Provider-sourced guest reviews.
The location to the ballpark and Arch was excellent. The staff were very welcoming and answered questions and provides guidance when needed.
We had planned to use the pool, however, apparently it closes whenever there's a game. It was open for the morning, but closed earlier than posted in the afternoon. Some of the furnishings were worn and had tears in the upholstery.
The location is perfect. I have stayed here numerous times without any problems so hopefully this was just a rare occasion but I was very disappointed.
The air conditioner in our room did not cool. You had to hold down the handle to flush the toilet. We were not given any complimentary Waters or anything upon arrival. The breakfast was good but expensive. The manager told me she would refund my parking and add points to my Hilton honors account which did not happen. She also said that she was going to reimburse the breakfast but again that didn't happen either.
Great location!
A bit outdated. Carpet in room was old and worn. Shower was tiny.
They didn't let me know the extra bed was not available
Great location, Room and Rooftop bar was great
Didnt know pool was down for our 2 night stay
Great location, sleep, facilities, and breakfast
Staff was very friendly and fun! Beds were great! Pillows are exceptional! Shower pressure was awesome!
Nothing
It was close to our venue
The AC was messed up the entire time we were there and we couldn't take a shower because the water was scolding hot we asked them to fix it and it still didn't change anything.
Was a great room - enjoyed being able to park and not leave until it was time to depart - everything was close - attended a Banana's game at the stadium and enjoyed walking around St. Louis the day before. Was a great quick stay and very easy.
Might need to update some of the bathrooms - my room shower broke actually came out of the wall. Other than that small hiccup it was a good stay.
The closeness to Bush stadium and the arch. Even though our rooms were in different buildings we still felt that this was a safe establishment and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean and smelt nice.
It would have been very nice to have our rooms close together since traveling with our children. However we understand that it was a very busy weekend and it wasn't the end of the world. Also in the evening it did take quite a while to wait for our elevators but once again not the worst thing that it could have been.
We came to attend the Cardinal ballgame and this was a perfect location for two sixty plus senior citizens. The bed was comfy and the room was delightful. The only complaint was the cold buffet food. I wish we did not waste our money.
The cold food in the buffet for breakfast.
Had an absolute fabulous time at the Hilton St. Louis at the Ballpark. The location was perfect for going to the Arch, sightseeing, food and Busch Stadium. The rooms were clean and high end. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Very flexible with requests and even had secured parking for our oversized vehicle! Pricing was very affordable and well worth what we got. We would definitely stay there again!
Property was close to venue. Beds were comfortable. We were given a free breakfast for the delays experienced at check in.
Property was not prepared for a major turnout for an event despite being located next to a MLB stadium. There were multiple, if not close to 100 families displaced for an extended time despite confirming a check in time. Many of us did not receive time prior to the game start to be able to check in, clean up and unload luggage before activities started and we had to miss pre-game activities. We booked the hotel nearly 8 months prior and confirmed a 4pm check in to make it to the pregame show but was not called for our room availability until after 530pm while waiting in the crowded lobby. It doesn't sound like much except after traveling for hours to be sure and make the show activities at 5pm, we had to miss them and barely made it to the game prior to start. Will not be booking this hotel again on game days.
So close to all the great places around the ballpark.
West Tower is a little dated.
