Embassy Suites Saint Louis - Downtown

It was one of the most beautiful hotels I’ve stayed in recently. The decorations, the carpet and flushness of the carpet so wonderful. The suite was fantastic. One of the best breakfast I’ve had in a while.

On the fourth floor, we noticed a hair on the wall and it was there for a couple days and it was a long piece of hair. Just saying.

Close to Amtrak station. Within walking distance of baseball stadium Very good breakfast.

Clean great staff and location

The omelet station at breakfast was fantastic. Also, loved the Happy Hour snacks and drinks offerings. The location was great and I was able to walk around and get some good food in the general area when I needed to get out of the hotel. The room was huge, clean, and comfortable, and the staff was beyond friendly. I will be back!

The breakfast was grrreat, I really enjoyed my stay. The pool was not as clean but cooling.

Parking was hard to find

It was clean and staff were friendly and helpful. Check in was a breeze and valet parking was a definite plus.

The staff was incredible. Very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was wonderful (incredible variety). The King Suite room was spacious and clean.

Chlorine for pool was so strong, we couldn't use the pool or even sit in the pool area.

Where’s the classic Embassy Suites design with open atrium ? Felt closed in. Bar free snacks were weak. Parking fee was atrocious.

Location is fantastic! It is walkable to many attractions and we enjoyed the hotel amenities too.

Valet parking was the only option offered by the hotel. We did however find a public parking garage not too far away. It was an easy walk and met our needs.

Clean and very good location

I loved everything including the free adult beverage. It was needed. Everyone was super nice and accommodating. The valet staff is top notch.

The gentleman at the reception desk was a little short with us, but that’s it. He wasn’t rude , just not overly nice.

The hotel was amazing. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was superb.

The hotel itself was amazing but beware of the valet. We left a personal item in the car, yes our mistake, however it was stolen.

Property was spotless, breakfast was amazing. Room was huge and clean, very comfortable bed.

The room was big and comfortable, we got snacks which was very welcoming. The pool is great. There was a happy hour with free drinks and snacks. Walking to the arch was very close. Breakfast was great.

The second night there was a problem with I believe the maintenance of the air conditioner and it was making a lot of noise hard to sleep when I had to get up at 5 AM

Spacious room, comfortable bed and pillows, efficient valet parking service, nice breakfast, and good location in downtown St Louis that is walking distance to Busch Stadium. The valet parking and door staff are friendly and helpful.

Valet parking is on the expensive side. We had a little trouble closing the curtains in our room but managed it.

Front desk did not tell the cleaning staff that we extended our checkout. My daughter and I were sleeping and cleaning walked into our room. She woke us up. About an hour later she came in again and my husband was inside on a business call. I was not a fan of the glass door that divided the two rooms and the curtains let in a lot of night in the Morning.

I came to town for a Cardinals game. This was an amazing stay, convenient to Busch Stadium and The Arch, both within a 15 minute walk. Check-in via the app was easy and my room was ready on arrival. The room was extremely clean and well stocked. The room felt very comfortable. My room faced 7th Street and it was quiet and I was not bothered by any noise, inside or outside the hotel. Happy Hour and restaurant are on the 4th floor. Happy Hour was busy, but the appetizers were kept stocked and the drinks were awesome. The bar had a very good rum punch for happy hour. Breakfast was delicious and not as busy as I thought it would be. I did go within the first 90 minutes of opening with no wait. I self parked at a garage 1 1/2 blocks away at half the price of valet. I felt safe walking around outside the hotel during my stay. I absolutely loved this property and would stay here again, without hesitation!

The valet team greeted us and our mass of luggage promptly and graciously. We had a roof top luggage carrier, and they advised us that it would not fit in their parking deck (height-wise). Dae and his colleague assisted us with removal and brought it to our room for easy storage during our stay. Friendly and helpful - can’t beat that! We were in and out the full trip and the team were consistently responsive and pleasant.

We had a great experience at the hotel. We had to take my son to the hospital quickly. The valet brought our car back so quickly. It got us on the road much faster than I expected. Thanks to Yashar and the crew!!

Beautiful area

Dinner wasn’t as I thought it would be. Valet at night was horrible

Room size was nice.

The hallway and entire room smelled like cigarettes. We told the staff and they said they’re booked so sorry about your luck. Then gave us Lysol disinfectant spray to “help with the smell”. I had three children - one being an infant - who did not deserve to suffer through the strong smell all night.

Met by the valet team when we arrived. Zayn was incredibly helpful with guiding us through the valet experience and helped us load and deliver a luggage cart when the bell person was occupied with other guests. Awesome service.

