Room air conditioner was like sleeping next to a jet engine. Ridiculously loud. Windows do not open.

We loved the pool and the fire tables.

The hotel doesn’t save so many tables for guests and leaves whole place open for public. We booked there as the restaurant was right there.

Excellent location, cleanliness, staff, room space. It was our 3rd stay at this hotel and certainly be back.

Ambience

This was a convenient place to stop for a night after crossing the border. The room was quiet and reasonably comfortable, and the hotel had useful facilities (a pool, exercise room) that looked good. As we say in Ireland, it was grand.

The rooms have small nespresso machines but not a kettle for boiling water; it does not work as well to try to heat water through the coffee machine. Getting extra tea bags and towels for the shower was a bit of a rigamarole, although the front desk did send someone to deliver these things.

Staff was really polite

Bring back the buffet for breakfast. Or let people know before the meal package is purchased online.

The bathroom was very small, no room to move around Shower head was terrible. The bed was terrible!! need to change mattress worn down on one side it was like you falling out of bed!!Terrible!!

we stayed here before and loved it but room 274 was terrible!! the last time I stayed in room 261 and it was great..

Net en comfortabel hotel op een gunstige locatie vlak bij de grens tussen Canada en de Verenigde Staten. De kamers waren schoon, netjes en boden voldoende comfort voor een prettig verblijf. Het ontbijt was bij de prijs inbegrepen en vormde een fijne start van de dag. In de directe omgeving ligt een park met enkele eetgelegenheden, waardoor je ook gemakkelijk iets kunt eten of even kunt wandelen. Al met al een prima hotel voor een overnachting in deze omgeving.

- Spacious rooms - Clean hallways and reception - Attached Boston Pizza for easy access to food all day - Good gym (my dad visited everyday!) - Great view from rooms - Good location to nearby touristy points - Proximity to good breakfast places (if you didnt opt for paid breakfast)

The beds were very comfortable. Got to have a nice swim as well (a bit on the chilly side - but it was nice and refreshing). Enjoyed dinner at Boston Pizza. Staff were friendly. Everything was clean. Lots of towels and the bath products (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, liquid hand soap) were really nice... didn't need to bring my own (I could have saved suitcase room. The survey asked if we went to Lakeside Beach - Nope - But we did go to Canatara beach (bring water shoes - lots of rocks)

Booking . com mixed up my reservation so I didn't end up closer to my adult kids and grandkids, rooms. But that was ok. Our room was closer to the pool.

This hotel is great, with great facilities. The breakfast is really good. The gym has good equipments and clean. The pool is very large.

We've been here before and this time we were given a really small room. A little disappointed with the staff that did our check in. Very cold and unfriendly. Did not explain to us half the things his colleague did to the previous guests.

Brandy and front desk staff were very inviting and knowledgeable. Entering the hotel smelled fresh and clean.

Noisy kids were next door and allowed to roam the halls. Maybe families with children could be placed on a particular floor.

The staff were wonderful. Dining in the restaurant was convenient, comfortable, very good food and the staff was friendly and polite. Outside area was inviting and comfortable. Location for our group was perfect.

It was a great experience! Clean hotel, room and the staff is so friendly! My kids really enjoyed the pool, it’s not heated though! We stayed a night and loved it! Recommend it for everyone!

They supply one desk chair only in a room with two beds. Tell me, where are person supposed to sit while in the room? Ridiculous!!! When you sat on the toilet it felt like you were gong to topple over. The toilet paper was like sand paper.

The bed was absolutely perfect.

The lobby smelled like spaghetti os and I could barely hear at check in due to background noise and the check in person would not speak up. Screaming children in the hallway at midnight. Huge family just hollering and slamming doors. Not the hotels fault but this family was over the top and should have been spoken to.

This is a newly renovated hotel. Wonderful design, clean, and very comfortable beds and sofas. Staff is great. Breakfast is wonderful, too.

Water in a pool was a bit colder for my taste, and there were some unsupervised kids who were diving and swimming agresively, being very loud, forcing us to leave early. It was unpleasant to swim with them in a pool.

