This is my favorite family friendly hotel in Kissimmee. I have stayed here 3xs. Once through airbnb but the owner turned off the property and once through booking.com. I loooveeeed it

I did not realize when including breakfast, that it was not a buffet. The other two times we stayed i could have sworn it was a buffet but that would be the only thing that could be added.

I liked the atmosphere at the pool, the staff was always pleasant and eager to accommodate. This was our second time returning here and honestly, we came back for the water slide at the pool. The kids love it.

We stayed a total of two nights, after the first night we left for the day in hopes that when we returned we would find clean towels, the beds made, more water bottles. Unfortunately, that was not the case. We returned and the room had not been refreshed. We had to use our previously used towels to shower.

Nós simplesmente amamos nossa estadia! Fomos muito bem recebidos desde o primeiro momento e, durante todos os dias, tivemos uma experiência excelente com toda a equipe. No café da manhã éramos sempre recebidos com muita simpatia e carinho. No aniversário do nosso filho, Heitor, tivemos uma surpresa que deixou tudo ainda mais especial, prepararam um bolinho para cantar parabéns para ele. A Gabi, que nos atendeu, foi uma pessoa incrível e tratou nosso filho e nossa família com tanto amor e carinho que certamente ficará na nossa memória. ❤️ Os meninos da piscina também foram super bacanas principalmente o Pedro, e isso se estende a todos os funcionários com quem tivemos contato: sempre extremamente educados, receptivos, atenciosos e dispostos a ajudar. As instalações do hotel são muito boas e um ponto alto, principalmente para quem viaja com criança, é ter lavanderia em todos os prédios que mesmo sendo paga, ajuda DEMAIS durante uma viagem! Outro detalhe que nos encantou foi o cuidado da equipe de limpeza. Nosso quarto estava sempre muito limpo e organizado, mas a equipe tinha a delicadeza de não mexer nos brinquedos que nosso filho deixava espalhados ou posicionados do jeitinho dele pelo ambiente 😂, isso pode parecer algo simples, mas quem tem criança sabe o quanto isso demonstra sensibilidade e cuidado com o público infantil. Enfim, só temos elogios por termos nos sentidos extremamente bem acolhidos, tivemos uma estadia super confortável e saímos com um carinho enorme pelo hotel e pelas pessoas que trabalham nele. Recomendo de olhos fechados e com certeza voltaria 1.000 vezes! ❤️

Quarto grande e confortável. O hotel dispõe de uma cafeteria onde é possível fazer um bom café da manhã.

The hotel gives resort vibes and the make you feel nice and comfortable.

The agent that check us in didn't seem to know much about the hotel and gave us some not that much accurate information that we found out later on the stay.

The first room I was giving smelled of mildew. It was quite outdated. The closest had rusty poles and hanger. I switch from that to and updated room. As I had previously been here a year ago. The amount of dust on the carpet , in the ac and vent was appalling. There was clear water damage on the wall of the hallways. Which is way you always smell a mildew scent. The tiles in the elevator were broken. To be associated with Disney as a good neighborhood hotel. Is not acceptable. A lot of the windows have algae on them which prevents the sunlight from coming in. I went to the bar and there were ants crawling on it. I know we were outside but I had to guard my food. That was very unpleasant and the staff was not actively cleaning.

Outdoor amenities were great. And the hours the pool stayed open. The food/drink availability later in the evening.

The bathrooms weren’t the nicest. They were okay. But I expect superior results especially from the way the property looked. The shower curtain did t cover all the way, so the floor got wet every time someone showered. It was extremely annoying. Also, late checkout. There was no option for it. Instead of checking out at 10 we we’ve preferred noon, and was told no. We asked if there was fee and was told there is no late checkout, which is a bummer. (Most hotels allow it with no fee) we were willing to pay a small one and still told no! You don’t allow us to check in before 3pm and we have to checkout by 10am. IT IS NOT FAIR!! ROBBERY IS WHAT ITS CALLED, ROBBERY!!!

