The beds/bedding is always comfortable and the rooms are spacious

This hotel has been a bit worse for wear for some years but it has tipped into feel dingy and gross. Our room has such a strong musty smell we had to ask to be moved to another one.

We’d like the convenient location. We have missed our connection in Minneapolis and were happy there was room availability.

It’s was close to the mall . They had a fan in the room. It was hot so it helped. Bed was comfortable.

The room was beat up, wall paper was pealing and coming off. Couch was stained. Dresser was all beat up.

The employees are excellent! Or AC wasn’t really working, they had actually text us to see us there was anything they could do to make the trip more pleasant, and I messaged them they got on it right away! They got us a new room with an upgrade. It was pet nice of them!

I loved the restaurant downstairs from my room. I enjoyed the complimentary coffee in the lobby & free shuttle back to the airport as well.

Hotel restaurant for breakfast didn't have too much to offer in variety. And the staff in restaurant wasn't friendly at all.

I didn’t like the parking fee for a one night stay.

Wish it has Free Breakfast cuz price is expensive for overnight. When I book it and when we arrived and lady said add charge $50 why it didn’t say when I book it?

Staff was terrific, friendly, helpful, considerate. Food was good.

The hotel is showing it's age and need for spiffing up. The bathroom door had evidence of water damage, the furniture fabric had spots. The cleaning was average for a mid-range motel, with dust/dirt in corners, little cracks and broken tiles. The attachment of the toilet seat was not properly secured and there was evidence of urine collecting under the connection over an extended time.

Location was excellent. Room was very nice and big

AC in the room kept me up all night. Every time it turned on it made a loud clicking noise. Bathtub faucet would not fully turn off, so drip, drip, drip during our entire visit.

No hot tub when you guys picture one with the hotel on here...also there was hair all over the shower.

Rooms didn’t appear to have temperature controls. There was a box fan in the closet. The chair at the table in my room looked like it was ready to go to the landfill.

What I expected from a traditional Hilton. Nice lobby and bar/restaurant area. Rooms were clean but older. Comfy bed surprisingly. Staff was friendly. Nice view of downtown Minneapolis from my 10th story room. Best part - SUPER EASY convenient location for MSP Humphrey terminal 2 rental car return - straight shot only about 4 minutes away.

No outdoor seating area or patio. Strange for a hotel that host events and conference rooms.

Shuttle, On location restaurant.

(1) In your restaurant I had the worst appetizer I've ever had in my life (I'm 87). The Beef roll up or whatever it was. (2) Back lit mirrors in bathroom made it hard to see face clearly. (3) 15 inch toilets in a 5 Star Hotel? I'm never staying in another hotel that doesn't have a 17" toilet -if I can help it. (4) Every Hotel has a different TV Remote- I can't figure out any of them.

Proximity to airport and Natural Reserve site. Spacious rooms, hallways, and lobby. Particularly liked how the plantings and indoor waterfall carry the Natural Reserve motif into the building. Hilton is a huge international conglomeration of dozens of businesses but somehow the staff at the Minne-StPaul didn't get that memo. They still treat the customer as a human, not a cash flow to be optimized. When I told the woman at the registration desk that my coffee maker died while I was trying to heat up some oatmeal she said "Kaput!" and took a note for the housekeeping staff. So when I picked up a couple of granola bars from the pantry and tried to pay at the self-pay kiosk, she rushed over and said "No sir, since you had trouble with the coffee maker, the granola bars are on us!". (I hope this blatant disruption of a guaranteed sale doesn't get back to corporate management :O). BTW, this pro-customer attitude seems to be systemic to the Hilton chain from my observation.

Not much that I can think of. Coffee machine died after one cup but this could well have been user error. 8^(.

We've stayed here multiple times when we've had a flight the next day. The free shuttle starts at 4:30 in the morning and runs every half hour, and when we land they pick us back up and bring us back to the hotel. You can leave your car here for $20 a night which I think is very reasonable.

Pool area is a little underwhelming and the water is extremely cold.

The bed was comfortable!! I was so warm and slept well.

Small bathroom. It was perfectly fine but small space.

Very near the airport with a good shuttle service to the hotel. Staff were exceptionally friendly and pleasant. Breakfast was great. Rooms were good.

