Staybridge Suites - Long Beach Airport by IHG

I loved the location! Very clean and comfortable will stay here again!

Very nice breakfast convenient location

To much road noise access in and out was not good

The staff was very helpful

Parking was tuff

Ive stayed at alot of hotels and you'll by far exceeded all the others!! Everyone was super accommodating. I had some issues regarding my travel and you all helped me with everything I was worried about.

Loved the desk Scott excellent Pool exercise and hot tub great Good price Breakfast amazing Love free wash and dryer We are following HISTORIC RT66 and plan to stay at IHG hotels You should put together a package for tourists

We extended the stay by one day and yoi process is to reregister i thinks thata a waste of resources.

Best breakfast on weekend - biscuit and gravy (smile)

lack of rack for hang towel after shower = needs one more extra rack in bathroom

Best breakfast and kitchen feel like a home

N/a

It was nice and had a kitchen

We left a brand new hat and shirt with tags in a gift bag in the room and they denied we left it

Room was very spacious and clean.

No complaints

i enjoyed the breakfast option, the location was perfect and i like that there was surrounding stores to eat in walking distance.

The staff took a little long to answer us for checking in

Clean, great location, limited parking

A little pricey

It was very clean. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast buffet was great.

There wasn’t enough parking spaces for all the people staying there. And I still have not received my receipt via email.

Room layout and kitchen

Faucet was broken had to move to funky smelling room no mat for tub it was slippery and smelled like smokers

Para mi la ubicación era perfecta Estaba muy cercas de todo lo buscábamos

Todo vien

great

there wasn't a full length mirror in the room

We booked one night at Staybridge before going to another hotel closer to the LB Port Terminal. The location of Staybridge is right behind the Holiday Inn which made for some cramped parking, but we were able to find a good spot in the front row with EV chargers. Parking is regularly $15 per night, so be ready for that. We did enjoy the complimentary breakfast; the dining room staff did a great job cleaning and stocking for all the guests. We checked out on 6/14 and the young woman at Guest Services mistakenly charged me twice for our stay. I was able to contact Staybridge and Jaime (you are a rock-star) cross-referenced my stay with Booking.com and processed our refund. Thank you for all your help!

At arrival we were greeted with a subdued Front Desk employee; not rude but not friendly. We went up to the 6th floor which reeked of marijuana. Thankfully our suite did not smell, so no issue there, but for those who are sensitive to that smell, just be aware.

Safe and clean. Beautiful

Nothing

Location

Cleanliness - the grime in the room made me fear for the unseen critters. Loud noises from upstairs all night - it was like a rave up there. Expensive parking. Mediocre breakfast.

Comfortable

Location and expensive

Kitchen in the room

House keeping was really not good. We have to wait for bath towel for more then 1 hour and eventually need to go to front desk to collect.

Everything was great check in was quick and easy check out as well. Breakfast was great many options to choose from area was very clean. Overall very clean

They charge for parking which comes off your deposit $15.

Close to airport. Close to shopping. Quick access to highway, and complimentary breakfast.

Cook top in our room did not work properly. Light above cookbook was missing.

Location

House keeping unreliable

Great location, VERY clean!

Staff didn't seem very motivated, when asking for extra towels we had to ask multiple times, receipt we asked for was not provided, manager call we asked for has not happened. Fridge was so loud that we had to unplug it to be able to sleep!

Everything

Nothing

Lobby lounge area pool

Nothing

Great breakfast and great staff. Perfect studio room

Nothing.

Alles perfekt. Gerne wieder!

Property was

I think the breakfast was good. The staff was sweet.

I didn't like the fact that they didn't have a shuttle to the cruise line except as a hidden fee that I was only told as a matter of fact, nor did they have a restaurant we had to go to the property nextdoor.

Great facility! Great amenities

Parking was not great

The rooms are very spacious, plenty of space for 4 adult size people. The breakfast was great. They were right next to the airport which was a bonus.

The location is not great if you do not have a vehicle. The bus stop is close. They need a deal not just do those that park and ride to get to the cruise ships without paying for an uber.

Staff very personal, clean and accommodating.

Staff totally ignored me standing at the counter waiting to check in. After I pointed out that it was rude and unprofessional to not acknowledge a guest right away she apologized but referred me to another staff to check in. I'm a professional who works in the Hospitality Industry and I know that you don't get a second chance to make a first impression!

Stated above. Great location for the event I attended. Nice breakfast, food well stocked. Room clean. Beds comfortable. I am a IHG Rewards Member and they didn't ask me that upon check-in so that I could receive my rewards points. Also, I didn't get a bill or receipt after checking out. Not the excellent customer service that I expected.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent!

Located in an area that was easy on and easy off the freeway. Lots of parking. Large, comfy room. It fit 5 people.

It was nice and clean.

There wasn’t anything that I didn’t like.

I like everything, The Room, The Food & Amenities.

I was expecting the pool to be heated, that’s what it says on the amenities.

Property was cleaned. Staff were friendly , area was peaceful . The room that I stayed at was neat and comfortable.

The only issue I had was the shower drain had a bad smell.

I stayed here with my 6-month-old and 3-year-old, and it was a fantastic experience. The room was exceptionally clean, which made our stay very comfortable. The room was spacious and equipped with kitchen facilities highly recommended for families or those traveling with kids. The breakfast was great with a wide variety of options: warm scrambled eggs, sausages, roasted potatoes, self-serve waffles, various breads/bagels, juices, coffee, and fresh fruit. Also, the parking lot is large, so parking was never an issue. I loved that the elevator goes directly from the lobby to the rooms, making it very easy to move around with strollers and luggage.

I liked having the option of a full kitchen. I needed an extra blanket, they brought it up to us. The front desk person Scott was excellent. Very engaging and helpful. The hotel was extremely clean. The breakfast was wonderful.

Nothing!

It was great. Very comfortable bed and room. Close to the airport.

I could have used a jacuzzi, but other than that it was fine.

The breakfast was served hot and delicious. The seats were perfectly comfortable and clean. Overall I am impressed with this establishment. Would absolutely book here again

I feel like there could have been more beverage options but still some good options overall not much of a complaint

Easy on and off access to the freeway

It seemed very small

Great value.

Nice room and friendly staff

Adequate, but no bananas, other than yogurt and the fruit, nothing much

No bananas

Rooms were very clean. Nice bedding!

Breakfast was much better than the average hotel breakfast. There was also a happy hour with food and drinks Mon-Wed, which is great especially while working from the hotel. Location is near the airport, easy access to all areas of Long Beach. I was able to charge our PHEV overnight for free. Will definitely be staying here again!

Good location to get on a Cruise Ship

N/A

Very fresh and new

Liked everything

It was modern. The room was spacious and comfortable. The Breakfast was the best so many options and lots of hot items.

I didn’t like that the laminate on the kitchen cupboards were coming off. The dust on horizontal surfaces needs to be paid attention to. There was previous damage in the bathroom that was repaired pretty badly.

Location, breakfast, and next to the freeway

It was very welcoming. The breakfast in the morning was amazing and they kept refilling when things were running out.

The parking lot was kind of small

It was clean and had a nice lobby. The room was very clean and comfortable.

Location clean polite staff

No ice for dei is at breakfast
