Great location. Very clean. Modern. Liked the shuttle. Convenient.
Different understanding front desk clerk. Had a long hike to the room while pushing a heavy cart. We’re elderly. Someone to help would have been nice.
I love they provide complementary services for the mall and hotel
They don’t have daily housekeeping
Staff excellent. Clean room.
The climate control fan is noisy and blows directly on the bed with not any extra blankets.
Location, cleanliness, comfortable
Nothing

It was very welcoming in a very nice area
Goede schone kamers . Prima restaurant in het hotel. Goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding

Clean, friendly, great location
Price was a little high
Easy access to everything. Quick response to housekeeping requests.
Paying for parking is too much. Should be free for hotel guests
The noise in the middle of the night was upsetting. The bed and furniture are very low. Refrigerator was half the normal size.
Noise And old towels. Had to ask for soap
Ambience
Shuttle man
Loved the modern feel of the hotel, spacious rooms.
Parking fee....seemed liked it was just an additional fee for the hotel to add on.
Clean, convenient
Courtesy, helpful staff!
There was a small amount of mold in the shower door groove.
The hotel does not deserve Hyatt’s brand!
Stayed here overnight before an early flight out of MSP. The hotel was clean and felt safe and nice. There was a nice park outside where people were walking dogs, playing soccer and enjoying a nice evening. When traveling alone I usually go directly to my room, lock the door and stay in but I felt safe at this place so ventured outside to enjoy a nice night. Would definitely stay again.
It was a nice hotel in a good location. I had really good service in the breakfast area. The AC works really well, so ask for an extra blanket if you get cold easily.
The entire Hyatt parking lot was filled with cars from the nearby (loud) music festival, so hotel guests who had paid to park had no spaces available. Nothing was done to prevent or remedy this (we were just told to wait until it was over at 9 pm to get into the lot). There was also a lot of noise from the festival.
The tv in the room did not work
The hotel was full and one of the elevators was not working but was not taken out of service. Therefore causing delays/lines for the elevators
The shuttle service to the Mall of America and airport was great.
The parking you have to scan a code in the parking lot.
Everything
Hotel was quite nice. A. Hyatt regency. Location is terrific for the area I needed to be in. Staff was kind and attentive.
Excellent food and beverage options and service. Comfortable rooms and beds. My go-to hotel to be close to MSP Airport.
前台接待需要更专业。我预订的是两间房间,结果一开始只给了我两张房卡,我问了后才再办理另一间房的入住手续。
The staff was very nice. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable.
We were in room 212 and there was loud fan noise from outside our window. Our view was a wall. Also, there was much confusion regarding the shuttle service. Everyone gave us different information.
It was clean and conveniently close to the airport, mall of America, and parks to hike at.
Pay parking
I got bitten by bedbugs on my legs during my stay. I would recommend you spend your money elsewhere. I spoke to customer service and they gave me points as compensation (the equivalent of a free 1 night stay in a standard room). I don’t want the points because I NEVER intend on staying at another Hyatt again. I also paid for a deluxe room, which isn’t deluxe at ALL. It’s just a wheelchair accessible room! They are short on housekeeping staff so I had to wait nearly an hour after check in to get into my room! Don’t waste your money.
Newish hotel, big room Size and nice setting. Interesting planned development area with a plaza/park and good coffee shop across the street.
We loved the location and very nice hotel
Hotels fine however food options are very limited and expensive at the hotel. Does not have very many healthy options on the dinner menu.
Quick check in and check out. Liked that water was provided at check in free of charge. Room was clean and comfortable and the coffee maker was a plus.
Nothing.
Very disappointing. Staff forget to send things to the room, overbook rooms, and a manager who makes the very least effort possible to get customers agreeable. I paid WAY too much for an executive suite and basically got a high-priced spot to sleep with no amenities (including no coffee in the room). I will never return.
Clean. Friendly. Updated. Bar and restaurant available.
Paying $45 for parking is ridiculous.

