The Pierside Santa Monica

Location was good, stores and foods are close by.

Unfortunately due to weather and damages to the boiler, there was no hot water throughout our entire stay.

People were very nice.

El hotel disponía de una gran cantidad de servicios para disfrutar de los días en la playa: sillas, sombrillas, tablas de surf, skate, toallas...

Durante nuestra estancia (3 noches) no tuvimos agua caliente ningún día debido a una avería. Fue un gran inconveniente y no nos dieron ninguna alternativa.

Schön eingerichtetes Zimmer mit toller Aussicht an sehr guter Lage. Nettes und freundliches Personal an der Reception; es gab während unseres Aufenthalts ein Problem mit dem Warmwasser und wir wurden immer informiert und um Verständnis gebeten.

Frühstücksraum - zu kalt (Klimaanlage) und die Musik war viel(!) zu laut. Eine normale Unterhaltung war fast nicht möglich. Der „Regular Kaffe“ war nicht gut - sehr bitter, die Latte war ok.

Unico neo, il secondo giorno si è rotta la caldaia quindi niente acqua calda, e per due giorni non era disponibile. Per farsi perdonare hanno offerto la colazione, ottima e di qualità

The front desk staff were very helpful, friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean and generally a good size for us as a family. Good amenities and products in the bathroom. The location was spot on in terms of access to Santa Monica and Venice Beach.

The bathroom was a little small for the bedroom. The price for the night was a little high given the general rating and calibre of the hotel - so in terms of value, it was ok but not great.

Towels, beach umbrella, surfboards, and body boards to check out and enjoy so that you can pack you clothes and that’s all you need.

Hôtel très propre, très bien placé, personnel accueillant et chaleureux, chambre spacieuse et silencieuse bien que donnant sur la rue; à recommander !

la surprise à l'arrivée avec un déposit de $400 encaissé immédiatement. Je n'avais pas lu ceci en réservant et après vérification, je n'ai pas su trouver cette information. Très mauvaise surprise niveau budget vacances bien que cette somme soit remboursée 72h environ après le départ

The location, friendly staff, and the weekend yoga activity is amazing.

This property is amazing. The rooms feel very boutique and not cookie cutter like chain hotels. Everything was amazing. They have an ice machine and filtered water right outside the room. They even provide you with a water bottle. You are right across the street from the entrance to the Santa Monica pier. There is so much shopping and restaurants just steps away. Everybody that works there is incredibly nice. This was the best part of my vacation and would absolutely stay there again.

La posizione della struttura è fantastica. Praticamente a 100 metri dal Pier di Santa Monica. Servizi come noleggio eBike (gratis prima ora), noleggio gratuito di skateboard, tavole da surf, sdraio e giochi mare. Abbiamo anche cenato nel ristorante dell’hotel e siamo stati decisamente soddisfatti. Il prezzo è in linea con la qualità dei servizi offerti e con la fantastica posizione.

La gentillesse des personnes de l’accueil et de l’hôtel en général. La possibilité d’emprunter des bodyboards et des chaises de plage facilement. Les chambres sont bien décorées et très propres.

La piscine collée à l’autoroute n’est pas très agréable.

Wir haben sehr gerne im The Pierside in Santa Monica übernachtet. Die zentrale Lage hat uns besonders gut gefallen – der Santa Monica Pier ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Von hier aus lassen sich auch andere Sehenswürdigkeiten wie Hollywood oder Beverly Hills problemlos mit dem Taxi oder dem eigenen Auto erreichen. Das Personal war durchweg sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer waren geschmackvoll und gut eingerichtet, sodass wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt haben. Wir können das Hotel definitiv weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder hier übernachten!

Emplacement idéal pour profiter de Santa Monica, à 3 minutes a pied du Pier et de la plage. Chambre correcte, bien décorée et bien équipée. L'hôtel prête volontiers tout le nécessaire pour profiter de la plage (parasol, chaises, serviettes) et c'est très appréciable. Le restaurant au rdc est assez bon et il y a aussi des restaurants et cafés sympa dans un rayon de 5 minutes à pied autour de l'hôtel.

Dommage qu'aucun commentaire précédent ne fait référence a l'autoroute qui passe au bord de l'hôtel... car c'est extrêmement bruyant du côté de l'autoroute avec un tunnel a proximité... et il ne faut pas oublier que nous sommes aux usa, donc les moteurs des voitures ne sont pas des 1.2L comme en France ... ici ils chantent fort et toute la nuit ! Un conseil, pensez juste a demander une chambre côté rue et descendez profiter de la plage car la piscine aussi est bordée par l'autoroute donc elle n'est pas agréable du tout (dommage car elle est plutôt belle).

Hôtel bien situé, prêt de chaise et serviette pour la plage, mer et commerces tout proche. Très bonne viennoiserie.

Lit canapé non fait à l’arrivée, obligé de téléphoner et d’attendre 25 minutes, crème corporelle mis dans la douche à la place du gel douche, obligé de rappeler et d’attendre, matelas et sommier du canapé lit inconfortable, une couette nous a été prêtée pour diminuer l’inconfort! Petit déjeuner bon mais pas assez de choix. Panne de la machine à cappuccino, alors qu’on en avait commandés. Nous avons commandé des œufs brouillés nous avons eu des omelettes déposées à l’extrémité de la table et pas devant nous. Sel et poivre à demander idem pour le sucre. Bref…

Short staffed in the donation - not great service at breakfast. Emanuel deserves a big raise. He was wonderful and doing the job of three people. The pool are needs more umbrellas- hard to find any shade.

