Sehr modernes, in den Hügeln über Bandung gelegenes Haus mit toller Aussicht über die Stadt. Das ganze Hotel ist wie ein Kunstwerk gestaltet und bietet 2 sehr gute Restaurants, wovon eines jeweils erst ab Mittwoch- Sonntag geöffnet ist. Das Essen ist ausgezeichnet, das Frühstück hervorragend, die Auswahl sehr gross. Schöner Infinitypool.

IHG Gruppe gibt keine Reward-Punkte, wenn man über Booking.com bucht. Ich hätte gedacht, die Reward-Punkte gibt es für den Aufenthalt und nicht für die Buchungsart…

Beautiful Hotel with Great Facilities, but Service Needs Improvement ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Hotel Indigo Bandung Dago Pakar is a beautiful and spacious hotel with really nice facilities. The rooms are comfortable, well-designed, and spacious, and the overall property feels modern and impressive. The hotel also has plenty to offer, including a family pool, fitness centre, kids club, and several dining options. One of the highlights for us was definitely the breakfast. There was a great selection of food, including plenty of Bandung and Indonesian local dishes, which made breakfast feel much more special than the usual hotel buffet. The hotel itself also puts a strong focus on Sundanese and local Bandung flavours. However, the one thing that felt noticeably missing for a 5-star hotel was the service attitude. During our stay, we were asked five times about which room we were staying in while simply trying to get to the breakfast hall. I completely understand that hotels need to verify guests, but being asked repeatedly felt uncomfortable and made the experience feel less welcoming than it should have been. For a 5-star property, I would expect the service to feel more polished, attentive, and guest-oriented. The facilities and physical property are definitely there, but the hospitality needs to catch up with the standard of the hotel itself. Overall, a beautiful hotel with excellent facilities and a fantastic breakfast, but the service attitude was the main area that could be improved. With warmer and more seamless guest service, this hotel could be a truly outstanding stay.

It is indeed a 5 star hotel :) The food is delicious and he serving is SOOOOO MANY!!!! I love it. Will be back again :)

Facilities are great

- misleading advice about laundry. Even though we escalated it, there was no solution. We were advised verbally that the laundry if in bulk was charged per 5 pieces. But they charged us per piece and did not reconfirm prior. - Additionally I asked the hotel to help to warm up my toddler’s food (rice cake with meat) and we were told the hotel cannot help. I understand if it was food for me or my wige but the food was for my 3 years old toddler.

My wife an I stayed for a couple of days at this magnificent hotel. It is grand, luxurious and a joy to have stayed as a guest. The food has been excellent, Carbon serves a mean burger and probably the best duck I’ve ever had. Joempa has got everything you need if you want something else to eat with awesome flavors and with relaxing seats outside. There (really!!) is so much to choose from for breakfast that I am absolutely convinced there is plenty for everyone! Even though all staff were really friendly, we wanted to thank waiter Zack from Joempa. He definitely stoot out with experience, kindness and above that, he gave very helpful tips on the daytrips we wanted to take. Thanks Zack! And we cannot think of Hotel Indigo without giving a special thanks to ass. Restaurant Manager Mr Akmal Naminudin. Mr. Akmal created a full itinerary specially for us making sure we would have a wonderful day discovering the Ciwidey area. On top of that he also made sure we had lunch boxes and for our very early morning checkout he made sure we had breakfast! We feel lucky and blessed meeting these wonderful persons! Oh, if you haven’t guessed yet….go visit this outstanding hotel!

Everything, location in upper Dago, design, atmosphere, staff attentiveness, cleanliness, as expected from a new hotel at this price range.

Traffic / access to the hotel would be a challenge especially during long weekends

The hotel is very nice, I can say met my expectation with the price I paid. Too bad couldnt maximize my stay as we had to leave pretty early prior to the check out time. If ever I return back, would be nice to stay more than 1 night, to try the hotel facilities such as the swimming pool or the gym. Food wise, so many varieties which is great. However, the taste/flavour still can be improved. No "hmmmm....so yummy" factor. Maybe next time the hotel would consider a complimentary afternoon tea for premium room guests as wel? 😊