I had to start by saying it was a complete nightmare from the minute I have checked in I booked the room for 3 nights using Priceline 1. upon arrival one of the people at the front desk asked me for a card to leave on file when I booked through Priceline, it automatically paid for three nights. They did not see that charg for some odd reason and charged my card anadditional three nights. 2. They do not do any kind of housekeeping until the third night of you staying with them, which is absolutely mind blowing to me. Even Motel 6, Parking Lotdoes helps keeping daily I have requested for the beds to be fixed garbage to be thrown and to have towels none of that was done 3. I had to take a shower with no towels how to use one of my T-shirts to dry myself 4. When they finally decided to give me and my two friends towels at 11:30 at night they only gave me one body towel one face and they left it on the floor in front of my door. That is the picture that I will be adding to this review. I don’t know about any of you’s but I would not want my towels to be on the floor in the hallway Maybe one of the worst days I’ve ever seen in my life. Do yourself a favor. Do not stay here unless you want to get double charge have anon-made bed for three days no towels and have garbage piling in your hotel room.
Good hotel near the airport
Phone didn’t work to call reception
The rooms are very clean and comfortable.
Clean and new
The smell in the lobby (a perfume smell o coconut and other scents) was bad Fortunately the room was not perfumed or I would not have been able to stay there (allergic to scents)
Sorry not good, Emailed twice before telling of late check in 1. 10pm had no one their cleaner had to go and find someone. 2. No food abailable at all Worst was the absolute madness of trying to use the complimentary shuttle (after emails saying easy system) - absolute no chance to get assistance here 4 different phone numbers ended up with uber. Unprofessional and a non service hotel in a service industry. Good takeaway coffee at cafe in morn, clean room but wont be back and wouldnt invest in chain
Shuttle staff were great and always there when needed
No breakfast
Near the airport and Mall of America and they have a shuttle for both.
The above mentioned shuttle took an hour to be picked up at the airport.
Close to the airport, easy to access. VERY clean and staff was wonderful.
If I am paying almost $250/night for a room, I do not understand why the parking is not included, and $20 at that! Rooms are too modern. What happened to having a simple dresser, closet, and desk? I would take a more simple room to have parking including. Also, booked a 2-Queen bed room, and the beds are easily full size (we have a queen at home and had SIGNIFICANTLY less space on the beds).
Sauber
Frühstück nur a la carte, kein büffet
Location close to MSP airport.
$18 to park a car overnight. No fitted sheets. Comforter too warm for hot summer, forces you to remove it or crank the AC. Wastes energy and increases CO2 emissions.
Close to the airport, quiet, clean, and comfortable.
Having to pay for parking, whereas other nearby hotels have not charged.
Rain and Rosa are lovely and always delighted to help!
The environment was great for our family needs. One of my favorite parts of the stay was the fitness center and pool area.
Clean, well staffed, well maintained
$18 to park? C’mon. We aren’t downtown Minneapolis or St Paul. Just build it into your price rather than have it be a’la carte.
Good price and clean
The person who checked us in did not greet us even with an hello and never smiled once. I took it up with the manager who was outstanding.
Very clean, nice staff, comfy room, & loved the gym!

Great location and service. Hotel is newer and clean, it has a very nice bar and restuarant. My only complaint is they now charge for parking which is ridiculous
O hotel busca os hóspedes no aeroporto e leva inclusive até o shopping Off Américas.
Café da manhã à la carte.
Hyatt Regency is a clean, though overall basic hotel. Room service is lacking - every 3rd day housekeeping doesn't cut it for me and cheapens the hotel brand. The rooms were comfortable and quiet. The bed was comfortable, but was somewhat low to the ground. Parking is $18 a day for a surface lot, which is expensive and unnecessary for a hotel not at the Mall of America. Finally, the check in process was a bit frustrating due to lack of attention to the requests I noted on the reservation for 3 rooms to be together and early check in, which was not granted for all of the rooms.
Loved rhe nice little light up area. Looked safe and clean.
I did not like the fact that you charge for parking. I found that to be ridiculous seeing how I am staying there. I have no choice but yo pay, where else we're we going to park. I thought I read complementary breakfast and no breakfast.
