Flea great location
Sehr modern und sehr komfortabel, Shuttle zum Disneyland möglich.
Nichts.
The staff. Great experience and excellent service from the staff.
I love Marriott hotels. Everywhere in the world if you book Marriott hotel you can be sure that you will get clean, comfy and great room!
I like the proximity to the convention center- the service staff was great. They came every day cleaned my room.
The cost was a little high, considering that I had issues with the water temperature in my shower, my room was on the ground floor, and there was lots of noise outside right by the parking lot
Standard queen room was a little small
I really enjoyed the service and how accommodating the staff was throughout our stay. I ended up extending my stay for an additional two nights, and they were able to accommodate the request with no issues while allowing us to remain in the same room, which was very convenient. Overall, the service was excellent. The Marriott Bonvoy app also made it incredibly easy to communicate with the hotel, and they were always very prompt in responding to any questions or concerns I had. A few days later, we stayed at the Hilton Anaheim across the way because we had already booked that hotel in advance. After experiencing both, we will definitely be choosing the Anaheim Marriott over the Hilton for future stays. The Marriott felt much less chaotic, had a much better hotel layout, and the service was noticeably better. Overall, I highly recommend the Anaheim Marriott and would happily stay there again!
One day, the hotel offered poolside service, but the following day, it was not available. The staff and restaurant seemed quite busy, so I completely understand that service may not always be available. However, when I asked one of the waitresses about it, she was not very friendly or helpful, which was a little disappointing. My only other concern was the cleanliness of some of the less visible areas in the room. There were noticeable areas of dirt and buildup underneath the bed, under the side tables, and around the bed frame. It seemed like the room had been thoroughly cleaned on the main surface areas, but the harder-to-reach spaces were overlooked. A more thorough deep cleaning of these areas would make the room feel much cleaner overall.
Everything !
Nothing to complain about.
Stayed here for Wondercon earlier this year, and was surprised by the changes from a decade ago. Hardwood floor instead of carpet was a different experience (and I ended up removing my shoes at the door, lest I bring in unwanted stuff from outside). Lots of room for a solo person, and the bed was very comfortable, with plenty of power outlets nearby for my CPAP machine. The elevators were very efficient, compared to the last stay. Pushing for my floor number first, then being directed to a specific elevator, took a little getting used to, but it definitely seemed to move things along a lot quicker with the 2 conventions going on in the same place. The floor ice machines were a bit of a hit or miss... Sometimes the sensor detected the ice bucket, and sometimes I had to go to another floor to find one that worked better. No complaints about the view, since I was here for the convention, so wasn't bothered by seeing mostly solar panels and concrete from my balcony. Was very peaceful sitting on the balcony at night though. Will return for next year's convention, since being a Marriott member including having free wifi, which helped out a lot.
Staff were very helpful and professional
Had a really great stay here! The staff were super friendly and made check in a breeze. The room was clean, very quiet and had everything we needed to relax. Great location too. It was close to plenty of food options. We will definitely be booking this Marriott again next time were in town!

