Noise in bedroom. A noisy motor could be heard 15 mins on - 15 mins off all night. 18 euro for breakfast is overpriced for the location, the cafe across the the road does a great spread for 5 euros.

Everything : large room, good bathroom, friendly staff, easy parking, good views of boats, good choice if different breakfasts and costs, restos nearby - I could go on ….!

The location was great and the staff were pleasant

At night the noise level was unacceptable due to motorists racing up and down in front of the hotel.

The room was a good size for two people. We were able to open the window however, there seems to be a proliferation of young joy riders out for most of the evening and early morning. I guess they are also allowed a good time.

Arrived there was a gentleman in reception with round glasses there was no one else waiting he made us wait over 5 minutes., not good at all, yet later on in the evening there was another gentleman that was as please and polite couldn’t do enough for you. Apparently in the round job is in the wrong job.

The hotel was so clean one of the best. Breakfast was lovely

The bed was comfortable and that was about it.

It was dirty, with black long hair on multiple surfaces, there were damaged controls for the air conditioner which could have been a risk to someone cutting their hand.

We treated ourselves to a sea-view room (harbour entrance) and were glad we did. Not a lot to enjoy in the local area so watching ferries coming & going from our bedroom window before catching our own ferry was an enjoyable pastime. Room was a good size with a table and two chairs, good for snacking and a drink or two. The bathroom was spacious, clean and tidy with good towels and good water pressure. We didn’t eat breakfast so can’t comment on food. Secure parking is available nearby for a fee although there was free but not secure parking available literally outside the hotel during our stay. Service from the front desk was very good.

It’s in a great location for LeShuttle and the ferry terminal. There are also lots of good restaurants nearby.

It was a bit smelly and dirty. Lots of dogs, and I’m not keen on them.

This definitely isn’t a 4 star hotel. Breakfast was average.

Friendly at reception and even allowed us to check in a bit earlier as the room was ready. Clean. Good breakfast. Central location within walking distance to shops, restaurants and beach. We had a room on 5th floor with 'sea view' which was rather entertaining for watching the ferries. Free public parking accross the street and managed to move our car closer to the hotel late afternoon.

Dated hotel with narrow corridors.

We enjoyed the location, only a few minutes walk round the corner to the main square with plenty of restaurants and not very far to the Belfy either. The view from the window over the port was entertaining too! The staff who greeted us were lovely and friendly. Also appreciated having the option to use the private car park.

Felt breakfast was overpriced for what it was so we didn’t bother, had a fantastic breakfast at a local boulangerie instead.

Told hotel have a disabled son but they stuck us on 5th floor?? Lift a little small and slow. Parking would have been difficult without a blue badge. I got strangely bitten multiple times in the night?? Maybe they should fumigate room 503?

A noisy carnival across the road. The hotel needs refurbishing and a good clean. We were told hotel policy is no room servicing which I was very happy with but the cleaner came in our room and took a credit card. The power slot didn’t work properly (it had been taped up) so our power went off overnight which meant no air con and no devices charged so we left a card in the slot through the day to get everything charged. Nobody could find it but then it miraculously appeared when I said I would go to police the next morning.

The location is very convenient for kids and people who don't want to miss their ferry. Also at the back side of the hotel there are lots of bars, cafes, restaurants and a monument. The staff is very friendly and also helpful they will try to accommodate as much as they can. Finally, I would like to say thanks to the cleaner lady, she was very polite.

We got the room on the fifth floor however that's not an issue because they have a very clean lift. The only issue is the deep vibrations coming from the big air conditioning unit which won't let you sleep at night time. The vibrations stay there for 45 mins and get stronger and then air conditioning unit trips for 10 - 15 minutes. Since my wife and I are very sensitive sleep, we couldn't sleep properly at night, especially. Secondly, the entrance had a very bad smell which was very unpleasant overall. I guess it's because of the wet reception carpet.

The location was right at the port. Only few minutes away from the Ferry the next day. The room was decent and confortable.

The hotel floor was extremely smelly and dirty. No towels in the room, I had to ask for it. No parking was available as they didn't allow anyone to book the spot and I had to spend a bit of time to find parking outside.

Great location and parking was easy. Staff were friendly and check in/out a breeze. Room was clean and had everything we needed, including a fridge and toiletries. Dog-friendly with water bowls set up at the door.

Only thing that would have made it better would be better air conditioning. We had it on full but couldn’t even feel it and it was a hot night for us all.

Super location once we arrived in Calais after a long journey in England and ferry crossing. Pleasant staff, clean,comfortable rooms. Free parking just across the street. Nice breakfast.

