Room was good and beds comfy. Breakfast was included and suprisingly good. Liked the fact that we could get complementary nespresso coffee in the lobby. Gym was small but sufficient for a basic work out. Laudry room came in handy and was very reasonably.

$500 a night is a bit pricey for ONE ROOM, lucky I only paid $400 a night...still a little steap for a small, older hotel in Burnaby. But I guess it is the "thing" for concert or other event pricing in Vancouver area! ?? 🙃

Not a great location. Price not bad for this time of year I guess. Breakfast was really good. Everything a person needs. Bed was a little hard for my back. Pool was nice. For two nights it was good. First time to Vancouver. 👍🏼

Sehr freundliches Personal, was auch immer sehr hilfreich war, der Pool war nett, gute Verkehrsverbindung, der Weg zur Expo-Line ist nicht so weit.

Unser Zimmer war nahe der Straße und der Verkehr war deutlich zu hören.

Great as usual. Friendly staff, very comfortable, tasty breakfast, clean and spacious rooms, wonderful facilities including..ice, laundry, pool, fitness, iron ( which I needed) convenient location to stores and restaurants and to the Scandifest which we were visiting. Great value too.

It is surprisingly quiet, just off the main road with easy access to so many city features. Close enough to “downtown” yet far enough from the busyness of needed.

The staffs were friendly and accommodating to me and my dog choosing a room that's more accessible to the stairs also dog friendly with all the floors instead of carpet.

There was no shampoo or conditioner left in my unit. I should have let the staffs know about it before I showered but it was already too late. Hopefully this was just a fluke.

The hotel was quiet and the bed was comfortable.

I was surprised that there are no vegetables served at breakfasts and the breakfasts are very American oriented - you either have scrambled eggs and meat or waffles/pancakes/cereal. I'm used to far more varied breakfast offer in other BW hotels - vegetables and some items for sandwiches at least. Other BW hotels in this standard offer local cold meats, cheeses, fish etc. It is moren of an upgraded motel than a hotel actually.

Was clean, walking distance to a lot of places, sky train the mall. Staff were great, free breakfast was good. Security staff at night were great too. We enjoy staying here whenever we have to go to Vancouver!

Property was inexpensive and close to a variety of different stores. Very clean, friendly staff, extremely comfortable beds.

La seule chose à reprocher est le bruit. Malgré le double vitrage, la bonne isolation des murs....Le bruit était très présent. Il y avait pourtant une énorme différence entre l'intérieur de l'hôtel et l'extérieur mais...très bruyant.

Het ontbijt voldeed niet aan de verwachtingen, itt wat in de eerdere reviews staat. Weinig keus om gezond te kunnen eten, weinig fruit, noten, muesli etc en geen yoghurt. We hebben eigen voorraden gebruikt.

Perfect location, nice ambiance , clean room and premises, excellent staffs. I initially paid for one night but ended up paying for two to show you how much I loved it and did not want to leave. I highly recommend.

Staff was super helpful and kind. Location may be abit far from Expo line (Royal Oak Station is the nearest, a pleasant walk though. But if you walk a little more and you've arrived Metrotown.), but there's a bus stop right in front of the hotel. Kingsway is a major road leading to main places so location is prime in itself. Room is well maintained and we'll cleaned day after day. Breakfast is very good for this price range. No parking charge is great. Free coffee 24/7 at the lobby. Alot more nice things I can't recall.

Spoons, forks and knives in the diners are awful, poorly washed and put out wet, and I mean POORLY WASHED, as we can see yellowish water and moist stains on them. Scared the daylights out of me. Diners on ground floor could use a major renovation. We got lucky breakfast was moved to second floor which was much cleaner and more pleasant.

The aircon is too loud, the bathtub is clogged, the aircon and the coffee machine is not plugged we have to move the appliances just to plugged the aircon and the coffee machine.

They didn’t respond to any messages at all on booking.com. There was no soap which was awful after a long day of travel. The bathtub was extremely slippery (which I messaged the hotel about).

Breakfast is the best! So many options from hot to cold and the staff are so welcoming and friendly.

The room was clean and comfortable.

The front desk clerk announced what room I was in while a person (male) was standing behind me waiting to be checked in. That is a big NO-NO for safety reasons, especially because I was a female traveling alone. These hotels need to train their employees NOT to do that!

We lived in this hotel with our kids for 8 days, and everything was great. I would highly recommend this place to families. The room was perfect for a family of four. It's furnished with up to date appliances, such as USB and type-c charging ports, microwave, fridge, and powerful hair dryer. Furniture and appliances look newish and in good condition to use. We enjoyed the free breakfast that came with the room, although it's simple western style breakfast, there were enough choices and everything was fresh and delicious. My kids loved the waffle maker and pancake maker, they had a lot of fun building their own breakfast every morning. The staff were very friendly. Location of the hotel is also great, with walk-able distance to wholesale stores, Danny's breakfast, lots of good restaurants, Metrotown center, and Royal Oak station, easy to go around.

Мне очень понравилась обратная связь с отелем. Я приехал из далекой страны, чьи международные карточки сейчас не работают. Поэтому было здорово оплатить проживание наличными. Гостиница в пешей доступности от метро, мне было очень удобно добираться до Waterfront, чтобы быстро доехать до Canada Place, где проходила международная конференция. Персоналом доволен, решали быстро технические вопросы, приветливые. Я бы с удовольствием еще раз здесь оказался!

Не было трансмиттеров с европейским и североамериканским электричеством. Но это не оказалось критичным (магазины рядом), поменьше работал с ноутбуке, а больше отдыхал в Ванкувере 😄 Еще бы разнообразить завтраки. За неделю слишком приелся к омлету, бекону, ветчине и картошке.

Passables Hotel im Motelstyle. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, sauber, gut ausgestattet und die Betten bequem. Die Erdgeschoßzimmer leiden unter starken Geräuschbelästigungen durch die Bewohner der darüber gelegenen Zimmer auf Grund der Holzböden ohne Trittschallisolierung. Das Frühstück ist US, CA Standard für Hotels in dieser Preisklasse. Nichts besonderes, aber auch nicht ungenießbar.

Weniger Plastik und Einweggeschirr beim Frühstück. Böden die nicht jeden Schritt der Bewohner aus den darüber liegenden Zimmern verstärkt abgeben.