Why Hilton St. Louis sucks * Outlets conveniently on one side of bed, but not the other * Impossible to find on/off switches on all the lamps. They have an accordion shape and a metallic reflection that hides a small button on a lower crease between the bellows on the back. Our bad for not finding that in the dark. None were connected to a wall switch. Always fun fiddling with new lamp designs in the dark, for no good reason. * No microwave * Fridge broke, they had to replace it. * Grimy walls/floors in bathroom and unidentified hair * Broken light over the bed * Tv not facing the bed- the desk and a framed photograph are directly facing the bed, while the tv is to the side, facing the wall because that makes sense. * No freezer in the fridge * Temperature won’t go above 74° * Near impossible to figure out the shower. What’s so wrong with the shower on/off system of every other home and hotel on earth? It took 10 different combinations of pressing/pulling a tab on the wall and turning the handle to magically land on a working shower. * No exhaust fan in the bathroom for the moisture or for noise * Ice machine in the hallway releases more ice than fits their provided buckets, making it a guarantee to spill ice all over their floor, each and every time it’s used *Our second key didn’t work, which a very joyless staff member handled begrudgingly * Shower ceiling is very low. Be prepared to duck your entire shower if you’re even just barely considered tall * All this joy for $400 *But the view is incredible, stadium side
Save yourself the stress. From the moment we pulled up, it was a nightmare. Valet line wrapped around the corner. We waited 30 minutes and as it’s our turn to pull in they flip the sign to Valet Full. We drive up the street to the parking deck Hilton recommends for self park. $60 prepay only. Ok, fine. We walk the block with our luggage and get to the hotel at 4pm to stand in a check in line. Finally get to the front, and our room isn’t ready. Trying not to let it ruin the evening we check our bags and leave for an hour. We return, room still isn’t ready. No timeline of when it might be ready. It’s 6pm at this point and event is at 7. We unpack our suitcase in the lobby and use the lobby bathroom to change. Disgusting! Garbage overflowing, sinks clogged, no soap or paper towels. We stop at the front desk and let them know that the bathroom is disgusting and ask yet again when the room will be ready. Miraculously it’s been ready. Well sort of, it’s not the room we’ve been waiting on, but I guess because I expressed how frustrated I was at this point, a room opened up. We get upstairs and the hallway had to be 80+ degrees. The room is so worn and dirty. Everyone is refusing to shower in this tub. I paid extra for a ballpark view and literally didn’t get to use it. The reason they gave at the desk was that they had a lot of turn over rooms last night. And? YOU booked that many rooms, and were aware of what you had. They refunded 50% of our room which was fine until we actually made it into said room. We actually contemplated making the 3 hour drive home at 10 pm because it’s so gross. We are Marriott Platinum but wanted to do something “cool” for our sons birthday, so we booked a ballpark view at Hilton. It’s been nothing but disappointing.
Great location with a short walk to the ballpark. Some rooms have a view of the Gorgoeus view of the ARCH. At $250 a night, this hotel is overpriced and badly needs a remodel. The carpets are worn and the bathrooms look 20-30 years old. My room was missing a painting and the hooks on the wall were visible. The security could be better as a homeless man followed me into the hotel, and then the hotel staff tried to blame me! As a Hilton Honors DIAMOND member. Next time, for an additional $150, I will stay at the far superior Four Seasons.
Location
Entire bathroom. Toilet didn’t flush, air took over 12 hours to lower temp to 72
Close to the stadium
Room smelled like a outhouse. Not sure if they have plumbing issues
Location, breakfast
Elevators, long lines, uncomfortable beds, run down
Dirty moldy smelly rooms. Pool closed. Carpets worn. Peeling wallpaper. Staff don’t seem to care or are annoyed by any issues you bring up.
The location is great since it is very close to Busch Stadium. The atmosphere was good b/c there were a lot of Phillies and Cardinal fans at the hotel. We were not happy with our room. It is out dated and the shower head didn’t work good, the exhaust in the bathroom didn’t work, & the bathroom door didn’t stay open . As for service, we had an awesome server named Tamara at the market bistro buffet in the morning. She was so friendly and helpful. We had nice conversation with her.
Location
Shower hardware, parking
My husband and I had breakfast at the hotel, and our server, Tamara, was amazing! She was so friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. She truly made our breakfast experience even better. Thank you, Tamara, for the wonderful service! ❤️
Location is very convenient. The rooms are in need of a serious clean and update. The fridge in the room was leaking coolant throughout our stay. After the first service it briefly got better, but started leaking again. Wood cabinet was warping due to the leak and carpet in front was consistently wet.
Close to ballpark and arch
Valet was full
Location
Paying to park
Nice stay overall. Special thanks to Caren H in the restaurant for above and beyond service.
Location
Great location, friendly staff and nice room.
Plumbing was an issue. Hot water was difficult to control, sink and shower and toilet were all issues- toilet ran after flushing, faucet on sink was loose. Hot water in shower could cause an injury as not easy to control. We did report the issue after leaving.
