The smell in the room was funny, had to get use to, the noise from the street, I guess it could be a avoided but it keeled me up at night, and when I booked it was suppose to come with breakfast and it didn’t

It was the service, and also the atmosphere just was not what we expected. It was convienient to the reason why we were in LA, but just not us. It was outdated and noisy at nights

J'ai passé un excellent séjour. Le personnel est adorable. Les chambres étaient très propres. Mais c'était un détail. L'emplacement était très pratique à moins de 10mn à pied du métro.

La climatisation qui faisait du bruit et qui avait une odeur un peu forte. La porte de la salle de bain qui coulisse mais ne se ferme pas totalement.Il y avait un interstice avec la chambre.

Super close to crypto arena, friendly staff and the bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in at a hotel!!!

Their food choices were lacking. Out of the option I wanted from a very limited breakfast menu and the espresso machine was broke so no macchiatos or lattes, etc.

It’s literally across Crypto arena.

It is paid parking but that’s common in L.A these days. But it could have been discounted since we are already staying at hotel.

Was across the street from event venue.

Valet parking was mandatory. My car was broken into in and damaged their "secure" parking, no notice, no disclaimer. Was texted next day by attendant who reported, "...my boss says there is nothing we can do for you." They have thus far (2-3 weeks) not responded to my multiple requests for dialog. Room was ridiculously overpriced for this lack of accountability. The only communications channel the advertise is sales@ & info@. Very sketchy, will not be staying there again.

La habitación muy cómoda y las instalaciones bien cuidadas. El personal se preocupó por nosotros en lo que requerimos.

Detalles mínimos, en nuestro caso la grifería de la ducha que era complicada de abrir, igual no lo reportamos, digo, es algo menor que no afectó la experiencia.

It was the perfect place to stay if you are going to an event at the crypto area. It's literally right across the street.

You had to pay to park. There wasn't any free parking for guests.

The customer service from the valets were lovely. The valets were so so kind and opened the door for my partner and I. The front desk was polite and Tony gave great references for places to eat around the area. I would come back again. We were also provided with comfy robes and slippers.

Nothing. This place was perfect!

Property was in great location for my trip clean and convenient.

Rooftop bar great however no bartender was ever available. & parking overnight was expensive.

The front office was a little rude. My hair dryer wasn’t in the room and they have no microwave not even in like a kitchen area downstairs. You have to definitely eat out and that’s a little inconvenient

We attend a basketball game at crypto arena so great location right across the street.

The window to our room was super dirty and the bathroom had something left over from previous visitors.

Excelente ubicación y atención del personal. Nos hospedamos para la Anime Expo y creo que fue el hotel mas indicado para ello. Definitivamente nos hospedaremos ahí en siguientes ocasiones.. Habitaciones de buen tamaño y camas bastante cómodas, y la TV era enorme y fácil de usar.

La regadera de la habitación 720 era algo impredecible. A veces salía buena presión y a veces salía muy poca, solo pasaba con la regadera normal, la de telefono funcionaba perfectamente. La cafetera fugaba por abajo al hacer el 2do café, tuvimos que poner una toalla y mejor decidimos no usarla.

I was attending a conference at the convention center so the hotel was very well placed. Great rooms and very friendly staff.

Unfortunately the breakfast service was not at his best and one day the cook wasn't there on time, I did go at 7am and he still wasn't there, I ended up not having breakfast.

It was close to the venue I was attending.

Probably the A/C unit. It sometimes got too cold in the room.

There was very loud music/party right outside the hotel, only thing to try to drown it out was the AC but it was loud for hours after midnight. One of the staff members was very rude. No microwave in any rooms or communal areas. Shower was extremely difficult to use. TV was not working.

The property is in a great location but you pay to also have a great night sleep and you cannot get that in this property. My stay was of 5 nights and I had to switch 3 times of room. All the rooms they put us in had a very loud noise coming from the A/C and is not a normal loud engine noise, it was a noise thay comes from theA/Cs when they are not well cleaned and the compressor is obstructed. Terrible. I lost my money with this hotel. Very dissapointed.

