The air conditioning is extremely loud and cycles on and off throughout the night. The loud sounds made it impossible to sleep properly. If they modernise the air conditioning to something less noisy it would be a great place to stay. Unfortunately we won’t be staying with them again in the present situation.

The style and peacefulness of the main lobby, bar and breakfast room made it all the more relaxing to stay there.

Staff was friendly and accommodating ! Paula and Kevin stood out to me- thank y’all! The gym was great- big. Meeting rooms were good. Garage parking convenient.

Our 65th Family Reunion was held in Raleigh NC this year and The Embassy Suites was the designated hotel for our family stay. The rooms and amenities were great and the staff was amazing and very attentive to our requests or needs. The staff was quick to clean away and dishes not needed while we ate and always polite and courteous while doing their jobs. The front desk staff were amazingly friendly as well as helpful with answering questions about the city. Paula at the front desk and Hycenna(not sure of the spelling)as the bartender for the complimentary drinks on Friday evening was a joy to interact with. Overall I give this hotel a 8.5 out of 10 only bc there was no large outdoors seating areas which would have been PERFECT for our large family.

Best managed hotel property in Raleigh. DT Hilton Durham airport page road outstanding also. Hotel is clean, wonderful rooms, food, but what stands out is how it’s managed & the service quality for guests. people like Elijah, Jaylen, Steph, Paula, Frank(maint), Maria, Ricardo and farina, Yojaira(best cook in Raleigh), Fran(eve recption)make this property shine!

Overall experience was a good one. Hotel and rooms are dated and in need of some renovations but overall pretty good. I was on business so didn’t have a lot of free time to experience the amenities. I will say all the staff were friendly and helpful. Kevin however was great to deal with. We met the first night at the reception and he took care of us for the next few days. He was the bartender, server, set up and clean up guy. Didn’t matter, he just did it. Nice job and thank you Kevin.

Richard in the bar area was a very gracious host…the bar was closed, we were there at 430, wanting a snack and a beverage before a concert … the kitchen barely open (although the website said 11a-11p)… Richard made sure we had good food and a beverage before we had to leave… we could not have eaten outside of the hotel and made the concert ontime. Richard was a life saver …… Richard needs a raise , or a bonus .

Before I even arrived, I had messaged him through the Hilton app about an issue, and he resolved it quickly and professionally, giving me peace of mind before check-in. Later, I ran into Tim in the hallway, and he was just as friendly and welcoming. His positive attitude, genuine smile, and warm personality made me feel comfortable through my stay. This is what true customer service is all about from the very first interaction to making guests feel genuinely cared for. As someone traveling solo, those small acts of kindness make a big difference. Jaylen and Tim were absolutely amazing. Paula made our stay unforgettable! Her warm smile, friendly personality, thoughtful, recommendations, and exceptional hospitality made every breakfast enjoyable. She is the reason we’ll remember this hotel so fondly, and we hope to see her again on future visits. Employees like Paula are a true asset to the hotel and she deserves to be recognized for the outstanding experience she provides to guest. The only downside was the parking situation. Navigating to the parking garage was a bit inconvenient and frustrating.

I stayed at the Embassy Suites in Raleigh and attended the complimentary reception from 5:30-7:30. Our bartender, Fran, was fantastic. She was so funny and personable. Made me feel right at home. Thank you for such exceptional service

We have stayed at the Embassy Suites Raleigh Crabtree numerous times. Jaylen at the front desk is extremely helpful, polite, and very welcoming! He always makes sure check in is easy and our room accommodations are satisfactory. We enjoy the hotel and love the convenience of being close to the mall and to our family in the neighborhood.

I returned to this hotel for a business trip. After several months, the Digital Key still isn’t working so I had to stand in line at the front desk and wait to check in. A young man named Jaylen helped me. He made eye contact, greeted me with a smile, and recognized me as a Diamond member. He was very pleasant and he checked me in quickly. The room was clean, outlets worked and were not slack, and there were sufficient towels and washcloths in the bathroom. Breakfast and the evening receptions were excellent.

We had forgotten to print a pass we needed while on our trip. We asked at the front desk if they had somewhere that we could print something from our email and Jaylen directed us to the business center. He said if we had any problem to come back up and see him. Well, sure if we couldn’t get our item to print from the computers in the business center, so we went and saw Jaylen. He gave us an email address and had us forward it to him and he got it printed out for us. That was a load of our mind to be able to get it done. And Jaylen did it with a smile on his face. He went above and beyond to help us out and we greatly appreciate it.