The hotels only redeeming qualities are its proximity to the ballpark and the main lobby area. I’m surprised Hilton attaches its name to this dump. The building is incredibly old and the rooms are tiny, dirty, and cramped. They’re crazy small for such a large hotel, I’ve stayed in larger rooms at a Days Inn….The bathroom ceilings are crazy low and because everything is stucco, it’s just nothing but dust. We had to change rooms because one of the beds was completely broken, I’m talking to the point that the mattress was completely flat with springs poking out. I don’t know how they missed that. Unfortunately, we didn’t realize it until late at night after we got back from the ballpark…when we went down to the front desk, they said their system was down because they were doing a night audit therefore could not even offer us another room and we would have to come back down after 5am. I tried to explain that we literally didn’t have a place for two people to sleep and she sort of just shrugged her shoulders and again repeated we’d have to talk to the next shift. We didn’t get to change rooms until after the sun came up. The next room still had very uncomfortable beds, but weren’t broken at least. However, the room was still just as disgusting, tiny, and smelly. The entire building hasn’t been updated since the 00s, parking is not attached to the hotel, you have to either use the valet or walk a block away, and the entire building smells like mold and decay. Avoid.
Location was great, staff was friendly and welcoming.
The room was OK but seemed a little dirty - believe there was mold on the bathroom ceiling.
Best location for Busch Stadium
My only complaint is that our fire alarm battery indicator was beeping, we called the front desk and no one ever came to change the battery. It was beeping all night.
For almost $500 a night you would expect to have at least a bar of soap to wash your hands and face with- they are kept at the front desk. There is no on-site descent restaurant and while the breakfast was great the dinner at the Bar left much to be desired and even the Great wait staff couldn't compensate.
Staff were friendly and helpful when needed.
It’s very outdated and needs updates. The bathroom in our “premium king” was very small-as was the room-no plugs/chargers on one side of the bed. The bathroom has rusty lights and paint chipping, backwards hot/cold and if you pushed past a point to the hot side it made an awful noise. Food choices are lacking-none of the vending machines we tried worked. I had to go three levels to get an ice machine that worked.
Location
We had a dirty comforter & went almost 2 days before getting another one because housekeeping did not clean the one in our room or did they have any other clean ones on hand
Large hotel with bar/ restaurant and roof top bar. Next to stadium and walkable distance to the Arch. Clean and nicely decorated. Price was reasonable.
As a longtime loyal customer, my perspective on Hilton has completely changed after a horrible experience at the Hilton St. Louis at the Ballpark (July 11–12, 3 rooms). Our stay was ruined by an AC failure that left our rooms in the upper 70s. Staff didn't even mention the building-wide west tower issue until after we called down to complain about our warm rooms. While staff admitted to the problem after my complaint, local hotel leadership and Hilton Corporate Guest Services have not responded to my messages. I have reached out repeatedly to request a fair compensation, yet neither local management nor corporate will contact me back. Keeping guests in the dark about facility failures and refusing to respond to loyal customers asking for fair compensation is unacceptable. Hilton used to be a brand I trusted, but after this complete lack of customer service, I'll be booking elsewhere.
