Hot breakfast was good. Beds and pillows were comfortable.

Location was very scary! Everywhere we walked near the hotel there were homeless people and garbage strewn on every street. We had our dogs and finally found some green space and unfortunately left because of human excrement. We will not be coming back to this hotel due to the location. Unsafe for walking with or without dogs.

The smell of the reception was bad until when we told them to spray the area. Smelling like a stale wet Rug. My spouse and I was asked to leave the reception lobby immediately after checking out at 12 noon. We were actually waiting for our ride back to Toronto. They are more or less unwelcoming and racist.

The rooms were nice and comfy, the breakfast was good The pool was refreshing. The staff were very professional both checking in and checking out

The hotel needs a little refresh a bit old looking. The long walk to our room, could there not be another elevator so guests don't have to walk so far, especial those with disabilities. The towels at the pool could be bit bigger. The constant slamming of the pool's doors (they need to be fixed too soft close)

Having 2 sinks and several mirrors in the room for 2 people was very helpful

The parking location was so annoying and couldn’t use the shopping mall to get there and to the hotel every time we wanted. The worst one was when we got stuck in between the doors area while we had all of our luggage and finally ended up exiting from the back building door and turn around the building and carry our luggage all the way up to the parking using car ramp!

ALL staff were extremely helpful, polite and accommodating! The workers from the front desk to the cleaners made the stay exceptionally pleasant.

The parking lot is full all the time so we had a lot of walking for accessible parking. An adjoining above ground parking lot was available at no expense. The beds were very noisy and not the most comfortable, but the room was clean.

The staff was okay, they're friendly and approachable.

The room was extra dirty. There was mold all over the bathroom tub and vanity. Spider webs hanging from the ceiling. There was a red very long hair stuck to the bedsheets, saw it even before sitting on the bed, so I knew it is not from us. The charger on the night stand next to the bed was not working, the most important outlet you need in the room, to charge your phone while you are laying down, it was not working. The area is bad too, saw a couple of people laying down/sitting like zombies on the street and on the stairs of the church next to the hotel. Do not recommend booking if you are travelling with kids.

I like the pool because it is very big but its to short for the shallow area.

When i walked in my room i smelled something weird and the more i stayed in the room the smelly it was.

One of the two rooms I stayed in, stunk like old pee. The other room the tub was clogged,maintenance came right away to fix. That was great.

Ina. Rough area, parking situation is not ideal and staff did not give good directions about how to get form parking to hotel. Pool was closed second night so kids were disappointed.

We loved the swimming pool it’s huge and so deep and we loved the front desk staff and waiter and the homemade flavoured water at front desk was yummy and changed in and out day!

The hot tub is obviously permanently closed there’s a lid and plants growing on top. The beds aren’t comfy. Everything is full of old smelly carpet probably 50 years old. The parking is horrible to get in and beyond creepy. The supper we had was no good. I did eat the side of potatoes and veggies though.

My only concern was the strong urine odour from the mattress on one of the two beds in our room. Yuck!

Overall, the hotel was clean and comfortable. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the sheets and towels were clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. Big pool, but we didn't use it. Convenient for people with disability. The town is very small and there isn't much around, but since this was a business trip, the hotel's location was convenient and close to the offices and facilities we needed to visit. The hotel restaurant was very good for dinner. down. Hotel is attached to a small shopping centre. There were quite a few homeless people around the hotel, but overall, the area felt safe.

Unfortunately, the carpet was quite old and dirty, and the room had a damp, musty smell, almost like fabric that hadn't dried properly. I think it was the shower curtain that was very smelly. The breakfast is just okay, and the coffee was a real disappointment. If you're a coffee drinker and need a good, strong cup of coffee in the morning, plan to bring your own. The hotel's coffee will definitely let you down!

The room was smelly, the common area was shabby, the elevators didn't work and the breakfast options were limited. The breakfasts area was small (or the hotel was very crowded) and there was no parking available.

Le choix d'émissions sur la télévision, l'hotel est vieux et défraichi, la tapisserie décole, le sous-sol pu l'humidité, je n'aurais pas aimé avoir une chambre au sous-sol. La décoration est laide, peinture à refaire partout.

Clean, very spacious, breakfast was amazing. Staff were awesome all around. The real cool thing is the guests were all happy too. That makes the mood and the great job of the staff so much better.

Stay within the hotel limits. I didn't see anything around the hotel but you are downtown and like many downtowns there are things/people to be alert to that's all.

Unfortunately our room was not pleasant. It smelled like cigarette smoke and was very musky. We could not get fresh air as there are no windows. The carpet was sticky and dirty. Our socks/feet were black after walking around in the room in a matter of minutes. The beds were also very noisy and creaked with every movement.

