Spacious room

Shower didn’t drain very well but we couldn’t advise staff as it was early hours of the morning and only had security staff on.

Location central & quiet.

On arrival we advised the front desk the plug for the bathroom sink was missing. Was never replaced in the 3 days we were there!?

The bed was a bit hard to sleep on but thats expected for a hotel.

The location for the University even was fantastic and the staff were very helpful.

The TV didn't work, no bath mat, harsh lighting, no USB sockets, no bar restaurant facilities open at the hotel, breakfast served in another building in the university.

We were attending an event at The Waterside, perfect location. It was clean, drink reasonably priced. Basic but clean. Staff were friendly. We had parking close by which we did not have to pay for.

No fridge in room and if I was staying again I wouldn’t bother with the breakfast.

It was a great location for Silverstone and the rooms were spacious and clean.

Lack of fridge. I had medication that need to be refrigerated and it was annoying needing to go to the staff to put it in the fridge. Was very warm - fan was okay but mostly circulated hot air

The breakfast was abominable- breakfast bag . The staff weren't that friendly. The location is odd. Was not worth £250 for one night. One towel between two.

Well located for access to town centre and hospital. New. Quiet. Great price. The receptionist was very friendly.

NB you have to press the security button to access the car park. Room is hot and stuffy, and the bed was uncomfortable.

This was very substandard for the price you are charging. Beds rock hard! Rats running around outside with rubbish left out on a trailer all night!

Please investigate if there is an issue between your site and the booking of rooms In order to avoid dissatisfaction with other site users

It was a quiet location close to the area of the town I was visiting Room was a good size

The car park is detached from the hotel, and there is no signage to the hotel from the car park. Bed had a cheap mattress which was a little too soft for me. There is no aircon and it to considerable force to close the poorly fitted double-glazed window. The shower head in the bathroom either needs replacing or deep cleaned. There is no restaurant onsite (breakfast was at the UNI cafe opposite)

Like everything there was genuinely nothing not to like.

The room was well designed and well presented. Nice to have a chair for the desk as well as a chair and table in the room as well. Bottles of water, tea and coffee. The bed was large and comfortable (not something I can say about all hotel beds) The room was well lit, nice sized TV and served me well for a couple of days. Set in the beautiful campus of Northampton university. Just a few minutes walk from a Morrison's and a nice waterside pub.

Only downside, is that as this is in a campus, Friday and Saturday night did get a little loud outside with people coming back to their other rooms (not part of the hotel) Nothing too loud, but might disturb a few people.

safety has big issues with the window you could slide behind this and you are 17floors up this is a big accident waiting to happen

Not able to get a reply when phoning the hotel on two or three occasions. At the weekends no cooked breakfast is available.

Amongst halls of residence, could get noisy?

The hotel was ideally located for us, on the outskirts of town near to the campus waterside bar that also did food, and right next to a parkrun. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the room was large and comfortable and whilst we didn't have breakfast, it was available and the area was spacious.

Maybe the bathroom was a little small but it had everything we needed

Reception closed at 9. Booking.com website says 9.30. Meant waiting ages for security. No services / bar open at all. Water was cold. Couldn’t shower. Staff in morning just nodded and said yes they have a water issue. Don’t sell the rooms if you have a hot water issue!!! And at least apologise and offer a refund / discount.

BED WAS TOO HARD WHEN STAYING AT A HOTEL YOU KIND OF EXPECT A COOKED BREAKFAST AVAILABILTY ESPECIALLY AT A WEEKEND THIS WAS NOT, ONLY A PACK COLD WAS SO HAD TO FIND ANOTHER VENUE TO BE ABLE TO HAVE THIS IN TOWN.

Does what it 'says on the tin'.......A comfortable stay in a very convenient location. The location was very quiet which allowed a good nights sleep and parking was easy.

The breakfast offering on a weekend is just a 'grab bag' which I didn't find very appetising. Booked several rooms, one of which should have been an accessible room which the hotel was unable to provide. There is a lift though, so stairs were not a problem.

Great location for uni of Northampton parkrun, you can roll out of bed and be at the start in the blink of an eye.

Bathroom light stayed on for ages afterwards, lights on smoke alarm meant disturbed sleep.

The amenities provided were great. The fan was also helpful to cool down the room. The room was big and airy. The bed was comfortable.

The carpet could have been vacuumed better as there was a piece of the biscuit wrapper missed under the chair by the floor lamp. It would be great if there was a mat provided when you go out of the shower.

Personally my reason for booking this hotel was that it was close to University of Northampton parkrun. Little did I know it was literally steps away from it. Bonus. The hotel was very clean and neat. Kettle etc in the room but also water which was nice. It was also a short walk to a little Morrisons

Not so much property related but you are asked to park in car park 3 but when you have parked there are no signs which say what direction you should go for the hotel. I had to ring reception and ask.

It was very central. The member of staff was knowledgeable and polite.

The bed was quite firm and pillows weren’t very soft.

in bathroom only extreme hot water ( boiling hot was supplied with a sticker beaware you may burn your self and no cold water. how any one can wash their face with extreme hot boiling water this hotel doesmt think and rectify this problem before some one complaint. any ways there was no staff to check me in i have to stand 15 minutes waiting at reception after coming back from work.

It was clean, very nice looking and present.

A great option for what we needed it for which was an event at The Waterside Bar on campus. Useful shop just a short walk away from hotel .. Car Park also close enough. Great large accessibility rooms. Nice communal area in reception, could even drink your own alcohol in it! Vending machine with snacks too which weren’t too expensive like most of them!

Shower cubical in bathroom was a bit small and shower head one of those static ones which you cant take off (A pet hate of mine in hotels!) Also no bath mat provided. We were also in Room 1, and due to the persistent rain, the drainpipe being right next to the window and all the gathering water below the window, it was quite noisy and irritating as it dripped all night! (Drainage needs looking at) It was a 10am check out which was a bit early for a weekend and they were charging £10 if you wanted to extend for an hour (and that was only “if it was available”)

There are two many led lights for various things that are on constantly or flash through the night. The bathroom light and fan seem to stay on far longer than normal after a visit. I think I'd chose somewhere else next time.

Super clean, nice and modern, was quiet, great sized lounge area in reception which was perfect as we were staying there for a family party near by and we could all meet for a drink first and again before heading home. Free parking too!

The breakfast bag isn’t great if you’re after something substantial but there are plenty of places near by to go to instead

Instead of a welcome note there was a list of what we’d have to pay if we damaged anything. A bit off putting! Sound proofing not very good - we were disturbed by noise during the night