Our group reserved five rooms at the Hilton St. Louis at the Ballpark, and unfortunately every room experienced maintenance or operational issues. By the end of the first night, two of us had left the hotel entirely. One member of our group stayed with relatives, and I was fortunate to secure what turned out to be the last available room at the Hyatt Regency St. Louis at the Arch. By the following day, the rest of our group had also relocated to the Hyatt. When I arrived, the room I had carefully selected through the Hilton Honors app was not ready. After waiting nearly three hours, I was assigned a different room on a lower floor that was extremely noisy from street traffic. I requested another room and was moved again, only to find that the air conditioning wasn’t functioning properly—the thermostat was set to 64°, but the room temperature remained 83°. I was then moved to a third room, where the air conditioning still struggled to cool the room. Shortly after settling in, the toilet stopped flushing and maintenance had to be called. Unfortunately, my experience was only the beginning. Across our group’s five rooms, we encountered an alarming number of maintenance issues, including: * Air conditioning that struggled to cool rooms. * Toilets that continuously ran or failed to flush properly. * Curtains that would not close completely. * A room with only cold water. * A broken TV stand. * A sliding closet door that came off its track and fell on one of my colleagues. * A broken television remote that was also missing its batteries. The problems extended well beyond the guest rooms. During our stay, one of the elevators was out of service, creating extremely long waits. At one point, it took approximately 30 minutes just to get downstairs because of the elevator backups. While waiting in the lobby and at the front desk, we overheard numerous other guests expressing similar frustrations about their rooms and the overall condition of the hotel, making it clear our experience was far from isolated. I do want to recognize the front desk staff, who remained courteous and genuinely tried to help throughout our stay. They handled a difficult situation professionally, but there was only so much they could do given the number of maintenance and operational issues affecting the property. As someone who has always been loyal to the Hilton brand and recently achieved Hilton Honors Diamond status, I don’t write reviews like this lightly. I’ve stayed at Hilton properties across the country and have generally had excellent experiences, which made this stay especially surprising and disappointing. I chose this hotel because I trust the Hilton brand and expected a much different experience. Unfortunately, I ultimately spent a significant portion of my trip dealing with room changes, maintenance issues, relocating our group to another hotel, and even correcting billing errors after being charged the wrong rate. This is not the level of service I have come to expect from Hilton. After relocating to the Hyatt Regency St. Louis at the Arch, the difference was remarkable. Every room was clean, comfortable, well maintained, and everything simply worked. It highlighted just how many problems we had accepted as “normal” during our brief stay at the Hilton. The Hilton enjoys an outstanding downtown location and has tremendous potential. However, based on our experience, the property is in need of significant investment in maintenance and day-to-day operations. When a group reserves five rooms and every room has issues—and the entire group ultimately decides to leave—that speaks for itself. I sincerely hope Hilton invests in this property because it could be an exceptional hotel. Until then, I would choose the Hyatt Regency St. Louis at the Arch for any future visit to downtown St. Louis.
This overall experience has been awful. Here with daughter and 2 grandkids. Thought we would enjoy the motel while daughter attended concert. Absolutely no enjoyment. Check in started with unfriendly customer service. Proceeded to our room. The smell of ‘sewer’ hit us as soon as we walked in the room. Mentioned it to bell hop immediately. He just shrugged. Looking around the room, I thought I was staying at ‘well leave the light on for you’ and not a Hilton. The bedspread was filthy with dirt spots. The bedside table has plexiglass covering it. It was stained and unclean underneath it. Baseboard filthy. Bathtub gross. Definitely wouldn’t put 2 kids in it. No manager talked to us but front desk sent bellhop with keys to another room. At least this one didn’t smell like BM. One elevator broken so the lines were long. Ended up walking down 9 flights of stairs with 5 yo and 3 yo to go to the pool. Only to make it there and have our key not work. After daughter went to concert, thought we’d have some room service. Called the number and very nice person explained how to see menu and to call back with order. Called back 5 minutes later to be told there is no room service. I am now stuck in dismal room with 2 littles asking where their carrot cake is. Expensive unpleasant trip.
Walking distance to game
Im not one to do this but here we go. Saint Louis has been a baseball home for decades. So it being a home game weekend shouldn't have its down fall from the start. Our check in starts at 4. We got there at around 5 thinking our room would be ready. After driving 4 hours we still had to wait another 45ish cause for room wasnt ready. Then check in because a huge mess. Not the best first impression. The bell man that brought our luggage up was am amazing gentleman. When we got into our room it was almost 80° on the thermostat. Thought maybe it was because the window was open and it was pretty warm outside. Even with our fan on the room neber reached below 75 the first night. We kept the curtains closed the entire trip just so our room could stay some what decent. We never moved the thermostat from 68° but never got lower than 71° even at night. The third and final straw was on our 2nd full day went to get out of the parking garage and was basically trapped in. Our code wouldn't work on the ticket and sent me into a panic. Come to find out THEY NEVER PUT OUR TRUCK IN THE SYSTEM. So on the phone for 10 mins while sitting in a line of cars behind me trying to get a code to get out and be able to get bavk in when we come back. Needless to say even though its maybe a 5 min walk from the doors to the ball park we will NEVER stay at this hotel again. Just because we were in the West Tower does not mean we are beneath anything. I paid the same amount that someone on the east tower would have paid and I feel like we were looked down upon. Again I will say we will not be staying at thus establishment again.

