Problemas de mantenimiento: * el a/c funcionaba pero estaba controlado hasta 70⁰ no lo podias bajar más. *El 2do baño tenía problema con la ducha la manilla de la ducha estaba suelta y era problemático para el agua caliente. Y el último pequeñas criaturas en las paredes.

El departamento es muy amplio y cómodo. Tiene todo lo necesario para estar alojado cómodamente. Cuenta con lavadora y secadora que hacen completo el equipamiento.

L’appartamento era spazioso anche sei persone ci sarebbero state comode. Struttura moderna, elettrodomestici nuovi e funzionali. Personale molto gentile. Vicino ai parchi. Negozi, Ihop, walgreens nei pressi. Rapporto Qualità-convenienza elevato.

Me encantó TODO! Las habitaciones limpias y organizadas, toallas, productos de aseo personal siempre a disposición. La cocina limpia y con todos los utensilios necesarios. El area de lavandería muy bueno y completo. Lo que necesites están para solucionarlo enseguida. Definitivamente me he quedado en demasiados hoteles tipo apartamentos en Orlando pero este sin duda ha sido EL MEJOR! El aire acondicionado perfecto. Tienen todos los canales en la TV y la conexión a Internet muy buena. Volvería siempre a quedarme ahí. Pedí hospedarme en el 1er piso y fueron muy cordiales en ubicarnos ya que no tienen ascensor y son 3 pisos. La cercanía a los parques tanto de Disney como de Universal es buena. Tengo que aclarar que está más cerca a los parques de Disney. Entre 10 y 15 minutos de distancia. I loved EVERYTHING! The rooms were clean and organized, with towels and toiletries always available. The kitchen was clean and stocked with all the necessary utensils. The laundry area was excellent and fully equipped. If you needed anything, they took care of it right away. I’ve definitely stayed in plenty of apartment-style hotels in Orlando, but this one was hands down THE BEST! The air conditioning was perfect. They have a full range of TV channels, and the internet connection was very good. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. I requested a room on the first floor, and they were very accommodating in placing us there, given that there is no elevator and the building has three floors. It is conveniently close to both the Disney and Universal parks. I should clarify that it is closer to the Disney parks— between 10 and 15 minutes away.

No tienen transporte a los parques y en la descripción decía que sí. Cada edificio tiene 3 pisos y no cuenta con ascensor. De resto TODO FUE FANTÁSTICO!! They don't have transportation to the parks, even though the description said they did. Each building has three floors and no elevator. Apart from that, EVERYTHING WAS FANTASTIC!!

The rooms are spacious. Lots of open space in the livingroom. Bathroom is huge!!! I would love to have that bathroom in my house. Patio is nice and screened in. Place is quiet and everyone is so friendly

The bar wasn't open. They do not offer park tickets or tickets to any shows. No bus to the parks.

Nous avions chacun notre salle d’eau dont une master room. L’établissement est à proximité des parcs Disney (moins de 10 min en voiture) et plusieurs commerces sont accessibles à pieds. La pièce à vivre est très spacieuse et confortable. Le personnel est à l’écoute notamment Andy qui nous a changé notre micro-ondes et expliqué le fonctionnement de la machine à café avec le sourire et avec beaucoup réactivité. Nous n’avons pas eu le temps de profiter de la piscine mais elle avait l’air bien. Tout correspondait à la description

Sufrimos mucho por la extrema suciedad del tapete y mi hija sufrió en todo momento con los ácaros, imposible que no le hagan una limpieza profunda a esos tapetes tan viejos.

The room was comfortable and having a kitchen was very convenient for our family. The staff was friendly and helpful, and we really appreciated being accommodated with an early check-in after our overnight drive. The location was also excellent, with easy access to the Disney parks.

Insgesamt tolle Anlage, jedoch etwas veraltet. Schwarzer Schimmel an der Duschwand. Küche ist top ausgestattet!

Amei a localização, o ambiente no geral, o atendimento e a tranquilidade.

Great location, close to the parks, shopping and tons of restaurants

Molt a prop de Disney. Literalment 10 minuts de qualsevol parc de Disney ( i sense semàfors de camí). També s’arriba a part de Disney amb el bus 56 (5 minuts caminant). Apartament molt espaiós i cuina molt ben equipada. El personal molt amable i quasi tots parlen espanyol.

