Manque d une bouilloire dans la chambre

De bedden, het ontbijt

Liefst wat meer druk op het water

AC på rummet!!! Frukosten var perfekt, trevlig och hjälpsam personal.

Saknade möjlighet till gratis kaffe; typ vattenkokare + pulver.

Great location. Loads to do and see nearby.

Rooms were dated but clean and very quiet.

Not much but breakfast was okay.

Poor service by surly staff even though I spoke in French. Our confirmed parking space was NOT confirmed - however one space was available throughout our 24 hour stay. Sink wouldn't drain, shower over bath dangerous to get in and out. Air con too noisy to use. Our morning 9.30 checkout we could not point out our dissatisfaction as the only two staff were on the fire escape smoking.

We always stay here but the last couple of times I’ve noticed the rooms to be in need of attention This time however the room was perfect for our stay Very comfortable bed …. Room was fresh and clean with a good shower Excellent location with some lovely restaurants and shops very near

Near the ferry port. Good location for restaurants, bakeries, etc. Reasonable continental breakfast served early enough for us to be able to enjoy before we.left for an early Sunday ferry

Rooms are compact. They don't have separate bathrooms. Sink in the room or a door straight to the shower. It was pricey but it was a late minute booking as we needed to change our ferry. In advance, prices may have been more reasonable

Nothing! When we arrived we were told there was no parking available and as my husband is disabled we were not able to stay and ended up travelling home to England

Staff very unhelpful

Secure car park

Vriendelijk onthaal, lekker ontbijt, rustige kamers

Secure parking, friendly staff, comfy room, great breakfast. Pet friendly.

Nothing

Super Lage

Zu teuer für die Ausstattung

We stayed one evening with our small pet on our way to the euro tunnel. It was a great location for what we needed

Nice size bed - one side was a little lumpy and warn out. I switched sides with my partner and it was a little better.

L’emplacement avec le personnel accueillant

Pas de place pour le stationnement

Location

Service

.

For a continental breakfast l would rate it as good, and the location being central was good,

The reception staff could have been a bit friendlier and not so abrupt.

The breakfast was really nice and good central location.

Noisy at night, staff were not very attentive or helpful, it’s expensive for quite an old room.

Absolutely excellent services, luggage storage, accept dogs and good quality breakfast. The room was very quiet and super comfortable.

Such a lovely hotel right in the city center. Very clean. Would definitely recommend.

Staff super friendly. I stay here every yeah, I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Calais

Nothing I didn’t like

Sehr gute Lage

Secure parking

Nowhere to put a book or a glass of water beside the bed.

Frühstück

Für eine Nacht ausreichend

Good location, although very little parking available, seeing as we were there to get the shuttle to uk, a bit of a problem

I did not like that they paid no attention to my request that one of the rooms be mobility friendly. They assigned us both to the 4th floor, the lift only goes to the 3rd, you then have to walk up a long flight of stairs. My elderly mother requires walking aids. The receptionist changed the booking to accommodate mum on the 3rd floor. However due to this they messed up and reallocated our room, so we were woken up after midnight by a man coming in to our room, very scary. When I complained about this the next morning, they reimbursed us €20, which i personally think adds insult to injury. I got no decent sleep that night due to worry.

Great location.

Breakfast was good though basic, location very good for Restaurant

The room was very nice ut poorly designed with no bedside table on one side to put anything and the bedside wall light switch behind the pillow , yes , which led to the light being turned when moving your head . Please move it

Mo aircon, no insulation. We had to move out because the hot was unbearable. Novotel in the city was great!

Centrally located, convenient for taking the ferry or train next day to the UK, staff is friendly, private parking (extra charge) available but small (must be lucky to get a space)

Very run down, in need of a complete refit. Damaged furniture, carpet, stained bedspread and so on. Decadent. Very unpleasant.

Albergo comodo e in posizione centrale.

Klimaanlage defekt. War vom Hotel bekannt. Schimmelflecken in der Dusche.

Children’s play area in reception was great to allow little one to play after long journey. Breakfast good and everywhere clean, convenient for tunnel.

No charging points near bed, no tea/coffee facilities in the room

Very good breakfast buffet, good location close to railway station

Storage for bicycles was in the open (the hotel car park), and was accessible to anyone in the hotel. This was ok, but we had to lock our bikes to railings to feel that they were secure.

We had a medical emergency at breakfast and the young lady at the front desk was extremely helpful in getting us medical services. Love the little town of Calais. Breakfast was buffet with a wide variety of choices

Ontbijt

Kleine kamer,geen washandjes

It was central, on road parking was easy to find and close by. The buffet was amazing for breakfast and the bed was really comfy. The offered English and french sockets to make charging easy.

One of the three rooms did not have working air conditioning.

Exactly as expected for this type of hotel.

Nice staff. Breakfast.

Hard to park. No refrigerator.