Husband and I stayed for two nights in June to attend a concert and visit Minneapolis. Good points of this hotel: The lobby is beautiful and welcoming. There is a nice seating area with fireplace. The outdoor area around the hotel is very pleasing and walkable. Parking was easy and felt secure. The room was very clean and the bathroom had an actual door that closed (as opposed to the barndoor style Hyatt is favoring lately). The downstairs market, where we had breakfast, was expensive, but delicious and has great coffee and friendly staff. The pool looked inviting, though we did not swim in it. Of course, Mall of America, right up the street. Also near the airport and light rail. Now for the bad: Unfortunately, the mattresses were terrible! They were very soft and flimsy and felt old. Our backs were not happy. The a/c seemed to be centrally set and did not cool no matter what we set it to. This is a deal breaker for me at any hotel. I cannot sleep when the room is 76 degrees. Housekeeping only comes every three days. This was something we knew about in advance, but I still think it is a major negative and want to mention it. At an extended stay hotel, fine; at a nicer hotel, rooms should be made up daily. For us, we won’t be back here because negatives outweigh positives.
The room was nice and comforable.
No microwave in the room and front didn’t informed me when I checked in that it was in all the even floors. Would have like to know that up front. Also, couldn’t know how to stream on the tv.
A clean and comfortable modern hotel with excellent facilities. The excellent shuttle service provided to MSP
Having to get up and leave the hotel at 3:30am to catch a plane to L.A.
This hotel is not up to Hyatt Regency standards. My room was clean and comfortable, but the hotel lacked some basics that are standard in similar (and also cheaper) hotels. Rooms are only cleaned once every three days, not even a rudimentary breakfast is included in the hotel rate, and basic business services are lacking (the fax machine was not working, no stamps available for mailing, included internet access is slow.) The front desk staff I dealt with during my three day stay were surly and unhelpful. There a a lot of hotels in the Bloomington/MSP Airport area, and next time I'm here I plan to find an alternative to the Hyatt Regency.
Didn’t like there wasn’t a hot tube or Continental breakfast for the price I feel like there should be
Nice hotel. Large rooms. Quality fit out. We designed space on ground floor. Needed a spot for a meeting and found the table in the Library that was perfect even when hotel was busy
Bit confusing getting shuttle from airport. Not well sign posted at airport and there are multiple Hyatt hotels.
Our bathroom was very dirty upon arrival and check in. Stain on the countertop and the shower had multiple areas of what appeared to be mold. This is our first bad experience with the cleanliness of this hotel, and we stay here at least 12 nights a year and have for the last 5 years.
Convenient to airport and public transport. Clean, classy. Staff are friendly and helpful. There is a restaurant, but I would prefer complementary breakfast buffet.
Excellent experience overall The hotel is close to the airport, it looks quite new and located close to a lake In the morning I could run in a natural reserve beside the lac Food was great at the restaurant Employees were very helpful and kind
Not what I would expect from a Regency. This was in line with a House or Place not a Flagship property. My whole life A Hyatt Regency was not a Ritz or Four Seasons, but was a pretty up scale choice. Nothing wrong just fell very short of what I expected
The 8th floor has a broken vent that sounds like a jet engine outside room 851. Microwave area smelled TERRIBLE. The room was good and clean and i appreciated the chromecast option. I was refused clean sheets on request after i had swum in the pool and sweat overnight and wanted fresh ones. The parking is 3rd party PMC and will have 18$ plus tax and fees that you have to figure out yourself. Parking is not added to your stay, you need a mobile phone and a card.
The stains in carpet room 531 under the table was disgusting. But the cherry on the cake is my family ended our stay at the hotel with a racist encounter by the shuttle driver. He spoke and welcomed a white family in front of us then as we were next to get on he stopped us, asking rudely where were we going, we said the airport he said which one it’s 3 which is a lie cause u guys only go to one drop off spot at the airport. He gave us the nastiest look and we literally walked pass him to board before he can ask another question. Then as we were leaving my husband told him have a nice day he look and made a frown and turned the other way without saying anything. It was the most awkward embarrassing thing ever.
Staff, bed and toilet good. work table, breakfast etc all a disaster. the whole system is blatant fleecing of stuck customers
Close to the airport, convenient.
