Not having my room cleaned for 2 days. Trying to charge me for parking with no prior agreement

Great staff! Great location! Good breakfast. my favorite place to stay in Raleigh!

It was close to the mall

No balcony, ice machine didn’t work on my floor, they didn’t give me bags for trash cans, microwave was down the hallway

Very pleasant experience at Crabtree and Tegest G. was delightful each morning at the coffee bar. She provided me with a smile, small talk and delicious iced coffee daily.

Wish I could have stayed longer

Jennifer is an amazing bartender that puts service above Self. Matt is also very hospitable.

Hotel was a pleasant experience. However, what really made the service exceptional was our breakfast server Taylor. She was very helpful with the menu and making recommendations as well as providing good conversation. I would attend again.

Troy and Jim were great at making me feel at home - I stayed for a week and they personalized my stay - loved the gym - bar and pool.

The location was great for the event I was attending. It was nice and clean

I wanted to go to the pool to relax a bit for my event but I was u able to do so do to the pool party they had filled with kids.

We had lunch and a couple drinks at the bar/restaurant, and our server (Matthew W) was great! Very knowledgeable and good company. Would recommend, especially if he’s behind the bar!

We had a great experience while staying at the Marriott for the SPOA conference. The staff was amazing and the hotel was very clean. We especially had lovely afternoons with Matthew W. at the bar. He was kind, fun, and very accommodating.

I was a couple hours early before my check in and Tegest G was very kind and helped the time go by a lot faster!

The hotel is “nice”, but not “great”. I’m here for a week for business and the first day of housekeeping was just bad. I got back to my room shortly after housekeeping left, and the only things I noticed they did was put a new towel in the shower, and move the bed covers up. No new plastic bag for the ice bucket, no new glasses, and they left the pillows the same as when I left in the early morning. I get they couldn’t upgrade my room (being Platinum status), but at least put some effort into cleaning my room.

Jennifer is the best ever. I also love Matt W. I went to the bar on Saturday and Sunday and thoroughly enjoyed the service.

The staff at the bar was wonderful. Jenniffer was exceptional and made me feel very welcome after a long day of work. She made great drinks as well!

Tegest was the finest server behind the bar during breakfast. 10/10 will return when you have employees like her.

I like that it was across from the mall so we could walk. I wish they had an indoor pool. Rooms was clean and the staff was so helpful and amazing. I like that they give you complementor items.

I didn't like that the only pool I saw was a outdoor pool. That is the only thing and the water pressure when taking a shower was not that great but that is it the rest was awesome. I will come back!

First night here and went down to the lounge to watch NHL hockey playoffs. Jennifer and Matt B both provided amazing hospitality. I was able to watch my game, enjoy my meal, and a couple beverages. Great times and I appreciate both of them for being so friendly and attentive!

Leiloni who served our team at breakfast was a delight she greeted us with a warm smile and had an engaging personality .. She is a great employee who represents your hotel and Marriott brand with pride !

No buffet breakfast. Ala carte breakfast was not great.

The pool was just as pictured and the beds were very comfortable

They didn’t restock the pool towels, the cleaning crew uses the same elevators as the guests and the elevator is very slow

The location was close to an event I was attending.

The bedding was not clean, there was mildew and what looked like dried blood on a pillow and one of the beds had dust, hair and crumbs in it.

I had a room with a balcony which I paid extra for, but there was only a couple of plastic chairs and a cheap table out there that were incredibly dusty. It didn’t look like it had been cleaned in a long time, and with allergy season I didn’t want to go out there. Also, you can just tell that the property is older which is fine, but they need to do touch ups to the paint and interior of the rooms a bit. It was a bit underwhelming for the price I paid. Not to mention all of the fees. It’s ridiculous to have to pay to park at a hotel im already paying to stay at, plus $40 just to check in early?? 3 pm is already a very late check in time, what about people who have events or concerts to go too? I’ve never paid an early check in fee. For those reasons next time I’m in Raleigh, I’m staying somewhere else.

