JW Marriott Los Angeles L.A. LIVE

Everything was excellent, when it comes to service, facilities, location, etc.

This was expensive, and the place was crowded because of the awards show.

The hotel was fine, but their communication is non existent and I am still waiting for them to return the $300 deposit.

That they still owe me money

Buenas instalaciones

Un poco lejos del centro

Non pulite le camere. Asciugamani vecchi e maleodoranti Lenzuola maleodoranti Bagni vecchi Hotel di bassa qualità Peggior JW Marriott

The secure access to guest floors gave me a level of comfort that I appreciated immensely. The lobby is beautiful and the concierge was overly attentive. I had an incredible experience! The food was great and the drinks were amazing , plus the view was breathtaking.

That I had to leave.

Excelent

All is good

Faciliteiten

Locatie.

Great location, friendly staff

Omg! The view was amazing

Well! I think $100.00 valet was a bit extreme over price.

Instalações.

Estava tudo ótimo

Nada.

Internet paga.

Our stay was super fun minutes away from Crypto, Peacock theatre & LA convention center. Our stay came with complimentary tickets to Grammy Museum & food credit

We prepaid via booking but when we got there to check in they said they didn't receive payment so we got double charged but they refunded us once we contacted booking customer service

It was convenient and is in a great area for things to do, the Grammy museum, crypto arena, lots of restaurants. The price is worth the accommodations they have, it was an amazing stay. They have self parking or valet.

I loved how accessible it was to everything in the area. I stayed because I had a concert I was attending at the Crypto, but I didn’t realize how close it was. I thought we might’ve had to cross the street, nope! It was essentially right behind the hotel. Such a great experience and a nice stay. I enjoyed the pool and the dining they had there as well.

Very clean

The busy entrance

Odaların büyüklüğü

Otopark çok pahalı Odalarda terlik konulmamış Su ısıtıcı yok Resepsiyon telefonlara cevap vermiyor

The location and over all set up. Beautiful property

The housekeeping team needs to pay more attention to deep cleaning process

Everything was great, except that they were renovating the lobby when we stayed there and it made a lot of noise and dust.

Everything was great, except that they were renovating the lobby when we stayed there and it made a lot of noise and dust. But renovation needs to happen at some point, so we were just a little unlucky with that.

Gute Lage.

Preise sehr hoch.

The pillows are the worst!!! They go flat like a pancake!!!

Service, accommodations, location

N/A

Close to convention centre but very long walks between conference sessions

The food and food service was not great. The AC was so cold that I was always freezing inside

Perfect location for crypto stadium walking distance rooms were neat and clean great customer service experience

Nothing

one part of reception was renovating and it was very noisy during breakfast.

Beautiful property

In the middle of construction so very noisy

Well run hotel and great staff

Nothing

Everything was close by

Location and facility are great!!!!

Lovely and clean!!

Great. We had tickets for the lakers game super location for this.

Breakfast was expensive. And 2 out of 3 times the staff was extremely slow.

My vehicle sustained damages while in the care of the hotel’s valet staff. They initially denied it happened and I believed the documented evidence they provided as proof was falsified and therefore fraudulent!

The location

The costly deposit hold on my credit card for a stay that was already paid in full

Clean facility, excellent staff

totul

As usual and I can't say for all Marriotts but LA Live JW exceeds any doubts that this is an exceptional Hotel with supportive, conscious customer care but not pretentious in the slightest. Have stayed regularly at LA Live JW, the facilities are clean and spacious, the rooms are spacious the elevators are spacious, it just grabs you the energy and it feels very Welcoming always... 6☆...

Does not live to the name, what a waste.

Frustrated about their “support” when it hardly existing.

Location

Nothing

Very close and safe spot to stay if you are going to the Crypto arena.

For the price and vibe of the Ritz Carlton, could have more amenities like having a microwave.

clean, firm bed and sound proof wall.

none

Loved the location and the comfort of the room

I think it can be a bit upgraded for the price

Ubicacion

Muy viejo y precio

La limpieza y ubicacion

Very close to LA live.

Bed bugs and fire alarm drills. The staff came into our room at 9am to set off the fire alarm.

The location of the hotel is perfect. Right next to the formerly known as the Staples Center. Great restaurant choices between the hotel and its sister hotel next door.

The price for valet parking for hotel guests. Some other items which were out of the hotel’s control.

The room was nice, clean and comfortable. The location is ideal for attending events at Crypto.com areana, Peacock Theater or Grammy museum.

Prices are so high for everything and LA gets you coming and going with sky high taxes and fees on everything. Not the fault of the hotel or Marriott.