This was my third time staying at Embassy Suites Raleigh Crabtree, but my first time hosting a family reunion there. The experience exceeded my expectations. I truly appreciated the outstanding support and accommodations provided by Louise and Francisco throughout the entire process. From the early planning stages to the successful execution of our reunion, they were professional, responsive, and genuinely committed to making our event a success. Their attention to detail and willingness to help made all the difference, and my family had a wonderful time. I would absolutely choose Embassy Suites Raleigh Crabtree to host another family gathering and highly recommend it to anyone planning a special event or group stay. Paula gave exceptional customer service during the dining period. She managed the crowds well, supported customers with their made to order options to reduce stress and back up. She asked to help multiple times during our meal and engaged with us and other customers.

I really appreciate the service given by Steph at the front desk was very courteous, friendly if I still had my company, I would offer him a job to work for me.

The room was spacious. The refreshed decor throughout the hotel was lovely. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The sofa bed was very uncomfortable for the kids. Even though we were on the 4th floor, a very loud family reunion using space on the 2nd floor was audible in the room through 2 or 3 AM.

Our family recently hosted our family reunion at the Embassy Suites, and it exceeded our expectations from start to finish. We had relatives traveling from multiple locations, and the hotel proved to be the perfect place to bring everyone together. The location was outstanding. Being so close to the mall made it incredibly convenient for shopping, dining, and giving everyone something to do between reunion activities. It was a huge plus for family members of all ages. The suites were spacious, comfortable, and well-designed, giving everyone plenty of room to relax after a full day of visiting with family. Many of our relatives commented on how comfortable and accommodating the rooms were. One of the biggest highlights for our younger family members was the pool. The children absolutely loved having a place to swim and play together, and it became one of their favorite parts of the reunion. It created wonderful memories while giving parents a chance to relax and socialize. What truly made our reunion such a success was the exceptional service from the hotel's Sales Coordinator, Louise Garrell. From the earliest planning stages through the conclusion of our event, they were organized, responsive, and genuinely invested in making everything run smoothly. Coordinating a large family gathering can be challenging, but they handled every detail with professionalism, patience, and a warm, welcoming attitude. Their outstanding support made the planning process virtually stress-free. Based on the overwhelmingly positive feedback from our family members, we couldn't have chosen a better venue for our reunion. We are incredibly grateful to the entire Embassy Suites team for their hospitality and for helping create such a memorable experience. We would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a family reunion, group gathering, or special event, and we look forward to returning in the future.

We were at this hotel for a getaway weekend. Loved the amazing lobby space and open atrium feel so beautiful. Interaction with staff members was amazing. You can tell this hotel knows how to take care of guest. Definitely will be back for another stay … oh forgot mall was right across so plenty to do!

My family reunion was held at the Embassy Suites Raleigh Crabtree, and we had a wonderful time. The staff (Natasha, AJ, Richard, and Anthony) were very professional, kind, and attentive to my family members. I’m a Hilton Honors Diamond member and have stayed at many Hilton properties. The excellent service we received was on par with service I’ve received at exceptional properties like Conrad NYC and Conrad London.

Jaylen was exceptional. He provided friendly service from our initial encounter at our arrival. He recommended areas for us to check out and was very patient.

Our family stayed at Embassy Suites for over six weeks after water damage at our home, and we honestly couldn’t have landed in a better place. From the start, Jaylen (J-A-Y-L-E-N) and Steph (S-T-E-P-H) went above and beyond. They made us feel welcomed and cared for every step of the way…greeting us every time we walked in, helping us with room changes, and showing incredible patience. They truly became friends we can’t wait to visit again. I’d also love to shout out the amazing bartenders who made my kids’ Shirley Temples each evening—a highlight they’ll never forget! The hotel was spotless, and the entire experience was smooth and memorable. Despite the challenges that brought us there, we left with no complaints and a lot of gratitude. It actually began to feel like home and was a little sad for us all when we left.. Thank you, Jaylen, Steph, and the whole team!

It may be silly, but I needed things printed and at the time, the printer services were down. When I went to the front desk to ask if they knew how to fix it, Steph made me aware that they were currently down. A/C was clearly not working properly. Hot in common areas and rooms were warm, A/C in rooms not able to come down to temp set. Awkward “electrical smell” In hallways off elevator. Ridiculous that my 13 year old couldn’t walk on a treadmill with me in thee gym to supervise.

This is an awesome hotel to stay at the only problem I had was the to little toilets. They were size for children. But other than that I give you five stars. The staff were excellent. Especially the young man named Jaylen. He was so nice.