The first room has Dirty Socks in the closet. All the furniture was torn damaged the drawers wouldn’t close on the dresser, it was dusty I was worried about the electrical cuz it was so old looking . old crumbs all by the microwave didn’t look like anyone cleaned the room at all . The air conditioner is not in the bedroom it’s in the table sitting area with a weird wood box sitting o the top of it with a rusty grill where the air comes out . very dirty carpet with lots of stains and couch very stained …it was a room gifted to us for free so we had to stay but the peeps that gave it to us would have never stayed here had they seen it . The lobby was stinkin hot no air conditioning , couldn’t get excited about the breakfast cuz everything just seemed dirty( I’m a not a super clean freak or germaphobe either) Its gross . Don’t stay here.

Valet Dave is super nice. Clean rooms, well laid out space. be careful if you want to park your car with a rooftop carrier. The valet garage has height limits.

Yusuf the valet was super sweet and kind to us. Very professional and gave us great tips/ideas for our trip. Being away from home and being able to receive aloha from a stranger was amazing.

I have stayed here many times over the years and it consistently remains good. It’s great for families needing extra space due to the large suites. Customer service is solid and the rooms are clean. The hotel remains somewhat updated. The hotel is very large so it gets very crowded in the breakfast area during the complimentary breakfast hours. I like the reception hour but it too can be very crowded at times. The check in desk and mostly the valet gets very backed up during check in times. But during the other times valet is very efficient. I have stayed at several downtown STL hotels, mostly Hilton brands, and I feel the Embassy downtown location is always a good value, and I haven’t ever been disappointed staying here.

The hotel was small, only 5 floors which I loved because it was not too busy.

The pool room was like a sauna it was so hot.

Clean, fun, and easy! Denis at the valet stand and the breakfast staff were so helpful! It was a great stay.

The suites are LARGE and comfortable. The breakfast, especially the made-to-order omelettes, good. I am partially handicapped and appreciated the walk-in shower with a safety bar.

I am partially handicapped. The hotel covers a block. From the elevator to our room was 225 steps (500 feet) I painfully counted them during the two to three daily round trips. We were at the Embassy Suites 4 nights but the room was cleaned only once. Although we had no problem making the bed and keeping the rooms neat, a change of towels and refill of tea packets would have been appreciated.

The property was overall nice no major complaints.

There is a hidden $54 parking charge and nowhere else to park. Had an issue with an uber order and front desk employee would not let person come up nor hold order until I came down.

Yusuf was amazing! So pilot and helpful with my things! It’s rare to find good service. Greatly appreciated his service and kindness during my stay.

Had an extended stay due to work, and staff made entire stay as enjoyable and inviting throughout stay. Did have a small incident in beginning of stay and GM and especially Chris made it right. Front desk staff was AMAZING, Michael, John, Grace, Andrea. THANK YOU. Valet was awesome. Very professional, courteous and helpful., car was promptly retrieved and respected. Top tier, Emmanuel and staff; much appreciated. They all do a great job and will be staying here for all additional work or pleasure visits to The Lou!! Thank you!

DAE went above and beyond. Dude welcomed me with the best energy late in the evening after work. Keep DAE around. Man gets it.

The service was great the valet Yusuf was very helpful and was very patient . He assisted with my car and assured I got to my room safely.

Wallie was a great person who provided my dinner the night I stayed. He is very personable and attentive. The selection for breakfast was very generous. Creating your own omelet was nice to see egg whites. Not many places allow for that healthy alternative.

I loved the breakfast options, the reception and the overall atmosphere and experience

The room i was given at first was extremely dirty. Hair, nail clippings and dirt left in the bathroom. The toilet was disgusting with bowel stains left in it. That was my first time staying at that hotel and first impressions are big for me. The amount of money that i paid for that weekend for myself and my family, i shouldn’t have experienced those type of issues AT ALL.

We had a great week of conferences in the huge facility across the street, but, truth be told, some of the most memorable times were at the happy hour and breakfast at the Embassy Suites. Mr Willy and Tracy made us feel right at home.

Even the most excited boosters admit that Downtown St Louis is in a very sad and sometimes violent state. Visitors are always being warned about the conditions. This is not to be dissuasive, but just aware.

I love it💯❤️Very easy to find downtown. I love that they have valet right at the door. Dae met me at the door to help with my luggage and another man help with my vehicle. Just a few steps and I am at the check in counter. Check in was fast and easy. Dae return to take my luggage to the room. I love my suite, very spacious and clean. Excellent experience and sweet and gentle people. I LOVE THIS! GIVE ME MORE, MORE, MORE!😁💥🎶

Not necessarily the hotels fault but people were vaping and drinking alcohol at the pool and being obnoxious which made enjoying it with my kids a little rough. Also, we ordered pizza from the restaurant and they burnt it and had to bring another one. We ordered two burgers and they were burnt also. But the breakfast food was awesome. Hotel overall was great.

Denis was the man Pleaset respectful and none judge mental towards me my tattoos and motorcycle. He was knowledgeable and informative of where to park my bike and the options entailed. Ultimately I opted to park with you folks great service and great time as always thanks D-MAN JOHNNY TATU
