Reviewed Sep 3, 2026Very disappointing. I checked in around 9pm and the front desk wrote 618 as my room number. The rooms only go to 616. I carry all my stuff back to the front desk to get it figured out. I get a new key with the room 613. Get back up to the room and the key doesn't work. Go back to front desk and the clerk resets the key and walks with me to my room. Let still doesn't work. He uses his master key card to get me in and says he's going back to get a new key and will bring it back. Took him 20 mins to bring back a key. The mattress was super cheap feeling could benefit from a mattress topper.

The hotel looked ancient, I was expecting a much nicer hotel for the money. Very disappointed in the hotel itself. We didn't even have a microwave in the room on top of that it was a very small room and had some kind of unpleasant odor, and to top it off we were on the 11th floor so it took forever to get an elevator. I most likely wont be returning to this location. The first two nights we stayed at a Holiday Inn and it was much better hotel for quite a bit less money.

NOT GETTING ANY HOTEL STAFF TO MAKE UP MY BEDS HAD TO CONTACT THEM AT LEAST BETTER BLANKETS TOO THEY ARE VERY ROUGH ANF FELT CHEAP MAYBE BETTER BLANKETS BUT OTHER THAN THAT LOVED IT ALL !

I should have stayed at a Holiday Inn Express due to the cost of the room and there was no breakfast and no pool.

Reviewed May 19, 2026Me sentí muy cómoda y satisfecha con el servicio desde la recepción hasta el check out. Todo muy limpio y el lugar es tranquilo. En un momento se dañó el elevador, pero lo arreglaron en unas horas y tenían otro en la parte de atrás que resolvimos con ese. Si vuelvo a Raleigh, vuelvo a quedarme allí. Gracias especiales a Eric, quien nos atendió especialmente bien.
No nos orientaron sobre el elevador extra que tenían en el momento que se dañó el principal. Pero todo lo demás muy bueno.

The original room we were given had a bad odor. However once we made the Manager aware, he had no problem giving us a new room. He even gave up two complimentary breakfast coupons.

There wasn’t enough parking at night. We had to park out on the road. But at least it was not a busy road. And I think this may have been temporary due to construction.

The parking lot does not have reserved parking for guests only and fills up quickly at night. Also, the entire floor that I stayed on smelled like a cigarette despite the hotel being non-smoking. It was very pungent throughout the floor.

The bed comfort was horrible - I've never experienced this quality mattress at a Hilton. The bathroom washcloths and towels were thin and highway noise was another huge negative (9th floor)- it was loud despite utilizing a physical sound machine. There was a strong cigarette smoke smell the morning following my 1-night stay from someone's room - very noticeable odor.

Restaurant was pricey food was cold and nasty. Rooms do not have a microwave you will have go downstairs to the lobby to heat up food. There are restaurants nearby I would recommend going out for food.
