What we liked most about the hotel was the location. The beach was extremely close, which was very convenient, and it was easy to get around and explore the area. The hotel lobby was beautiful and had a really nice atmosphere. We also really enjoyed the pool, which was excellent and well-maintained. Our room was also quite clean and tidy.

La habitación estaba muy limpia y la cama resultó súper cómoda. Como puntos a destacar están el personal (súper amable y siempre atento a nuestras necesidades), y la provisión de agua fría de cortesía, agua caliente, reposeras, y toallas para la playa sin costo adicional. Finalmente, la cercanía a la playa merece una calificación de 10 puntos.

the room wasn't really clean the floor was kinda sticky the housekeeping stole a piece of our chocolate when we ask them to clean the room. It was chocolat we took as a present for the people we went too on our trip. This is bad because this people got an open chocolate with a missing piece

The style and layout were great, the pool and restaurant were also great. Complimentary cold brew coffee!! The staff were all pleasant and accomodating. Great value for the deal I found online. We had just gotten back from a cruise and got to the hotel at about 11am with all of our luggage. We asked about letting us know when the room was ready so we could maybe get an early check in. It was actually ready and they just let us check in, no charge. GAME CHANGER and much appreciated :)!!

I am a cigar smoker and there is nowhere on the property to enjoy one, although the property and the vibe would be perfect for that. Even if it weas just one corner of the outdoor space. The other issue is the lack of convenience items. They have compimentary bottled water or you can buy a $7 can of soda, if the restaurant is open. However, that was about it.

O hotel não oferece estacionamento, nem mesmo pago. Eu já tinha essa informação, só estou sinalizando que esse ponto fez falta e numa próxima estadia vou precisar considerar, pois não tem garagem pública por perto.

Uns hat besonders gut gefallen, dass das Hotel nur wenige Schritte vom Strand entfernt liegt. Der Beachwalk befindet sich direkt gegenüber, sodass man eine wirklich tolle Lage hat und schnell am Meer ist. Leider gab es während unseres Aufenthalts aktuell sehr viel Seegras am Strand und im Wasser, sodass wir dort kaum bzw. gar nicht ins Meer gehen konnten. Dafür kann das Hotel natürlich nichts. Die Lage selbst ist wirklich super und ein großer Pluspunkt.

Nicht gefallen haben uns die wirklich sehr kleinen und engen Zimmer. Auf Booking.com wird mit Fotos von deutlich größeren Zimmern geworben. Vor Ort wurde mir vom Personal sogar selbst gesagt, dass es diese Zimmer so schon lange nicht mehr gibt. Wir hatten für vier Personen ein sehr kleines Zimmer, obwohl ich ausdrücklich ein wesentlich größeres Zimmer gebucht hatte. Leider konnte uns auch an der Rezeption niemand weiterhelfen. Dort wurde lediglich darauf hingewiesen, dass die auf Booking gezeigten Zimmer in dieser Form nicht mehr vorhanden seien. Auch die Zimmerreinigung fanden wir enttäuschend, da die Zimmer nur auf Nachfrage gereinigt werden.

The location is great! The train stops right in front and you can move around easily. The rooms are really clean and the hotel is really nice and cozy. Everyone there was super nice and accommodating, loved the whole vibe and stay.

That we could not regulate the room temperature, but it was no issue, we would let the front desk know and they were more than accommodating.

Great room, service and pool

The stay was good overall and we were happy with the room and the hotel until the issue with the safe occurred.

The evening before our departure, the battery in the room safe died while my passport, credit cards and other important belongings were locked inside. We reported the problem immediately and were told that maintenance would come at 7:30 the next morning. However, in the morning, the receptionist told us that maintenance would not arrive until around 9:30–10:00, despite us explaining that we had to leave earlier to catch our transportation. The receptionist was unpleasant and unprofessional. When we asked to speak to a manager, he claimed that he was the manager. Only after repeatedly insisting and contacting customer Booking service was maintenance finally contacted urgently. The safe was opened with a master key and the battery was replaced. The entire repair took about three minutes. I do not understand why a master key for situations like this is not accessible to reception, especially when guests may have passports and other essential belongings locked inside. The situation caused us unnecessary stress on the morning of our departure and could have resulted in us missing our transportation.

