Een mooi hotel met prachtige tuin waar ook het zwembad is gelegen. Het restaurant grenst aan de tuin zodat we tijdens het ontbijt en andere eetmomenten konden genieten van de tuin. De junior suites zijn ruim opgezet waarbij het woongedeelte is afgescheiden van de slaapkamer. Personeel is zeer vriendelijk. Het ontbijt uitgebreid. Zeker een hotel om nog eens een week door te brengen.

I alwaysctry for a doubke bed but invariabmy there arec2 single beds side by side. Not always convenient

Its beautiful property, when I was staying there they were doing renovations so they are improving. Its a hotel for like short stays not for like 5 days more like 3 or less. Breakfast was nice, if you don’t like Asian cuisine then too bad because most of it is rice and noodles

Looked out of date Pool is not really accessible for western tourists because there are a lot of locals and Muslims and to respect their believes it best to wear a bathing suit and not a bikini.

Open air hotel in a cooler climate environment. The location is perfect.

Breakfast is mostly Asian. Continental breakfast has disappeared (cheese, sausage). A pity that the hotel has downgraded its facilities (no market shop anymore in the hotel for the little things you might need). The lobby looks empty.

They charged for one extra towel for 50 thousand rupiah that supposed to be free cause I booked a room for 3 people instead they counted it as 2 people. Disappointing!

It is located in Dago (downtown area) so everything you need is just few meters away. The hotel is huge, the dining room also very spacious. The room is very quiet and soundproof. The bed is super comfy, the bathtub is great, there's hot water, and the toiletries are very generous. The room is also clean and the staff is helpful and kind. I'd love to stay here again next time i go to Bandung.

The air-conditioning units in the rooms could do with being updated. But they were adequate for my needs

Breakfast was awesome… very cultural and had a huge variety. The pool is amazing and the kid friendliness like having a real sandy beach area was super cool and beautiful!

I didn’t like that I learned of the gym, spa, the extras, until exploring the hotel on my own. I would have loved someone telling me of these things as I checked in and could make reservations. I also think the place as a hotel and the rooms could use some updating, especially the bathrooms and the decor.

De locatie in de bergen is prachtig. Ook ligt het hotel vrij gunstig aan een hoofdweg tussen het centrum en mooie natuurgebieden ten noorden van Bandung. Lembang en de vulkaan Tangkuban Perahu zijn met eigen vervoer goed te doen. De kamers zijn enigszins gedateerd. De verdere voorzieningen (restaurant, zwembad) maken veel goed. Ook vriendelijk personeel.

Beautiful rice terraces around and close to lots of good restaurants. The staff was super friendly and the breakfast great.

I like the room with balcony. Overall good experience.

ちょっと古くてサービスがあまりない

hotel is spacious and old. I was upset that do NOT have iron and ironing boards to press my crumpled clothings . The receptionist even threatened that my iron will be removed by housekeeping if I brought it privately into the hotel room from outside. all laundry pressing have to be send to their laundry services; and billed later of course.

Sy dan keluarga menginap pada tanggal 3-4 April 2019 dikamar junior suit kesan pertama terlihat hotel ini memang hotel lama seperti yg di jakarta. Hotel bersih pelayanan ramah.Masuk kamar tambah terlihat moswl hotel lama. Kamar mandi hanya disediakan 1 bh sikatgigi dan odol.untung bawa sikat gigi krn umumnya hotel paati menyediakan 2 bh sikat gigi. Untuk breakfast lumayan enak namun tata letak hidangan terpencar jauh. Over all Jayakarta sebuah hotel yg lumayan nyaman tapi harus ditingkatkan untuk bersaing dg hotel hotel lain di Bandung.

Pengalaman pertama kali nginep di The Jayakarta Bandung ini, sbb : 1. Pada saat cekin, dilayani dgn ramah 2. Suasana hotel nyaman n mewah 3. Kebersihan kamar n sekitarnya cukup baik 4. Tempat sarapan ok, menghadap ke taman dan kolam renang 5. Menu makanan variatif n enak 6. Pada saat cekout bonus mobil sudah bersih, trims yah pak Kalo ada rejeki akan nginep lg disini dengan kamar yg ada balkon nya biar buka pintu bisa liat taman n kolam renang serta view kota bandung di malam n siang hari

The hotel is better than i expected. Since it’s an old hotel, the design is not so modern but it’s still in nice conditiom. The room is considered big, and staffs were helpfull. I got a room (no.222) where the bathroom’s floor wasnt perfectly flat it made a puddle in the middle of bathroom. But other than that everything was ok. It was a nice experience staying in this hotel.

호텔내 수영장도 있고 편안하게 쉴 수 있었습니다. 다만 아침 식사 메뉴, 노후화된 시설 등이 조금 아쉬움이 남네요..
