Caribbean looking water we were hoping --for but he was wonderful and the service was excellent.

Mike Lopez is lovely! Such a warm welcome and quick to action to get us settled for the sunshine. He staged our cabana for us, served with a smile and surpassed our every need. Thank you for making my first time in Miami so memorable.

The hotel is incredible! Beautifully decorated, wonderful rooms, fenomenal pool area nestled among lush tropical gardens, The hotel feels like a hidden paradise. The service is exceptional. Fred is one of the first people you meet here, and he welcomes you so warmly that it already feels like your little paradise has just begun.. We were so impressed with him. He pays close attention to even the smallest details. It was such a pleasure seeing him during these couple of days we've been here. Martin at the concierge is always happy to recommend wonderful local experiences and attractions, making every stay even more memorable. Everyone on the team is genuinely kind, welcoming, and attentive. Their hospitality feels completely natural and sincere, which makes this hotel a truly special place.

We stayed at The Palms Hotel And Spa fir 1 night prior to getting on cruise ship following day. The staff were very pleasant and accommodating. Holtel is very nice, clean, laid back. The room was kind of small, two queen beds turned out to be more like 2 twins beds and not very comfortable. Being that we were only there to shower and sleep abd depart at 10 the next morning we did not experience the entire resort. Location was good, 27 minutes to cruise port, 45 minutes from Ft Lauderdale Airport. $393 for 1 night reasonable for Miami this time of year

I’ve never felt compelled to write a review on trip advisor but that has changed since I met Clinton. What a gem of a human. He made my entire experience staying at this hotel worth it. I will think about him for the rest of my life and I’m genuinely not kidding

My partner and I had already paid for our entire stay. At check-in, the hotel requested a security deposit of €100 per day. However, due to a mistake by the receptionist, both of our credit cards were charged multiple times and for incorrect amounts. The hotel acknowledged that these additional charges were made in error and explained that the funds would only be released after check-out. Despite this, they offered nothing more than an apology. As a result, a significant part of our holiday budget for the week was unavailable because of their mistake. Everyone can make an error, but leaving guests without access to their own money is unacceptable. I strongly recommend carefully checking every transaction before handing over your credit card at any hotel.

We’ve been coming here for years and always have a great time. Attentive service, chill vibes, clean rooms with thoughtful touches. Shout out to Mike Lopez and the rest of the staff who help keep the beach a fun and safe environment for all.

We enjoy this hotel and return annually. We especially enjoy sitting at the beach and taking advantage of the food & drink service through the tiki bar. Floriano was our man on drinks and food and he was great with prompt service, regular check-ins, and a friendly attitude. Mike Lopez managed our umbrella and chairs, and we are especially grateful for his hard work and for watching out for our safety - our umbrella had some issues with securement and he took care of everything and made us feel safe.

We had a wonderful time at the Palms. We came to celebrate my daughter's 18th birthday. Martin was very helpful in organizing a surprise for her. I really appreciated his help and professionalism!

I stayed here with hubby at a beach front room. The room was very spacious and beautiful. The bed was comfy and we slept well there. The staff was extremely hospitable and responsive with any needs and requests.Fred was super helpful from The time he brought our bags up offering many local suggestions for dinner and nightlife. He continued to remain sincere and helpful during the duration of our trip. The hotel’s concierge was also patient and helpful In assisting us to navigate planning our many daily excursions.

Floriano was absolutely amazing on the beach. He took great care of us and we truly enjoyed his company. He gave us great recommendations for dinner and a night out.

The hotel is beautiful, and we were given a wonderful room with stunning views. Fred, the concierge, was amazing and went above and beyond to help us get our room much earlier than expected. His outstanding service made our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again. Our rating is 5 out of 5.

My daughter and I had a very pleasant stay at the Palms in Miami Beach. All the employees were very friendly, from the Front Desk clerks, concierge, valet attendants and bellmen. Floriano, the waiter that served us at the pool area, was outstanding! My daughter was curious if she could have her coconut cut in half to be able to eat the pulp, and he replied “but of course, I’ll bring it back in a second”, immediately took it, and brought it back in a timely manner - a great customer service!

Cierran muy temprano la atención en la playa, así que cuando fui (18:00) ya no habían asientos, ni podía llevar varias cosas del bar. Otra cosa que no me gustó, que no es culpa del hotel, es que la playa estaba lleeena de algas, así que no era tan lindo ni para la vista ni para entrar

What an incredible experience it is to stay at The Palms every year! We absolutely love coming back to this beautiful hotel. It is incredibly family friendly, the food is exquisite, the staff is always warm and welcoming, and everything is exceptionally clean. One of our favorite parts of our stay is spending time at the beach and being so wonderfully taken care of by Gabriela Parker and the entire team. They always make our experience extra special. We look forward to this tradition every year and cannot wait to be back again next year!

Had a great experience at the Spa. Karena was excellent in proving my massage. She is small but mighty. She work my sore muscles and knots until I fell asleep. I would definitely be coming back

O hotel não é novo, mas é muito bem conservado e agradável! O serviço de praia e piscina são excelentes. O quarto é grande, um pouco claro para mim, mas é confortável! Só precisa modernizar um pouco.

O chuveiro não tem muita pressão e o quarto poderia ser mais escuro. O café da manhã poderia ter mais opões, mas o atendimento da garçonete era impecável, muito atenciosa (não me lembro o nome dela).

Horrible experience. Do not advise anyone staying here. Where do I begin? They have extreme sewage back up problems with there unusual toilets that emit sewage gases in your hotel room which by the way are very bad for you to breathe . My bedroom pillow had live lice crawling on the pillow. Yes live lice. The pool had human waste from kids floating in it. And we got the stomach bug from the rotting food

Fred is the best so friendly we have amazing time

The service is absolutely excellent. Fred is the absolute perfectionist and trying to resolute our problem for only a one night stay 23 years of staying at the hotel. Fred is exemplary with his service.

Le parking proposé par l'hotel est trop cher. Il n'y a aucun commerce à proximité à pied.

I absolutely loved the palms throughout my stay. The check in and check out process went perfect. The room had everything I needed and great turndown service, and the beach and pool staff were spectacular. Gabriella was a fantastic server at the beach and pool area. She was so accommodating, friendly, and warm that she made our stay all the better. Would definitely come back!

My partner and I had the best time at The Palms while visiting Miami Beach for the weekend—the atmosphere was great, you felt completely in a resort without being isolated from the city and the facilities were just perfect. Service was amazing at every corner and we had the most relaxing afternoon while Gabriela P. took care of us at the beach. Highly recommend!!