Not really a negative thing or something I didnt like. More to feedback that can be considered for improvement. So right after I arrived in the hotel, the sole of one of my shoes got separated which this could be temporarily fixed with power glue. I didnt bring spare shoes so I kinda desparate and asking the hotel staffs (from the reception during check in, couple of housekeeping staffs that met on the way to the room, and other staffs that I didnt know from which dept) if the hotel by any chance has power glue. I wasnt expecting the hotel must have it, but i would think the Eng/maintenance dept would have it. Regardless even if the hotel didnt have it, would appreciate if any of those hotel staff to revert back with an answer whether the power glue is available or not. So I ended up wearing hotel room slippers to go out and that evening was raining. I finally managed to find/buy power glue from one of the convinience stores on my way back to the hotel. And one more thing, would be better to put one bin inside the toilet, a bit hassle just to throw dirty/used toilet paper needs to go out first from the toilet

The hotel is simply superb. It’s beautiful. The view out my room is breathtaking. Room is spacious, chic and super comfy.

Stayed for 6 nights since we were planning to work from abroad in European timezone so we looked for comfy hotel that could cater our needs. And I would say it exceeds all our expectations! Noise level: The room is very quiet, we stayed in a room near the elevator but we cannot hear anything from outside, no luggage wheel noises, nothing. So we could spend taking meetings, working, and also rest really well. Breakfast: Overall breakfast is also very good. Our favorite is gotta be the porridge with all the toppings, the nasi kuning/rames assortments, the jajanan pasar, and the variety of it! For 6 nights stay, the breakfast changed daily so we never got tired of it. Hospitality: The hospitality is unmatched, I have never been to a hotel with staff more welcoming and helpful as Hotel Indigo Bandung, and I said this having stayed in places with 5-10x per night price in Indonesia or other countries. They have the instant service too which was very helpful for us since we were moving around a lot during those days so just having that little bit of help to deliver bowls/cutleries, laundry items, or making up room when we were away is so helpful. Comfort: The bed and pillows were comfortable, we slept really well there. Also the environmental control (temperature & humidity) works really well compared to other even newer hotel. We also went once to VINYL cocktail bars, got some very nice company from the bartenders there! Loved it so much, they were having so much fun and we were too. Got the shots, the magic tricks, the travel advices, everything! Thank you Indigo for having us, keep up the high quality!

rooftop restonya keren live musicnya, hanya makanannya gak cocok sama orang indonesia dan high cost porsi sedikit.

Parking space a bit limited, especially when there is a wedding. They provide free vallet service tho.

New, modern architecture overall. Room design is also efficiently planned to maximize space. Breakfast selection is also impressive, offering a mix of traditional and international meal selections.

The wooden box to contain amenities in the bathroom is not clean, considering it’s a soft launch it’s understandable. Suggest to inspect overall condition stricter before guest check in.

we didnt take bfast but we had dinner at Joempa restaurant. my husband enjoyed his pasta, he even commented yesterday that your pasta is much better than the italian resto we had ystrdy. your nachos need a bit more work tho. room is sufficient, bed and pillows are comfy, had city view from our room so we enjoyed the openness and greeneries.

traffic at dago was vy bad that day, so we took gocar/grab rather than driving ourselves

Hotel baru bagus Tapi kesiapan jumlah karyawan masih kurang. Pesanan makan di kamar over 1 jam. Saat datang sudah dingin makanya. Bfast juga di restoran pesan mie tak datang2 karena staff kurang.

Nice modern hotel with friendly staff, but let down by really poor service. I have never been in a five star hotel where they do not let you charge items to a room account. We waited more than one hour in an empty restaurant to get served a sandwich at lunchtime, and although they say they serve breakfast in in-room dining, when ordered they said they could not do it. After a few calls they eventually agreed they could do it, then brought the wrong order! Truly hopeless and not worth five stars.

It was great, the staffs very friendly and helpful. Room very clean , and comfortable . But for the breakfast, I’d just say it was just OK. the selections for traditional food could be have more selections . For the price it was worth every penny. Overall I’d give this hotel 9.5 out of 10. And I will comeback in the future, highly recommended to everyone who want to visit Bandung. Thank you for the great hospitality, keep up the good work

Almost no outdoor area. In Bandung Pakar, hotel must have outdoor area. Have no good memory when breakfast in hotel because they moved breakfast place to ballroom which it is not comfort for breakfast in Bandung (just like hotel in Jakarta). 😒
