Tout s'est merveilleusement bien passé durant notre séjour. Nous résidions dans la Family suite qui était parfaite pour nos 3 enfants et nous. L’hôtel est très agréable, le personnel charmant et serviable. le petit déjeuner était excellent et permettez de découvrir la gastronomie locale. Le room service était excellent également. L'accueil par le personnel de l'hôtel s'est très bien passé. Je garde un excellent souvenir de cet établissement et y reviendrai avec grand plaisir. Merci à tous

le seul point qui pourrait être amélioré, c'est l'éclairage de la piscine à la tombée du jour. Tout le reste était parfait.

The hotel was conveniently located on the way to Lembang where most of the scenic sights were located. At the same time it was close enough to the center of Bandung for shopping activities

We had a wonderful stay at Swiss-BelResort Dago. The location is perfect - right on Dago street and very close to cafes, shopping, and city attractions. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast had good variety with both local and western options.especially team reception Satria, Lisma & Oki always help anything my need. Highly recommend for both business and leisure trips to Bandung!

VERY high noise levels. We checked in then checked out an hour later as the noise from the street was extremely high in the rooms.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The view is great, our room view is pool, city, golf garden and mountain. Which is great. The variety of breakfast food is awesome.

They open swimming pool for public as well as the guests. Here when my daughter wants to go to toilet and we went to the restroom/locker. Which is its for staff locker. Only one toilet and two showers and it was full. So I dont think its good idea to put toilet for public or guest in swimming pool area same as staff locker. So we have to go around to the restaurant toilet. And the staff stop us that we can not go there cause we are wet. But I said where can my daughter go, the other one is full. And they let us go cause no solutions. This hotel must be prime and popular spot. Weekend is busy. We went for breakfast and we did not find any seat, when I look around 2 people sit in the boot capacity for 4 to six, the yoga was on as well. So crowded. 1 person sit in table for four. I ask the waitress if they can move 2 people to table that only for 2? They are just too polite and they just looking around wait until people finish and left without asking any. I think the maanger supposed to allocate the guest and guide the guest to the table based on how many people to avoid complaint and of course we witness several complaints that day cause they can not find any table. And we already booked the hotel awhile back and I told them that sunday will be my daughter birthday and they said will be complimentary cake and will deliver to the room. And of course they forget. we were waiting in the morning and have to call them they are apologies and yes hotel was busy. But they must have note or reminder or lack of communication.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Traveling with a 2-month-old baby can be challenging, but the hotel made our experience so much easier and more comfortable. The staff kindly provided a baby crib upon request, which was greatly appreciated. They also prepared baby bath amenities, a thoughtful touch that made us feel truly welcomed as a family. The service was excellent, the room was clean and comfortable, and everyone was friendly and accommodating. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to families traveling with young babies.

Amazing stay at Dago Heritage Swissbell, Rosanti truly made my day and checking and making sure everything is fine. Definitely recommend!

good services staff, might be need a little improvement about your glass door at smoking area near the pool because there is no sign board or directions, had door are closed with sofa, sometimes Im going wrong directions 😅

Nice view for the room scenery. Unfortunately I get mold on my blind's toilet. Hopefully it will be replaced by a new one. Get a nice approach by Ms. Rosanti to hear my complaint.

The breadfast spread is good and food was tasty. However, its the same food everyday with no changes to any items The breakfast staff receiving guest, Vina was great. She has a great demeanour, pleasantness a real winner

The walkway or route to the breakfast area, is confusing so say the least. there are many obstacles, sofas from the lounge, tight squeeze to get to the breakfast area and no specific pathway going to the breakfast area directly. No wine, beer or liquor us served in the lounge. we are sent to another shop located outside the lounge. If you are offering internation hotel services and you know that foreign guest will order beer, liquor or wine, the least you can do is get qualified hotel staff to learn to orders, and have them retrieve the drinsk from the shop and offer it to the guest. Don't make it the customers problem.

Please fix the different output between customer booking confirmation in platform Agoda vs booking confirmation printed in receptionist. I was not expecting any issue prior to check in due to different room type. It's basic! Even though you gave me an upgraded room, but it was exhausted to made a complaint. Sorry, I didn't feel happy with this experience

In general not so good experience of room given. Considering class of executive suite i would say almost achieve standard level. No good view, carpet feels dusty, sofa already old and unbalance.

I've been eyeing Swiss-Belresort Dago Heritage for a while because I heard the vibe is super homey with a great nature feel. The rate for this long weekend was surprisingly reasonable, so we booked it right away! First impression upon arriving: it's incredibly cool and breezy (maybe even a bit chilly for us Jakartans!). It turns out the hotel itself is actually quite small, though. The public areas are pretty much just the pool and a kids' club (which is more suited for babies and toddlers). The golf course here is a serious, full-sized course for pro golfers. It would be awesome if they could add a mini-golf facility in the future to make the hotel feel even more homey. The absolute highlight of this hotel has to be the heated pool! Size-wise it's actually small, but the warm water just makes you want to hang out there for ages. Breakfast was also satisfying with tons of variety. There was a minor incident on the morning of our stay, though: one of the dishes, a Thai steamed fish, tasted really earthy/muddy. But huge props to the kitchen team—the moment I let them know, they immediately pulled the dish and gave us complimentary coffee-to-go from their bar as an apology. Great job on the complaint handling! Overall, it was a pretty satisfying stay, but hopefully, they'll add more facilities in the future.

