Parking was an expensive add on.

If you are a light sleeper I recommend booking River view rooms only. We normally book River view but on our most recent stay we did not and I regretted that. The traffic noise was constant even on a higher floor. The hotel is in a great location, is clean and has great service. When we have stayed in the river view rooms there was no issue with noise.

Modern hotel located in great area close to river. Room was modern with comfortable king bed. Bathroom very nice and modern and well appointed. Staff are excellent and very efficient t check in check out. Restaurant/lounge are quite nice.

Bathroom lighting could be a bit brighter. Parking entrance awkward and door a little finicky. Breakfast menu good but overall quality could be improved.

Location was great for the jazz festival, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable.

The elevators. If you are in the parkade most often you have to take an elevator to the ground floor, get out and go around to the other elevator to get to the parkade. The air handling system is very loud. When the air conditioning kicks in it too loud. Duvets are too hot in the summer but one sheet is not quite enough. Forget the duvets and get som light blankets. The bathroom sinks without any plugs, waste a lot of water and the lighting is terrible for shaving.

We loved the unique esthetic. Dark with bright punches of colour and prairie references. The room had everything we needed and was very comfortable.

The Alt is very modern, somewhat European, and exceptionally clean. The staff is well trained and very helpful. Now that I have stayed there, this will be my go too hotel in Saskatoon.

The room size and bed. Housekeeper was friendly and did exceptionally on tidying my room while I was away.

Coffee was to strong for my liking.

Great riverside room and view! Clean. Comfortable. Our room was ready early And we enjoyed checking in without extra fee. Parking underground is convenient, charge $20. Minimalist decor but nice. Great n espresso coffee. Lovely location either way access to restaurants and walking by river. Enjoyed the fact that there is no pool!

Wifi was horrible, cell reception not much better. Paid for an upgraded king room. It was very small, down a corridor beside the stairs. Coffee supplies had not been refurbished, no bottled water in the room, lighting was terrible especially in the bathroom. Overall, didn’t feel I got what I paid for.

The entire employee team was exceptional, very welcoming, always smiling, polite and truly helpful. The hotel is modern, well maintained, very clean, perfectly located by the River Landing, with comfortable beds. I traveled solo and stayed there three nights so the accommodation was perfect for my needs, however; if you travel with family, the room might be a little small with very little space for your belongings.

Nothin, it’s a decent place.

Staff was helpful and friendly, we were so happy they could accommodate our early check-in request in order to get some work done. The room was nice and tidy. I couldn't quite figure out the A/C, I only got it to work in intervals and it would automatically shut off. It wasn't a huge concern to me and I didn't ask staff about it. Overall, great experience. Only con was that the breakfast was under-staffed and there was a 25-minute wait, so we ended up going elsewhere for breakfast.

The room was very comfortable and clean.

Despite charging us, there were no parking spots left in the underground lot. We were then offered surface parking at a lot that was a couple of blocks away (and didn't feel very secure). The desk staff claimed that other underground options were closed for maintenance. Breakfast at the hotel was mediocre- super slow service and the food was cold when it finally arrived.

It was beautiful, large windows and it was ao quiet. I loved it and i will be back. The staff we exceptional.

Great location close to the city center with easy access to and from the airport. There’s a lovely riverside walk leading to plenty of dining options. The room was clean and quiet—even with a loud birthday party happening next door.

The two elevators were shared with service staff, so wait times could be longer when trying to reach the floor.

the drive up and parking was confusing. The identification of the hotel on the outside could be improved. I did not see the hotel name clearly marked.

It’s in a good location

Price for the room size and the bathroom lighting is poor

The room was extremely clean, beds were comfortable and the view was immaculate. Super convenient that I could text the front desk if I had questions and underground parking made everything a breeze.

The hotel is by the river so the view from our room wa pretty. The rooms are clean and spacious with a great layout. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The parking is terrible - whoever designed this should have done better. The tiny parkade doesn’t hold enough for the size of the hotel. We paid for the parking and ended up having to get a refund because it was oversold and there were no spots left. Street parking is $2.50 per hour. Lastly the outlay of the parkade is an accident waiting to happen with narrow driving lanes and two way traffic combined with tight corners - very poorly designed. If you are going to have a luxury hotel with matching prices in the downtown area, don’t cheep out on the parking.

Beautiful rooms and nice view of the city. I would choose this hotel over and over again. Only downside was the breakfast, meal wasn’t that good. I had to go eat out the next morning.

Tricky location

The parking situation is very confusing, be prepared to walk everywhere and from a different building with your luggage. also no microwave in rooms and fridge was very small and you couldn’t change the temperature for the fridge so everything was slightly frozen

The parking was closed and the garage we used was not easy to access. The rooms are very small.

I love the location, the rooms are clean and comfortable and well appointed for what I need in a hotel room. The cost was reasonable compared to other hotels in the area.

There was some very noisy guests on my floor on Saturday night in and out of their rooms, laughing and talking loudly well past 11 pm which was frustrating. I brought ear plugs to drown out the noise. The parking situation was also less than ideal having to go to the adjacent towers parking.

This is a great place to stay with an awesome view of the river and downtown. The beds are very comfortable and leave you feeling great the next day. the bathrooms are very modern and every room has a walk in rain shower. The rooms have single king beds so you wont have families staying here for hockey tournaments so there is no chance of noisy kids playing hockey in the hallways. The elevators only work with a room key which works to keep the riff raff out of the hotel. It is worth the money to stay here for a nice relaxing night, you can look forward to waking up well rested and ready to take on the day.

Hard to find a parking spot

Raj was exceptional in helping us with our booking. Really, all the staff were friendly and helpful.

The restaurant in hotel wasn't for me

Great location, underground parking is easy, and everything you need is close. River view rooms are amazing. The river is right there to go for a walk.

Uber drivers always seem to consume the 15 minute pick up and drop off area. Wasn't easy driving around the block over and over again waiting to get a spot to unload. But if you're patient, you'll get in there.

A superb, high quality hotel ! Comfortable bed. Super friendly staff. Good breakfast
