Functional good value

No toaster in room

Easy to park outside, complimentary coffee in the morning, you don’t have to wait for the lift upstairs, bed was comfortable.

The bed was quite small for two people, there also wasn’t a freezer compartment in the fridge which made it difficult for us as we use a cooler daily for baby milk. The ice machine also wasn’t working and the complimentary coffee machine had run out of coffee and hadn’t been topped up.

I like how we had access to the penthouse to have dinner and our complementary breakfast in the morning. It was really nice.

탁 트인 뷰가 좋았습니다. 동네 특성상 고층 건물이라 해봐야 이 곳 호텔 말고 없기 때문입니다.

아침식사는 별로였습니다. 제가 한국사람이라 한국 호텔 경험이 많아서 그런지 비교가 많이 되네요. 그리고 동남아나 대만과 같은 곳도 이 곳과 비슷한 등급의 호텔은 더 고퀄리티의 조식이 나옵니다. 이곳의 조식은 종류도 부족하고, 음료도 자유롭게 마시기 어려웠습니다.

The location was great. The bed was comfortable.

The hall smelled musty. The bath room was so small the door practically scraped the toilet. Also there was not a bathroom vent.The wall paper in the room seemed old and was crumbly and starting to peel off. No place to set the suitcases.

Close to Long Beach airport. And shuttle most of time from airport. If not, they use a cab. Excellent breakfast.

Shuttle wasn’t running at time included. Took a cab as suggested. Hotel gave driver a coupon but driver wasn’t happy w that. Made ride less pleasant.

We ate Dinner at the Rooftop restaurant,which was very good ,but I think they should inform customers before that there is an extra service charge if they are serving a table of more than 5 people I dint like it but Anyway the Lady said that America

What I dint like is they wanted to charge my Card 88Dollars of things we dint spend .

I have contacted the hotel multiple times regarding the refund of my safety deposit and received only 1 response, with no further action to follow. I am still awaiting the refund on 2 safety deposits taken for 2 separate bookings.

The staff was very friendly front desk the restaurant and the service room Beatrice was super nice. We loved it.

The beds were not as comfortable the sizes a little on the small side. The restroom fan wasn't working so when we dropped a bomb it would stink the whole room. Other than that it was okay.

Friendly staff, walking distance to lots of things, clean and comfortable.

The wifi was slow and would disconnect randomly.

We checked in to our room #1201 with a broken toilet and we wasted time having to wait for someone to come fix it. The next morning at 5am, we were woken up by the loud noises coming from above the room. Sounded like many chairs being dragged around. Upon checking out, I informed the staff about the noise and asked what was above our room and she said "it's the restaurant" with a stone cold face and didn't even bother to apologize. Terrible customer service.

Hotel needs remodel, furniture getting old and the carpet doesn't look dirty but it has a bad odor. I have allergies and the odor made me feel worst, the good thing was that I laways carried a deodorizer with me.

I like that there is a Penthouse Restaurant. The nachos and margaritas were delicious. We purchased breakfast with our stay. It was served in the Penthouse Restaurant, and it was also delicious.

The ice machine was only on the first floor. But the map said they were on every other floor. Walk around 3 floors before I found out, I needed to go down to the first floor.

The breakfast was nice. The location was convenient. We were leaving for a cruise the next day.

It looked as if someone was having a personal party in the pool area. It seemed like we were in their way.

I was greated via text which works for me. However when I submitted a request there was no response. The next text was thanking me for my stay. The ice machine was self serve, meaning and ice scoop and the was was from a small sink faucet.

The pool was consumed by a very large family that look to be throwing a gathering,the whole time we were.there .we made 6 attempt to go to the pool.and the same large family of 15, or more consumed every aspect of that facility. The front desk employes were not friendly, and couldn't find any staff to ask for a extra towel. Rooms are small an awkward. due to the shape of the hotel. The bathroom had no fan for ventilation. I was completely disappointed for what I paid. Never again would I stay here and wouldn't recommend it.

Beds a littler firmer than expected

This hotel has been prime location for many years. It sits close to LB airport & multiple freeways. It has been a staple in the community serving Long Beach, Lakewood, Bellflower & Downey areas.I have stayed here many times. It’s been around a long time. Very Reliable for an affordable stay.

The rooms could use upgrade. The bathroom had a shower that did not work, bath tub fixture hanging out of wall w no to low running water. The carpet was dirty, smelled like smoke. The restaurant at top still has nice view, but the food is horrible. Could use upgrade. It’s a smoke free building. Someone vaped in the building (smoke free building) The fire alarm went off in early am. Unable to shower due to shower and tub not working properly. Check out is 11 or 12pm . Very disappointed in the hotel due to not being able to shower. Cost of room $341 not worth it when the rooms don’t have showers that work.