Front desk very friendly, every staff member in hallway s smiled and said hello....

I liked the service and being able to come a few hours early before check in and the room was ready for me!!

The pool smelled way too strong of chlorine. The bed clothes were cleaned in bleach and i am sensitive to bleach and had a mild headache the entire time i was here. I hope i can request to NOT have them washed in horrible bleach.

Breakfast is NOT included as advertised. Its a paid breakfast and the prices are quite high. 16 bucks for bacon and eggs. The only free item you can get from the hotel is coffee

Comfortable bed, big bathroom

A/C - quite loud and very cold blasts of air; WiFi wasn't easy to access for non-members of Bonvoy. Needed help from front desk. Should be more straightforward as in other hotels.

Got home and realized that I had bites all over my back. I called and spoke with the manager the following day and was told that they were highly trained in pest control and would check out the room and get back to me. An hour later I received a call from the manager stating that they checked the room and did not find any sign of bed bugs. Hmmmmmm

Poils de barbe noirs évidents dans l’évier et douche ainsi que miroir dans l’entrée sale. Mais les autres fois c’était impeccable alors, je n’ai rien mentionné au comptoir cette fois car je ne voulais pas être repositionner ailleurs vu que d’autres membres de ma famille était tout proches…

This was without a doubt the best experience we ever had at a hotel. The staff went above and beyond! They were so friendly and accommodating. Tammy and the other waitresses were exceptional. I willbe back!

Noise transfer from rowdy guests through adjoining room door. Will ask for stand alone room next time. T.V not responding properly. Will check this next time upon arrival as it was too late when discovered.

The hotel is conveniently located when traveling from Canada back to the US. The facilities are excellent, the rooms are comfortable......great beds, great pillows. The facility was spotless and looked to be recently renovated. Will definitely stay here again.

No concerns for any aspect of our stay.

We enjoyed the short stay, using the pool facilities. Had the whole pool area to ourselves. Lovely. Was impressed with the size and the deck layout. They even went the extra mile of placing swim towels on adjoining tables. Once we completed our swimming, we head back to our room and were able to chat with some of the cleaning ladies, absolutely lovely, really enjoyed briefly chatting. Then we used the restaurant , another excellent experience. We then headed back to our room, and slept well in your comfortable beds.thank you for comfortable stay.

The room was clean. The bed was very comfortable. The food at Boston pizza was very good.

Unfortunately there was a boys aged 5-10 hockey tournament in town and the teams very staying there. They were out of control running up and down the hallway and knocking on all the doors. Yelling and screaming. Also at dinner in the Boston pizza restaurant some of the kids were running around the tables and standing up on the chairs like animals with the parents and coaches not doing anything. Except for a few oh the coaches.

Breakfast kids menu was good

Our door was open upon arrival and when we came into the room, there was a giant footprint on the leather ottoman. It was a huge boot or shoe mark so it felt the room wasn’t thoroughly cleaned

Reception area was nice

Room overlooked the highway and could hear the neighbour’s music all night. Flooring is cheap and planks move in the bathroom.

The beds were very comfortable, the staff was extremely friendly and very accommodating. Rooms came equipped with a microwave which was a bonus since we had kids. The pool facilities were great, and the hotel itself was very spacious and family friendly.

Tbh, the pillows were really the only downside here, they were too soft. Would've been nice to have a firmer pillow but it wasn't enough to detract from our overall experience.

Breakfast was ok, not great. Fruit was either overripe or severely underripe (Avacado had the texture of carrots for example). Service was just ok.

Overpowering smell of air freshener in the lobby and after our room was cleaned. There was no way to open a window to air out our room. This was a huge issue for us as I am a migraine sufferer. No monitoring of hallways, group of unsupervised kids hanging around our door for two days . Very loud. When multiple families with kids book together, the hotel should make an effort to put them apart from business travellers or couples traveling without children so that everyone has an opportunity to enjoy their stay. Or... Monitor the hallways so disruptive behavior doesn't bother the other guests.