We recently stayed at the Marriott Anaheim for a four-day family trip to Disneyland with a group of six. Before the trip, we were genuinely concerned. We had read some recent reviews on TripAdvisor mentioning construction and other issues, and those reviews made us skeptical enough that we actually called the hotel in advance to confirm the situation. As a backup, we even booked another hotel near the Hilton just in case. I am a Marriott Titanium member and was previously a Marriott Ambassador, so I strongly prefer staying with Marriott whenever possible. Still, based on some of the recent reviews, I was not fully confident going into this stay. That changed because of John at the Front Desk. He helped address our concerns before the stay, and because of his professionalism and reassurance, we decided to stick with the Marriott booking. What began as a skeptical booking turned into one of the best hotel experiences we have had in the United States. This property was outstanding. I honestly do not understand some of the complaints I read before the trip. I am not saying others did not have their own bad experiences, but based on our stay, this hotel delivers service at a level that is not usual to find. We stayed on the 18th floor, so I can only speak directly to that floor, but everything there was exactly as we would expect from a strong Marriott property. The room, the floor, and the overall condition were all very good. As an elite member, we had access to the lounge. Our first lounge experience was brief because we arrived late, and by then only desserts were available. We brought some food with us and ate in the lounge, and the staff could not have been more accommodating. They brought us plates, cutlery, and anything else we needed without making us feel like we were imposing. They were kind, practical, and genuinely helpful. We also used the lounge for breakfast the next morning, and that experience was also very good. On weekends, the lounge is closed, but the hotel provides breakfast vouchers for the InFuze restaurant. That turned out to be a major highlight. The weekend breakfast buffet was not just “good for a hotel.” It was genuinely excellent. The buffet was well laid out, generous, and had a strong variety of options, but what stood out most was the quality of the food. I rarely see food this good at a Marriott property in recent years. The breakfast staff was outstanding. On the first day, we met Edith, who was excellent. On the second day, we were served by Marylou, who was absolutely top-notch. Both were kind, attentive, and very professional. Everyone knew we were using breakfast vouchers, but there was no difference whatsoever in the level of service. That is not always the case at hotels, and it stood out. The last day their F&B manager also stopped by to say hello. In addition to breakfast vouchers, the hotel also provided appetizer vouchers for the restaurant. We used those during lunch on Friday and again for dinner after the park on Saturday. The portion sizes were a little different between the two visits, but both times they were more than enough for a reasonable meal. Once again, the restaurant staff impressed us with their hospitality and service. Victor took care of us and did an excellent job. I missed the name of female server who helped us on Friday night but she was awesome too. We also used the gym, which was well laid out and had a strong range of equipment. Nothing felt old, worn out, or neglected. The public areas of the hotel were also comfortable, and we spent time there watching the FIFA World Cup. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was polished, active, and family-friendly without feeling chaotic. For anyone visiting Disneyland, the location works very well. One option is to walk to the Toy Story parking area, which is about an 8–10 minute walk from the hotel. You can complete security there, then take the shuttle that drops you inside the park area, where you can walk right in. That is probably the cheapest and most efficient option if you do not want to walk all the way to Disneyland, which is roughly 1.3 miles from the hotel and about a 20–25 minute walk. However, for our family of six, we chose to use Uber each day. It was under $15 each way and dropped us very close to the park entrance. Overall, this was easily one of the best Marriott properties we have stayed at in the U.S. The team went above and beyond without making it feel forced or transactional. The front desk, lounge team, restaurant staff, servers, cooks, and everyone we interacted with were consistently excellent. Special thanks to John at the Front Desk, Edith, Mary Lou, Victor, and the entire restaurant and lounge team. They turned what we expected might be a questionable stay into a truly memorable family trip. We would 100% stay here again on our next trip to Anaheim.
Location was perfect
It was a bit dated for the price
The staff was fantastic from the wonderful lady that checked me in to the valet that was so helpful
Was notable to park my own vehicles close to the property
The hotel is impressive with a spacious lobby on entry. The staff were incredibly helpful on check in and prior to checkout. The room and hotel were spotless throughout our stay and our room was serviced every day to a very high standard. The proximity to Disneyland is a plus, we walked there in around 15 minutes taking a slow stroll.
The hotel was hosting a number of conferences whilst we stayed and as such was very busy. The lobby and bar area were quite noisy and busy at times, which we didn't mind as we were out all day. Check that you aren't charged twice for your room! Ours was pre-paid but we were charged again on the credit card we placed on file. The front desk staff helped to sort this straight away, acknowledging their error, but as of yet, the charge is still showing as pending on my bill, so I will keep checking on that. Another piece of advice would be to join Marriott Bonvoy rewards to receive free WiFi as otherwise, it's a hefty daily charge.
I love this hotel have stayed here about 4 times last year. This year it was not that great
cockroaches everywhere! In my bathroom in the shower and in the ballroom bathrooms as well
Train wreck of a property. Loyal Bonvoy member and booked without paying attention because close to convention center. Huge mistake. Property is beyond dated and simply ugly. AC garbage and thermostats from the 70s. First night we were bothered by party time at pool past 10pm so asked to move to higher floor. No problem. When I went to get new keys front desk tells me "I have 10 min to retrieve my luggage from old room before key doesn't work." So what - if I don't make it they keep my luggage? What? Huge construction zone. Pool area is ugly to begin with but they are constantly drilling to create some outdoor patio/bar area. Also lobby was painting one full day with construction workers everywhere. You can't paint a pig. You just tear it down. Lounge on 18 - Paid extra - was garbage. Lousy food. No service. Yuck. Service was average overall. Much better properties nearby like Westin and Hilton. Please do yourselves a favor and stay away.
