DO NOT STAY HERE. Ac barely works hotel is old And dated In room lighting is poor staff is courteous but disingenuous for the money there are much nicer properties elsewhere
People were very friendly.
Nothing
The location was excellant. It was very close to shopping but off the main road so we couldn't hear too much traffic. The bed was comfortable, the facility very clean, staff was friendly and super helpful and the facility was secure - key card required to operate the elevators. The shower was the best! The water pressure was decent, the hot water was actually hot, it was comfortable to walk into and the shower head gave the best massage. We will definately stay here again.
We’ve been here many times it’s the best Hilton garden inn ! Jordan at the front desk was amazing ! He treated us like family! All staff there are great but Jordan went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable! Can’t thank him enough we will be back again for certain..great rooms and breakfast !
Absolutely nothing !

The Hotel was very nice and clean. Customer Service was great, they greeted you with a smile and great attitude. They mad you feel welcome. Dinner and breakfast was great.
No Complaints
Excellent stay for a recent business trip. The staff, from the front desk to the restaurant, were super friendly and welcoming. Would stay here again.
In town for a graduation / birthday party. Had an awful experience at different hotel. Walked over to Hilton Garden Inn (Crabtree Valley). Not only was I accommodated swiftly, I was treated so very nicely by the Front Desk staff. I have worked front desk at a hotel for many years (I do not any longer). It is my firm believe that customer service starts from the top. Any supervisor is only as good as their staff. I was hot, upset and angry. That is not how I was treated in return. I felt comfortable. Our room was very clean. We enjoyed a Hot breakfast before checking out. I'm just sorry I did not get to enjoy the pool or exercise room. Overall, 10 out of 10 for me and my family.
The breakfast was excellent and cook to order

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We were here for five days. The staff members James, Ben and Monika really went above and beyond to make our stay so pleasant.

The hotel lobby decor was very pretty. The daily breakfast was great and the staff was professional and attentive to our needs. The room was spacious and clean the the noise level was minimal.
Didn't do breakfast.
Didn't like my steak. It was tough.
I am frequently in Raleigh for business and leisure. Usually I am a Hyatt girlie, but lately I have been staying at a bunch of Hiltons for work. I've had a positive Hilton experience thus far, and therefore decided to try out the Hilton Garden Inn Raleigh/Crabtree Valley for my latest stay. Check-in was seamless. Though I arrived early, my room was ready and accessible right away. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The lobby area is well maintained, comfortable, and actually a bit more 'hip' than I expected. I really liked it. Outside the gym, there is a filtered water dispenser which was lovely -- I was able to fill up my Stanley cup rather than buy water bottles elsewhere. Location wise, you are perfectly located. Getting to the nearest main road (Glenwood) can be stressful due to traffic patterns, but you can always take the nearest/closest exit (440 E) and just make a uturn to get back to 440 W if that's where you need to go. Not a big deal and probably safer. Parking was plentiful; there's also a dedicated parking area for diamond members which was greatly appreciated! What sets this hotel apart is their customer service and hospitality. I had a really unfortunate experience during my last night with an insanely loud next door neighbor. They were up with their friends and crying babies until about 3:30 AM. Despite my calling the front desk, the guests simply did not stay quiet. It was terrible, terrible luck. I had a 7am flight to catch. A miserable morning indeed. Upon checking out with the front desk and sharing my room number, they immediately and proactively apologized for my challenges. They explained they had tried to contact those guests -- and they did; I actually heard the phone ring in the other room around 2am, but the guests ignored it. The front desk agents were so kind, apologetic, and went above and beyond to make it right. Even though I was so tired navigating the RDU airport following that terrible night, I still walked with a pep in my step because I was just so thankful to this hotel for making me feel seen, heard, and valued. They have a guest in me for life; I will always stay at this Hilton when I am in Raleigh, and would highly encourage any guest to trust this hotel with their stay. They really prioritize providing excellent hospitality, and it is clear they felt bad for my experience dealing with noisy neighbots. Even though it was not their fault! Thank you Hilton Garden Inn -- appreciate your hospitality and I will certainly be back. AND if you are staying here, please practice good guest etiquette!
Very clean. Great staff.
Nothing.
Nice clean facility and very helpful staff
Location
Great location and everything was comfortable and clean. Great place, I hope to return.
Everything was good nothing found negative.
Very comfortable and well located
I had another great stay at this property! The hotel was incredibly clean, and the staff—from the front desk to the housekeeping team—were all very nice and helpful. Check-in and check-out were both fast and easy.
The only suggestion for improvement would be to update the mattresses, as the beds could have been more comfortable.
Nothing because there was a bug in my bed
There was a bug inside of my bed in the sheets
Location and cleanliness
$20 a person for breakfast?!?!! Should be posted clearly upon arrival to breakfast area.
Nice place, good location, and clean.
Pretty expensive for a place that did not have a complimentary breakfast, and the bed wasn’t the softest.
Hmmm. Not impressed with breakfast. No difference with the other lower rated hotels
No veggies nor fruits
Most everything rings of cheap and several items (breakfast) were lacking in common goods.
Everything was clean, location was great, and amenities met my needs.
The beds need a little upgrading
The reception desk staff was exceptional, both in the evening and during the day. I was totally surprised by the excellent quality of the food, as well. There was a large convention there that weekend, so toward the end of the breakfast hour, they were a little short on the "grab n go" food, but the wait staff was both helpful and polite, and on all three of the evenings I stayed there, I also ordered dinner from the kitchen, and it was very good.
Maybe more anticipation of the breads in the serve-yourself breakfast time during conventions.
Room was very clean and comfortable. The beds were so soft and comfortable. The artistry and decorations were very vibrant. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The parking was absolutely an issue unless we did not know all the parking areas for the hotel. We had a difficult time finding a park when we returned to the hotel on Saturday night. Is parking being extended or was I not aware of overflow parking?
The breakfast was great
The loud noise the bathroom sink made. Also, the toilet was very slow.
Very clean, very nice staff.