Location
Rooms weren’t ready to check into for several hours after check in time, had to unpack in our friends room
Stayed and attended an on-site weeklong business meeting, with catered breakfast and lunch by the Hilton Ballpark. Everything was excellent! Special shout- out to Kim, Nelson, Tatia and Joanie, these staff members truly cared about our experience- they were kind, courteous and very professional (even in the face of some grumpy guests). Thank you very much for a wonderful trip! - Andy
Close to ballpark, people
The air conditioning was messed up our room was 73 and hot. Called they worked on it, wallpaper was peeling. Bathroom has stuff on wallpaper and looked like blood on shower curtain cold water in Bathroom not working
Location
It was very outdated the room was not clean
Very convient location
Air did not work well in 627
location is excellent. Pillows were great. Mattress comfortable.
Shower operation seems flimsy and not straight forward. Very slow shower drain. No air vent.
Location to the ballpark and the Arch were incredible.
I very much disliked being rushed out of my car when I arrived by the valet employees. I also very much disliked that my belongings were basically taken hostage when I arrived by a bellhop. I informed the bellhop I was ok with taking my own things to my room, but he wasn't taking a no for an answer. Our arrival to the hotel was very stressful. The Hotel itself is very outdated and needs lots of renovations.
Rooms were not ready in time and we missed part of the game we went to. We had to get ready in the lobby. Front desk completely worthless and could not be bothered with the situation. Hotel is run down, A/C was not working. Avoid this location and stay any where else.
Everything
Room size
Although this hotel is very convenient to the arch, Busch Stadium, and several dining options, it is lacking in some of the basics one should expect from a Hilton… rooms are old, daily room service is very poor, customer service was very mediocre (depended on which staff member you worked with). As a longtime HH member, I will most likely consider different accommodations on my next visit.
Lovely location. Good food. Rooftop bar was top tier.
Bathrooms were small and tubs were dirty. Sir conditioner was broken and staff said it's been broken all week blowing hot air. Very uncomfortable to sleep in with the july heat. They brought us a few fans a couple hours before check out time.
Size of room
Ursa helped us tremendously with check in and to make sure we had a great visit. If going to the game this is the only hotel you should choose overlooking for the field.
The west tower was musty and smelled like mold. The noise from the room next door (adjoining) sounded like they were in our room with us. We could hear everything and we assume they heard us. We also could hear everything step from the room above us. The AC could not keep up and after we complained it was adjusted to cool a little better but added constant dripping water noises. The shower drain did not drain at all which is disgusting, after address following 3 calls/texts it only improved moderate. I was still standing ankle deep the next morning. The curtains would not close flush against the walls and light was let in both mornings prior to our alarms. There was only 1 usb outlet for our phones/devices, which kept popping the power strip breaker. When I had to keep resetting it I saw the disgusting years of filth that was collected on the floor and walls behind the nightstand. We also requested housekeeping to return after waking us up at 8am on a holiday weekend only for them to never do so. Also, the valet pickup system in the morning is a joke; they are too overwhelmed, no call ahead for your vehicle either. You just have to wait in a crowded, hot holding area with dozens of others waiting for their vehicles. At one point there was a 20+ line up of car keys waiting to be retrieved.
Close to Bush stadium.
location to the BALL PARK THE CONVIENCE TO BALL PARK vILLAGE AND THE STADIUM
THE STREET RACING FROM 12AM TO 3AM IN THE MORNING THAT KEPT us awake
The staff was all very nice.
The room I reserved, I did not get.
This hotel is a disaster of failed management. Elevators were broken down. HVAC systems were failing. Rooms are old and falling apart. I will NEVER stay here again.
Staff was super nice and accommodating.