由於在市中心，附近也常有派對。住了3晚，有2個晚上吵到半夜2-3點還在吵，那個聲音真的讓人無法入睡

La chambre est très bien avec une belle douche et de bons produits A deux pas de la Crypto Arena et au centre de cette grande ville.

La musique dans le bar du 1er étage le samedi. Le bruit est si fort chapeau aux employés de la réception pour supporter ce bruit pendant tout un service. Il y a aussi un club dans la rue derrière extremement bruyant de 22h30 à 2-3h du matin quasi tous les jours.

Hotel cancellation policies are unfair. No provision for vegetarian breakfast. Disappointing experience.

It is like a ghost hotel. No pool. Staff is invisible. They have a beautiful roof top lounge that didn’t open until 5 pm. But worse it closed at 10 pm. We came back from Dodger games and couldn’t get a night cap. And, it was closed on Sunday. A beautiful amenity but did not service guests. Both days we tried to get coffin the morning and they were out of coffee!!

Sehr zentral gelegen. In wenigen Gehminuten in der Downtown oder bei einer Metrostation. Zimmer war sauber und alles notwendige war vorhanden. Bett war sauber und bequem.

Our stay at this hotel was okay but not outstanding in any way. The spaces were clean, the front desk staff was polite and efficient, and our room was spacious. However, the interior design feels a little dated — some chunky furniture in gaudy colors isn’t enough to create a modern boutique atmosphere. A small plus was the good free coffee in the café/breakfast room, though the one employee working there on weekend mornings didn't make much of an effort to be friendly or welcoming. At our request, our room was in a quiet location — we did not experience the loud late night music described by some guests in previous reviews. On weekend nights, we only heard faint bass tones coming from a distance. The windowless bathroom had no functioning fan, so all the humidity always drifted into the room. The gym, advertised on the website as “newly renovated” and “state of the art,” had several malfunctioning or broken machines, and there was visible water damage in one area om the ceiling. Also, a note inside our room incorrectly stated that the gym was open 24/7 (actual hours are 5 a.m. to 11 p.m.). As for parking, the hotel participates in the same system used by many hotels and private lots in the area, making overnight parking anywhere other than hotel valet impossible. This hotel charges $66 per night for parking, taking ample advantage of that setup. Overall, this place doesn’t quite live up to its self attributed image of a “trendy boutique hotel.” It would benefit from more careful maintenance, some design updates, and a more consistently professional, customer-friendly attitude. For what the hotel offers, it’s overpriced.

Localização excelente e quarto muito confortável, os manobristas eram muito rápidos na busca e entrega do carro.

O café da manhã é sofrível, comprar o café na reserva foi um erro. O café tem apenas um rol de opções e não tem uma fruta nem suco, os alimentos da lista são descongelados no microondas, se tivéssemos comprado em um supermercado seria melhor, mais diverso e muito mais barato.

Gostei do hotel, porém de madrugada dava para ouvir o som da balada que estava acontecendo lá fora. Por ser uma área mais central, era fácil encontrar moradores de rua e usuários. Porém me senti segura ao sair andando a pé. Tem muitos lugares por perto como mercados, lojas e cafés. Equipe do hotel muito educada, ótimo atendimento!

Śniadania odbiegały od standardów hoteli tego typu. Okazało się, że są one podawane w plastikowych pudełkach co bardzo negatywnie zaskoczyło. Jedzenie z plastikowego pudełka w hotelowej restauracji wyglądało komicznie. Całkowita ocena pobytu na 7 wynika wyłącznie z jakości śniadań i jak były podane. Brakowało również jakichkolwiek warzyw i owoców.

It is directly across the street from Laker games and other venues. Other sites are within walking distance. The staff were beyond welcoming and helpful.

Keep the coffee brewing. I waited over 15 minutes for a new pot to arrive.
