It was my third time traveling and staying at this hotel; everything is very clean and accessible.

Breakfast really needs improvement; they need more variety and fresh fruit—you won't find any of that at this hotel. It’s almost the same thing every day; the oatmeal was terrible, and they should switch to a different quality of coffee instead of the Arabic style.

My room was hot. Even with the AC set on 66°F. Hot throughout the halls as well. Stepped out on the patio outside the pool area and couches were dirty and a guest was asleep on one of the couches.

The whole system was down when I got there at 330. I couldn’t get my room to almost 11 at night when the system came up and the room was already paid for. When I looked online they did not follow protocol!!!! Other Hampton hotels where doing checking by hand til the system came back up. They would not do nothing til the system came back up at almost 11 that night.

All the noise that people made out in the hallway plus the people that were in room 419 were so noisy into the late night and early morning hours. It was very difficult to get to sleep.

THE MATRESS WAS NOT COMFORTABLE

In town for a workshop, I booked this Hampton location. It took some navigating getting there but I finally made it. The lobby was clean and inviting. The desk clerk was polite and very helpful. I was worn out from a 5 hour drive in the traffic and heat. The coffee in the lobby was old and cold so the staff made fresh coffee. Thank you! My room was clean and comfortable. Amazing hot water with good pressure allowed me to wash all may cares away in the shower. The breakfast area offered a variety of hot and cold items including eggs, sausage, oatmeal, bagels, and fruit. If I am being truthful, the hotel is near the interstate and a busy highway, so expect road noise. Plus, it is in a very odd location off the street. The new interchange getting to the hotel caused my GPS to discombobulate. When I reported an issue with the bathroom, the desk clerk apologized (although they didn't need to) and took immediate action. Good example of customer service. Kudos!

Room was small, stains on the wall and carpet. Paper thin walls where we could hear our neighbors. Outdoor seating area was dirty and not inviting. Room view was of the dumpster.

It is close to the mall and easy to get to Lenovo Center.

We were on the 5th floor. I didnt like that the main curtain didnt close. This allowed to much light to come in at night and early morning. We had a hard time sleep. I have never stayed somewhere the main curtain didnt close.

Pool was atrocious, looked forward to enjoying the pool, but it was filled with hair and debris and there was WAY too much Chlorine causing my eyes to feel like I was splashed with acid.

Because the room was very large (handicapped room), the TV should have been larger. Hard to see from across the room. Also, a chair or two would have been nice.

Bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. They were doing some kind of construction in the hotel that started at 7 or 8 AM in the morning and that was too early to be awakened to noise. All the drilling and banging disrupted my sleep.

I like how clean and respectful the staff and everyone that was staying there were! They asked you if it was anything you need instead of you having to call they reached out first and that speaks volumes to me and my wife!

It was me and my sister's 2nd time staying here and my kids and nieces and nephew 1st visit to Raleigh and at this property.... We all had a really good time and are planning on returning this summer. The staff were very sweet and helpful as before.

I wouldn't say there was anything not likable, but we came at a time when the pool was being cleaned and refilled, but we were accommodated by being allowed to use the pool next door at the sister hotel and we still had a great time. The pool opened at this property opened on our last day of our visit.....we were able to go swimming for an hour before packing....that worked out because that allowed us to get in the pool every day of our visit.

Everything was amazing. From the front counter staff to the room. Location was great for where we had to go the next day.

I only stayed for one night but let me say…this hotel was a breathe of fresh air compared to the Wingate by Wyndham I stayed at the night before in Norfolk VA. I stayed in room 316. It’s down the hall about 3 doors from the elevator. I was a little disappointed with this because I’m very bothered by noise when I’m trying g to sleep. This being said, they could’ve put me in a room inside the elevator and I would t have cared. It was super quiet in my room. I don’t think I even heard another rooms door close. PROS: Very Clean and classy. The hotel lobby was quiet and romantically lit and decorated. The desk staff happily greeted me and seemed genuinely happy that I had arrived. A light in my room was broken and I informed them of it later just so I didn’t get charged for it. They offered to send someone right up or to change my room. I did neither, but it was very nice that they tried to remedy the smallest issue. There is 24/7 coffee and tea with different creamers and sweeteners in the lobby. *10 stars for that alone There was a restaurant inside, directly to the left of the entrance. The bar tables had their own tv’s, there were numerous tVs and tables, and it appeared that they offer late night pizza options after the actual meal times were shut down. The hallways were clean and quiet. I didn’t hear a single other guest during my stay. Certainly no kids running through hallways, slamming doors, dripping wet pool water through all the common areas or playing in the gym and elevators. My room was well appointed. The bed was very comfy with 4 different types of pillows. It was clean, updated, had all the normal amenities you’d expect. A mini fridge and microwave. Coffee maker with pods. The breakfast in the morning was excellent!!! Egg omelettes, bacon, potatoes, waffles, bagels, English muffins, toast, oatmeal and all the oatmeal toppings, cereal dispensers, yogurt, fruit, 5 different kinds of juice, coffee tea etc. The best part was the children present weren’t touching food and putting it back, hovering in the food area, screaming and crying etc. The adults were also polite to eachother and the staff came by tables just to Check on guest even though it was a serve yourself type deal. It was peaceful and quite enjoyable when I came down for breakfast at around 6:30AM Parking was simple, free and plentiful. Some people had dogs out and about and in their rooms (I just saw people exiting their rooms with pets) The area is safe. There is a gas station mini mart at the base of the hotels driveway and it is close to other dining. However, it not in a walkable area as it’s right off a 4 lane thoroughfare. So I wouldn’t plan on walking to an establishment for dinner or anything. The gym was good for a hotel gym. Ellipticals, treadmills, free weights and a full body trainer machine. I didn’t use it, though I normally would so, I did peek in. The smell in the hotel was nice. They obviously have a diffuser like so many hotels are now doing. It was a fresh unisex scent. I’m sensitive to smells and actually liked this very light, barely there aroma. It’s a Non-Smoking facility so no smokers out front or in the rooms. CONS: The restaurant furniture & decor is kinda 90s art deco with the geometric designs and ikea type tables/chairs. This just isn’t my favorite…But, this really doesn’t matter in the grand scheme of things. It’s not like I’m hosting my wedding in that area. I can’t think of anything negative other than this. I’ve decided to stay at the Hampton inn going forward in other cities I travel through. I’d never stayed at a Hampton inn before and now I regret that decision. Thank you Hampton Inn for redeeming my travels with your hotel. I look forward to staying with you guys again!