Restaurant was horrible, food was really bad, and when I told them my medium-rare stake was overcooked, the chef said.. this is medium-rare!
The location and it was clean
The water didn’t go down in the tub and we had to get our keycards re done 3 times
As many times before, the place is recommended especially for the room size and for the fact that you can't hear the airplanes, but...
This time we got a room where the vent was extremely loud and we couldn't stop the air flow from the thermostat alo, there was a pair of underwater in the bathroom.
Just because this is listed as a Hyatt Regency, don’t expect it to be a full-service hotel. There is no daily housekeeping (you can’t even ask for it even if you’re willing to pay), and even basic items like fresh towels aren’t available - I asked the front desk three times and never received them. Also there’s no room service and a cup of drip coffee in the market is $6 (this isn’t NY). Go next door to the coffee shop for better coffee. The rooms are nice and modern, though, and the price is generally quite cheap for a Regency - just know that you’ll understand why that is once you stay here… Hyatt Explorist member; this is my second stay at this hotel
Hyatt Regency Bloomington-Minneapolis is like a second home for me. Our main office is across the street so it’s convenient, but I also really enjoy the stay. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is great, from the front desk at check-in to the bartenders when I’m getting dinner to the cafe when I get my morning coffee.
I loved that it wasn’t on a busy road and had an open field on the front where dogs or kids could run around. I also loved how the staff was super kind and was clean.
The only thing that wasn’t up to par for my liking was the beds, they were decently comfy, just a bit firm. But that’s just me, otherwise I think everything was great!
Clean. Great location
The rooms are showing their age. No changes in a long, long time, if ever.
Nice towels. Quiet on higher floor.
Breakfast was terrible. $22 for buffet that was powdered eggs. No fruit. No yogurt. No hard boiled eggs. I was shocked when I saw this. No wonder there was only one person in the restaurant.
The lady that checked us in was very friendly and helpful with park and fly information
Food was expensive and mine had over the top pesto on it.
The rooms were strange, no real place to sit and do work as the table was needed for the suitcase since there was no closet or dresser. We booked because they had a restaurant which ended up being a few tables around the bar. Location to airport was great, everything was clean, but that is about it.
Modern, clean, good shuttle service
Location. Shuttle Service to the Mall of Americas and AirPort.
Gym ! Very small and poor. Just a couple of Dumbbells and cardio equipment in a tiny room.
Overall, this was an excellent stay and one of the better hotel experiences I have had in quite some time. As a military member who travels regularly and comes to the Minneapolis area about once a month, I stay in many different hotels throughout the year, and the level of professionalism, hospitality, and genuine kindness shown by the staff at this Hyatt truly stood out. From the moment I arrived through check-out, the team made me feel welcomed and valued as a guest. Small things — acknowledging guests immediately, offering assistance proactively, and simply treating people with kindness and professionalism — make a huge difference, and your staff absolutely delivered that experience during my stay. Because of this experience, I fully plan on staying at the Hyatt Regency Bloomington - Minneapolis again when I return in June, and I would absolutely recommend this property to others traveling to the area. Please pass along my appreciation to the front desk team and leadership for creating such a positive experience.
Clean and had everything we needed for one night
Was very surprised at how close this hotel was to the airport and MOA. You could literally see the Delta terminal from the room. Its quiet and in a nice area. Food is expensive here though. We went next door for breakfast instead. Also a warning that ice and microwaves are on other floors and not in your room or on your floor. Plus cost to park in a parking lot that is really more of a money grab since they have a huge parking lot to accommodate all guests. Overall, I would probably stay here again due to location. This was our first time in Minneapolis and just went with what was convenient.
Very clean and helpful with any questions we had, parking was full but enough space between vehicles where we didn’t have to worry about door dings
Beautiful walk to the light rail blue line providing access to Minneapolis. Two dollars allows you to access to most spots including Mall of America, Target Field, and Target Center.
Outstanding location for access to MSP. Outstanding check-in staff. Outstanding room amenities. Outstanding quality of hotel.
Already paying to stay in the room on your property, but having to pay for parking is insane!also, beds are not comfortable
The restaurant, the shuttle.
A microwave would have been nice.
