Poloha v dobré dostupnosti k příměstskému vlaku, v blízkosti velké nákupní centrum a přímo přes cestu menší nákupní centrum. Relativně prostorný pokoj, velká sprcha, koupelna obecně velmi dobrá. Krásný výhled na okolí. Personál v pořádku.

Nefungující 1 výtah ze 3, co vedlo opravdu k dlouhému čekání. Nedalo se využít žádné schodiště jako alternativa k výtahu, zkoušeli jsme požární, ale bylo zamknuté tak, že zpět bychom se na jiném patře do chodby nedostali. Opakující se snídaně, vlastně jen vajíčka na sto způsobů a nebo něco sladkého. Bazén malý a neustále plný. K tomu hygiena slabá, nikdo bazén nehlídal, takže za naší přítomnosti klidně vešla nějaká paní v kozačkách přímo z ulice, obešla bazén a posadila se na židli. Vůbec nikomu tam nevadilo, že tam dělá binec z těch bot, prochází se tou vybabranou vodou. Schází větší stůl na pokoji. Sice byla kuchyňská linka, ale jídelní stůl chyběl.

We enjoyed the view. The bed was comfortable. We enjoyed the quiet and the fact that we were close to other guests whom we traveled with. The smoothies were great. The reception common area was nice as we entertained guests in the common area while they visited. We enjoyed the corner room.

The breakfast choices could have been better. The hours for breakfast should be extended for those who are vacationing and do not want to wake up early.

The room was functional and clean. The b’fast was very good and its dining area was very modern, stylish with a great city view. We stayed in the room with two queen size beds which had a nice kitchen and a big sized fridge. The Hotel is dog friendly (without the additional cost) so that was a big bonus for us with our furry baby.

Clean, modern feel. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Checking in/out and parking was easy and seamless. The staff was friendly.

We had a very pleasant stay here at the Element Vancouver Metrotown. The staff were all super nice and the rooms were very comfortable. I definitely would recommend checking this place out when staying in the area. This was an awesome spot since it was so close to Metrotown and the highway. Definitely would come stay here again.

I like the location and the surrounding area, it's close to the metro system and shopping mall. Also some supermarkets and restaurants nearby so I don't have to worry about where to bring my family. Would definitely come back again for this convenient spot. Room facilities are new and clean, equipments are well-maintained and the beds are comfy. Staffs were all very friendly, they helped us stored our luggages for a few days when we were away to other cities. Small vending area at the lobby can save your night when you're hungry but don't want to go out.

I like the cleanness of the room ans facilities and the convenience that this location is close to everything you need, such as public transports and shopping mall. Would recommend to anyone seeking for comfy accommodation near public transportation system.

The facilities were spotlessly clean. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable with large soft pillows. All the staff were friendly, cheerful and helpful. It was the perfect location for us to attend our grandson’s soccer games and have Thanksgiving dinner with family in Vancouver. We appreciated the delicious breakfast being included in the price. Overall, a wonderful experience. We would definitely stay here again.

I stayed at Element for one week and this was my 6th stay. My experience has gone from good (back in 2018) to average to barely ok this time. I have stayed in all room types in the past visits, from suites to double queen beds to one king bed. This time I stayed in the studio king (Room XX12) which is the type I used to book when I’m travelling alone. I requested high floor because the hotel is facing Kingsway where, from time to time, police cars and fire engines will pass through in the middle of the night. Wear earplugs if you do not want to be awakened by the sirens at night (it happened every night during my stay, what went wrong in Vancouver?! I felt sorry for the residents living along Kingsway!) Or choose those rooms where they are not facing the main road. ( I think the double room and one of the suites are quieter) I know this kind of outside noise cannot be controlled and it is not fair to complain the hotel, but for travellers like me who flew in long-haul would definitely want a good rest and this is just annoying. Apart from the outside noise, I found that the early morning noise from the corridor also very disturbing. Starting from around 5:30am everyday, I could hear the nearby doors opened and closed very loudly several times. I wondered if it is the hotel staff routine schedule in the linen room or some weird guests. I had encountered similar experience when I stayed here one year ago, but this time is even worse. I noticed the hotel has partially renovated the common area after my last visit, why didn’t they improve the sound proof and change the door locks, especially the ones the staff would use frequently? Another issue is the overall cleanliness of the room. I found stain on the bathroom walls, smell from the toilet, and dust on the bedside tables. Also, the housekeeping knocked on my door at 9:45am to do housekeeping?! Ok I forgot to put up the ‘do not disturb’ magnet on the door….. all the disruptions from midnight to early morning hardly provided me with a comfortable environment to rest.

Easy to find, friendly helpful staff. Explained where all the facilities were located. As I was only staying one night with early morning departure didn’t get to use any. Great location for the area. Very comfortable bed and pillows.

Elements hotel was very nice. Friendly staff, clean accommodations, room was a studio so a lot of stuff in a small space but it was fine only a couple of nights. Breakfast provided was good too! Located in Metrotown across from a mall and grocery store. A couple of blocks to transit station. Connected to hotel was the restaurant Trattoria! Went there for lunch, dinner and late night snack during our stay. Food was delicious, service impeccable and reasonably priced. Too bad hotel doesn’t work out arrangement with restaurant for staying guests to get a discount. Win win for both!

I love the location! Element Hotel is a walking distance to the Metropolis mall, grocery store right across the street. It is safe to walk around. There are many restaurants to pick from and the place is clean. The staff are very nice and friendly. We will be back again!