I dont feel appreciated, especially the staff during breakfast, they ignored me and serve others like a boss, racist ? Or they only respect people who look rich ? I really hate that kind of people who look down on usual fashion customer like they are better, this is very disappointing. The time i arrived, the staff also dont ask to bring my luggage so i bring my own to the desk and even until my room. The hospitality is very bad, i really hate it, i wish i can give them a penalty or serious punishment who ignored me and serve others who looks rich. Is staff even better than the customer i wonder ?

Great stay, friendly and helpful staff, but unfortunately our room at that day the air conditioner is not working properly (rather a bit hot), but it's okay because we are not very well also so it help a bit. But it we are in a normal state it rather hot

The room is comfortable and breakfast is also good and has lots of variety but for concierge needs to be improved. I know it is a long weekend and high-season but i had to wait for an hour until my luggage is delivered to our room (we also called once for confirmation), and because the parking lot is full we had to use the valet and it takes a long time for the valet to come when we're about to go (we timed it and it took about 26 minutes). So the concierge needs to be improved and the wifi also needs to be improved, when we came it was good but on the next day there was an error, we couldn't connect to the wifi, but overall it is good.

De geluidsoverlast en dat we geen 1 keer gebruik hebben kunnen maken om te zwemmen of te trainen was steeds dramatisch overvol en de mensen zwommen al om 6 uur in de ochtend dit vind ik niet echt netjes want de kinderen gilde de gehele dag en nacht en ochtend dus slaap hebben we daar niet gehad

The shower needs done shower mats I feel and slipped and my arm busted open the staff rushed me to emergency and got stitches they checked on me too so really there's nothing I didn't like about this hotel I highly recommend , they had to come change air filter wasn't getting too cold there just a busy hotel and they fixed immediately so they did great job

hotel location is near to any restaurants, view from hotel room is perfect (as per request), i am happy because very near to golf course, so that I am able to play golf. Also golf course fee is not too much expensive. hotel staff are friendly.

While I appreciated the staff, the lack of soundproofing was disappointing. External noise and activity from neighboring rooms significantly impacted our rest. Greater insulation is needed.

I joined a two-day training at Swiss-Bel Resort, and I really appreciated the great service from Mr. Tegar. He was very helpful, friendly, and quick to respond whenever we needed anything. Even when there was a complaint, he handled it calmly and immediately looked for a solution. Thanks to his support, the training felt smoother and more comfortable. Really appreciate his effort during the event.

I stayed for a 7-day business trip and overall had a very positive experience. The bedroom was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, and the general service throughout my stay was excellent. Everything I needed was provided promptly, and the staff were courteous and helpful. The meeting room facilities were a highlight of my stay. Mas Tegar and the entire banquet team were very responsive and proactive in ensuring that all requirements were met. They handled both technical aspects and coordination with the kitchen team seamlessly. Greatly appreciate their efforts. One area that could be improved is the interaction with the sales team responsible for corporate handling. Compared to the banquet team, who were consistently polite and friendly, the sales team could adopt a more courteous and approachable attitude as the front team. A little more warmth and professionalism would go a long way in creating a consistently positive experience across all departments. Overall, I am very satisfied with the facilities and services provided.

pleasant stay here, wish can stay a little longer. The rooms are clean and very spacious with balcony view. I would suggest that you book the normal room so you have a better view of the gunung. There’s variety of food for breakfast both european and indonesian cuisine. Staff are very nice and heart-warming. Very polite dan tutur bahasa is so nice. Farah is very lovely, she is very welcoming and polite.

Everything about my stay at Swiss-Belresort Dago Heritage Bandung was excellent. The room was clean and comfortable, the facilities were well-maintained, and the environment was peaceful. The staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout my stay. Overall, a truly pleasant experience. All is good and excellent — I will definitely come back again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bandung.

Hotel property is very nice, swimming pool is amazing and non smoking area is secured so safe to bring kids. Weather is amazing, view is amazing. Staffs were all nice, food was good but unfortunately 3 days of breakfast had 95% same menu. Stayed in room 101, room was dusty, bed sheets were old, bed was old, fridge not cold, AC not cold, shower had slow running warm water. Other than these, hotel is amazing, maybe I just got the wrong room

Stay in this hotel for short staycation with family, first impression was amazing. I booked grand deluxe room,spacious room,perfect amenities,attention to detail from the staff. The view was stunning, and swimming pool with warm water makes my kids doesnt want to stay out from the pool. Overall the staffs were really friendly, helpfull. And special thanks for Mr. Kharisma Alam for his excellent hospitality.

The location, the room and the atmosphere. Everything is great ! it's located in Dago which traffic can be a pain on weekend but there are plenty of restaurant and cafes that you can reach on foot. The room is spacious, staffs are attentive and the view from the breakfast area in the morning is superb. Breakfast has good amount of variation and taste good. There are mini store inside the hotel to buy your daily need, which is a BIG plus for me, so that I didn't have to go out. Overall, this place is totally recommended for a revisit.

Old but nice property, clean bed, clean towels. Check in was smooth. Absolutely super spread of breakfast. Unfortunately couldn't use the swimming pool and Gym

The parking is very cumbersome, confusing, The ramp space is just enough for a big SUV to enter or exit and it can't be done in one go. We stayed in 1017, the shower needs to be checked. The mixer is having issues. There is only overhead shower which is too high. Ideally there should be a hand shower. I had booked deluxe room and requested for higher floor non smoking room, however came to know that the deluxe rooms are below the lobby with no view. So I paid 300K IDR extra to shift to higher floor. Booking.Com should include this on their website