Only thing was we stayed during a convention or banquet hard to find parking But otherwise great
Pretty close to everything staff was nice.
The tables and the restaurant area or not clean my summer them the breakfast buffet was way too high in my opinion normally places sell breakfast for free the entire facility smelled like weed and stunk so bad it was a different price when we showed up then what I had on booking.com all in all wasn't a real bad experience it just was not the cleanest and it just smelled like weed and it was it's not the best place that we like to stay
Well maintained, stylish, comfortable stay
High price for the breakfast buffet at 19.95 but I pre purchased vouchers with my room at a lower price:)
I like that the facility is very clean. The staff is very friendly. The location is perfect. This is my second time staying, and I would definitely recommend it. Thank you!

The front desk associate was incredibly helpful. She even noticed that I had on a visitor sticker from the hospital and expressed hope that all was well. It was for the delivery of my first grandchild so it was a great way to connect. She was genuinely concerned and shared that she hoped we could get the best night sleep ever after a long day at the hospital.
Property was well kept and maintained
The property’s location is a major concern because it is next door to another major hotel and the parking lot for both properties is not conducive to large crowds and events. When we arrived around 6pm we along with other guests circled both properties parking lots in search for any parking space it took us over 30 minutes to find a park and that completely ruined our evening. We finally ended parking in the parking lot of the hotel we were not staying in and had to walk a distance to get to the Hilton and there is an odd incline leading up to the property and when you have luggage and other items it is a challenge. When we arrived inside we shared with the receptionist that parking was awful and she said that we could have parked in the parking lot of the other hotel and I told her that’s what we did but that it took us forever to find a park. We learned there was a wedding reception at the hotel and the wedding party must have been large because there were no parks for other hotel guests.

This hotel was Amazing. Beautiful Even. Close to Crab Tree Mall and The Cheesecake Factory. I truly enjoyed my stay.
The beds could be a little softer, other than that, my room was clean and the bathroom was clean as well. Very nice size.
Totally enjoyed my stay. I was in town for a wedding. I needed an early check in, everyone was very accommodating to facilitate us getting checked in before the wedding. They go above and beyond to ensure that you are well taken care of. Everyone is very friendly such a comfortable vibe. The room was perfect and the food was great —you gotta have the GRITS! Definitely will stay again when I’m in Raleigh.
Beautiful hotel, great service and very clean
The staff was extraordinary and fed us right before they were closing. we just checked in and was starving. The food was phenomenal for a hotel. The bed was extremely comfortable I slept good
The parking is limited and very tight, the shower floor needed redone
Hotel is nice and in a good location. Parking was good and staff was nice.

Everything is good
Everything was great except for finding the hotel. More signs on main roads would help tremendously
Did have breakfast but did have dinner. And the food was great.
Nothing
Very nice stay and ambiance. Just couldn’t figure out the tv and how to work it but I would definitely recommend and come back !
The pool water feature (looks like an umbella) was not working. I should have called first before I booked, b/c the Hampton Inn next door also had the same feature and it was working.
Very nice and neat
Nothing was wrong
Our room was clean and the place was great, but the best part was the staff! Loran was unbelievable in helping us get a new room to replace one that was seriously screwed up by a third-party booker. Could not be happier with her!!