Valet was a little inconvenient for the east towers guests.
Very good
Didn’t clean room until we complained.
The location was AMAZING! The room was smaller than expected, but very clean!
It was very close to Busch Stadium, which is what my intention was. The employees were friendly and very knowledgeable. They were actually nice!
There was an exhaust fan missing from the bathroom in room 508.
Location is the only good thing this place has
Elevator wait time. Old rooms and decor. Price was over the top and not a 4 star hotel. Should be maximum $199 max per night during cardinals season. No free breakfast at a $300 plus price point is insane. So if my family of 4 ate breakfast and I parked my car, we would’ve spent approximately $600…..would you pay that?
Wonderful location!
Windows were peeling. Old. Outdated. Need upgrades
The roof top bar was fun and service was excellent even though it was very busy, every staff member we encountered was pleasant and helpful at the hotel as well. The location is great for the ballpark and parking.
One of our rooms was not ready and there was a lobby full of people waiting because their rooms were not ready! When we got to our rooms they were not very clean, there was dried blood on our bathroom wall and the bathroom door had parts missing and wouldn't stay shut. Room was humid and A.C. unit was very loud-will not stay there again. We were very disappointed.
The pool was closed because it was supposed to rain but it wasn’t even raining. The kids were disappointed
Staff was very helpful at check in- check out not as much. You can’t beat the location of the hotel!
We were told our breakfast and parking would be comp’s at check in because of our room mess up. When we went to get the QR code at the hotel it didn’t work at the parking garage and so we had to pay more than what we even should have (we paid $60 plus tax and rate for guests was $45) Also our room did not cool down very well and the ice machine on the floor was broken.
Worst Hilton experience we’ve had and we’re diamond members so we usually choose Hiltons. Location is great - went to a Cardinals game and it’s a walk through baseball village and you’re there. Couldn’t get much closer. Also walked to the Arch in 5 minutes. That’s where the perks end. Hotel is run down. Stayed in the West Tower which wasn’t as busy and had a two bed room. Room was tiny, beat up, and not clean. Could barely see the stadium from our “paid upgraded view” because the windows were dirty. Toilet was smashed and caulked back together. Disgusting dirty corners with grime in the bathroom, hair ties and trash that wasn’t ours under beds. Doors were chipped, faded and had rusted hinges. Noisy at night when the bars get out and then drag races at 3am by our window. Will not stay here again. Go anywhere else. They need to shut it down and do a major renovation.
Location is great.
Breakfast was too expensive. Didn't have free parking. Rooms were very dated for a Hilton.
Loved the location, service was excellent!
Dear Management, I wanted to take a minute to offer my gratitude for the exceptional welcome and assistance we had upon our arrival from Florida by your front desk person, Ursa. It so happened that I called a couple of days ahead with questions, and it was Ursa who took my call and assisted me. Amazingly so, it was him who also happened to be the one we saw at the front desk in spite of so many people checking in at that time. When he saw my name, he immediately asked me if it was me whom he talked to a couple of days before. He was welcoming and servicing, making us feel truly special. Congratulations on having such quality professionals working with you. Coming to your hotel in St. Louis to see a Cardinals game had been on my bucket list for years. We will be back! Hopefully, we see Ursa again. Thanks again, Ricardo (Rick) Garcia, Ed.D.

Star bucks
The gun fight in front of the hotel both nights we stayed. Terrible. The other hotel guests were fighting in the hall. The staff when we checked in was awful. He didn't present himself very professional. He was rude, his clothing was very sloppy and looked dirty. Terrible!! He wasnt a person i would want representing the hotel. We went to eat at the place in the lower level of hotel, no one was around. We waited 20 minutes, ordered beer and a pizza, the pizza tasted like a cardboard pizza, my salad was wilted lettuce with a sprinkle of mozzarella cheese. Wtf?! Way to over priced. The 1st day of breakfast, I requested cup of coffee, she walked away, never got my coffee. My husband went and got us both a cup. She never came back to our table except to give us a bill, and said we could leave her tip on it. Nope.
The staff was incredible! Shower pressure was amazing!
