The Veiw from my room over looking the pol area. The Bar/Restaurant the drinks the food, live band. The Two bedroom suite was so spacious The cleanest Hotel, just awesome 👌 The Price is Fare. Even Spriderman visited.

Really No dislikes. My husband said we will stay there again.

It has a great location near the parks, the pool is excellent, my room was very comfortable, and the bed was exceptional. We went as a family and had rooms for two people and a very nice suite for four. Our stay was perfect.

Por lo que siempre voy , la piscina y el ambiente en general del hotel . Pero en esta ocasión a las 10am ya las asoleadoras estaban todas ocupadas y me tocó colocar mis cosas en el piso. En cuanto al ambiente la música no se sentía , no hicieron nada especial para el 4 de julio , y el ambiente del bar para los partidos del mundial fue muy aburrido. Creo que el hotel ha desmejorado en esto.

La habitación era demasiado pequeña. No había donde acomodar las cosas. El aire acondicionado no enfriabas lo suficiente.

We spend a lot of time in this area but live about 90 minutes away. Sometimes we don’t want to drive back and forth. This is an ideal place for us to stay when we are in the area.

Expensive little overrated.

The hotel was beautiful! Pool was warm, clean, and a great environment. Room service was quick, cleaned the room daily and quickly. Friendly cleaning staff as well.

Front desk was not the friendliest, nor was the bartender. We didn’t go back to the bar because he was pretty awful.

Fun hotel with a large room and bathroom. Easy access to everywhere and we loved the happy hour! Pool was gorgeous.

Breakfast was expensive for what we got.

Overall the experience was great, didn’t get surprised with anything. Check in + Check out, we’re both straight forward. I enjoyed my stay and the hospitality that came with it!

What a pleasant surprise we had at Melia Orlando! The service was too notch and being a part of the club level services did not disappoint. Not only was our dedicated concierge Carla phenomenal and very attentive, but the lounge was always stocked with good snacks and drinks for our whole family. The pool was super kid friendly and we loved our day with the cabana. Our family has nothing but great things to say about our time at Melia Orlando. We look forward to going back!

The A/C stopped working two nights in a row! Had to wait on maintenance to come in the morning to work on it. The lobby did not feel welcoming at all. Had to pay for a cup of coffee in the restaurant that was not part of the stay! Only the ones that could afford to select a higher customer service stage was able to enjoy breakfast and extra amenities! As normal the little guys tend to stay behind.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel during a work trip, and Carla made sure we received a warm welcome from the moment we arrived. She was kind, professional, and very knowledgeable. The hospitality was exceptional, and the entire experience was wonderful. I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends and family and look forward to staying here again in the future.

Fanny at the front desk was incredibly attentive and made my check-in smooth and enjoyable.

We were celebrating my daughter’s birthday, and the hotel surprised us with a thoughtful gift in our room, which made the occasion even more special. We would especially like to thank Dexi, Nicole, and the entire team for their outstanding service and kindness throughout our stay. Their attention to detail and genuine care made our experience even more enjoyable and comfortable. The team also kindly stored some of our items in refrigeration and later delivered them to our room when we needed them. This level of service truly exceeded our expectations. The hospitality was 10/10 from start to finish. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. We look forward to coming back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

A. Elegimos una habitación estándar, al llegar nos dimos cuenta que tenía conexión a la siguiente habitación, literal se escuchaba todo de la habitación contigua: la tv conversaciones, baño, reclamamos y nos dieron las siguientes opciones: 1. Up grade con costo para nosotros (que obvio rechazamos 2. Una habitación igual con la habitación contigua desocupada, pero que no nos aseguraban que no fuera ocupada durante la semana de estadía( la rechazamos) 3. Finalmente nos ofrecieron una habitación sin ruido Esto lo considero horrible ya que lo que buscamos todos en nuestras vacaciones es privacidad y tranquilidad, precisamente lo que faltó. B. La limpieza de la habitación deficitaria, el piso sucio, el mobiliario con tierra, se suponía que si dejabas las toallas en el suelo debían cambiarlas por unas limpias, pero doblaban las sucias para que las volvieras a ocupar Pedimos cambio de toallas y las dejaron como se muestra en la foto, encima de la mesa del comedor C. El desayuno es a la carta y muy acotado, además poco saludable

Sehr ruhiges und nah zu Disney World gelegenes Hotel. Tolle Poolanlage, gutes Frühstück im Wilson Restaurant. Zimmer ruhig, gutes Bett, Dusche mit Wasserfilter. Die Anlage mit dem zentralen Pool ist sehr schön.Der Pool ist leider sehr warm, was wahrscheinlich auf die immer hohen Außentemperaturen zurückzuführen ist. Die Lage ist trotz Interstate-Nähe sehr gut und ruhig. Viele sehr gepflegte Grünanlage außerhalb des Hotels. Auch die Grünanlagen des Hotels sind sehr gepflegt und schön Die Zimmer sind sehr groß mit Wohnzimmer und mit eingerichteter Küche.

