Localisation à proximité immédiate du skytrain. Parking souterrain très pratique. Bon petit déjeuner. Personnel agréable et de bon conseil. Chambre très propre.

Les équipements de la chambre sont un peu vieillots. Globalement l'hôtel m'a semblé plutôt cher compte tenu de sa localisation, et pour une chambre quadruple... mais ce sont les prix de Vancouver...!

The breakfast room isn’t well furnished for breakfast for the number of guests.

Séjour de 7 nuits avec un bébé, l’accueil a été parfait, le personnel est attentif aux détails. Le lit bébé était préparé avec quelques attentions qui font plaisir après de longues heures de voyage. La chambre était propre, bien équipée. L’hôtel est idéalement placé dans Vancouver au pied du Skytrain. Le petit déjeuner est d’excellente qualité. La piscine extérieure est réellement un plus.

Nous avions lu dans les avis qu’on entendais le métro des chambres, on a été agréablement surpris de rien entendre du tout. Nous avons eu raison de pas en tenir rigueur

The location was easily one of the best things about the Holiday Inn Express in Burnaby. It was only about a two-minute walk from Metrotown SkyTrain Station, which made getting around Metro Vancouver very easy and convenient. The hotel is also surrounded by plenty of shops, restaurants, and everyday essentials. Metropolis at Metrotown is nearby and includes Walmart, T&T Supermarket, and many other major retailers. There are also several restaurants and businesses within walking distance, including Earls, Pur & Simple, and Dollarama. I also want to highlight the staff. Everyone I interacted with was professional, kind, and helpful throughout my stay especially Ashley and Brandon. Their customer service was definitely one of the strongest aspects of the hotel.

Unfortunately, the condition of the hotel was extremely disappointing. I had to change rooms three times during my stay because I was unhappy with the rooms I was given. The rooms felt old, damp, poorly ventilated, and generally underwhelming. Cleanliness was also a concern. I found cobwebs in my room, and the overall space did not feel properly cleaned or maintained. Wallpaper was peeling from one corner of the room, and several of the ceilings had unusual bulges or uneven shapes that made the rooms feel even more poorly maintained. One of the refrigerators had a very strong and unpleasant smell, which made the room even more uncomfortable. The infrastructure throughout the rooms also felt dated and neglected. In one room, the air-conditioning unit was sitting on the floor and being propped up by two bricks. I was told that this was one of the more upgraded rooms, which made the situation even more surprising. The rooms felt stuffy and damp, and I did not sleep well during my stay. I actually found myself trying to spend as little time at the hotel as possible because I did not feel comfortable relaxing there. That was especially disappointing because, when I am travelling, I want my hotel room to feel like a clean and comfortable place to return to at the end of the day. On my second day, the hotel was giving guests Tim Hortons gift cards because there was apparently an issue with breakfast. I appreciated the gesture, but I personally do not enjoy Tim Hortons and would have preferred the hotel breakfast that I had expected as part of my stay. After that experience, I did not return for breakfast and instead went to restaurants in the surrounding area. I will be uploading photos so that people can see the condition of the rooms for themselves. I would caution future guests not to rely entirely on the promotional photos online, because what I experienced did not match the impression I had when booking. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this hotel.

スタッフがとても親切で良かった｡ 朝食も良かった｡混んでいて座れなさそうな時もあった｡食べ物がすぐに補充されていた｡

朝食会場が混んでいて座る場所を探すのに苦労していたが、1人の人がコンピュータを広げて何かをしていた｡スタッフはその人を他へ移るように促していなかった｡客が座る所がなくてもスタッフはお構いなしだった。

Very convenient location - really close to the skytrain and the mall. Nice outdoor heated pool open almost all day.

Breakfast was ok not great, not too many options to choose from.

Stayed here for a few nights and had no complaints. Breakfast was really good, plenty to choose from and they kept it topped up even later in the morning. The metro is basically right outside the door, which made getting around easy. Staff were friendly and actually helpful when we had questions. Would stay again.

Staff were excellent. Customer service excellent as well. We were not satisfied with the very small room overlooking the roof with the mechanical structures. Called front desk. Literally, within minutes the manager arrived and offered us keys to a much better room. Even gave so a great basket of fruit and goodies for the inconvenience. Staff in breakfast room very friendly. Kept place clean. Pleased to see hiring of people with all levels of abilities.

Access and directions to the parking lot could have been better.

Un séjour de 12 nuits dans cet. hôtel qui a parfaitement répondu à toutes nos attentes .....personnel hyper professionnel et toujours disponible, équipements très satisfaisants Situation idéale dans Vancouver avec le Skytrain en face et donc Waterfront et Canada Place se trouve à 20min. Un quartier très chouette avec des restos, et un Mall impressionnant tout près ! Un hôtel à recommander sans hésitation ! Die Lage war super, sowohl zur Bahn als auch direkt neben dem Einkaufszentrum. Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Beim Frühstück wurde uns sogar direkt am Tisch Wasser angeboten. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

I think the best parts are the family friendly amenities. This hotel anticipates all of our needs. A kettle, microwave, and fridge, all clean and in great working order. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great, with awesome service. The pool is outside.

It was all fine. There was nothing stand out bad.

Great location, right across from the sky train station which made it easy to get into Vancouver. I also liked that visitors needed keys to access the lobby and elevator, appreciate the extra security. Breakfast was great

The room was quiet and looked freshly redone. No wear and tear and the bed and pillows were great. Overlooked the quiet side. Staff are extremely pleasant.the meal room is clean abd well attended. Easter eggs.Hash browns.

I would say some pastries that are not gooey, like mini chocolate croissants would be a good change up.

Location and the great staff

Friendly staff and always in good spirits, pool was open until 10pm. Continental breakfast from 6 am to 10am. Good location for shopping at Metrotown or hop on the SkyTrain and go downtown Vancouver.

Great location and breakfast! Staff is awesome. Rooms are clean but needed improvement like handheld shower, esp if you have kids and seniors. Would stay here again!

房間床旁的冷暖機，與床之間只有一人的距離，噪音大及吹風口對著床吹，以致睡眠品質很差，2天後，將冷暖機關閉，才有好眠。 浴室淋浴器不好用，調成上沖模式，下面的水龍頭依然出水，以致上沖淋浴水量就較小，後來調到集中水量，才有較大水注，較容易清洗，建議加裝手持蓮蓬頭

Every staff member treated us with such genuine kindness. The breakfast exceeded my expectations by having so many options. Being right at metrotown- I couldn't have asked for a better location.

It was very expensive but I understand it's summertime and it costs a lot everywhere.

Great location skytrain and busses are right across the street so you can enjoy the whole city

Th location was perfect for what we needed. Close to Metrotown Mall, SFU and skytrain. Lots of restaurants nearby, and a great breakfast.

The heated pool was nice and warm, but a hot tub would be great to relax in on the pool deck as well.

Could not get a receipt from the hotel when I check out because the room was booked thru Booking.com. Very frustrating to get the documents needed for claiming from employer