Vam tenir un problema una nit que va començar a sonar l’alarma de bateria baixa de la caixa forta i vam haver de trucar per a que la desconctessin. Ho van fer en menys de 20 minuts, bona resposta. Son edificis de 3 pisos sense ascensor.

Todo, es una pesadilla ir a este hotel... el trato es horrible, irrespetuoso, no lo aconsejo para nada...

This was the best deal I got for my money on my Lake superior Circle Tour. American owned nice lady -clean nicely decorated room no breakfast but still a good deal. I would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend. you can tell the owner cares.

The facility, it has what I needed for the people that came with me for vacations, it has everything you need for cook and clean, even washing machine and dryer. The location is convenient and accesible to main avenues.

Lo mejor es la ubicación, y el personal es muy amable. Los apartamentos son grandes, y las camas bastante cómodas.

Nos asignaron una habitación en un edificio que no había sido renovado, con lo cual no se correspondía en absoluto con las imágenes ofrecidas en Booking. Todo estaba muy viejo y descuidado. Nos quejamos, y nos movieron a un edificio renovado - allí la experiencia mejoró. Mucho mejor el apartamento y mejor cuidado.

A localização para quem vai aos parques ou fazer compra é excelete. O ponto negativo é que é uma construção mais antiga e não foi feita uma modernização.

Não tive problemas mas o estacionamento e o acesso a unidade é aberto para a rua. Há um aviso no estacionamento para trancar o carro e que a administração do condomínio não se responsabiliza por eventuais perdas.

Die Anlage ist etwas älter. Man merkt das es aus den 90'er ist. Es war aber alles in Ordnung, alles voll funktionsfähig + sauber; Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Klimaanlage war zwei mal defekt wurde aber prompt repaiert. Das Personal war sofort da. Die Lage ist gut wenn man zu Disney möchte

The best resort I ever have in orlando. It is close to Disney, universal studio and sea world. Itself it has a nice pool and tons of activity. The suite is spacious and clean.

the only downside is the elevator. we lived in third floor and it was a little bit work to carry our large luggage, but really not a big problem

I was staying in building G, apartment G102, which is on the ground floor, when I woke up on May 13th and found a cut in the screen of my apartment's balcony, a straight cut that looked like it had been made with a knife/box cutter. I complained at reception and the person who attended me said it couldn't have been anything. I insisted they call security and check the camera to see what had happened. The security guard returned looking frightened, saying that someone had tried to break into my apartment to rob me, and the receptionist just told me to keep the balcony door locked. I expected some kind of action, as I started to feel very unsafe in the building and asked to at least be moved to an apartment on a higher floor, which was granted after much insistence. Be careful if you are staying in the top buildings, especially on the ground floor.

Title: A peaceful hidden gem near all the action! Rating: 5/5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Parkway International is a total hidden gem near Disney! It is tucked away in a quiet, wooded area right off the main strip, so it is super peaceful but close to everything.  The two-bedroom condos are huge, clean, and come with a full kitchen and in-unit laundry, which was a lifesaver. The pool and Tiki bar are great, and you cannot beat the space for the price. I would definitely stay again!

Gostei do espaço interno do apartamento, dos utensílios domésticos, das roupas de cama e banho e da piscina. Quarto E206 para cinco pessoas.

Não gostei dos colchões porque eram afundados na parte onde se deitava, porém eram de bom tamanho. O quarto com duas camas de solteiro somente possuía um abajur. Com isso, a iluminação não era boa.

Ótima escolha para famílias. Ficamos em cinco pessoas e muito bem acomodados. Funcionários sempre dispostos a ajudar nas nossas necessidades. Ótima localização. Minha família gostou muito da área da piscina. Indo pra Orlando novamente com certeza me hospedaria lá mais uma vez. Recomendo.

I loved that it had a kitchen and washer and dryer. So close to Disney and outlet stores. Also the Unit was very spacious and it had a pickleball court.

It was in a fantastic location for the Theme Parks and ESPN. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the pool area and bar were great.

It would have been handy to have instructions on how to use the appliances. Definitely couldn’t work out the coffee machine 😂

Stayed up front in building B and the room was a bit dated(kitchen cabinets/master bathroom) and extremely musty smelling. The room itself was very clean. I could not find it dusty or dirty, but there was a very strong must odor as if maybe prior water damage, not sure what that was about.