On the website it said free breakfast but when we checked in they said we couldn’t have free breakfast which was a pain

They would only allow one floor for pets. The rooms stunk like mold, mildew and dog pee because they are carpeted. If they are relegating only certain rooms for pets, they should have tile or lVP floors.

Pool bar staff was friendly. Beds comfortable.

Broken deadbolt lock, shaved hair smeared on the wall in my room, broken AC with flashing lights all night, broken pool ladder caused a fall, room service forgot to bring me items but charged full price, horrendous parking - you had to pay $25 but then had to walk around the entire building to get into the lobby. Housekeeping woke me up at 8 am knocking despite do not disturb sign on and checkout being at 11 am. Contacted the property about the money discrepancies but they didn’t respond yet.

I did not like to have to call to ask for refilling my body soap when I was ready to take a shower. I did not like to find the maid only made the bed superficially, I actually found my socks under the sheets I did not like the bar was going under work and they open super late a couple of times I did not like to be by the pool 4 days without waiters and having to go to the bar every time I needed something to eat or drink

Everything was very well located, and the property is very well maintained;

although the elevator didn't work for one morning, that’s normal. I imagine it was a technical glitch.

The pool area was great and my daughter had the best time swimming under the waterfall. It was close to other hotels, and the convention center we came to Orlando for. The daily $25 food credit was a great value considering the room price and breakfast included as well! The breakfast buffet was very good!

When the rooms were booked they charged ahead so I was prepaid. Getting there later the first night, they quickly explained that there would be a hold charge for each room of $150 but you wouldn't be charged if all was well. There was an $25 additional charge for parking for each night. During the stay the elevators went out and we were on the fourth floor. There were no contingency plans for such a big hotel if you didnt advocate for yourself with a mobility issue. I received an additional bill for close to $500 which was explained as a resort fee for staying there. I did not use the pool or the workout room or any of the emenities. Beware of all hidden fees that are not explained. Would i stay there agian - no. The saving grace in my stay was a employee by the name Brielle. She is a born leader, an excellent communicator a helpful and concern worker who should be promoted to the higest level.

Lo que más nos gustó fue la amabilidad de todo el personal , la limpieza en general era excelente , leí muchos comentarios malos acerca de cómo olían mal las alfombras pero ese no fue nuestro caso nuestra habitación estaba impecable y la alfombra se veía muy limpia , incluso había muy rico olor . Apenas entramos al lobby el aroma era delicioso. Tiene muchas cosas entretenidas si vas con toda la familia y el bar que está junto a una de las piscinas es genial . Lo recomiendo y definitivamente volveremos .

The location is good and close to all parks, and even to some shopping areas. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The hotel and rooms are always clean.

The room's air conditioning unit is positioned directly in front of one of the beds, causing the person sleeping in that bed to feel uncomfortably cold due to the direct airflow.

This was the 3rd time we'd stayed at this hotel as we like the location and the pool/garden areas. My brand new swimwear was ruined by the chemicals in the spa on the second night, beware! Assumed it was a problem with the swimwear until the same thing happened with some different swimwear the following night. Reported it to Reception the next morning, as I didn't want anyone else's swimwear ruined. They kindly gave me room credit which covered the cost of the swimwear. I was advised that if I didn't use the credit whilst staying in the hotel it would be refunded to my card. I didn't dare use the spa again after that, so it kind of ruined our evening downtime a little. I subsequently discussed the refund with several different staff just prior to our check out and they were all telling me something diffeemt. Been back home for over a week, sent 2 emails with no response, but still no refund. They will no longer have my card details on file. What started out as great customer service has left me feeling disappointed as well as out of pocket. Housekeeping also accessed our room despite the do not disturb sign being on the door. Hotel itself is clean enough, although rooms are a little dated now. Beds were very comfortable, but the bathrooms are very small.