The hotel is in a nice location, close to shopping and food. The lobby was very clean, pool area was nice and relaxing, the room was clean and I like the set up where I could close the door to the bedroom. Plenty of sinks to accommodate multiple girls, as one knows we like to all be in the mirror at the same time. The best part of this experience is the front desk clerk Jaylen. Jaylen was very polite from the beginning. He made the check in process very quick. He was very knowledgeable and answered every question. Many times front desk clerks can be to detached from the job showing no enthusiasm or even give you an unwelcoming vibe. Not Jaylen, he welcomed every question asked as if it was the only one we asked all stay. Jaylen is the man to see when you visit this hotel. Jaylen will see you coming his way, knowing we will require something of him and we were greeted with a smile every time. I cannot leave out Steph!! Steph picked us up from the airport and he was like a personal travel agent. He informed us of how the shuttle works, what was close to the hotel, what’s popular around this town and how we can make our visit a bit more enjoyable. Steph is the man you want picking you up from the airport as he was like family not a robot. Crabtree you have to winners on your hand Jaylen and Steph!

The staff was very friendly. The cleanliness was great. Jalen at the front desk provided excellent service. He gave us great directions, told what was going on in the community and made sure we got everything we needed to make this trip enjoyable.

OMG, i have to give 5 stars for the Excellent service that we received from your Front Desk staff Steph and Jaylen. Embassy’s Top Finest crew (Fran, Kevin, Melissa & Dudin) that held down the 2nd floor party room for our Lee Family Reunion. Now, I can’t forget the Complimentary Crew (Hyacinth & Crystal) who made sure that our drinks were top notch while doing it with a very courteous smile and pleasant attitude as well too. I do believe this team deserves a very much needed day off with Pay! Remember to always take care of your Employees, as they do represent your business/hotel!! BTW, the BEDs are horrible with Springs poking through my body as WE tried to sleep and my body is so sore! You have to do better especially with the prices you charge. Therefore, the rating for my lack of sleep plus soreness is 0 out of 5 stars!! You have to do better Embassy…

I frequently travel to Raleigh and try to stay at this Embassy Suites when I can. The location is great for me, it is clean, comfortable and the staff all seem to enjoy their job. This particular trip Jaylen was extremely helpful at checkin despite some issues with the computer system.

This excellent hotel location drew a lot of attendees to my event. I held a business meeting in the Einstein Room where the setup was optimal for everyone to enjoy a light lunch while watching my presentation on the big screen. The hotel staff is the best! Courteous and friendly. I have to specially recognize Kevin who ensured everything worked as expected during my event. From the projector setup, connection to the WiFi and the food service, Kevin was attentive to my requests and provided outstanding support throughout the entire session. I am very happy how everything worked out and if you are in need of a location for a business meeting, I definitely recommend this hotel.

The restaurant was great, best free breakfast I’ve experienced! Room set up was roomy and I liked the idea of separate sleeping areas.

The sofa bed was TERRIBLE. The mattress is way too thin and the frame bar was in my back, I had to sleep cross was on top of mattress, barely slept! For over $200 a night that was totally unacceptable. That was the main reason I chose Embassy suites!

Molly has given nothing but exceptional service. I havent stayed at an Embassy that wasn't on their A game- Molly has been warm and welcoming, going a little further to make us feel special.

A group of women volunteers held a regional meeting for 2 nights and 3 days, without a hitch. Kevin really took care of our every need—especially with the food, which was on time and delicious. Our meeting room was huge, and we were allowed to have one special meeting in the common area with a pergola, right outside our room. And with all the guest rooms being suites, we all were happy with our rooms. Bonuses were the delicious free breakfast (with an omelet station!) and free drinks in the evening.

Wonderful hotel to stay at. The room was spacious and well appointed. We enjoyed the complimentary drinks and the freshly made omelet bar. Our banquet room was excellent. Each day our buffet meals were great and it was fun to have a different food them (Asian, Italian, Mexican. Kevin, who handled the service in our banquet room was very professional, prompt, and courteous. I would give him an A+. The only minor problem was with how cold the banquet room was. Otherwise, it was a great place to hold our conference.

I had a great experience. A special thank you to Miguel and Steph for allowing me to appear like a logistics wizard to my group for arranging a shuttle.

The hotel is very outdated. There were a lot of animals which led to a terrible smell. The bed was AWFUL. The air conditioning stop working in the middle of the night and it wasn’t worth alerting staff as we were leaving very early. The staff at the breakfast area was rude and seemed annoyed to be working. Food was definitely frozen and reheated too much. The toilet in the bathroom was so low to the ground it felt like a toddler toilet. The bathroom floor was not very clean.