Location
Room was badly worn and in need of repairs
Clean
Overly complicated breakfast setup.
Location! Safe, fun, happening place in convention area. Starbucks downstairs.
I was very disappointed in our experience here. My husband and I are at the Marriott members and I feel like we got put in the oldest room in the building. The room felt very empty, the floors were sticky and we got a view of concrete. Normally I wouldn’t complain about these things if I had gotten a cheaper room at a cheaper hotel, but we splurged a little on this trip and wanted to remain loyal to Marriott. The gym was insanely small and the front desk laughed when I asked about any other kind of parking options. Just a negative experience overall and we didn’t feel welcomed.
I rarely leave reviews, but this stay at the Anaheim Marriott Suites was unacceptable from start to finish—especially traveling with children. I stayed for five nights and experienced ongoing issues that were never properly resolved despite multiple requests: • Refrigerator did not work (I have a toddler who needs milk stored safely) • Bathroom plumbing issues (clogged toilet and shower) • Microwaves not working on multiple floors • Ice machine consistently empty • Excessive noise and disturbances, including teenagers knocking on my door and running away • Housekeeping left my room door open, which is a serious safety concern The most alarming issue was a non-working smoke detector in my room for the entire stay. This is a major safety violation under California Health and Safety Code 13113.7. I reported this multiple times and it was never fixed—even with children staying in the room. The hotel did offer a room change, but the only available option had no working AC, which is completely unreasonable given the heat and my children’s health needs. Another room was offered only hours before my departure—far too late to be a real solution. To make matters worse, I reported these issues again at 2:00 PM on my last day, and by 2:00 AM the next morning, nothing had been fixed. The hotel offered only two nights of compensation, which does not reflect the reality of enduring these conditions for the majority of my stay. I have also reported the safety violations to local authorities. This experience fell far below Marriott standards. Between the lack of urgency, unsafe conditions, and poor resolution, I will not be returning. I strongly advise families, especially those with young children, to reconsider staying at this property. I reported this issue to the front desk staff and the supervisor Laura Hill, who were unable to provide any solutions other than apologies. Also, there are no microwaves in your room and with small children that need bottles warmed this is completely unacceptable. Parking fee is $25 nightly Staffing shows clearly since the time I’ve entered that they did not care. DO NOT STAY HERE - Especially not in 310
The location
The staff
3/23/2026 - The Anaheim Marriott, comprised of three buildings with a total of 1,030 remodeled guest rooms and suites, often offers the best value for money (性价比) near a Disneyland Resort - Thanks for its large inventory! Upon entering the lobby, a nice lobby with marble floor and the upscale check-in counters with many uniformed knowledgeable check-in staff impressed me - those staff are indeed at the same level of skill set like at The Ritz -Carlton I visited three years ago! The check-in process lasted only 5 minutes, and I decided to visit the Concierge Lounge at the 18th floor after dropping my luggage at the stateroom. Upon entering into the Concierge Lounge, my first impression is to view a pararomic skyline of Anaheim. It is worth noting since late 2018, Marriott has been pushing to replace its traditional Marriott Concierge Lounges with modern M Club Lounges that must open 24x7 with daily Happy Hour. Unfortunately, just 207 M Club Lounges have been converted or established to the M Club Lounges worldwide today, shying of its original goal to reach 500 M Club Lounges. The Happy Hour food and drink quality between M Club and Concierge Lounge are almost the same in the U.S. - see a short video for your reference! The service at the lounge is excellent, 3 staffers are constantly serving guests. All staff I met here are friendly beginning with a few valid parking staff - well trained!
Very friendly staff and the pool was phenomenal!