Enjoyed a nice lunch. The maître d’ /server, Tegest, provided excellent service with a warm, caring attitude.

Great stay, a few things that could have made it better. The shower water pressure was very low in my room, frustrating to say the least. Many outlets did not work the first day but did my 2nd and 3rd day and I wish I was a little closer to the elevator and higher floor but the view was great, I’m a sucker for a good view. I do want to give a special shout out to Tegest G at the bar. She made my mornings with good conversation, welcoming / warming personality and just a great person. Turned a lower star experience into what it was. Please take care of her, she’s been there for 34years. Make sure 35 is the one to never forget. Jason

Quiet and very clean

Always enjoy my stay here, hotel is clean, gym is well equipped and the staff are wonderful. The front desk staff are very friendly and thoughtful and the restaurant staff are great - I enjoy my chats with Tegest each morning when I grab my coffee, she is a joy.

Attended the Rural Center Conference and Tegest G helped me make my day even better simply by pausing her busy day to help me with some hot water for my tea. It was a small and easy thing for her but it helped make my morning of rushing around to conference sessions and meeting with colleagues a little bit smoother. Thank you.

It was 2 of us. I booked a double room months in advance and was put in a king room instead without being told a double wasn't available. It was uncomfortable and a inconvenience. Was told the rooms was the same price but booking wasn't

Huge shoutout to Matt and Jennifer, the bartenders at the Marriott Raleigh Crabtree. They handled an intense environment—two conferences worth of guests plus a two-day system outage that prevented room charges—with total professionalism and composure. They kept things moving, stayed positive, and delivered great service despite the pressure. It would’ve been easy for things to fall apart, but they truly elevated the experience. Outstanding team—thank you both!

Wish we could have stayed longer. But due to traveling we only could stay to basically sleep and got to enjoy the var( restaurant) just before they closed. The room didn’t have a microwave that was a down fall and the fridge didn’t have a freezer and wasn’t cold so the food went bad overnight

Location is great with a mall across the street with plenty of food options for a dinner out. Outdoor pool/ fireplace was awesome as we had a few great weather days. Breakfast was good. Only oddity was the buffet wasn’t always on offer which was disappointing. Wilson who was our server was very attentive, kind and helpful.

I was on a Work trip. Stayed at the Marriott Crabtree Valley. Fireplace was nice. Leiloni was amazing! I would recommend because it is clean quiet and the food is great.

I booked a concierge level room, I was told when I arrived there was none available at that time - past 3pm. Then I was told no king size beds available but Benjamin then found a room - 436 and assigned it to me. The room is located directly across the elevators. That night starting at 10pm to 2am, drunks were getting off the elevator, talking g and yelling very loudly and decided to linger in the hallway, yelling across to each other. I did not get any sleep. Thankfully it was only a one night stay as my trip was shortened.

Noise, drunks, being assigned a room directly across from the elevator and no sleep due to constant noise from partying people who didn’t seem to care about other occupants through most of the night.

Leiloni was great! Got the yogurt parfait and the service was excellent!

What a wonderful hotel. Rooms were cute and clean. The upfront staff was excellent and our waitress, Leiloni, was divine. Couldn’t ask for a better experience.

TV didn't connect to wifi. We are in 2026 No trash can in bathroom or can liner for the one in main room.

My dad and I can to North Carolina for a soccer tournament. We stayed at the hotel and ate breakfast at the hotel restaurant each day we were there. We had Mell as our waitress and she was so nice. I have never met such a nice person. She cared about more than just getting the job done but would engage in conversation, be super hospitable, and would have food ready very fast. Best waitress ever! The rooms were very nice too. Clean and spacious bathrooms as well as a big TV. There was also a coffee maker and mini fridge in the room. The lobby was nice but kinda loud. Overall the hotel was great. Would come back.