The room was nice. The lobby area was really nice. The breakfast was good and there was a nice selection.

The filters in the heat/AC units in our room needed cleaned. Had a wierd smell when it cut on. Almost like a body odor smell.

I stay here a lot, it’s always great!

This stay they were repairing something’s next door so it was a lil noisy.

I found the hotel to be very pleasant, with friendly staff, a clean environment, and a convenient location. The breakfast was also quite enjoyable.

The staff was phenomenal!!! The front desk staff was so helpful. The shuttle to and from the mall was wonderful after a long day, I didn’t have to worry about traffic for dinner, just amazing!!! The staff was very knowledgeable about events and attractions in the area which helped a lot since we had a whole day to ourselves.

One night we heard sirens and maybe the need for a few more luggage carts. Absolutely nothing that the staff had control over though.

This Crabtree Mall Hampton Inn&Suites was great! Easy to make our reservation a day prior, allowed our dog, prime location, clean/comfortable room, breakfast and kind/professional staff at the front desk.We felt safe and welcomed to be there. I’d definitely stay here again.

Recently made a trip to Raleigh, NC with my brother to visit my daughter. While there, we stayed at the Hampton Inn & Suites, Raleigh Crabtree Valley. The hotel had great ratings on several sites and after staying there, it was easy to see why. First of all, the hotel itself along with the all of the furnishings looked like brand new. All areas of the hotel were very clean and well organized. The breakfast foods were very good. The best part of the hotel was the staff. All staff members were very friendly ( especially James) who greeted everyone that was coming and going through the lobby. The ladies who cleaned the rooms were very helpful and did a great job. Overall, this hotel was one of the best that I have stayed in. I highly recommend it.

Very disappointing experience. We stayed here as a family with our child during a cheer competition weekend, and the way the staff handled a room situation was upsetting enough that it actually made my daughter cry. Our reservation apparently showed as one night in the system and the hotel said another guest had booked our room type. I understand mistakes happen. What was unacceptable was how the staff handled it. Within about 10 minutes we received multiple phone calls and repeated knocking at our door pressuring us to leave immediately while we were trying to get dressed and pack our belongings. To make matters worse, the hotel had water pipe issues during our stay. My daughter was unable to shower after her competition because the water was not working, and the next morning there was significant noise from the pipe repairs. A calm explanation and a reasonable amount of time would have solved the room situation, but instead the approach felt aggressive and unnecessary. Hilton customer service later acknowledged the handling was wrong but offered no effort to make the situation right. I expected better professionalism and guest service from a Hilton property, especially when traveling with a child. I hope management reviews how situations like this are handled so future guests are treated with more consideration.

The hotel was very clean! Parking lot was well lighted!

The lady that was working when I checked out was very rude. Very different experience from anyone I encountered during my stay. She was telling a co-worker about someone accusing her of being rude and when I asked about a printed receipt she grunted and said she would have to put paper in the printer. She continued talking with the co-worker never acknowledging me again until she handed me my receipt and we left. Her name may have been Coyia (not sure on spelling).

The room was very clean. Nice new shower. Check in was easy and the employees were very nice.

The curtains wouldn’t close, so we had a lot of light coming in the room at night.

My names is Aroa, i stayed with my parents on vacation from February 9th to 20th. The service was excellent, and all the staff were very friendly and attentive. Sylvana and James, in particular, were very helpful. If you have trouble with English, don't worry, as most of the staff speak Spanish, which was appreciated by people like my parents who don't speak English. All the bar staff were also very friendly and helpful, and the food and drinks were good. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Raleigh