Good room, very comfortable with a lovely view across the harbour. Location is great for the ferry. Breakfast is varied and good quality. Only issue we had was the internet and the entire computer system in the hotel had failed so no wifi available and hadn't been fixed by the time we left. Good stopping point close to the ferry

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt und können dieses Hotel gerne weiterempfehlen. Bereits bei der Ankunft wurden wir an der Rezeption äußerst freundlich und herzlich begrüßt. Das Personal war während des gesamten Aufenthalts aufmerksam, hilfsbereit und stets serviceorientiert. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist die ideale Lage in der Nähe des Fährhafens und Strandes. Dadurch ist das Hotel sowohl für Durchreisende als auch für Urlauber hervorragend geeignet. Unser Zimmer war sauber, komfortabel und mit einem Kühlschrank ausgestattet, was wir als sehr praktisch empfunden haben. Auch der Service insgesamt war ausgezeichnet und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Ein weiteres Highlight war das Frühstück. Die Auswahl war vielfältig, frisch und qualitativ sehr hochwertig. Hier findet wirklich jeder etwas nach seinem Geschmack, sodass man gut gestärkt in den Tag starten kann. Wir empfehlen das Hotel vorbehaltlos und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt! 😊

Das einzige kleine Manko waren die etwas wenigen Steckdosen im Zimmer. Gerade zum gleichzeitigen Laden mehrerer Handys oder anderer Geräte wären ein paar zusätzliche Anschlüsse wünschenswert gewesen. Insgesamt überwiegen jedoch die vielen positiven Eindrücke deutlich.

Pas de frigo dans la chambre familiale, il y avait des traces sur les vitres intérieur (bouche, front,…), du dentifrice sur l’évier à notre arrivée. J’avais demandé une petite attention (carte) pour l’anniversaire de mon fils ce qui m’a été accepté et nous n’avons rien eu à l arrivée. Un peu déçu de l’hôtel.

Sehr kleiner Aufzug, Umgebung des Hotels sehr schmutzig. Badezimmern verzogen, klemmt. Boden im Zimmer könnte weinen neuen Teppich gebrauchen. Frühstück: Rührei im Topf gekocht und sehr flüssig hat nicht so gut geschmeckt.

Het was gedateerd, het ontbijt echt heel erg beperkt, maar ook de hygiëne van de kamer was niet goed. De douche werd steeds warm en koud. Ondanks dat het maar voor 1 nachtje was.

Very good overlooking sea location and central with parking outside in street. Lively atmosphere when arrived late at night as a funfair on in the town. Reception were extremely helpful and friendly, spoke excellent English and accommodated our two mountain bikes in our room overnight as pre arranged via email that day. Very clean, crisp white towels and shower products by Dove all available and re stocked in our large bathroom. Room facilities had Tea/coffee and kettle facilities and hairdryer available in bathroom. Value was good at £150 for 4 of us with two adjoining rooms that connected with a door in between. We didn’t have breakfast included but used the Bakery 100 yards up the road on same side to left of reception on our way out. Very nice and only £7 for 3 pain au chocolates, 2 coffees and a ham Baguette. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Decent breakfast. Location convenient for cross-channel travelers. Calais is not the prettiest city but the centre isn’t bad.

Only limited parking. Had to leave the car on public free parking close to hotel.

Die Lage war sehr gut, um bei kurzem Aufenthalt einen kleinen Eindruck von Calais zu bekommen.

In unserem Zimmer im 4.Stock hat leider ein permanenter Brummton unsere Nachtruhe gestört.

Qu'en clôture de séjour, aucune facture n'a pu être établie. Et que 24h après la visite, malgré une promesse d'envoi dans la journée, rien n'a encore été transmis !

Lovely area surrounding the hotel with great atmosphere, staff were all polite and friendly, rooms were immaculate with comfortable beds, fridge, kettle and hair dryer supplied with extra special teas/coffee, rven the soaps and shampoos were luxurious. Fabulous Australian pizza at the back of the hotel.

The shower had very low water pressure and there was a noticeable smell coming from the drains when entering the room.

The lift worked. The receptionist was polite.

The room door latch was hanging off. The sofa bed looked as though it was broken. The carpets in the hallways were stained. Check in was delayed as the receptionist was having difficulties getting the credit card machine to work and had problems with the computer. As we were on the 5th or top floor we could hear the seagulls arguing with each other all night. There was only 1 teabag in the room. At breakfast the scrambled eggs were watery. The machine for orange and apple juice had no orange juice and when I mentioned it to the staff, they said they knew, but no one had put up a notice. I was told by a guest that a bottle of orange juice was in the cold section. The staff didn't mention it.

1 ère chambre sans balcon et bien plus petite et sommaire que ce que j avais réservé . Donc j ai tel a l accueil et reçu une autre chambre avec balcon, mais hyper hyper bruyante car juste au dessus de l entrée de l hôtel !! Et vue sur port et pas sur mer comme indiquée sur ma réservation .
