Embassy Suites by Hilton Minneapolis Airport

The was ok. Nice size room. Breakfast and snacks were good.

Bed and furniture were pretty worn. Could use a update.

Room service was excellent! Used it twice and over the top both times. Airport shuttle was effortless

Nothing

I like the breakfast and happy hour. Wolly’s restaurant in hotel lobby was also delicious.

Close to everything not a long drive for fun

The Breakfast staff Ada was rude and made my breakfast not enjoyable

Breakfast

Bar closes too early

Comfortable bed & bedding, having a couch and kitchen, delicious breakfast with made to order omelet, restaurant attached for an easy supper.

Breakfast was very nice. The omelette was done very well.

The line of foods were okay, a little old, cold.

Excellent - everything

Todo estuvo bien

breakfast, pool, bed, table & other furnishings, elevator fast, handicap parking for relative, shuttle to airport

no towel bars, toilet very low

The wait for the shuttle from the airport was too long.

Awesome

A great location for hanging out with my elderly parents.

SO COLD! It was 90deg outside and 60deg inside. Too much AC.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Lobby and lounge area had lots of spaces for sitting privately. I really enjoyed the fountains and happy hour snacks. Room was clean and very quiet. Never once heard kids running or planes overhead.

That I was only able to stay one night.

The breakfast was amazing with cook to order eggs as part of a fantastic Buffett. They also offer free drinks and snacks at happy hour.

Would be nice not to pay for parking.

Smelly bathroom mattress not comfortable bed and bed sheets are very dirty very smelly shower overflow and sink over flow not good living room entire room is very smelly 2 elevators were not working breakfast is good . But eggs is smelly

Location and size of rooms

Breakfast was disappointing this time we stayed and it was freezing inside. The day we checked out three lifts were not working crazy lines.

Very nice and had delicious breakfast

Everything was great , but pool was very chaotic

Nothing

Room wasn’t like the picture , too much noise and very expensive!

The pool

That the kids couldn’t swim after 10

Shuttle service

Everything

Nothing

It’s gorgeous

The rooms allowed ones to sleep and others to stay awake without interruption.

The breakfast was good and the hotel felt very luxurious! We were there for a family vacation and the kids loved the pool!

We were disappointed to find out that you paid per day to park. With a large parking lot and the cost of the nightly room, parking should have been included! The pool water was very cloudy and a little off putting for me but the kids loved it!

Easy to get in and out where we needed to be

Nothing

Great breakfast selection. Fast elevators. Comfortable queen beds. Friendly staff.

Bathrooms very small. No fan in the bathroom to clear out fog. Carpet had a wet spot by side of bed. Small pool mainly for little kids, not teens or adults during the daytime

Everything

Very good

Pool

I lost my phone at the buffet and someone turned it in at the front desk. When we checked in the computer was down but the staff was able to get us into our room quickly. The comp drinks and snacks were a nice touch. Especially enjoyed the pop corn. The staff was really nice.

I slept on the pull out and my pillow and blanket smelled like feet. The front room was really noisy. Could hear people talking in the breakfast area and an alarm went off at 3:00 am for several minutes. It was so loud that I thought the clock was in our room. The lids to the serving dishes on the buffet do not stay open.

Breakfast and happy hour are great!

Relatively new and very clean

$15 parking fee

Okay space

Found condoms under my bed, and one of my beds was kinda broke .

Location, pool, breakfast

Price went up after first look online

Clean and comfortable! Close to The airport.

Not enough healthy oprions in snack area

couldn't locate ice machine. pool was too small. pull out need more blanket options and more pillows.

The property had a lot of parking space and inside of the building was gorgeous and so was the outside and the view from the elevator and balcony looking over the inside was beautiful!

Great Location and wonderful staff. The rooms very clean and big. The shuttle service is very efficient. I have always chosen this particular Embassy suites whenever I travel to Minneapolis.

Great staying. First time staying here & I will definitely be staying here always. Great service. Great rooms. Great breakfast. Spacious room. Close to the business i wanted to go.

Would recommend other people to attend

I had a very great experience with customer service, Mya Smith was a delight to receive information from for any questions we had and was very friendly to my kids.

I had a wonderful experience at the Hilton Airport location. A lady named Mya gave me superb customer service treatment. Everything I could ask for and more. Please ask for her. She’s extremely helpful. We had an amazing stay. Thanks a lot!