The room wasn’t necessarily dirty, but it was hard to distinguish ‘dirty from worn’ look.
Breakfast was amazing, amenities were fabulous, rooftop bar was awesome, and the location was perfect.
We didn't realize that an attendant needed to use a key card (from the lobby) to let us up to the 26th floor for the rooftop bar.
Location
Drains clogged in sink and shower, sheets were dirty, dirt all over rug
A/C was off/broken, our room got up to nearly 90 degrees
Very convenient! Walking distance to anything we wanted to do
Valet parking was full. This was actually one of the reasons I booked this place. Luckily we’re were advised by staff to park in the garage across the street and bring our ticket to the front desk. Worked out ok, wasn’t a big deal
NOTHING! The staff was always rude, our ac in the room didn’t work the whole time we were there. The whole west tower didn’t have ac which they failed to tell us nor did they offer to give us another room, it was 83 degrees in our room and didn’t get to sleep till about 2:30 am. The garage that we paid $40 for was not secure at all, money, bunch of change, 2 phones and a few other things were taken out of my car! This place has got to be the most horrible place ever!!!
The location
Rude front desk workers. Room was musty ac didn’t work. Way over priced for what it was.
Staff were so friendly making sure we had everything we needed and the location was exactly where we needed it to be for the ballgames.
Our toilet was very slow to flush, but we let them know
Dalisha was such a bright light at the front desk when I came in at night to turn in. The hotel located directly across from the baseball stadium was amazing. With that being said. It was extremely busy this past weekend with the Cardinals vs the Cubs.
Dalisha provided outstanding customer service throughout my stay. She was friendly, professional, and attentive to every detail. Her positive attitude and willingness to help made my experience exceptional!
location
room was hot even with a/c on. toilet over flowed more than once. staff was quick to respond, but problem was never solved. had to use restroom out side of room.
I was in town for a business expo and after a long day of sitting through sales pitches, trainings.....etc, I was able to take the edge off with a nice cold beverage at the downstairs "Market Street Bar", the bartender, Trisha is a true professional that not only managed a room full of needy patrons, but she did so with a warm demeanor and smile the whole time. Additionally, she was great to suggest some local spots to try out that you don't see on trip advisor! My glass was definitely full and I felt at home! Bravo Trisha
The hotel refused to communicate with me. I gave them 3 weeks notice.
The close proximity to the ball park
I was on the 3rd floor, paid over $300 for 1 night... the bathroom had hair on the wall, the toilet kept bubbling up and spilling water all over the floor. This kept me up all night. When I said something about it to the front desk, they didn't seem interested. Not even an apology. I won't stay here again. Definitely not worth the money I spent!!

Noise, outside near the stadium
NO TENIAN PARKING
Close walking distance to Busch staduim the arch
Was expensive for the rooms .we had asked for a room with a view of the ball park.did not get that. Went to their restaurant for breakfast and could not get in as the hostess told us they take the guest that prepaid their breakfast first and we woukd have to wait. There were plenty of tables available but yet they made quite a few people stand in a different line if you didn't have breakfast included in your stay Yet she handed us a menu and said here look at this while you wait . Will never return to this location again . Approached the desk clerk about this issue and they didn't do a thing. Other people in front of us at the breakfast were disgusted as well .we ended up going to a diner and had an amazing breakfast there .
Tamara our waitress at the Market Bistro was amazing! Friendly and engaging on our 1st day. Our 2nd day we didn't get seated in her area but she was the same way with all of her customers that day also. Tomorrow we are requesting her area!
location
way over priced for the room, breakfast was over priced and was horrible
Si
Scott works at the bar in the hotel restaurant. He made me experience at the hotel A+! He was personable, attentive with a warm smile. Thank you, Scott.
I have stayed here on multiple occasions. The room this time was disappointing. The shower made the smoke detector chirp each time, the bathroom had zero ventilation. The ceiling was peeling or large portions were missing from the ceiling. The bedding had holes it in. It just seemed outdated/unkempt.
Close to the Arch and right across from Busch stadium.
Very dated in the rooms. Bathroom is in need of remodeling and upkeep
Location! Our room had the best view!
Older out dated.