Der Preis für den Parkplatz ist viel zu teuer. Außerdem sollte bei dem Preis ein Frühstück inklusive sein.

The property is in a great location, very clean hotel and rooms. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

La seule chose positive de cet établissement est sa position. Chambre et literie médiocre, la deco est sympathique mais ne sauve pas l’établissement. Petite salle de sport.

Le nettoyage, les équipements, la literie, les finitions correspondent à un 3 étoiles en Europe. Hotel médiocre et service client inesistente. Lors de la réservation et après noté séjour malgré plusieurs emails sans réponse et un appel, nous n’avons toujours pas reçu une réponse… pas de service clients.

Attention à ne pas vous faire avoir avec le Valet parking à 68$. Propose en force ! Parking public juste en face à 15-20$ et 1 min à pied de l’hôtel.

Close to the sea. Friendly staff. Services are great. They offer everything you need for the beach: towels, chairs, bodyboards, frisbees, balls…

Valet is a little bit too expensive, but there a public parking in front of the hotel.

I liked the location, next to the pier. And having a valet. That’s all :)

The room wasn’t properly cleaned. Worn out and shredded bed sheets. Pieces of hair at bathroom door hinges. It was already 4pm and our room wasn’t cleaned and we were gone the whole day. For the price you pay you would expect at least the basics. I will not return here :)

Mi trovo più transazioni addebitate sul mio conto corrente e non ci vedo chiaro, il deposito ancora non lo vedo riaccreditato e il deposito di un importo quasi come il costo della notte mi sembra eccessivo

Ubicado enfrente del Pier de Santa Mónica y cerca de todas las tiendas.Parking público 24 horas al lado con tarifa de 20 USD durante la semana.Pero ojo! La tarifa se calcula cada día de nuevo.No son 24 h reales. Va por días. No hay ruido en las habitaciones provenientes de la calle.

Very noisy AC unit, and could also hear the noise from road as my room faced the highway. The younger staff were ok - not very friendly or welcoming.

We loved the location of this hotel, the pool was really spacious and never overcrowded. The staff were excellent, there was an overbooking of rooms and we were put in the accessible room which was smaller than the one we paid for and had no working fridge. The team let us use their fridge and applied a $50 credit...it was probably still not the difference we paid for the original room but we got breakfast with it the next day, so we felt compensated. They also moves us to the ro we had booked the next day. We loved the beach chairs, games, boards, and towels that could be taken out for free. The Surfing Fox had lovely food, but service was very slow the morning we went in. Very small but functional gym, overlooking the park. If you want to run, it's a lot nicer outside.

BEWARE the Zybra bikes!!! The first hour is free but the $20 charge per hour after that is per bike, not 2 bikes as suggested on your guest pass. We got stung for $90 each after taking 2 bikes out for 5 hours. There's a rental place nearby, definitely use that. Or, be back within the hour. The accessible room we got given the first night would not have been suitable for someone who needed an accessible room. The bathroom door was impossible to slide, the toilet seat was broken, the space between the bed and cupboard was very small, and the fridge didn't work. Thankfully, we were moved for nights 2 and 3.

ロケーションは最高、館内の雰囲気も明るくお洒落です。お部屋はそれ程広くはないですが、我が家でくつろいでいるような居心地の良さでした。ビーチヨガに参加してドリンクのチケットをもらったり、電動自転車を借りてサイクリングもしました。どちらも無料です。 メトロの駅がすぐで、市中まで出かけることも出来ます。バスはハードルが高いですがメトロなら大丈夫。人混みと暑さに疲れてホテルに帰ってくるとホッとしました。1階のカフェレストランもそれ程高くなく、美味しいビールで食事が出来ます。 個人的に好みがバッチリ👌素敵な宿でした。

唯一もし可能なら可動式のシャワーを取り入れて欲しいです。 日本の入浴習慣からすると固定式のシャワーは非常に使いづらい。

Excelente la atención del personal. El hotel, muy bien ubicado y las instalaciones excelentes. Le agregaría una cama adicional, en vez del sofá. Después todo genial!

L'emplacement est super bien situé près du Pier. La déco du lobby est sympa et la chambre est bien avec une belle salle de bain mais petite.

Nous avions une chambre avec un canapé lit pour nos enfants. Quand nous sommes arrivés il n'y avait pas de draps ni couvertures pour faire le lit. Malgré 3 appels à la réception durant lesquels la reception nous assurait très gentillement que la femme de ménage allait venir faire le lit ( ou au moins apporter les draps et couverture) personne n'est jamais venu. Notre fils de 11 ans a donc dormi avec nous. Lorsque j'ai fait remarqué cela le lendemain à la réception, aucune excuse de leur part, ils ont juste dit qu'ils enverraient (encore) qqn. Je trouve ça en dessous des services d'un hotel 4 étoiles et de ce prix.