The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. I really liked it and everything was without any problems. I had a very pleasant stay.

Estos aires acondicionados portátiles hacen un ruido infernal dado que tienen el compresor dentro. Para dormir hay que apagarlo y, al hacerlo, te asas vivo en la habitación. Por favor, no cometáis el mismo error que nosotros y, si lo vais a hacer, aseguraros antes de que vuestra habitación no es con AC portátil.

This never gave us instructions on Wi-Fi, the air conditioning never worked. We had to change rooms two times in four days. The staff seemed very unconcerned about what was happening.

We were given bunker beds even though we had reserved the image of queen bed. We were so tired and it was already too late to look for another place.

Eigentlich ein günstiges Angebot für Miami Beach. Dafür ist die Fahrstrecke in die Stadt etwas weiter. Muss man eben wissen, was einem lieber ist. Der Strand ist 5 Min. zu Fuß weg, das ist schon spitze. Lobby und Poolbereich waren absolut klasse! Große Zimmer, ausreichend Platz für 3-4 große Koffer.

Die Zimmer könnten eine Renovierung gebrauchen. Außerdem fehlten uns Ablagemöglichkeiten. Ein Tisch wäre toll gewesen. Der Platz dafür wäre auch da, weil die Zimmer groß sind. Einen ganz großen Minuspunkt gibt es für die eisige Klimaanlage, die man nicht selbst betätigen kann. Man kann dem Hotelpersonal Bescheid geben, dass sie sie ausstellen und wieder anstellen, aber eine Temperaturanpassung ist nicht möglich.

Stopped by Hotel Rendale to check it out. Great location mid-beach. There’s a nice little bar off the lobby, Pikio, serving good drinks and food. Chiara at the front desk in lobby was very helpful, welcoming and friendly, providing me with information about the hotel and neighborhood—her elegance and class were notable!

No contact from Hotel despite messaging, emailing and phoning to ask a question. Check in easy and rooms were clean, cool and adequate (shower head needed replacing and some marks in bathroom). Pool area nice and shady. Tiles around pool could do with a good clean. Taco bar was good and happy hour did reasonable deals. But no pool table or bikes, which was very disappointing as travelling with teenagers and one of the reasons we choose. So really nothing to do in the hotel apart from the pool.

La ubicacion es excelente, a 1 cuadra de la playa. Ademas en recepcion podes solicitar reposeras y sombrilla. Nos toco una habitación cuadruple para 2 personas, es cómoda simplemente para dormir.

No cuenta con estacionamiento, hay que conseguir lugar en las calles paralelas lo cual puede ser complejo. De 9 a 3am tiene costo.

L’hôtel est bien situé, proche de la plage à pied, directement sur Collins Avenue, mais dans un quartier assez tranquille. Les quartiers les plus animés (south beach) sont facilement et rapidement accessibles en navette gratuite. La chambre était au dernier étage. Les chambres sont grandes et très bien entretenues, le lit est confortable et la décoration est soignée. Dans le bâtiment principal c’est bien isolé, on entend peu les voisins et pas du tout la circulation. Le personnel est charmant et serviable dans l’ensemble.

Au début, j’étais dans une chambre dans les préfabriqués de l’autre côté de la piscine et c’était horrible. C’est très peu isolé, on entendait tout, beaucoup de bruit, les gens claquaient les portes en pleine nuit, c’était compliqué de se reposer. Il vaut mieux éviter. Mais j’ai demandé à changer de changer de chambre et c’était beaucoup mieux. Autre petit point négatif, la piscine est assez petite pour le nombre de personnes, donc il vaut mieux arriver tôt si vous voulez un transat, et elle peut vite être surchargée.