I'm at the hotel now, it is our 3rd night of 4 we are staying here. We are attending a conference called CSUN. I have to say I have been disappointed thus far. I booked 2 rooms both with 2 queen beds. My requests for the rooms were ignored... The in room refrigerators are a joke, they only stay on for 2 hours at a time, if you are lucky. Then you have to manually press a button inside the fridge to turn it back on every 2 hours. The ice machines don't work; I went to different floors trying to get a bucket of ice and finally had to call front desk to bring ice to the room. I booked a room with a balcony also and our rooms are not even in the tower with balconies. We are on the 2nd floor and our rooms are not next to each other as requested either. The elevators are very odd with no internal buttons and only one key pad to call them on the far right of a bank of 4 elevatiors. I'm a Marriott member and the WIFI for both rooms is very confusing, it should be free but each day it looks like they are charging us $14.95 a day, I will speak to them at checkout to try and get resolved. (will update review at that point). The rooms are a decent size, but in need of a major overhaul. The bathrooms have one hook to hang towels and there is no dresser or anything else to store clothing, there is a tiny closest with a few hangers and that is it. The air conditioning is also hit or miss based on the hour of the day. I have celiac so I can't comment on the food. However, a few people have told me it is majorly over priced for what you get. On the plus side the employees are amazing at helping you and very kind. Michael helped us get a microwave into the second room, so I could warm up gluten free food. The beds are also comfortable and pillows are nice and soft with different thickness and softness. If you are coming to go to Disney it is a 30 minute walk. I took an Uber to Downtown Disney and it was $15.00 and took less than 10 minutes. If you have small children I would stay somewhere closer, if you plan to walk and not rent a car. I have stayed at many Marriott's over the years and this one is at the bottom of list as far as rooms go, but towards the top with the wonderful helpful staff. Unless some changes are made I would not stay here again. I will update the review after we check out on Friday.
Amazing
Comfortable room and good location.
The front desk could not find our reservation, and they insisted booking.com was at fault. When I showed them two messages from Marriott a week before arrival, they were not terribly interested. Then, they said the problem was a misspelling of the name. I showed them the receipt from booking with the correct spelling. We checked in late in the evening and lost considerable time while they tried sorting this out.
Awful water pressure . The fire alarm went off in the early morning waking us . They put us in a corner room where all the workers came in & out . Like a sort of bell hop room in a tower we never stayed in before . The tower sort of looked liked a motel 6. Way overpriced breakfast 100$ just for Two after tax & tip for the waitress who just brought waters as it is a self serve Buffet . We were not aware breakfast didn’t come in our package .
Great location for anyone going to Disney Land or has an event at the convention center. Location was convenient. The rooms were small but clean and comfortable. The smoke detector outside of the bathroom was less than terrible. Any time someone took a shower the smoke detector went off without fail. Front desk staff wasn’t helpful and provided no solution. Overall the stay was clean and cozy.
Front desk person was difficult with our check in
Better customer service
We selected Anaheim Marriott Suites because of the three-day package deal that included tickets to Disneyland. The trip included three adults. STAFF. Excellent. Very attentive, knowledgeable. and helpful. BUS. Close to hotel. ROOM. There were no drawers or shelves in any of the cabinets. We had to stack our clothing in the cabinets. SHOWER / TOILET. Only one towel rack. SINK. Only one towel rack. BREAKFAST. Additional daily charge. PARKING. Additional daily charge.
Breakfast should have more variety such as pancakes or walffles for kids or kids menu.Mattress and pillow is too soft not comfortable.
Staffs are very nice and friendly.
部屋が倉庫を改築したような雰囲気の部屋だった。 マリオットホテルのクオリティを感じなかった。
I'll start off by stating that I am a Marriott elite and, therefore, should be treated better than the average person walking in off the street. I was able to check-in early with no issues. I was given a room in the Oasis Tower. The layout of the the first floor is confusing due to the large number of (seemingly random) shops and meeting spaces. The room was unremarkable except for having no carpeting. This would be fine if they cleaned the floor thoroughly. My feet got dirty from walking on the floor. The hotel is very close to the convention center, but a twenty to thirty minute walk to Disneyland. I saw people every morning waiting for the ART shuttle, and it was never more than marginally faster than walking. You can walk into the Toy Story parking lot across Harbor to clear security and take the free bus to Disneyland, but, during the morning rush, it's always slower. Unless it's incredibly cheap or your going to an event at the hotel or the Anaheim convention center, I would not suggest staying here. I had a much better experience at the nearby Sheraton.