Enjoy the experience of staying at the Embassy by the airport in Bloomington. The reason I picked this particular Embassy is conveniently close to the airport, the metro 🚇 and 🚍 to take you places in the surrounding areas inside and out of Minneapolis , and Mall of America. Plus the breakfast is an excellent buffet.

Staff is wonderful, Mya and Oleg both helped me with a reservation issue. Very friendly and accommodating. Also the happy hour staff was great, Juan was a friendly face with each drink. Would visit again soon.

Great place to stay for a week. Very clean. Breakfast was very good. Restaurant had a good atmosphere and food. Employees were very friendly. Would definitely stay again.

Ideal location, friendly staff, breakfast and evening happy hour is an added bonus. Love the spacious rooms.

Our Bartender J was amazing, we couldn't ask for a better guy. He was friendly, attentive and super sociable.

Friendly attentive staff, great breakfast buffet

Cleanliness

Just needed more garbage bags but not a biggie.

The best free breakfast of any hotel I have stayed! The staff is very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the evening reception as well!

Stayed at the Embassy Suites at the Minneapolis airport due to a flight cancellation. The airport shuttle driver was so polite, moving the van closer to my wife’s wheelchair and helping her climb into the van. And upon arrival at your hotel the front desk staff loaned us a wheelchair to help my wife get to our room. I had requested an ADA accessible room and received a large 1 bdrm suite with a roll-in shower and separate living and dining rooms! Because my wife had difficulty climbing into the airport shuttle, the front desk staff hired an Uber to take us to the airport in the morning. In addition, in the haste of getting our luggage and helping my wife into the Uber, I had forgotten a briefcase in our room. The front desk staff quickly retrieved the briefcase and sent us on our way. I was unable to remember the names of your staff, but everyone we met were most helpful. As a Lifetime Diamond Member with Hilton and a 3 million miler, I can honestly say this was the best customer service I have ever had staying at a hotel anywhere in the world.

Close to airport, very cleanly

Location.

The room when seem to be open and wouldn't close.

Outstanding stay! The service was exceptional, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The restaurant and bar were fantastic, with amazing food and a great atmosphere. Combined with the comfortable accommodations, this has become our preferred place to stay whenever we’re in the area.

The location, the facility is perfect.

The value of the room

Close to airport. Comfortable bed Nice suite Breakfast

Higher priced based on the amenities But, being we flew in late we couldn't partake of the evening drinks, and no shuttle available even though all these things are part of the room charge.etc,

Free breakfast available nice staff

Pay 15$ a night for parking

Breakfast had a good variety of choice and good omelets. Happy hour is a nice bonus.

Our room felt very dirty, you can tell this is an old establishment. Our shower was leaking, which has been going on for some time. You can tell the door tried to get fixed from the water damage, but a terrible job. It was evident they didn’t care to address the issue. Poor cleanliness overall.

The breakfast was amazing! The in hotel restaurant was great and we loved the court yard area by the pool. The kids could swim and us adults could visit.

Satisfied with everything. Will definitely stay here again!

The cleanliness, the amenities, the location and the staff

Nothing

Location

Room smelled and the outside sliding door lock was broken and lead to a rooftop.

The walleye meal I had was the best

I had a hard time getting a shuttle from the airport

The breakfast was standard hotel breakfast, though I appreciated that they had fresh fruit, i.e. melon and pineapple.

The sofa bed my son slept on was extremely thin and painful to sleep on as he could feel the springs digging into his ribs and hips.

Loved everything the staff was sooo nice down to room service

Everything was great.

Everything

Cleanliness, polite staff and great breakfast

Staff was very helpful

Dated facility

All the staff was amazing the rooms were clean.

The bed were a little hard but not bad. Kids screaming at the pool

Large rooms, large lobby to gather with family. Kids thought the elevators were fun. Two free drinks per night was a plus!

Pool is small and did get crowded fast. We never ended up swimming because of how packed it was every night.

Great location not far from Mall of America. Good breakfast and clean room.

Cleanliness

Rude towel delivery

The breakfast was very good. Room is comfortable.

I shouldn't have to pay to park my car when I am a guest. Did not know that when reservation made. Room was hot, was on 5th floor, turned the heat off and ran the fan but no real way to cool room. This place is busy and noisy. Will not be back at this site.

the elevator. The room structure

The bathroom tub and toilet was dirty, pool was very dirty, not a lot of breakfast items and paid for free breakfast but didn’t eat

Quiet room on the ninth floor. Good breakfast.

Very crowded at breakfast