It took awhile to get seated in the restaurant because no one was around twice when we went down.

Big thanks to Andy, the GM - you can tell he truly cares about guests, very caring thoughtful and courteous. The hotel is very convenient and has a nice vibe - I highly recommend this property when in the area

We only stayed one night, arrived late and checked out after breakfast. The service we received was very friendly and welcoming. Beds were very comfortable, check in was easy!

Everything we experienced here was fine!

Imagine waking up for an early morning flight and the shower does not work. We called the front desk to ask if there was a trick to the shower and they said no. They sent the security guy up and he played around with it and then he managed to make it workish however it was so hot it felt like our skin was melting off. This is another example of how the Hilton properties are declining. After being a long time Hilton loyalty customer we’ve decided we are done with Hilton.

Left after one night. The hotel rooms have one heating and air conditioning system and are not controlled individually in the rooms. Unfortunately, the hotel can only run either heat or air conditioning (not both) so when we went the weather was unseasonably warm yet there was no air conditioning in the rooms. Their reasoning is that it would be cold in a few days and if they switch to air (which as per management they first need to get the city to give their permission??? thus it is a very timely procedure) they would have no heat when in turns cold again in a few days. This left us in a very hot room with no ability to even open a window. They told us there are fans in the closet to use but ours did not have a fan (many other people said the same). When they finally got us a fan it was dirty and full of mold. They said they were also trying to find us a room that might be in a colder spot in the hotel but the women who promised that never called back as promised. I finally feel asleep but woke up with a headache due to the heat and humidity in the room along with air from a moldy fan blowing on me all night. The front desk told me they where hoping to have the air conditioning switched on the next night but seeing that the temperatures where going back down and knowing they would then have no heat I left as soon as I got confirmation that I was getting my money back and checked into a Marriott down the street. This seems to be an ongoing issue if you look at the other reviews complaining about the temperature of the room. The system needs to be updated (along with the whole hotel) because it’s not fair to state there is heat and air condition when this is not true. You get one or the other and that’s up to management and evidently the city? The room was large but also not the cleanest and the furniture was very worn. Truthfully this hotel needs a complete redo in my opinion. I would avoid it if you have any other options.

Clean and convenient

Horrible and slow check in. Don’t even recognize my gold Hilton status. They play to Delta missed flights so all the hotel guests are grumpy. Go elsewhere

Close to the airport,reasonably priced and had a restaurant and bar so did not have to drive around after driving 2 hours to get there.

Terrible customer service. Rude and unhelpful. Was denied a room after a delayed delta flight that was meant to comped. No effort to help resolve the situation.

I’m not sure why there is so many negative reviews My experience was positive it was one of the cheapest hotels near the airport my night or stay Free shuttle to the airport and mall with a very friendly driver too. The room was spacious and clean, but a little dated. All over I would stay again if the price was still low

This hotel is HORRIBLE. One of the worst experiences that I’ve ever had. They treat guests like crap, charge $9 for a bottle of water and apparently can’t control how warm the room is. Avoid at all costs, if you need a hotel close to the airport there are many other options.

The fact they are tRump supporters and house ICE agents.

I was only there to sleep and then leave. I didn't get to experience much.

My Wife booked a night stay online prior to our Hawaii honeymoon trip and chose the day we were leaving instead of the night prior. We noticed the mistake on our confirmation email, we called immediately to report the mistake but were told that this is our fault and the policy is no changes no refunds. We booked with the Hyatt and were treated respectfully. Bottom line, do not make a mistake or have an emergency if you choose the no refund booking. The agent we spoke to at the hotel gave us a bogus name and hung up twice after 10 minutes waits to speak to a human, hopefully this money making strategy will work for a hotel that uses the Hilton name.

Room was very warm. They had no way to cool it. They said the whole facility is on heat so the rooms are just warm. I did not sleep well and won’t be back.

AWEFUL. The heat was broken the entire time and my family and I were shivering in our bedsheets. We called the hotel manager many times and they never responded. The water in the shower was freezing as well. We had nowhere else to go. That was the coldest night I've ever experienced. Don't go here if there's unreliable warmth! Especially in winter in Minnesota!