Location was great as it was walking distance to theme parks. Laundry facility was a bonus.
Disappointed that Starbucks closed so early in the afternoon, and most eateries closed early.
La arquitectura y comfort
El valet parking nunca se acerco a mi auto. Tuvimos que bajarnos y entrar por cuenta propia y desistimos de gacer uso por que esperamos casi 10 minutos para que se acercaran a recibirnos.
Worst experience I've had in a long time. -They cancelled my reservation ahead of getting there - Upon entering my room the toilet was covered in something that looked like it was wet then dried but not sure what it was. There was also old dirty underwear in the room. They did a "refresh" but there was still the waste on the toilet. We cleaned ourselves to avoid touching it. - They painted and caulked in my room while I was staying there. Got paint on me. Let front desk know. They told me we should have been informed of it. Appreciate you letting me know what SHOULD have happened. - Woke up to the smell of bleach on one day. -Hair from past guests was everywhere -General cleanliness was very poor
Mediocre experience from start to finish. Upon getting to our room, we noticed it was very basic- dim lighting, only a couple drawers and all-beige decor. Laid down to take a quick nap before heading out and immediately noticed that while the bed was comfortable, getting - or staying - asleep would be impossible due to lack of soundproofing. From people walking in the hall to the family next door, we could hear their conversations as clear as a bell. We usually stay in mid-range hotels, and this one is a big disappointment.
Would stay here again! We had two rooms for our family to visit Disneyland. Titanium Elite. Our room was spacious. I wish the toilet was separate from the shower but we managed. 15 min walk to Disneyland. Club lounge offered what you needed for a quick breakfast. It was the restaurant on the weekend. We took an Uber from Long Beach and back. Easy, clean and would recommend.
A good business stay at Anaheim Marriott for 5 days. Comfortable bed, large, clean rooms. Large patio with pool view. This hotel offered a nice pool side restaurant, a quick serve cafe and easy access to the convention centre. The customer service team was able to offer very early and late check out to accommodate my flight times. Very close access to all of Anaheim’s tourist activities.
I checked in yesterday for a five-night stay and wanted to write this review early because the service has been outstanding from the very start. I arrived earlier than my stated check-in time, so the room wasn't ready yet. The front desk associate (I regrettably forget his name) was extremely gracious, immediately contacted housekeeping to prioritize my room, and called me less than 30 minutes later to let me know it was available. This weekend, the hotel is exceptionally busy due to a large cheer competition at the adjacent event center, with many families and children throughout the property. Despite the high volume, every staff member I've encountered, or observed interacting with other guests, has been consistently pleasant, patient, and kind. I'm particularly impressed with the team across the board: the bar staff, restaurant servers, front desk, bellhops, and even the valet (who aren’t Marriott employees but still want to give them a shout out) who went out of their way to help me today when I misplaced my parking ticket. The hotel is spotlessly clean throughout, and my room is very clean and comfortable as well. Everything I've tried in the restaurants so far has been delicious. I'll likely have more to add by the end of my stay, but I wanted to share this now to recognize and commend the truly wonderful staff here.
The food was great! Great help everywhere!!
Shout out to Hunter and Ryan at the front desk! They were very accommodating to my friend and I and made us feel very welcomed!
nulla
Staff Marriott e Booking pessimi.
No repetiremos.
Everything was excellent. Very clean room
Nice property, good service and close to Disneyland.
Stayed here for business. Nice hotel with friendly staff. Plenty of restaurant options and Disney is close by. Room was good.
Bar was very Good

Excellent place to stay when needing to be at the convention center.
Room was dirty, put a light up to the comforter at night and you’ll see. It’s kind of gross.