Die Einrichtung ist schon etwas abgewohnt,(Renovierung nötig) die Küche ist nur mit 4 Gläsern, 4 Teller und 4 Kaffeehäferl bestückt. Keine Weingläser, Kein Kochgeschirr. Der Geschirrspüler wurde nicht vom Zimmerservice ausgeräumt,. Die Reinigung war mangelhaft und sehr oberflächlich.

There is a hidden fee that they add on when staying here. They say it is for free drink tickets, shuttles, and the fitness pass to the hospital. I used the fitness pass one day which was nice but they basically have to offer this since the gym inside the hotel is basically nonexistent. But I did not use the other amenities that this charge is supposed to cover. They did waive the fee because it also seemed off with how much they were going to charge me for it and what I had already prepaid before my stay. Just a shady business practice. If I see a rate online, I expect that to be the amount I will be paying. I don't want ticketmaster-esque hidden fees from a hotel. I get to my room and I was in an adjoining room where I could hear everything from the other room. Not very private at all. Oh and my ac went out the last night. So I woke up to it being 76° in my room. There is no bag service? Price was reasonable (minus the hidden fees part) but the thought of this hotel being a 4 star is almost laughable.

Tv had no access to stream. Stuck with cable tv with commercials or rent an old or new movie for $25!!! Price gouging!!

Excellent hotel! We had a small suite, and it was spacious. Plus, there was a full kitchen! We had Instacart and Amazon deliveries. The pool and hot tub were very clean and enjoyable. The restaurant was great. Easy walk to Advent Health, across the street. Easy Uber everywhere else.

Everything was great. Loved the pool area and the restaurant.

I was very disappointed with my stay. The cleanliness standards were far below what I expected. The bathroom had hair left behind, the floor was dirty, and there were food remnants on the bed’s headboard. The living room sofa was extremely uncomfortable and would sink deeply when sitting on it. Breakfast was also a major issue. The order was not prepared as requested. We specifically informed the hotel that one of the coffees needed to be made with oat milk due to an allergy, yet the cup arrived without any identification, making it impossible to know whether it was safe to consume. Additionally, we requested that no dulce de leche be added to the French toast, but it was served with it anyway. As a result, we were unable to eat it. Overall, the lack of attention to cleanliness and guest requests made our experience very disappointing. I would not stay here again and hope the management takes these concerns seriously to improve the experience for future guests.

Everything is amazing.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the food at the restaurant was delicious! We also rented a cabana by the pool, it was very relaxing.

Our A/C stopped working in the room and it got pretty hot, but maintenance was able to fix the problem very quickly

Property is very beautiful, smells wonderful, and is very clean. Close to Disney as well!

Bed was a bit too firm for my liking (not everyone will want a softer bed so that’s not on the hotel at all) and either the walls are paper thin or the door is. It was luckily early morning when we were already up that we could hear neighbors (talking at a normal volume), but it was clear as if they were inside our room. Thank goodness they weren’t up partying into the night ;)

We arrived late and left early. Stayed here because it was convenient. It looked like it had a lovely pool, but we didn't take advantage of it. The room was nice, but nothing fancy.

The room was very comfortable, clean and quiet. The kitchen with a big fridge was very handy for grocery storage, overall, very good deal.

Everything was perfect, the room are full equipped, spacious, the facilities of the hotel were great. Free parking for guest, and happy hour in the hotel bar.

The food in the lounge room were a bit poor and tasteless. There were no Tonic with the GIN

Terrible room and service. Pain in bathroom ceiling peeling, air conditioner not working, dirty room.

Had a couple of issues with the room the first day…toilet did not flush upon arrival and after using the pool/hot tub and coming in at 11pm the shower only was giving out hot water, too hot to use but both issues were corrected quickly. Love the pool and recommend renting a cabana for the day. Towels are not plentiful and when they put some out they are grabbed up quickly. I think higher up management might have been there our last day (stayed 8 days) as all of a sudden towels were stocked!! Hot tub is very nice and hot. Pool was wonderful
