The hot breakfast was great with a decent selection. It was probably the comfiest bed I've ever slept in. Staff were incredibly friendly and compassionate as we were there for extremely unfortunate reasons.

Truly nothing to add here, it was a pleasant stay in an unpleasant time.

The staff were so friendly especially the person that checked us in! The room was very clean and comfortable.

Situated in a really convenient spot and backed by a warm, welcoming front desk team, the hotel made for a genuinely cozy and comfortable stay. The room itself was a pleasant surprise not only were the beds super comfy, but I’ve honestly never seen a hotel room with so many USB sockets available, making charging all our devices completely effortless.

The only real downside was breakfast. The selection was a bit limited, and nothing was labeled, so it was a bit of a guessing game figuring out what dishes were actually being served. On top of that, they ran out of plates and took a while to restock everything.

Breakfast was typical for for low cost hotel. The scrambled eggs were hard and ham pieces were poor quality. Don’t get me started on the coffee.

Breakfast was good. The staff in the morning was very friendly. The lady who checked us in was not! The room had a very loud air conditioner unit plus the room was facing the bridge. My husband slept well as he is used to sleeping with ear plugs. I did not sleep well at all!

The outside was terrible. It is in dire need of landscaping!! We were going to look for another place to stay. Oh and air conditioner was noisy.

De locatie is goed, direct bij de grens tussen Amerika en Canada. Het personeel is vriendelijk, de kamers schoon en ruim. De gym is netjes en uitgebreider dan in de meeste andere hotels

De airco was een beetje luid, maar dat ervaren we wel vaker zo in andere hotels.

A good location for a quiet night of rest. Great HVAC and a large private bathroom separated from the rest of the living space. After a long motorcycle ride, the shower head felt amazing.

The entrance into the parking area needs redone. We had to dodge around some potholes to get access into the hotel property. This could may be a city issue and not the hotel's fault. From what I remember, not really a walkable location to other attractions.

The location was extremely convenient for our needs. Our room, the breakfast room and the lobby washroom were all clean. The room had everything we needed and was very comfortable.

Should we be in the area again we would request a room on the other side of the hotel as the highway was a rather loud - not exactly disturbing, but it was something we were aware of through the night.

A localização foi boa para nossa família, uma vez que estávamos de carro e nossos compromissos eram no Lambton College. Então, tudo funcionou bem entre 5 e 8 minutos de direção. Não podemos falar sobre a região, pois encerramos o dia cedo (por volta das 7pm) e saímos no dia seguinte (às 9am) sem nenhum problema. As recepcionistas são muito gentis e disponíveis. Breakfast incluso estava ótimo.

From my understanding, the email I received I had to pay $93 when I got there I had to pay 107 dollars American money and they took that out of my account and I never got it back. I paid cash 126 dollars

It was kind of in a hidden location, BUT it was well worth it. The staff were very nice, the free breakfast was very good. We enjoyed our stay, the room was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. We would stay there again.

Only thing that upset me was room service tried to just open the door and walk in with no knocking or anything around 10am and I was sleeping after working night shift.

Horrible stay. No staff, cutlery, bowls, maple syrup. Cold water for tea. Hardly any prepped food available. Eggs, potatoes, sausage. No dairy products available and 1 choice of fruit. Should be ashamed of yourself. This is not a healthy breakfast. There was no heat and used feminine products left in bathroom. We will never stay again.!!!!!!!!!!

We arrived after our rental car broke down and somewhat got stranded last minute at the end of our road trip and the staff here really turned our night around! The rooms were exceptionally clean, comfortable, and had an updated look that we were thrilled to walk into. The beds were incredibly comfortable with nice light duvets along with some of the best hotel pillows I’ve slept on. Shower was an updated walk in shower with shampoo, conditioner and body wash readily available to use (smelt really nice as well). The hotel features a gym , laundry room, and included a yummy breakfast in the morning. The night shift worker (a really lovely young woman) was there for us whenever we needed something or had silly questions about the area as we are unfamiliar and was just wonderful to interact with no matter what the topic. She defiantly was a huge part in turning our night around so a huge shoutout to her for her kindness and hospitality! :) Overall the price was great and the service/comfort definitely shine. We absolutely will be booking here again if we are back in town.