It was fine. Clean and quiet. Great to have adjoining rooms with the kids. Pool is very large and heated. Hot tub was closed, but we dont really use that much anyways.

I've definitely stayed in worse hotels, but there was a lot of damage. Patch jobs that hadnt been painted, loose door handles, peeling paint, old wallpaper bits. The bathroom door didnt lock. But the biggest thing is that there was a step up into the bathroom and there was no transition strip on the ground and my kids kept stubbing their toes walking into the bathroom. That was really unfortunate.

I recently returned from a several night stay at the hotel. The staff cannot do enough to make your stay enjoyable. The rooms are large and the beds are comfortable. The breakfast buffet has a rotation but it is always more than enough to start your morning off. My only complaint is that the room doors slam, and it is hard to enjoy some quiet time in your room. I still have the cookies that the front desk gave me when I was leaving.

Breakfast was fantastic. I also received a shower chair an hour after requesting it. That was fantastic. I also love that i was offered a room closer to the elevator.

The smell in the room wasn’t good. I think about cigarette my kids and I don’t like that.

There's no parking in the front. In the back alley there was two people shooting up, and there was this big bang and behind the hotel there was a bunch of people being up this guy. And they were yelling and screaming. This location is a dangerous place. The parking is terrible. Do not stay in this place. The rooms are very outdated.

We didnt feel safe walking around the area. There was many people high on drugs or drunk on the street. It was close to an encampment. Parking very limited so many guests had to park at the mall. Carpet in hallway was old, unclean and musty smelling. Mould in bathrooms.

Pool was cold and water was cloudy. The hot tub was also not in service.

The hotel room was filthy. There was either blood or fecal matter on the wall paper in the bathroom. Mold through the ceiling. I debated not staying and paying for another hotel but I couldn’t do it financially. The carpet felt so disgusting I walked around in my shoes.

The breakfast buffet was not great… staff were not attentive… eggs and potatoes! Coffee had no taste!!.. extremely weak. Supper on the other hand was good and staff were great! ( different shift).

Our room faced an outside area where there were alot of illegal activities. My bed was horrible. A sagged on one side AND had a bump in the middle. Breakfast wasn't great either.

I book there for the pool but the pool was too cold. I mentioned it on the first day and the issue was the same the same day.

Die Lage des Hotels ist aktuell katastrophal. Überall waren drogenabhängige Menschen um das Hotel herum und in den anliegenden Straßen. Im Hotel war es gut, aber außerhalb haben wir uns massiv unwohl gefühlt.

We had to park in a covered lot beside the hotel and the hotel covered our parking fees for the 2 days. The pool was warm. Elevator access. Breakfast buffet included was a bonus. Check in was easy and hassle free. Bonus sink/changing area before you go into the main bathroom

The shower head could be upgraded, not a lot of pressure either and the tub filled up when you showered, drains must be clogged. It's also the same thing with the sink across from the closet before going into the bathroom, water fills up in sink. The bathroom door only opens so far before it hits the bathtub making it hard to manoevreo

My door to the room didnt close automatically so I needed to ensure it closed fully. That’s the only issue if I had to find something specifically with the hotel.

The night clerk was very rude and did not take time to explain the particulars about the parking arrangement. Did not explain that there was access to the parking lot through the third floor. I walked down the ramp and around the street to get back to the front lobby. Are was very rude when I didn't know that I had to use my room key to open the front door.

The staff. How rude. They put us right beside the stairwell and said sorry thats all they had. Made me fill out and sign a form about drug use. K was with young children. There were predators doing cocaine and being weird. Ew. Never again will I ever stay here. Faith? Your the ruddest woman I have ever met. 0 out of 10 will never recommend. And will tell this story to anyone who will hear it.

All over the place in the hotel , it was dirty , somebody was sick in the elevator, at least the room feeled more clean but honestly I was in deception to see the cleanliness of this establishments .

The beds were comfortable. The water temperature of the swimming pool was perfect.

Apparently the hot tub has been out of order since COVID but the ads are misleading stating that they have a spa. The keys do not work when trying to get on your floor from the parking lot. The male breakfast attendants did not keep the buffet stocked with plates, knives and coffee. When I asked for some, the worker sharply said “There are some, I just put them there.” He walked to the buffet and indeed I was right. His response was “My bad!” I didn’t appreciate his attitude. The other fellow I witnessed two days in a row doing absolutely nothing while the young girl never stopped. This hotel is very outdated. The bathroom door was cracked along the bottom and was peeling. The caulking is discoloured and deteriorated. The ladies change room off of the pool desperately needs renovating.