Great hotel was great amenities. The hotel was beautiful and about a 15-20 minute walk to the parks. The pool was nice and it’s in a good location overall. Our rooms has balconies with a nice view. Will definitely be coming here again when coming to Disneyland.
AMAZING STAY! Great staff!
Issues: - First room given was NOT cleaned. it was completely undone and we had to walk all the way back to the front desk for a new room with a toddler and all of our luggage in hand (no bell hop service). This is already around 11pm at night and we were coming from the Oasis Tower (far end of the property). - Issues with mobile ordering for room service. Tried multiple attempts and eventually had to place an order via phone to ensure we were able to get some food before services ended at midnight. - New room had a shelf in the shower that was not useable (needs to be re-glued). At this point, it is past midnight and we were just too tired to call down, repack, and move all of our things. We are Marriott Bonvoy hotel members, and this is the first time we've had a less than stellar/perfect experience. It was very surprising to be honest.
Great stay at Marriott Anaheim conference center. I was in town for business with Red Bull, and the property suits all your needs wether for business or pleasure. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Shout out to David V. and the entire F&B crew for going above and beyond to accommodate us.
Our family enjoyed our stay and liked that we could walk to Disneyland.
Great experience
The employees made sure I was happy
Ac unit noise
We had a bad experience we coud not sleep. The neighbors next door woke us up at 1:00 am and would not let us sleep. We called twice to have someone come take care of the problem and had to go downstairs to resolve issue.
I will start with the few positives: We stayed on floor 18 so had access to the concierge lounge. Very convenient for breakfast, nice and quiet, and the staff were always very friendly and attentive. The bed was also very comfortable and the room was clean. However there were many negatives during our stay: The lobby area is noisy when busy and with one of our party being partially deaf, he was struggling during the wait for check in. The check in process was not great – we were meant to receive an email telling us when the room was ready but received nothing and waited unnecessarily in the loud lobby. We saw two different check in agents, who tried to take our card details twice. We weren’t informed of the pool opening times or asked if we were parking a car. There are 6 lifts labelled A-F, and a keypad on the wall of the lobby. We had to enter the floor we wanted into the keypad and it would select a lift for us. If there are a couple of parties its okay but when we arrived it was chaotically busy. People were pressing the keypad for lifts but then not actually getting into their designated lift, so it would visit every floor on the way up to your own. The room we had overlooked Anaheim, but when going out onto the balcony it was very noisy due to the AC units being on the roof below us. There was also limited storage space in the room – it would be fine for a weekend but not 7 nights for 2 people. The self-parking is poorly signposted due to an overgrown bush at the entrance, and it is a long walk back and forth from the parking garage to the lobby with luggage and groceries. They had a bell service but we dreaded to think how much they would want to charge. When we asked at the front desk how to pay for car parking for 1 night we were told they would assign the charge to the room. However, upon receiving the invoice we had been charged for 7 nights. We attempted to query the parking charge during check out but the staff did not listen and just wanted to send us a copy of the invoice. It was eventually resolved. We complained to customer service about the parking and check in experience via email, they apologised but did not resolve any issues or offer anything to compensate while we were there. A stay at this hotel might also be affected by events happening in the conference suites or the convention centre across the road. Unfortunately for us it was party central with college football teams during our stay. It is also advertised as a ‘Hotel near Disneyland Park!’ but in reality it’s a 25-minute walk there and back, so slightly too far away. Overall, we were quite disappointed and would not stay here again.
Really nice lobby and pool
The restaurant on site is much too expensive. And the menu options were limited and offered nothing that the average menu would include
Five stars across the board, the staff at the front desk, the clean
Very nice hotel, food was good at the restaurant, transportation to disney parks was convenient.
Everything was good expect no wifi
I was charged for an extra night of stay and they will not give me a refund. I claimed fraud and the front desk manager Juan Munoz failed to contact me for almost 6 months since the incident. Marriott customer service can’t even help me since it needs to be done directly from Anaheim Marriott. He even hung up on me and won’t refer me to his supervisor. He seriously needs training. Accusing me of lying. I stayed here for my wedding and it was a horrible. From the check in time to the dirty room. Even had the suite with 2 floors. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. There are many other hotels nearby.