The rooms are spotlessly clean and have all the comforts you could ask for, making our stay very relaxing. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

Nous sommes extrêmement déçus de notre séjour dans cet établissement. Nous avons séjourné pendant 5 jours en famille (2 adultes et 2 enfants) et le niveau de prestation a été très loin de ce qui était annoncé. Durant tout notre séjour, le ménage de la chambre n’a jamais été effectué. Les lits n’ont jamais été refaits et la chambre est restée sale dans son ensemble pendant toute la durée de notre séjour. Les serviettes ont été changées à quelques reprises, mais pas de manière régulière, et aucun réapprovisionnement en gel douche n’a été effectué. De plus, aucun sèche-cheveux n’était disponible dans la chambre. Le point le plus grave concerne la présence de punaises de lit dans la chambre. Nous avons subi de nombreuses piqûres et présentons encore aujourd’hui des plaques sur le corps. Nous disposons de photos qui témoignent de cette situation. Le personnel s’est montré, dans l’ensemble, peu accueillant et peu réactif à nos demandes. La seule exception est une personne présente à la réception le 15 juillet au soir, qui a fait preuve de professionnalisme et de gentillesse. Nous la remercions. Nous regrettons également que Booking propose encore cet établissement alors que les conditions de séjour ne sont pas conformes au niveau de qualité attendu. Nous espérons que cet avis sera pris en compte afin que d’autres voyageurs, en particulier les familles avec enfants, ne vivent pas la même expérience que nous. Nous ne recommandons pas cet hôtel

The location is a bit dull. The neighbourhood has some sewage problems and one can smell it. The room had a nice view but felt unclean.

Das Vierbettzimmer entbehrt jeden Komfort, es gibt nur einen Stuhl, keine Ablageflächen, Tisch oä. Man konnte auf den unteren Betten ich sitzen, sie waren auch recht unbequem. Es gab nur ein großes Licht und dann die sehr schwache Bettleuchte. Für ca.50$ mehr für 3 Nächte bekommt man in der gleichen Gegend ein sehr viel bequemeres Zimmer, wenn man rechtzeitig bucht. Ich würde hier nicht noch einmal übernachten.

Las habitaciones en fotos se ven muy bien pero la verdad son para mochileros, no habían mesas no había jabón, no había un sofá, reserve y antes de la cancelación de la reserva gratis el.hotel me cancelo la reserva y me toco volver a reservar pagando 100 dolares más. El.bar es arrendado no puedes tomarte un agua allí adentro por que debes consumir, lo atiende un Argentino, poco amable. En fin no volvería.

Przedziwny hotel, stylem przypominający nieco akademik, łóżka piętrowe, 4 choć potrzebowałem jedynie 2, umywalka pośrodku pokoju, brak telewizora (niepotrzebny) i lodówki (przydałaby się), totalny luz łącznie z możliwością popływania w fajnym basenie w godzinach nocnych, świetna lokalizacja (blisko plaży).

Klimatyzacją ale nie że jej nie było tylko chodziła mocno i na okrągło i nie można było regulować temperatury lub jej wyłączyć (a mroziła aż za bardzo). No i brak tej lodóweczki :(

The location is great. A lot of nice restaurants nearby.

The hotel doesn’t offer parking, which was a big issue. We ended up paying over $60 to park for just one night, and had to walk 15 minutes from the parking lot to the hotel. Also, the room was very small with only one chair, and one of the bunk bed’s sheets had stains and hairs on it.

Came in for a bite and drinks with a friend and the hotel is so beautiful. The front desk is also so helpful and hospitable. Alvin is a sweetheart and helped us feel right at home. Had the wings at the bar in the back with a white wine and it was delish, great deals also. Can’t wait to come back.

Close to where our family was staying .Easy transportation stop to come and go from the miami strip coming back bus drops off right across street at riu hotel. Nice comfortable bed, staff were pleasant all in all i would go back again location was excellent.

Shower water temp couldn't get higher than lukewarm , window inside seperate bathroom frosted but gets hot because no shade,separate sink outside bathroom pedestal sink size not much room for toiletries . Hallways dark.

My experience staying here was very renewing. It was all and more than I could imagine as a solo woman traveler. The front desk receptionist Alvin had amazing customer service and accommodating to help me feel secure and enjoy my stay. Erika was also very friendly and a vibe! The aesthetic of common areas was beautiful and welcoming. Did i also mention right next to the beach?! Such a good spot! Overall, this has been my go to hotel to stay when I visit Miami!! Always a good stay and people are friendly.
